This review is mainly based on the coffee since the customer service and atmosphere is okay. I went around mid-day with my husband yesterday and I noticed the milks sitting out on the counter but didn’t think much of it since my husband told me they were probably having a rush and kept it outside. However, not even an hour after having my drink out (mind you it still had ice in it) the milk separated! It looked like it spoiled and it hurt my stomach. I’m just posting this as a precaution to anyone that wants to order here.

Just not the best experience and a bad drink not a good combo. The girls taking the orders were so busy talking to someone in their car and one of them was in the actual car….it was already slow service so that didn’t help. But the wrap was good.

Oh shout to the beautiful and kind young lady tht took my other and made my bday drink look awesome. U rock. Go Dutch bros! It's bc of customer service I recieve from Rockstar employees like her. I'm mad I didn't get her name. She had a nose ring. And cute buggy cheetah print pants or some print. Shout to u sis! God bless!!!

Its a drive thru order only..we order in decatur and the atmosphere is short que not like other branches. The only catch is the one who serves us doesnt know all their menu..i still give the drinks a 5 star...

Dynamic group- you can discuss what you want while in line with the order takers, or get the app... design exactly as you want... (one complaint (lol) largest hot cup should be bigger :-) Walk up or drive through.

completely made the drink wrong, got a cookie latte forgot creamer, soft top, sprinkles told them to fix only added whip cream

If you want a medium cup full of ice in a large cup come here. Service and atmosphere is good. But very disappointing getting a cup full of ice after a long day of work under the summer sun with no break and only wanting a good drink not a cup full of ice. Avoid this location!! I recommend the Cheyenne, Tropica, Charleston, and or the Rancho location in the north west part of town.
