Dutch Bros Coffee

I really enjoy their drinks, been a customer for a few years. But this location puts way too much ice in their drinks. Then if u order light ice, they don't fill the cup. So no matter what you do here, u don't get the value of a good drink. The other location I go to, has no issues with filling my cup, even with light ice. So this location has lost my business. Y'all suck

All I can say is Dutch Bros is in a league of its own. Excellent customer service from being in line in the drive thru to receiving your order at the counter. Their staff has the BEST attitude and personality. Their coffee is so good,too! You guys made us customers feel so good and positive. Thanks a lot. This world needs a lot of people like you.👍👍

Great customer service! The line was only 3 cars deep and someone came out to take orders. My drinks were ready as soon as I pulled up to the window! Both workers were very pleasant and polite! I got the tropical green tea minus the raspberry and an iced islander latte with coconut milk. Both were great!

This is the 3rd time this location has put milk in my coffee when I ask for almond or oat milk. The first time is an honest mistake, the second should have been the last, but it’s happened 3 times. Now my significant other is in pain stuck in the bathroom again (which is crazy when the cap said almond milk)

I’m not a huge coffee fan but I’ve been watching this place be built from the ground up and had a desire to check them out on Monday. There was quite a line (as expected) but I was in no rush and decided to get my self a Iced Chai. It was well worth the wait. Even the the place was seriously busy the employees still managed to take good care of me and all my questions. They made a great drink for me and I’ll definitely be back this coming Friday for the Grand Opening. This place is easy to get to and has good hours. Check it out if your in the neighborhood.

It's my first time here, and I absolutely enjoyed the drive-thru experience. As I left, I realised the line was longer. But it's 114 degrees in Nevada, so a passion fruit and blueberry green tea was the best thing to order. Of course, they have a ton of coffee drinks, but I opted for a fruity refreshing drink. They also have employees outside in the drive thru taking orders. The only difficulty was the narrow lanes. Be careful getting in and out of there

Service is always great. It's my go to spot before heading back to LA. The one in OC and other spots in socal have loooooooooooong line, compared to here. I always go for the electric berry lemonade & I tried the banana coffee one this time and it is tasty.

Coffee, or dare I say, coffee bros! What is in the cup, it's the best delivery of coffee ? It's Dutch Bros coffee and all their greatness ! To support this amazing company where the employees are always up and running around, but are happy! That means a lot to me ! Thank you for loving your job and the product that you sell ! Yay! Woohoo all for the joys of being able to have coffee in my cup and enjoying it inside my brain! The coffee is the best thing and this is the effects of the caffeine. The service beyond excellent! The quality of the beans that make the coffee way over the top ! The new coffees of the year for the Holidays are being offered and it's time to put Dutch beans bros in your day to start it up . By the way, they offer food too . So you don't need to worry coffee and breakfast. All the joy .

This Dutch Brothers coffee has been at this location for a while now. I'm a long time drive by-er, first time visitor. After this experience, it certainly won't be my last. I was pleasantly pleased with the friendly service, fast serve time and great coffee.

One more for the road. Picking up our favorite coffee drinks at one of our favorite Dutch Bros Coffee location on 4585 Blue Diamond Rd before heading home. Consistent in providing excellent customer service at this location. Whenever in town, this is one of our go to for Dutch Bros Coffee drinks. As always there's several cars in line ahead of us but their service is always smooth. We drove up to pick from ordering our drinks with a young lady. Less than 5 minutes all our drinks are freshly made and done. Today's order consists of 2 Kicker and an Annihilator. So good! You can taste the coffee, mocha and espresso. Perfect blend and our drinks weren't drowning in ice. Looking forward to our next visit to Las Vegas and will be sure to drop by and pick up some more of the delicious Dutch Bros Coffee drinks.

Lets be honest, the lines are always going to be long LOL... But the service and friendliness makes up for up! We appreciate the staff outside giving us recommendations and suggestions on what to order. We always get our golden eagles for our long road trips. The drinks are always made great and we don't have any real complaints. I havent been able to go inside, as they only have a window, but its very nice!

Love Dutch Bros! We have been lucky that at each location we have visited, the employees have been fantastic and that the drinks are consistently good. In my experience, Dutch bros locations outside of California have a minimal wait, which is wonderful, and the blue diamond location was no exception. Service was great and we got our drinks (passion fruit iced tea and a blended golden eagle) exactly as we ordered. It was a nice end to our quick Vegas trip and the yummy drinks served as a pick me up during the road trip back home. Tip: download the Dutch bros app to accumulate points and for special offers!

This is my favorite Dutch bros location! They are always so nice, and so quick with making drinks! The iced seasonal rebel drinks are literally my favorite thing. I wish they had a delivery service through uber eats or door dash but then again that could be dangerous for my wallet haha!

The employee taking our order was Jet. Had a nice chat with him while waiting. He's a chill young man and good at his job. Its the little things that make a big difference with businesses. Theres plenty of parking here but I just go to the drive thru. Just an fyi for those who need parking. There are also tables outside (under shade) for seating. I had the Oatmilk Latte. Not much to say. So good. So get it lol. Thank you Dutch Bros!

The drinks are customizable and the staff is so sweet. We order a the golden eagle, soft top with cinnamon sugar sprinkle and banana bread latte with oat milk and strawberry soft top. These drinks are a must! We definitely will be returning.

I always wanting to try something different from what I can get at home, so I decided to try Dutch Bros for the very first time after seeing some friends post about it. Upon arriving, the worker greeted us at the drive through and I noticed straight away his positive, upbeat energy which was refreshing so early in the morning. He put in our order and we got our drinks soon after at the window. I got a medium caramelizer and was honestly shocked how big it was. Lol. It's more like a large/extra large. In any case, from that very first sip, oh baby, I was in love! The caramel and coffee was a perfect blend and didn't need any additions from my point of view. I usually add more sugar to my coffee, so it's probably more sugary than your average drinks. My other half, who doesn't like his coffee sweet, enjoyed his normal latte though and our kiddo loved the hot chocolate. From that just visit on, I was hooked and proceeded to try new drinks every day for the rest of my stay in Vegas... lol. Highly recommend Dutch Bro's for a pick me up! The prices are also very reasonable and the staff are great!

I like their coffee here but their employees pressuring to get a tip is a bit out of control. They will stare at you with the tablet angled for them to see your tip amount. I just ordered and the employee pre-selected 15% tip and asked if it's ok that he selected that. I ordered previously and the employee walked off immediately after I scanned my card without having the option to press finish on the tablet. So is he selecting his own tip? I don't know because I never got to press finish on the tablet. Tipping is optional.

Dutch Bros has a high standard when it comes to drinks and service, but this location blew away my expectations. Tonight, Gavin and Mackenzie helped me out, and I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at a Dutch Bros! They were so kind, happy, efficient, and conversational. It really made the atmosphere and my experience so memorable!

Drive through coffee spot with tons of options to create whatever drink your heart desires. All workers here are young peppy kids. They take your order on an iPad in the drive through and as you drive up to the window everything is ready. Nitro iced coffee with foam top was A+ and not too sweet. The Irish cream one was delicious as well but a sweeter latte style.

Jaden was great during my visit to this location. He was supper helpful and friendly going out of his was to make recommendations to modify our drinks to our liking. Baristas were also fast and friendly when we got our drinks soon after ordering.

Found the worker outside working to be super polite and friendly. Ordering is very simple (we have been to DB enough times that we know our drink orders - if you have not been before I would recommend figuring out hour order prior to going. They have menu boards, but there are so many combinations of what you can get that online looking will be for the best). The workers inside also were very pleasant and quickly got my drink order completed (6 drinks) Even though the drive through lines were long, the whole experience from entrance to exit was quick! Might be the fastest Dutch Bros wait yet!!

It was another pleasant experience. I made a mistake in my order but everything was made excellent by the Barista. I ordered from Sahara place and the barista made ii easy for me. Replaced my order without additional costs. Truly amazing customer service. 5 stars for Dutch Bros

Love love love Dutch Bros Coffee... The app is makes ordering easy. I miss getting a sticker every first of the month. What can I say besides Dutch Bros Coffee, when are we getting one or three in League City? The convenient walk up windows are great. Good concept for some who feel the urge to get out their vehicle. I will be waiting for one near me soon...

Dutch Bros is one of those coffee places I can only tolerate about twice a month because of how sugary the drinks are. I like to describe it as a dessert treat in a cup. It's all drive-thru split into two lanes. Pretty organized for their long lines. You can also park and order at the window if you don't feel like waiting in line as they have a few outdoor tables. I love how they have so many flavor combinations and the workers are more than happy to give you recommendations. Other than coffee they also have lots of teas, energy drink combos and shakes. If you bring your dog ask for a puppuccino which is a cup of whipped cream for your fur baby. I usually get the Annihilator as a nitro or cold brew with soft top (cold foam). Their sizes are HUGE and I can never finish even their smallest size because of how sweet the drinks are. Overall, I've never had a bad experience with Dutch Bros. It's a nice treat once in a while but definitely not a daily coffee run!

What's interesting about Dutch Brothers, is their lack of focus on pure coffee drinks. This is not a place to get a gourmet or tasty coffee, it's really a place to get fancy or Looney coffee like drinks or energy drinks. They don't even have drip coffee, but they seem to have nitro coffee which is cool... But again, the focus is on cold. Items here... Makes sense because you're in a desert where 90° is considered cool. If you have a family member under 20, this is a place to take them them to introduce them to very mild coffee... And hopefully set them on the path later on to enjoy quality/ gourmet coffee. I will say the staff here is Young, but very friendly and attentive...

The golden eagle chai latte was amazing! It's definitely sweet, but seriously delicious. Service was friendly, and I love that they're open later than most other coffee spots.

They are really nice, but whenever we come to this location our drinks always taste gross. My family has labeled this Dutch bros as the worst one in town /: it's sad that this is the closer one to my home.

First off... let me just say I have been coming to this particular stand since it opened...Literally every day. I initially started coming because the drinks are great and WAY better than Starbucks. But as I started to get to know the amazing people behind the stand it turned into my favorite way to start the day! Trevor is an absolute charm (as are all of them I just can't name them all ) and I know they are constantly working to make the customers Dutch experience Top Notch. Just like any business there are ups and downs but the fact that I know they strive to create the ultimate customer experience-makes this stand my fav!!! I

I love ordering my coffee from Dutch Bros! They always show amazing customer service and are open to answering any questions you have. The drive thru can sometimes be packed, but I find that going up to the side window to order is much faster! There's a variety of drinks to order from and there's so much more choices if you look at their menu online! My favorite would be the Golden Eagle and Annihilator. Normally I like to order my drinks to be blended so that it stays cold for a few hours versus having it iced where the ice would melt faster.

You can't go wrong with Dutch Bros. Service was friendly and fast! I love the Golden Eagle. It is strong enough with the caramel taste.

I have been going to this stand for years and the staff here are amazing. They know how to make their customers feel special. They know people by names and treat everyone with a smile on their face even on their busy days. My kids live coming to this stand and the staff are always excited to see them. The busiest location ever. Every time when I pass by that location there is always minimum 10 cars there. So I decided not even to try. This time I was driving east on Blue Diamond I pass Rainbow and try to find a coffee shop, I usually look for local coffee shop but no luck this time. Pass Jones still nothing (local coffee shop needed in thus area ). Anyway it was afternoon so this location Wasn't busy so I decided to try this location. There are two drive thru lanes that are very narrow. My car literally barely fit and I drive mini van. When I get there there was a girl in front with a tablet who was taking orders. She literally lean on my car so i felt uncomfortable I had to step back in my car. So awkward situation. She took my order and I hot it very fast since no one was in front of me. Coffee was ok I always go with lattee so can't go wrong. Price was ok. And coffee was delicious. I really liked the way how they design their's paper cup it is kind of ergonomic and easy to drink with minimal possibilities to spill. Also I like the fact that they don't have huge selection of coffee's so you can't make choice there is only couple selection of coffees. Also price range is very fair you can actually can buy a coffee under 5 dollars.

We are trying Dutch Bros for the first time while on a trip to Las Vegas. We had no clue what to order and after talking to the manager, he recommended some drinks and treated us like old friends. I didn't catch your name but you made our day! The drinks are amazing so that's the cherry on top. Thank you! The Golden Eagle and the Annihilator are both amazing drinks, we will be back next month on our next trip.

The hype around Dutch Bros is real! First of all, I was genuinely impressed by the barista's patience and knowledge as she walked me through all their options to help create a drink based on my preferences. The menu you see at the order counter is a small fraction of what they carry and what they are able to make. I learned you can select full caf, half caf, or decaf. They offer non-dairy milk options - oat, soy, almond, and coconut. They have so many different sauces which you can mix and match, like their nutty Irishman (Irish creme + hazelnut). Although I enjoyed my iced decaf hazelnut latte with oat milk, I took a sip of my friend's Golden Eagle Dutch Freeze and my goodness was it delicious! It was quite the sugary blended explosion of vanilla and caramel finished with caramel drizzle but oh so tasty! Upon Googling, it looks like their freeze mix does contain whole milk but you can sub the mix out for non-dairy milk. This location had a drive thru lane which was very long so we opted to walk up to the counter to order instead. They have some outdoor benches to enjoy your drinks and a huge shared parking lot.

Would have gave them a 5 but made my drink wrong twice. Then they forgot to give me a sticker after I ask. Not sure how new this store, seem like they just didn't have there shit together this morning.

I don't often go to Dutch bros, but after tonight I'm going to become a regular! I went tonight looking for a pick-me-up but didn't know what to get, but the staff was so welcoming. I was recommended the "Aftershock" rebel drink by a girl with glasses who I believe was named Evan and it was amazing! Can't wait to come back to try their new season drinks!

Finance wanted coffee while driving down the road . I don't drink it usually so i saw Dutch bros and said there? Because i always hear people hype about it. I opted for hot chocolate. Which was mid. But driving up and looking through the window. All you see it syrup sweeteners and flavors. Oh Lord. People have insides full of Steele because i wouldn't be able to happily drink syrup and liquid colored things don't see what the hype is about

Dutch Bros has become one of the popular drive-through coffee places in Las Vegas and rightfully so. Today I made an early trip and only had one car waiting in line in front of me... Yay! The barista's are always friendly, and their drinks are always on point.

3 to 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 due to the great staff who is friendly and keeping the line moving. Special shout out to the woman in the cooling pack, outside taking orders in the 111 degree heat. This is for my first visit to Dutch Bros and though I use yelp to jot down notes for myself, I am happy to share my experience. I have heard great reviews of Dutch Bros but once I am placing my order, I forget all the drinks they suggested. With that, I resorted to something basic and tried and true: a vanilla SF cold brew with oat milk. My two companions and I had weak or watered down cold brews. My two companions, who were excited in having me try one of their favorite spots to get coffee in Las Vegas, were disappointed. Although this missed the mark with me, I am definitely trying this again next time I visit family. The drink was almost there but I liked it a little bit less than what I was expecting. For people who like their cold brew more intense, I would suggest to go light on any creamer. I am going to try the cold brew black next time, just to taste what they are working with.

Never disappoints. Tried a lot of their coffee - hot, iced, ice blended, seasonal, etc. I've never been disappointed! The staff members are always friendly. The line is always long but the service is pretty fast so I do not mind at all. Prices are also not bad. Highly recommend it!

I've been on the Dutch Bros. train as of last week and I seriously cannot get enough of their coffee. They have become so much more popular in Las Vegas as the years went by. In fact, I downloaded their app just this week so I can get a free drink when I reach a specific number of points! As of this weekend, I now come to this location on Blue Diamond and Decatur every Sunday morning when I stay overnight at my boyfriend's house (about 5 minutes away). Their walk-up window is open, but with this heat, I'd rather stay in the long drive thru line in my air conditioned car. It's right next to a Lee's liquor store and because of this, they have signs that say don't block the parking stalls when waiting in line. I got my usual - the iced Golden Eagle (vanilla and caramel flavored coffee). This is one of my favorite drinks to order from here and it always hits the spot! I like how they are open late as well, unlike other coffee shops. I even swung by here yesterday evening for a Golden Eagle after attending a big birthday dinner. That's how much I love it! Dutch Bros., you have earned a forever customer. Hands down, a thousand times better than Starbucks.

My husband and I finally made it here on the final day of my birthday caffeine cheat week. We both always see the very long lines at Dutch Bros coffee locations, but we never made it in/by before. We were in line around 6:30 am this morning, but the line wasn't long at all since it's the weekend. We had no idea they had such an extensive sugar-free menu with many options. I had the ER-911 coffee (sugar-free) with coconut milk instead of regular milk. This insane drink has 6 shots of espresso and a shot of Irish cream syrup. It was very appropriate for my final coffee cheat of the year. My husband ordered a sugar-free double chocolate espresso with coconut milk. It was very delicious and chocolatey! We also ordered a sugar free caramelizer to-go for my mother which has caramel and chocolate. The girls were highly energetic and friendly! I can start to see what all the hype is about. :-)

I LOVE DUTCH BROS. Specifically, this location. They all bring good vibes and pump up my energy. Not only are the coffee & rebels AMAZING, the service is even better!! Shout out to Trevor for always being so helpful and bringing stoked vibes everytime I swing by. He always knows what to recommend!

GodNiece and cousins first morning in Vegas asked, "Hey, wanna get Dutch Bros?" In my head, I'm like, "WTH is Dutch Bros?" (Insert chuckle here.) And we jump in the car for their morning brew! Seriously never heard of this place, but they raved about it knowing I'm no coffee fiend. Kinda glad we went - I'm all about trying new digs. They are popular. Long line when we got there. My passengers were quick to decide what to get since they've made multiple runs here. I, on the other hand, relied on Yelp for a glance at their menu: ice cold plain green tea it is! Quite refreshing on a blaring hot city-of-sin morning. This may just be my go-to drink to and from! One kinda funny moment: we ordered a total of 7 drinks. When we finally got to our window, server asked if we would like trays. (There we're only 3 of us in the car.) I know they're probably being conservative or saving the planet on tray at a time, but... really?! Otherwise, an okay run. I will return to try other drinks!

I've been a fan of Dutch since 2019 because of their drinks. My work is on Blue Diamond so this location is the closest but the urgency is not here. I ALWAYS have to wait so long in line 15-20 minutes every time. No the lines aren't long but the workers here don't have the urgency to get drinks out at all. Comparing the wait to other locations this one is BY FAR the worst one. I genuinely want to keep coming and supporting the business but the line makes me late for work almost every time.

Trevor and crew are the best, not so sure about the new pickle drink though. lol we always do the Goldeneagle iced with no sugar and they have it dialed in on point.

The servers are very friendly and fun, and even if you don't know what to pick they have great suggestions. Chloe, one of the workers knew I can't have a lot of sugar or caffeine and she still made an amazing drink! But sorry forgot the name of it... I like that they come outside and take orders. First time at this Dutch Bros. And I couldn't think of a reason to not give it 5 stars. No complaints. We were the only people in the walk up line on a Sunday afternoon. The drive through however is at least 10 cars deep. Service is quick. Drinks were made quick. And tastes good.

I LOVE Dutch Bros! During the usual peak customer hours there's a guaranteed 10ish min wait, especially if the cars are backed up. So if you have a few moments to park and get out of your car, the walk up window is super speedy. Either way, the drinks here are worth every minute of wait. My go to order is the Cocomo (blended). It's a delicious blend of coconut flavor and mocha. YUM!!!! And the size to price ratio is worth it too. A medium here is like a large size everywhere else. So if you order a large, be prepared to get a drink the size of a small child, lol!

I've been waiting in line for over 25 minutes. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and I'm still here, waiting. From what I've seen, every single car only ordered one drink. SLOWEST DUTCH BROS EVER!!!! Never coming back here again. This is ridiculous!!

Visiting from California, I finally gave in and visited Dutch Bros. Their drinks are off the chart good. Their blended rebel drinks are amazing. All of the employees are super friendly and seem to actually like working there. The drive thru line looks scary most of the day, but it moves quickly.

Usually order from here and usually everything is always great but I came today and girl was very aggressive and rude, I explain that I ordered online and I was just wiping something off my face and she goes on and says "I can't hear you when you're covering your mouth" a simple sorry I couldn't hear you in any polite way would've been better. She grabs our drinks and doesn't even bother leaning and says "I can't reach that far" with such an attitude. I'm not the type of person to ever be rude or aggressive to workers because I know how it is to work in customer service so I didn't bother to cause a scene but genuinely one of the worst attitudes to have within just a 30 second interaction.
