Absolutely Unacceptable! Ordered a caramel latte with NO ICE, and what do I get? A cup that’s barely a quarter full. Are you kidding me? Full price for barely any coffee? This is ridiculous and feels like a complete scam. If you can’t provide a full cup just because there’s no ice, then SAY SOMETHING or charge less. Dutch Bros, get it together. This kind of service is embarrassing. I won’t be coming back if this is how you treat paying customers.

This is the best coffee shop in DFW! Not only are the drinks great, but you can also tell that everyone working there truly loves their jobs and helping their customers! Chloe, especially, has always taken great care for myself and other customers when I have been at the shop!

I'm typically a sweet coffee person, and prior to a year ago, I went to Sbucks for all my coffee needs. But after experiencing the great customer service Dutch Bros offers, I've made a permanent change. I've never had a poor experience, with this location being my go-to. Not only is the service great, but the coffee quality is 100x better. Having tried Sbucks the other day, I can say without a doubt this is the best option. Not only can I get my sweet drink, but it still tastes like coffee! If you're a pet-owner, this is also the place to go! Our pitty drools as soon as we pull in, just knowing she's going to get a great pup cup and tons of attention from the workers.

Yesterday (12/8/24) I arrived at DB around 5pm and waited more than 20 minutes to get my coffee, until I had to cancel my order so as not to be late for my appointment. If I had waited, it would have definitely been more than 30 minutes since there were still 3 cars in front of me. It's frustrating when you want something, and have to wait more than 20 minutes to cancel an order due to lack of speed in the service.

The golden eagle is the best drink here. Ask for pup cups for the doggies they have them and free. Always really great customer service at this location.

I finally went to Dutch Bros so now I see what all the talk is about, and it's not all talk. This place is great and I'm already planning my next order. I studied the drive-thru menu briefly -- it's not that big -- then drove directly up to the window and ordered. The woman who took my order asked if I had the app and recommended I use it in the future, and that they have a much larger menu through the app. She wasn't lying.. I checked and they seriously do have so many options! Like endless lemonades and smoothies and teas and Dutch sodas and many more coffee options. I went with my initial choice, a Dutch Bro's classic, "The Golden Eagle," a vanilla and caramel breve with a caramel drizzle: "The Golden Eagle® is a creamy breve featuring bold espresso, half and half, vanilla syrup and caramel sauce, then topped with whipped cream and a caramel sauce drizzle. Available hot, iced, or blended, making it a versatile drink for any day!" Doesn't that sound so good? Well it is, it was thoroughly delicious and not too sweet at all, which I was a little worried about. It tasted a bit like Golden Crisp cereal to me, remember that stuff? Those sweetened wheat puffs with the bear on the box? I used to love that cereal and my iced Golden Eagle took me back to it. I was truly impressed with how fast they made my drink, too. How do they do it...?! They have like a hundred different drink options! But that doesn't slow them down, they're so so fast. I'm going back soon and I'm getting The Cocomo (coconut mocha): "a blend of coconut syrup, exclusive chocolate milk and bold espresso topped with whipped cream." I hope I dream of it tonight.

I've been a loyal customer for over a year. And never did I ever imagine that I would run into a worker that was not very demure. I'm usually not a person to complain or judge , but this worker had an attitude because I ordered four drinks and bcs I didn't decided to tip today. I guess she was lazy and did half of my drinks and continued to do everyone else's drinks??? I understand we all have bad days but that doesn't give you the right to take it out on a regular customer. When I asked for a double blended rebel it was already half melted when she gave it out on top of that she ignored me when u asked for toppers and a carry out holder.

Relatively quick drive-thru, decent pricing, energetic customer service, & very sugary, highly caffeinated drinks! Service is always hyped - maybe a reflection of the strength of the drinks! *Warning* the drinks are HIGHLY caffeinated and FILLED with sugar. You can find their menu with nutrition facts online. Be wary - it's quite eye-opening when you see how much everything contains The Cocomo | 7/10 Fantastic - but *warning* it'll keep you up for a while! As will most of their other drinks. I highly recommend using these drinks with caution and avoid having them after 4 pm! As caffeine has a half life of minimum 6-8 hours depending on the person and can disrupt your overall recovery during sleep.

I LOVE Dutch Bros. I will go out of my way to stop here before a road trip while passing up 3 Starbucks and not think twice about it. I think the coffee is awesome. I've never tried anything I didn't like. The Orange Groove is one of my favorites. It sounds weird, but is actually awesome. The Birthday Cake Breve with soft top is another favorite for me. Their cup sizes compared to price is such a good value. You can tell this location is good because it always has a line wrapped around the building but it moves fast and even if it didn't it's worth the wait. The staff are always so sweet & energetic. It doesn't matter what time of day, there's always someone smiling and asking if you have anything fun planned that day. *Relevant to say, my pup was also a die hard Starbucks puppacino gal, but even she prefers the pup cup at Dutch Bros (as pictured)*

Okay. About those 2 stars? Yes, let me explain. Today, I decided to bring my family here before church. I saw the line and figured it would move quickly like ALLL other Dutch Bros locations. In and out, right? WRONG. I sat in this line for 20+ minutes. I found that once I finally got to the window, they were just at THAT moment making them. The lady at the window was friendly, I will make note of that. But I'm guessing that's why it is taking so long, they are not making the drinks until you actually get to the window. Versus making them as they get entered into the kiosk and bringing them out to keep the line moving. I'm so sorry for deducting three stars; however, I can NOT wait in line for 20+ minutes for coffee. There are too many coffee spots around here to waste my time like that ESPECIALLY on a Sunday morning when I've got to get the church on time! Please work on keeping the line moving. I won't be visiting again any time soon. I can bet the new PJs, which is right next to Dutch Bros, will make my drink way faster. OR I could just hit up 151 and be done with it. Like I said, there's plenty of other coffee joints to waste time sitting in the drive thru like that ever again.

I've never had Dutch Bros before (no idea how that happened) but my first time was a great experience! Having worked at Starbucks before, I was surprised to find that the workers actually looked happy to be there (I know - what a concept)! We had a great conversation with the barista at the window that didn't seem forced (again... I've been there). The drinks were top notch, but a bit sweet for my taste. Will definitely be back!

We stopped by this location on a Wednesday morning and got our coffee pretty fast. There was no line and the workers were so perky and happy already early morning. Music was blasting and our coffee was good! I love Dutch Bros!

I do like their syrupy, excessively sweet drinks but I'm about sick of their service and long lines! Today we went to get a hot cocoa and I entered the outside lane as it says to choose the shortest line. There was no one there to take orders outside so I was never able to get into the lane that goes to window. Maybe the person taking orders had to take a break and that's understandable, but why in the world do they insist on making their employees stand outside in all kinds of weather when they could just put in a speaker?! Also, I really hate the requests for tips! It's awkward and makes me feel obligated or guilty. Sometimes the people at the window yap too much. Just give me my drink. My only plans are to drink this caffeine so I can stay awake and chase after my kids, this is always my plan so stop trying to make idle chit chat by asking me if I have plans to today and gimmie my java! Also, please be careful with the temperatures on the kid's cocoa so my toddler won't have to wait to drink it.

First time here. I wanted something mocha tasting as I described to the young lady taking my order. She suggested the Carmalizer. Ummm yea, by the time I pulled up home, it was gone. Sorry, no pic. Yup, I'll be back. NOTE: It's really sweet.

last week i got my first ever dutch bro soda .. and i just say it was delicious .. the service was great and the lovely lady at the window that had the white lashes was super friendly . so today, i go again to get the same drink and ordered it the same way last time .. the only difference is .. why isn't my cup filled like the first one ..? that's the only issue i have .. if i want light ice .. i'd still want my large cup to be filled with product .. other than that .. i love this place ..

While running errands a bit ago we saw @dutchbroscoffee and immediately told the hubby, now we gotta try this place at their new location in Euless, Texas! First off, their staff was super sweet and accommodating! We told the woman working outside in the cold taking orders it was our first time. Our 2 requests were almond or oatmilk and something kinda sweet. Now mind you, my jam is Dunkin Donuts french vanilla and almond milk. Yummm but hey you gotta be open for change right? And I have heard such good thing about DutchBros that just opened here in Texas! Dutch Bros Coffee 714 N Industrial Blvd Euless, TX 76039 - Medium Iced Nutty Irishman with almond milk This was a very light coffee with very suttle sweetness but packed full of nuttiness! Like wow! This is perfect for people that can't have much acidic coffee like Starbucks. Their medium is quite large so keep that in mind!

At this location I can say that even though the lines are long. The employees are moving through those lines rather quickly and can appreciate the sense of urgency of getting orders to customers in a timely fashion.

We have a problem.. this place is addicting! My teen hs been waiting got this place ever since ahe had one in Oregon. She recently got her driver's license and said she would go Dutch as a reward. We have made the drive ti Arlington sevetal times as we waited for the grand opening. Now, we have been here everyday .. even twice today. We already tried several drinks and have found our go to. Actually I like the hot annihalator and iced Golden eagle myself. The staff were plentiful and smiles all around. Glad they have walk up available as well. I have not been here in the early morning but could imagine it being busy. May I suggest an option order advance curbside for the regulars who know what they want. Overall, glad we have a few minutes away. It will give her good practice driving as well.

Disclaimer: I LOVE Dutch Bros, have been coming to this location for the last 8+ months, and have spent at least $200 dollars at this location over the last 60 days. I believe this makes me well qualified as a reviewer, but as always, YMMV. TL;DR review - Great drinks, atrocious wait times. Plan on 30+ minute wait times in drive-thru even during off-peak hours. This location is well located off of 183 and Industrial, between Industrial and Harwood. It's a newer location (opened in last 18+ months, I believe) and has a dual Y-lane drive-thru unlike some older DB locations. The drinks are always fantastic here, both in quality and in order consistency. The employee's are equally fantastic, with great attitudes and helpful suggestions if you desire some help. I truly can't say enough about the drinks and people at this location. Despite it's great location, delicious drinks and cool employees, I cannot recommend this location to anyone, even ardent DB diehards like myself, due to the atrocious wait times that have progressively gotten worse over the last few months. It does not seem to matter what time or day you go, unless there is literally no one in line ahead of you. As an example, I went to this location this morning (11/16/23). I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:12 AM and left with my two drinks at 10:46, or a 34 minute total wait. There were about 7-10 cars ahead of me when I arrived for context. I spent 30+ minutes waiting in line each of my past two visits as well (those two visits being within the last 15 days) which is what finally prompted me to start timing my wait times. I believe this will be my last time at this particular location, but I hope that y'alls experience may be different than mine. I also hope to one day become a regular here again if the wait times can be resolved. For now though, if you're pressed for time, I would think twice about visiting this location for you caffeine needs :(

Absolutely phenomenal service. The workers are so friendly and chatty, they take the time to help you without any attitude. The drinks are perfect, all the various options make it that I can try something new all the time! I'm so happy this location opened right across the road from my work - I'll be a regular in no time!

I love a hot chi from here it is always perfect. The customer service is unmatched and constant at each location. The building is cute but you don't go inside. The service is quick.

Long lines but they serve super fast! Which if this was Starbucks down the road it would take 30 minutes to get through this line. Super impressed!! Drinks were super good! We got Mocha Grand Canyon Cold Brew from the secret menu and an Electric Berry Dutch Soda. We got 2 mediums (which would be a venti at Starbucks) for this for $10. This is a total steal deal! We will definitely be back!

I'm a little torn on Dutch Bros coffee. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Had a few instances of normal human error on our orders but they do very much make it right and relatively quickly. Once you get to the point of having your order taken it generally doesn't take more than 5 minutes, maybe 10 to get your order. Possibly the biggest issue I've had has been there has been 30 minutes waits to even get your order taken, due to the popularity of this place at certain times during the day. It's interesting to drive by at one point and they have 3 cars in line & 20 minutes later the lot is filled with cars in the drive thru. For the actual items, can't beat them in amount of flavors they offer which make for good coco, freezes & frosts. Hot chocolate, frappes & shakes respectively. Having tried a number of the items on the menu those ended up being the only items we cared for. Some items seemed to sugary/syrupy like the tea, smoothie & lemonade for example. The blue rebel energy drink I watched being poured from a can with a squirt of torani's being squirted in for the flavors we asked for. So for my family we will keep them in the loop for the flavored hot chocolates, maybe the shakes, especially when the one closer to my house opens up ... but for most everything else we will stick to our more locally owned stuff.

My dearest Dutch, I like you very much, but please stop making me miss Starbucks. I purchased a Chai Vanilla Tea and considering we have someone that takes our order, I know it was entered correctly. I ordered my drink with almond milk and definitely didn't get almond milk. Instead, it was made with milk, and after a couple of sips, my body took out its anger on me. I ended up calling it a day and dumping it out. I'm not counting them out, but I will keep certain drinks limited to Starbucks.

I love Dutch Bros, I will drive by 15 Starbucks and go out of my way just to go to a Dutch Bros! You don't just get great drinks, you get an experience, as everyone is alway so friendly and engaging! I understand the menu can be intimidating but they're always there to help you find something you'll like! I used to get just a simple vanilla latte; that's I'll still go back to every now and then, but you can't go wrong by exploring new drinks on their menu. (I do recommend going online or downloading their app to optimally navigate their options).. This is a place you have to experience, they make you happy before you actually get the coffee! Also download the app... its well worth it and we know you're coming back! Fun fact... the first of the month they come out with a new sticker if you ask!

If you want sugar milk that has a tinge of brown, this is the place! I asked for a nitro cold brew with just a splash of cream. I got something iced and sickeningly sweet. Waited 30 minutes in line. This is the second time I've had a poor experience at this location.

1st time here, let's just say the staff are rocking awesome. I wanted to check out the Dutch mojito with black tea and peach! Yum really good!

I usually come here 2-3 times a week and looove every drink I've had from here, employees are typically very friendly, but honestly for the past month or so the wait has been WAY too long. Pretty disappointed the last few times they've accidentally put soft top on my drink, when I say something they just scoop it off I noticed today. Cool, not like I don't order it for a reason right ‍

First time & service was amazing!! From the lady that took my order in drive thru to the two great energy ladies at the window while picking up my drink! I'm getting Chick Fil A vibes from this company, I hope they keep up with it cause it really makes my day when energy is great! Hello I used my 250 points for a free Carmalizer with oat milk double blended with picture perfect. First attempt they forgot the picture perfect, second attempt they gave me someone else's drink, third attempt it was full of ice. I'm a frequent customer this is the first time I've experienced this.

My favorite coffee shop in mid-cities. Great staff, cheerful and very speedy in spite of long line in the drive-through. If you don't want to wait, you can get out of your car and go to the walk-up window. They give my pups a pupachinno - whipped cream in a small cup. They love it. Don't miss!!! Not far off the freeway.

I absolutely love this location and ALL of the workers!! They are sooooo incredibly sweet and I can always hold a conversation with them. I genuinely consider this location like family, most of the workers know my name and never hesitate to scream "hi Lilly!". I can honestly say that coming to get my daily coffee here is the highlight of my day and I love my Dutch family!!! shoutout to Malik, Olivia, Jaden, Noor, Darian, Lindsay and Laura and so many more whose names I can't remember!!

I stopped at Dutch Bros Coffee for the first time this week instead of making my usual Starbucks stop. I wanted to try something new and wanted something cold and pretty sweet to start my day. The drive-thru line wasn't too bad and it took me about 5 minutes to reach the person taking orders. I told her it was my first time and she asked questions to determine my preferences and give drink recommendations. I went with the Annihilator with some type of foam on top. Yeesss! Exactly what I was hoping for. Not overly sweet, nutty, creamy, perfection. Exceptional service and amazing coffee. Can't wait to return!

Where has this been my whole life! We got the golden eagle is must have I added Irish cream breve man ! Super sweet and great tasting coffee! Forget about Starbucks !

I don't know what the problem is with the wait time! Is it because they have 12-year-olds running the shop? Is it all the dancing that the workers are doing instead of working on drinks? Is it the loud music? Who knows...

I finally decided to give this place a try after all the hype - Waited in the drive thru for literally 33 minutes for 1 drink even though there weren't a ton of cars. Ordered the caramelizer - It was ok, super average in my opinion. Staff was friendly, only plus. Will not be back, do not recommend.

For those of you who take the time to read my humble reviews, 1. I appreciate it and 2. Know I can take forever to write one. I said that to say I sat on writing this review for some weeks now. I have visited this place twice and was not disappointed with the service or drinks. I will say that to have two lanes merge into one at the window went smoother than I thought it would. I know I can be a lot of aggressive when it comes to things like that, but they did a good job directing the flow. Anyhoo, I am on this no caffeine thing, and as I write this review, I wonder if caffeine is in the Dutch cocoa. Oh well, if so, not mad. My first go round was with the caramel dutuch cocoa with caramel drizzle. I could really taste the caramel flavor which can easily be overpowered by the cocoa. It was my first time ever there and the young gentleman was very nice. My second go round, I ordered the Trifecta dutch cocoa. That baby has caramel, chocolate, and white chocolate swirling around in there. Of course, I add caramel drizzle and whip cream cause what kind of monster is out here drinking naked cocoa? I also ordered a chocolate chip muffin top cause what does my sugar need, more sugar! I had no clue that you could put so many different flavorings into cocoa. I learned something new coming here. There was over 10 different flavor combos for their dutch cocoa. If you like banana, boom they go it. You like coconut, say less. If you are the kind of monster who drinks naked cocoa, they got you too! Once I get off this caffeine kick, again does cocoa have caffeine, I will try out their coffee. I miss coffee. They offer other drinks as well, but I am looking up flavor combos for the dutch cocoa for my third go round. Swing by and check them out!

The coffee is amazing and everybody is so nice! Taylor is super nice! They do such a good job at connecting with customers and making you feel happy! I bring all of my friends here!

Just stoped in for coffee with my dog Hawk and had the best first time experience. The whole staff was so sweet and very helpful. Absolutely will be back!

This place is super hyped everywhere and I was super excited to try. First off, it took me an hour to get through their drive thru. I did go at peak time (10:30am on a Saturday) but it was not a quick thing so don't attempt this place if you're on a time crunch. I'm sure it's not as bad in off peak hours but just an FYI. So I got a caramel pumpkin cold brew and a green tea lemonade. The cold brew was fine. Tasted very much like the one at Starbucks. The green tea lemonade however was both too sour and too sweet to drink? The cup was jam packed with ice so despite getting a large there's probably not that much actual liquid in there. Also my total was $10 for two drinks. Which is roughly Starbucks prices. Not great not terrible. Which pretty much sums up my thoughts on this place. If I just so happen to drive past a Dutch bros in need of coffee and there's not a line, will I go? Sure. Would I drive past Dunkin, Starbucks, or 151 Coffee to come and sit an hour in line at this place? Helllllllllll no.

Been my number one coffee shop since they opened. Never had an issue with a drink or safe member. Always happy, Darius (I think was his name) went out of his way right before they closed to make sure I was able to have my coffee for the next morning. His words were "I'm here to serve and always please" we'll he did just that. Absolutely love Dutch bros and the people they staff.

I've been here a handful of times, loved all the drinks I've tried. People are super Friendly... I took my kids for a treat today, ordered the usual for me , all 4 drinks were just "okay", mine tasted nothing like I've had before, they' were made in a hurry it seems, one of my kids threw hers away sadly. I feel like I wasted $20+ maybe next time Dutch Bros I won't give up on you lol

I had seen these popping up around town and decided to give them a try! Staff was very helpful and patient explaining the menu and even told us about secret off the menu items! Wonderful first impression and we'll definitely be back!

I can't say enough about how great this location is! The owner is so nice and even with the parking lot packed he took the time to chat with us and made the experience even better! The coffee is great and they have skinny options!
