Dutch Bros Coffee

I am a regular customer at this location—I drive a white Jeep and come almost every single day. Normally, the girls who take my order are so sweet and respectful, but unfortunately, today was a very disappointing experience. After placing my drive-through order, I pulled up to the window and even tipped before any interaction. The girl at the window mispronounced my name, which I politely corrected, but she looked visibly annoyed. That already set the tone, but I let it go. Then, when she read back my order, she only mentioned one substitution. I asked politely if the others were included, and instead of simply confirming, she gave me attitude while reading it back, finishing with, “is that good?” in a tone that came across as snarky and condescending. I said yes, just to move on. A second employee behind her noticed the drink had been made incorrectly and fixed it right away, which I appreciated—thank you to her for paying attention. But the way I was treated at the window was unnecessary and unprofessional. I don’t expect anyone to go out of their way for me, but I do expect basic respect, especially as a loyal customer. The difference between how I’m normally treated here and how I was treated today was unfair and discouraging. Sadly, after this experience, I will not be returning.

The creative drinks are a welcome change to your average Starbucks and 25% cheaper on average... add some variety to your life, its definitely worth it.

Absolute garbage service here. The girls are not nice in there. My sister and I both asked for soft top when ordering our drinks knowing it’s an extra charge. I received it on mine but my sister did not. We asked at the window for the soft top to be on her drink as well. They made it a big fuss that we had to pay for the soft top which it should have been added to the drink from the get go. And during all this they had slammed the drink down like it was a huge issue. The moral of the story is that the attitude they had could have changed the way we felt after we left. Not having the soft top would have just fine if they had better attitudes. Work on being nicer ladies…

I come to this Dutch almost every morning and never have an Issue. Today however…I Went in at 4:45pm. Ordered two hand blended rebels… girl that took my order was super nice, I tipped. The girl at the window…. Needs a new job. Very rude, disrespectful, & had a very bad attitude. Hair was in a pony tail, long curly brown hair. I miss the old Dutch bros… when they had exceptional customer service!

This place was so nice and I would go here over a Starbucks any day. So glad to see it was in the Vegas area, accessible just outside of the strip part of town. The vibe and energy was nice. I came on a Sunday morning and the dude slinging coffee was very nice, bright smile and positive energy for days. Hats off to him, I forgot his name but he had a sleeve tattoo. Very cool guy and even though it was a short interaction I was left feeling happy and def wanted to leave a high review after going. I would love to see more Dutch Bros on the strip part of Vegas!

Had been drinking my coffee and felt something touch my lip so i poured it out and found this!! Disgusting!

The caramalizer and cold brew were top-notch. Complimented well with the chocolate chip muffin top. The only thing bad is that the person at the drive thru does chit-chat with drivers, so the wait can be long. Other than that, it was an alright experience trying Dutch Bros coffee.

I love dutch bros, get it almost every day but this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten. The girl taking our order was in a mood, no greeting, didn’t repeat the order and I assume she just ok’d my preferred tip cause she didn’t ask about that either. 2 of the 3 drinks had mistakes, the girl at the window offered to change it but we just wanted to leave.

First time trying out the food at Dutch bros. Can I just say this was so delicious and not only was it good. The price was great two. I wish all the Dutch bros carried food. It would be my one stop for a good breakfast and beverage. Also the broistas here were amazing. I'm sorry I didn't get your names. I was so enthralled with the fact you had food and I could t decide on what to try. This is a must stop on your vegas vacation. Skip the buffet you know you won't eat $59 in breakfast items. Stop here and have a great conversation and some good food along with an awesome beverage. If you're lucky it's during a sticker drop and you get a cool souvenir too.

Favorite Drinks: Peach Ring Rebel add Coconut. Seasonally: Mangonada, piña colada, Pumkin Latte, peppermint Mocha. My sister and I are always playing with the rebel flavors. My husband loves when they add snacks into the drinks. Morning crew makes tastier drinks than mid day and late crew. A little awkward to first drive in, but smooth drive out after! Good music too.... Most of the time

Stopped by at our favorite Dutch Bros location on Sahara Ave to pick up some of our favorite coffee and specialty drinks. Thank you Haylene for the excellent customer service and positive vibes. We inquired about the new matcha and motchi drinks and Haylene informed us about all of them and what they contain as far as ingredients. Thank you Haylene. Haylene definitely radiated kindness. Our order was handed to us not too long at the pick up window. This visit we ordered our usual Iced Mocha, Kicker, 911 and the new White Chocolate Matcha Latte. As always our usual drinks are on point. The new White Chocolate Matcha Latte was good because it wasn't too sweet. You can taste a hint of matcha. Will definitely order this drink again.

This is our neighborhood Dutch Bros and we have never had the slightest issue with them. Today was the closest we have come to having an issue -- and we were the issue! Asking about whether the dulce de leche freeze could be made sugar free, we gummed up the line works and froze everything for a sec. It was quickly resolved and although we ended up not getting our points scan we did get a less sweet dulce de leche which was lovely. And service with upbeat compassion, but that's every single time here!

My daughter loves herself some Dutch brothers! Annihilator (chocolate macadamia iced coffee) didn't disappoint. Quick service. Also on the 1st Wednesday if each month you might be able to score a cool sticker if you get there while supplies last!

I don't remember if they had it before but now they have a walk up window and mobile order pick up line. I picked up an Iced Cocomo. It was a little busy today at the drive thru. They had 2 people taking orders so the line was quick. I asked about food allergy at the drive thru and Evelyn was so hospitable. She made sure to check on it. The iced cocomo was a sweet refresher to get my morning started! Thank you!

Wake me up before you go-go Don't leave me hanging on like a yo-yo Wake me up before you go-go... Quick and easy with only a few cars in the drive thru. Didn't even have to wait more then 10 minutes in line, but I'm also an early riser. Great cheerful service, hope the workers get some shade because it is hot out. Coffee was nice and strong, on ice to stay cool in the heat and wake me up. The Annihilator fueled my trip back to Cali. Located off the strip it was nice to get away and into calmer areas of LV. I'd definitely wake up and go-go to this Dutch Bros when I'm back in Vegas.

Ordered 2 drinks yesterday. We were looking forward to the drinks since we always visit a Dutch bros. when we're in the mainland. The drinks were watered down. It had no taste and couldn't taste the coffee. So disappointed. Today we went to another location and the drinks tasted great!

6:10 am Stopping here before heading back home after our vacay in Vegas: I don't have Dutch bros where I live, so I knew I had to stop here before heading home. This time, I tried the strawberry horchata chai with a soft top. Delicious! Great customer service !! If I had Duch Bros in my city, I would Never go to Starbucks.

Just like Starbucks is a favorite for some people, Dutch Bros Coffee is like a magnet for us whenever we see one. They have workers come up to your car to take your order at their drive through even in the pouring rain. Their rain gear was quite interesting but it was raining too hard to get a clear photo to share. A few people were waiting at their door. The line was so LONG and winding but it's worth the wait. They have the most unique coffee flavors something like banana bread. I said pass cuz it was so cold I didn't want an iced coffee. Doc surprised me with a hot beverage which was a godsend to my cold hands and so comforting and warming. So yummy too.

I don't understand why this location can't get their you know what together. This is the 3rd time my daughter pre-orders from this location. We live 20 miles from this store but she works 5 miles from the store. She shows up and they don't even have her order ready! Things that make you go hmmm? PAY ATTENTION BROS!!!

Our drinks all tasted great. Service was fast and the location looked clean and organized. Thanks for the smiles and drinks made to perfection.

Kicker!! There's no Dutch Bros in San Francisco, so whenever I'm in Las Vegas, I always make sure to visit Dutch Bros! They have a lot of unique drink options, but my favorite is the Kicker--Sweet and Creamy!

Love dutch! Everyone here is so sweet! (If you're ever in a rush and there's a long line, DONT get out and go to the pick up window. Just wait in the drive thru line, it's faster than it looks and waiting outside is the same amount of time, if not longer lol)

Drinks are still good, but this is hands down the SLOWEST Dutch Bros I've been to. The drive thru line takes about 15mins minimum to get through.

My boyfriend and I placed an order at 2:57, pick up time was 3:03. We wanted to get the patch that they were handing out today. They said that we had to have ordered at 3 in order to get the patch. After already ordering 2 large drinks, they said once it hits 3 we can come back to order something else. It was already past 3 by the time we got our drinks. Make that make sense. We were excited to get our patch. And it was just 1 that they could've given us, don't see why they were making it such a big deal. Unfortunately will not be participating in the dutch bro events, especially at this location...

They were open on Thanksgiving! Shoutout to the hardworking staff. They have a pickup window and a drive-thru at this location. Plenty of parking when I arrived around 11 am. I got the viral TikTok Strawberry Horchata Chai. You can get it blended or iced. I recommend it iced! It was INCREDIBLE! I felt like I was drinking a dessert, and unlike most DB drinks... it wasn't intoxicatingly sweet. It was the perfect amount of sweetness.

So many options to choose from but I reccomend ordering a White Zombie and adding Rasberry

This has to be one of the worst locations ever, employee Crystal made snarky remarks at my friends and I for showing up at the same time and waiting in the parking lot deciding on what we were going to order. Claiming we were "planning a car meet in the parking lot" other than that employee Johnisha gave amazing customer service and apologized on behalf of her fellow employee . Would only come back for Johnisha.

Went here yesterday and Crystal was making remarks about me and my buddy's cars while we were just a few feet away. She was speaking to another customer at the window, talking about us, our cars, and questioning why we were hosting a car meet without ordering anything. Both she and the customer seemed to find this amusing. However, this behavior was extremely unprofessional. As a manager myself, if any of my employees acted that way in front of customers, speaking negatively about them to other customers, I would remove them from their position immediately once I confirmed the details. On the other hand, the employee Johnisha was very kind, showed excellent customer service, and was very respectful. She even asked about our cars in a polite and genuine way, rather than making negative comments behind our backs like Crystal did. To make matters worse, Crystal later came to the window asking where the customer she had been talking to about us had gone, and that customer never even ordered anything himself, it almost seemed like he was her friend. Talk about a hypocrite. This establishment itself is very nice, and the other employees I observed seemed great as well. Unfortunately, Crystal's behavior is a problem that needs to be addressed.

First time here and I now know what the hype is about . Ordered the golden eagle. The flavors of the vanilla and caramel mixed so good and creamy. Plus is with no nasty dairy after taste ! Service was great and friendly at the drive thru.

Food - ordered their famous coffee- not dissatisfied. Really enjoyed it Service- fast, quick and friendly baristas Ambiance- drive thru , fast service Worth noting- best cup ever - brilliantly crafted

Just like my other Dutch Bros reviews, the customer service is always great! Everyone who works here, that I've encountered, is extremely friendly and helpful. This was from my visit in Vegas. This was the 3rd visit I believe and it was amazing! I got the OG Gummybear lemonade and I added the peach flavor too. So bomb!

Was excited for the hype, but the chai was a miss--tasted more like milk than tea. Staff was lovely though, and it's a fun pit stop vibe-wise.

The lines are always long here but sometimes it's worth the wait if you got the time. The staff are always friendly and helpful on what to recommend. There are plenty of drinks and items to choose from and they do have hidden menus at well. I order a custom drink which I love so much that's called iced Tropical Green Tea Extra Sweet with coconut milk.

Don't get my wrong, I love Dutch bros drinks. However I don't come here anymore. Today I came as a treat. Very rare. As I hadn't been here in 7 months I didn't know how much the prices would have increased and oooh my god my golden eagle with almond milk was just under $10!!!!! That's insane for a coffee. And their rewards program is not good. You all know me if you follow me that I'm Dunkin obsessed and that's because the cost and rewards are far better especially when you go on the daily like me. It was a nice treat but my next will be in at least another half year again lol

First time at Dutch Bros after hearing about it for so long. Kiana was so sweet and friendly and helped me to pick out the Iced Golden Eagle coffee with oatmilk, cinnnamon sprinkles, and soft top. It was really delicious!! Thank you Kiana!!!

I've heard a lot of hypes about Dutch bros so decided to give it a try in Vegas. We went to the drive thru Dutch bros right outside of the casino strip. It's always a long line in the drive thru but goes down quickly. I ordered at the counter to avoid indecisive menu choosing. The lady at the counter was very friendly as well, she was very patient. WHAT I ORDERED Ice chai tea latte w macadamia nut flavor (it's the torani brand, I wish I never gotten the flavor, it was too sweet to my liking) I'm not a coffee drink, more of a tea drink. But I can see the hype for coffee enthusiasts. I wish there were more tea latte flavors tho.

Not trying to sleep at all during my current Vegas Trip so I grabbed a 911! I'll pretty much be up from now until 2023 with the six shots of caffeine goodness... This place was easy to get in and out of. Service was exceptional and my drink taste like Four Loko! Thank you Dutch Bros!

Here visiting my hometown!!! I used to come to this spot all the time!! I see new staff but they are still awesome!!! Got my Ice Caramelizer with whip! The line wasn't that bad at all. It was long but the mobsters kept moving lol!!! :)

When in Vegas, I get dutch bros! Large iced dirty chai ($7.75): sweet, refreshing and satisfying... 9/10. I also recommend any of these on ice: kicker, annihilator, cold brew, or golden eagle.

Came here on Sunday 6/2/2024 in the afternoon around 2PM. Wow the guy at the window walk up asked me directly if I want to leave a tip for takeout coffee. Never have I ever had someone verbally asked me for tip for coffee. The audacity. Will never come back or to any of the locations of Dutch Bro's coffee. Biggest turn off ever. Also the coffee sucked.

My ex experience is hearing my daughter's day on how each of them are treated differently by the employees at first I thought that was a great place to work because everybody seems so bubbly and supportive but just because one of my daughters is different she's treated different and & is ignored It seems like she's being pushed out. I don't think that is a good environment to work around or in. And I pray to God that neither one of them lose their job because of this comment but right is right and wrong is wrong. Each employee should be treated fairly and equally and stop acting like everybody else is better than the other because you're all the same, not having a clue in life in the work life

This was a caramel piece of heaven. the girls at the drive-through were so patient with me trying to use the app. I even got a free Dutch Bros sticker which are only given out of specific days.

This is my fav place to get tea and coffee. I discovered them this past summer in Vegas. Drinks are very flavorful and you can't beat the prices and service. They have a walkup window and drive thru, it's not a big fancy place but they get the job done. I've now been to several in Vegas because they are everywhere there. I found out we have a few here in CA but they're way out in the Inland Empire area.

Can't go wrong with Dutch Bros Coffee! They have multiple locations in Vegas, each of which almost always has a fast moving line. If the lines get too long, typically a worker or two will go out with an iPad and take orders while their coworkers remain inside making the drinks. I'm a bit boring and always get their plain cold brew, but have also tried their holiday peppermint cold brew which was tasty! The workers are always really kind and friendly :) If you frequent Dutch Bros often, I would definitely download their app and be part of their membership program. You can rack up points relatively quickly and get free drinks that way.

I've been to this location several times before and have never had any issues until this morning. Today's associate was quite chatty with the customer ahead of us. Although she was nice and friendly upon FINALLY taking our order, it would have been more appreciated if she wasn't so chatty with the customer ahead. It looked like she was acquainted with them. Still inappropriate for other customers, like myself, to have to wait longer than we should have. Hence the 3 stars.

I like this location, Chill vibe! I was recently in Las vegas, and this location was close to my hotel. Very convenient staff was nice good customer service. I love Their lavender oat latte. That's my go-to. I also enjoy the dragon slayer lemonade very yummy and refreshing. I really hope more locations open up closer to me.

Dutch brothers is the best coffee ever. Even if the drive thru line is big, they are super quick here. The line moves fast. They are always changing their drink flavors for the season.

First timer trying Dutch Bros and I love it so much! I got the annihilator with caramel mixed in from a suggestion and it did not disappoint. Perfect creaminess from the half and half and perfect coffee taste all the way through. Such a good coffee for a good price too! Wishing for a Dutch Bros to open near me one day! I thought I would never like a chain coffee store before but this coffee definitely changed my opinion on that.

If we're Yelp buds, my check ins are an easy tell that I'm a big fan of the Dutch Bros...this one is just a couple of miles from the Strip = closest Dutch Bros to my worky work... The main reason I hit up Dutch Bros is because of their drive through service. 1) Efficiency: The locations have multiple staff out to the cars when the lines stack up. This gets the orders inside and the crew starts firing away on the drinks. Everyone works with a sense of urgency which I appreciate completely. 2) Good Vibes: Greetings, smiles and friendly small talk is what you'll find at your local Dutch Bros. If someone is having a bad day, I'd never guess. My favorite Breeze/Blended drinks 911 - My go-to morning drink when I have a day full of meetings at work = 6 shot Irish breve keeps me awake. The difference between breve and latte is that breve uses steamed half & half. (vs. steamed mile in the latte) Islander - Chocolate macadamia nut, coconut and vanilla. This is like a dessert drink without being sweet. love it.. Molten Lava - Cinnamon and dark chocolate. This is a nice change of pace when I'm trying to get away the conventional breeze drinks. This Sahara location is keeping up to speed with the other Dutch Bros I frequent. They have a smaller parking lot for lines compared to their other locations but the line has never been an issue as the staff is on it. I'll be back...Enjoy! =)

Three times in one week. I guess I've been converted. Tried three dif coffees and they were all good. Blended or iced it didn't matter. I don't know if the choice of music is a good one for someone that hasn't had their morning coffee yet

I've seen Dutch Bros Coffee from other foodies but since there wasn't one near me, the FOMO is real. When I got to Vegas, I realized that there are Dutch Bros Coffee nearby and I couldn't be any happier. When we got there, the menu was massive and a little intimidating. This isn't your local coffee shop kind nor Starbucks so I was a little hesitant and so clueless on what to order. The person behind the counter/cashier was super nice. We told him it's my first time and there were items that we were looking at but not sure if it's the right one. He explained it to us, made some suggestions and other tips. We decided to get the following: Kicker: Irish Cream Breve - this is a light, creamy kind of coffee. Def perfect if you know your day isn't going to be too crazy Caramelizer: Caramel Mocha - stronger kind of coffee and super delish which is perfect for a longer day Dutch Cocoa: Chocolate Milk steamed to perfection with Double Chocolate. Yummm! Perfect for people who doesn't like coffee but want to hop on the Dutch Bros Coffee train. We all loved our drinks! I would definitely go back when I get a chance.

I'm not sure if it's the heat but my drink was made wrong & the girl with the piercing at the window was so rude & upset.. im not upset it's wrong but why are you upset doing your job? I did not like the attitude I got because my drink was wrong.. so I left because why let that ruin a good day right? But I hope she gets a better attitude because I love going to this location because of the service but not this time..drink wasn't the best either cause it was iced..

I had heard really good things about Dutch bros from coworkers and I was excited to it. I was told it was better and cheaper then Starbucks. After checking out of my hotel, my friends and I decided to try it. It was very busy and this location had no sit down area inside or outside. Basically a drive thru or a order window outside if you didn't want to go they a drive thru. I ordered what I always order at other coffee shops. Nitro brew I added sweet cream it and it came out to be just over $6. When I got my order at first I was impressed because the size of the brew was way higher then Starbucks. But then I noticed that 3/4 of my cup was ice. So very little nitro brew. When I get this at star bucks it's about the same price and a smaller cup but Starbucks doesn't put any ice in their nitro brew. I felt like I got basically a cup of ice and few sips of nitro brew. My experience I was not impressed at all. I got very little nitro brew and mainly ice in my cup. After few sips that was it.
