here's what you need to know before coming to this location it's a franchise but it does not have a public restroom so keep that in mind you're just coming here drive through as always if you ordered with the app in advance they have mobile to go spots that you can just pull up to and get your order to go expedited so you're not in the drive-through line My experience at this location of its five Stars the customer service at this location which of course always makes or breaks these franchise locations was nothing short of phenomenal Have a great staff here it's timely well trained hospitable friendly professional asked about my day and very encouraging My mom's favorite drink here is the Kokomo which you can get hot iced or blended and they got our drinks done in a timely fashion I leave recommend them in this location which was for Monday morning wall staffed kept up with line got the drinks done in no time with a young gentleman in the drive-thru taking the orders while giving out encouragement

Was my birthday today and I was greeted by friendly smiles all around. Young man working drive thru made me smile when he told me happy birthday and was able to draw a little something on top of my lid that read “happy b-day”. Very polite and energetic young man who deserves recognition. Everyone else in the store was also great. Please recognize these individuals as they definitely deserve to be rewarded for their willingness to go above and beyond!

First time coming to this location. Immensely disappointed!!!!! My husband and I love going to Dutch, so per usual we normally get iced drinks with light ice, today they give us our drinks half filled and the guy at the window, as he gave our drinks says “there liked that because y’all requested light ice” well in that case it should’ve been filled to the top with ice!!! Right?!?! But it was early to be fighting ba k and forth with these baristas. DO BETTER DUTCH BROS!!! Work on your customer service!!!!

Every time I go there, the staff has changed. Each person makes the coffee taste different and uses different ingredients. The coffee they serve looks completely different from the picture on the menu, and they charge me different prices each time. Our family decided to never go to this location.

(Tbh, I never really find any good places in Houston that I do 5 star reviews on, this will be my third one) Ok, let’s start -Ever since I started getting Dutch bros a year ago, I have loved every time of it. Dutch bros drinks just hit different and they are worth the price. I love the current mudslide shake bcz of the cookies & cream!! That should be a permanent item or something related to that drink. (Can y’all bring back cookie dough or keep it permanent or maybe mudslide shake as permanent)

Ok. I guess I’m done with Starbucks and found a new coffee joint. Service was great. Baristas were very friendly. Definitely coming back. Got the lavender matcha for daughter and vanilla sweet cream cold brew (better than Starbucks). All yummy.

Very bad customer service! Guy that was in the drive thru sidewalk was to to pushy! It was my first time here wanted to try it because of a TikTok influencer! But the guy in the drive thru fixed the issue

I usually come by with the lady I take care of and she loves Rowen (sorry if I misspelled her name). Rowen is absolutely fabulous! We love how nice and cheerful she is. We enjoy coming by everytime she's working. The drinks never disappoint!

So I'm a fat kid and went to both new Dutch Bros for their grand opening to see which location I'd find more convenient. Honestly I feel both are good. While the other is right along the feeder, I feel when running errands or what not this spot is great. I tried a sparkling soda with the sweet cream and double Rainbro flavor. So yummy. I love the slight carbonation but not overly sweet flavor. The line went by quick in the drive thru or you can walk up. The cookie dough mocha blended was delicious also. Stole some of my stepsons. :) The location was clean in appearance like the standard Dutch bros. Feel the walk up will be used decent amount in this location which is good since you can grab you favorite drink that go with the post office or good will. Win win. Friendly staff all around. The window guy was nice and repeated the order to us before finishing to verify we got the right stuff.

An actual human takes your order in the drive-through line. It is so fast and so much more pleasant to screaming the speaker.

This place is pretty nice. I go to the sharpstown location often and found this location and decided to go. All Dutch Bros seem to operate the same. They have quick service, nice workers who are very helpful, and great drinks.

Long line for drive thru but it moved fast. Employee was very nice. I got a banana bread hot chocolate and it was delicious! Will be back to try their other drinks. Do love the drive thru for convenience

Finally open!!! lol so I am a Starbies girl and had high hopes for Dutch, let me tell you it did not disappoint! Only con is that you order with the staff just like the chick fil a drive thru but they do take a little long at the window to make your order. Love the variety of drinks they have for my son to try!

I went here for the first time Saturday. I must say that I was very impressed! Customer service was excellent and everything ran smooth. Everything that we ordered tasted great. This is my new coffee spot!!!!!!!

I went by Sunday evening, and man this place was so cool! The music was awesome, the guy who took my order, I think his name is matt, and the girl who served me, who mat said was named ericka, were so sweet! Ordered a couple drinks recommended by Matt, like kicker and the golden eagle! So so so good! Highly recommend coming here!

I love Dutch's Protein Vanilla Latte! Also love how the friendly staff gave my sweet puppy and pup cup!

Love it! Hands down best drink EVER!! Don't like the two lane drive thru. But I'll return that's a small problem

Great drink options, with friendly service from the employees. The ambiance is very welcoming considering it's a quick stop.
