Dutch Bros Coffee

I usually have a good experience but today was not. I came at 3pm they have a sign that said order at the window due to extreme weather. It was 80 degrees and sunny. Waited in line 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window it took 4 minutes to take my order. I was okay with that cause it seemed they were short staffed only 2 people working. However when I got my drink, it was filled to the rim with ice! I finished my drink in 4 sip! Sucks to wait this long to be served a cup of ice.

I'm so happy to have a Dutch Bros in my neighborhood! I’ve always received exceptional service, even during their busiest times. The morning crew usually knows how to make my favorite drink, the Aftershock Rebel!! Occasionally, I stop by in the evening for a little pick-me-up. Matt and his team are simply the best. I couldn't recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a sweet drink or an energizing Rebel, Dutch Bros on Longpoint is the place to go! I love this place! ❤️

Super cute little spot, and the coffee is Delish! I tried a hot tGolden Eagle and it was well balanced and not sweet at all. Enjoyed the vanilla, caramel mix. Yumm. I ordered at the window and the staff was super friendly and I I got my drink pretty quick. I’ll be back to try a few other times ✨

Good coffee, what stands out is service . The prices are corporate coffee average. Quick service with menu , that included smoothies and boba tea.

The Long Point Dutch Bros is the best location I’ve visited. The staff is exceptionally friendly, fun, and always accommodating. The drinks are consistently well-made and delicious, with short wait times. I’m on a first-name basis with most of the staff and have daily great experiences. Highly recommend this location for your next drink!

This Dutch Bros location is my absolute favorite! Matt, the manager, and Rowan, the barista, are truly the best at what they do. Every time I stop by, they’re so friendly and welcoming—it’s like they instantly brighten my day! Matt is always so personable, making sure everything runs smoothly, and Rowan knows exactly how to make my drink perfectly every time. They both go above and beyond to make the experience special, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Can’t recommend this place enough, I always look forward to visiting them when I'm in town!

the guy that took our order would not stop cutting me off when i was trying to order. kept asking “are you done” and got impatient when i would try to adjust my coffee order. felt rushed and not the dutch bros experience i am use to in dallas. not too sure his name but very unprofessional. he had curly hair

I went by the other day, and I must say I loved every minute of it. I walked up to the window, and the guy, he's a big hawaiian guy named mat, gave me such quick and awesome service. he was making the drinks so quick and he remembered the my order without even jotting anything down. I will be coming back more soon!

So I'm a fat kid and went to both new Dutch Bros for their grand opening to see which location I'd find more convenient. Honestly I feel both are good. While the other is right along the feeder, I feel when running errands or what not this spot is great. I tried a sparkling soda with the sweet cream and double Rainbro flavor. So yummy. I love the slight carbonation but not overly sweet flavor. The line went by quick in the drive thru or you can walk up. The cookie dough mocha blended was delicious also. Stole some of my stepsons. :) The location was clean in appearance like the standard Dutch bros. Feel the walk up will be used decent amount in this location which is good since you can grab you favorite drink that go with the post office or good will. Win win. Friendly staff all around. The window guy was nice and repeated the order to us before finishing to verify we got the right stuff.

An actual human takes your order in the drive-through line. It is so fast and so much more pleasant to screaming the speaker.

This place is pretty nice. I go to the sharpstown location often and found this location and decided to go. All Dutch Bros seem to operate the same. They have quick service, nice workers who are very helpful, and great drinks.

Long line for drive thru but it moved fast. Employee was very nice. I got a banana bread hot chocolate and it was delicious! Will be back to try their other drinks. Do love the drive thru for convenience

Finally open!!! lol so I am a Starbies girl and had high hopes for Dutch, let me tell you it did not disappoint! Only con is that you order with the staff just like the chick fil a drive thru but they do take a little long at the window to make your order. Love the variety of drinks they have for my son to try!

I went here for the first time Saturday. I must say that I was very impressed! Customer service was excellent and everything ran smooth. Everything that we ordered tasted great. This is my new coffee spot!!!!!!!

I went by Sunday evening, and man this place was so cool! The music was awesome, the guy who took my order, I think his name is matt, and the girl who served me, who mat said was named ericka, were so sweet! Ordered a couple drinks recommended by Matt, like kicker and the golden eagle! So so so good! Highly recommend coming here!

I love Dutch's Protein Vanilla Latte! Also love how the friendly staff gave my sweet puppy and pup cup!

Love it! Hands down best drink EVER!! Don't like the two lane drive thru. But I'll return that's a small problem

Great drink options, with friendly service from the employees. The ambiance is very welcoming considering it's a quick stop.
