I have to give a huge shout-out to Madeline and Abby, because they were both nothing short of incredible. The moment they greeted me, I could tell they truly cared about what they do. They weren’t just going through the motions — they were upbeat, engaged, and genuinely happy to see every customer who rolled through. Madeline had this contagious smile that instantly lifted my mood, and Abby radiated kindness and warmth in a way that felt completely authentic. I ordered a large vanilla latte with almond milk, and it was hands-down one of the best lattes I’ve had anywhere — not just at a Dutch Bros, but at any coffee shop, period. I never write reviews but after how I was treated last night I feel that I should. I went to Dutch Bros last night and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The employee Kate was so incredibly rude. She was very impatient, made zero eye contact, had no customer service skills what so ever. When me and my friends were trying to figure out if we were going to do one more order she snapped at me and said "what?" and gave us a dirty look. The only eye contact she made the entire time was a blank stare after that. She didn’t even ask how our night was or make any small talk, which is one of the things that always makes Dutch Bros such a fun and friendly place to go. We were honestly shocked. One of the main reasons I go to Dutch Bros is for the social interactions, the nice employees, and that's what makes getting my daily drink fun. But Kate completely ruined that for me and my friends. I cannot believe Dutch Bros would hire someone who treats their customers this way. Super disappointing.

Good coffee, good service, and reasonable prices. Not sure what else to add. They have kind of a neat looking little spot where you order that has roll up doors to make it more outdoors in nice weather. I was there on a perfect evening and the doors were closed, so I'm not sure if/when they actually open it up, but it looked like a fun idea for the summer.

The coffee was great and everyone was nice, I'm just writing this to advise that this specific Dutch Bros location advise their employees not to say potentially rude things to customers. The drive through attendant (the one standing outside), asked my husband and I if we were going to a costume party.....we were wearing our normal clothes.

My home away from home! 😄 I love my Dutch coffee and my Dutch friends who always make my day better!❤️😊 I highly recommend their iced sugar free Golden Eagle!! So good! 😋

The last few times I've redeemed points for the free unlimited drink, the drink doesn't include everything I asked for in it... today I ordered the vanilla cold brew with the shine effect in it and wanted oatmilk added into it with caramel drizzle. The drink I got was just a basic cold brew with a bit of caramel at the bottom. I get I didn't even pay $ for it since I redeemed points for this drink, but the person taking my order or the person making the order just doesn't actively listen to everything I wanted added in it seems. A little more extra attention to orders would be nice. The extras you can add to Dutchbro drinks is why some customers like me prefer you over Starbucks. :(

Extra hot oatmilk latte- my usual order, I come here often. Today my order is Missing an inch of coffee in the cup, only 85% full and bitter as hell. Thanks Dutch Bros for charging me 6 buck for this BS. One car in front of me, no one behind me in line.

The folk's at this particular Dutch Bro's are amazing! They are all super friendly and creat an awesome atmosphere. The drinks are always delicious. I recommend all their drinks and if you aren't sure what you would like ask one of the employees, they will point you in the right direction of what you would like. If you're not a energy or coffee person I recommend the green peach tea! Highly recommend this Dutch bros. I travel a lot and this has been one of the best ones I have gone too!!!.

Drinks are good, they can direct a solid recommendation as well. Service is what seperates this place, a DB with an actual window person. Great time, every time.

I love my Duchies as a little weekend treat! However, they recently changed a lot of items on their menu and it doesn't taste the same anymore! I feel like the quality of the coffee is significantly less than It used to be. But I still really enjoy their rebels! And the staff is always so kind and lighthearted! I love that they're always happy to see my dogs and love on them when i bring them through for their pup cups! The staff is really what makes it worth going!

It used to be a lot better. Used to have a really great staff and made my drink perfect everytime! Most of the OG staff has moved on and now my drinks are always off :/ Service is still good, but not what it used to be:(

After tonight, I truly believe that DB is trash! I ordered 2 rebels and for one drink they didn't care to properly fill it up. Instead of letting it be, I circled back through drive-thru to have them fix it. Instead all I got was "it goes again our company policy" crap. This is a LARGE Electric Berry Rebel, and I asked for light ice. For $17.47 for both drinks, I expected quality. Not to mention, they couldn't even charge me for medium cup at that point as well. So frustrating!!

Dutch Bros went up a notch in my book today. First of all, the employees here are always kool and kind. But, I was surprised today to see a birthday reward even though my birthday was actually two weeks ago. Unlike another coffee shop we all know, Dutch Bros gives you a whole month to redeem your free drink! I think their coffee is tasty and delivers the caffeine I neeeeeed.

I've been a local at many stands across the country and this is by far the worst stand in the country. The line is always 20-30 minute wait just to order and it's not even a long line. I've ordered inside as the only person and it's still taken 15 minutes with no line inside and a small line outside. The Broistas are not nearly as friendly as other stands. Today when I asked why the wait is so long because I was running late to work I was given "well I don't make the schedule". Not only is the wait really long but my order has been wrong every time. I need to leave for work 45 minutes early if I want Dutch to account for the 30 minute wait and the addition 10 for when my drink is wrong and they need to remake it.

Drinks are good. Just reallyyyyy surprised they had workers outside taking orders in 20 degree weather. Yes, the workers were dressed warm but still. It just seems like Dutch bros always has their workers in horrible weather conditions-both hella hot weather and hella cold weather.

I personally don't like their coffee but my wife enjoys it. She asked me to swing over there tonight and they literally locked the door, 15 minutes before close, in my face. Literally made eye contact with me while closing early. I'll be hard pressed to go there again

Love the drinks and the workers being extremely nice and hard working , even if the lines are long :) worth it !
