Dutch Bros Coffee

I came here a couple times in the last week for a blended freeze and everyone was super nice, but each time my drink was either super fluffy like drinking whipped cream or completely watered down which kind of defeats the purpose of the blended freeze. Today I asked for the same drink and asked that it be blended properly with the ice due to the previous outcomes and the girl at the window kept saying she will put it as extra thick or with extra ice. I said I don't necessarily want extra anything. What I want is for it to not be melted by the time it's handed to me. This time it came out super fluffy again like coffee flavored whipped cream and there wasnt a single bit of ice.

So I don’t usually order coffee from Dutch because I always make mine at home. Anyways I was running errands today so it was easier to order ahead for pick up. When I ordered online it said my coffee pick up would be ready by 1:35 I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my coffee when they finally handed it to me at 1:54. I could see that someone was training to make the coffee on the inside and as a manager myself I can understand the importance of training someone new to make orders. There are times like when I was there when the line is wrapped around the building that you should probably have someone have the trainee step back and get the orders out. I also ordered 4 shots of espresso in my coffees and both of them taste like water. I will provide pictures of what my coffees look like. One was supposed to have a soft top and it didn’t come with it. But as a coffee drinker these drinks are way to light to have 4 shots of espresso

I ordered the Marshmallow Dream Protein Latte. The presentation is great! But it lacks flavor. It just tastes like coffee with milk. I’m so glad it was free.

I’m a regular at this Dutch Bros because the drinks are always on point, whether it’s a cold brew, rebel, or a seasonal special, the quality never disappoints. The staff is generally friendly and upbeat, which adds to the good vibes. That said, Sundays are consistently rough. The service tends to slow way down, longer wait times in the drive-thru and at the window. It’s noticeably different from the rest of the week, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry or just trying to enjoy your weekend. Still, the drinks are worth it, and I keep coming back. Just wish they could tighten up the Sunday flow a bit.

I love Dutch Bros!! They hire the nicest most patience people to work there. Everyone is always overly helpful when you have questions about the menu and they’re always smiling. I also love that they’re giving back to abused children!! I am so glad I spent my money there today. I will definitely be going back. So many kids in the world need help! Thank you Dutch Bros for caring! Please keep it up!

First time at Dutch Bros and I’m convinced they put pure joy and possibly a shot of sunshine in my iced mocha. The staff was so friendly especially Martin and Sam ❤️❤️10/10, will caffeinate here forever.

Delicious protein coffee with sugar free option! The line took a while, but when I drove up, the barista was working frantically and as efficiently as she could so it was good see the drinks are made fresh!

This is by far the most welcoming and helpful Dutch location! The staff is so nice ! Huge shout out to Esme, Kayla, and the rest of the staff for the continuous hospitality! I not only get a coffee but I get it with a smile and it makes a difference!!

I love this Dutch Bros location! They're always so fast (I come in the early morning) and everyone who takes my order is very kind. Even when there's a long line, I know I won't be waiting long.

These young folks that work here were sweet hearts! I had a seasonal drink which is their apple chai latte (add caramel because it's sooo good). They were quick, helpful, and so sweet. I'm not even a major coffee drinker, but they have something for everyone and they will help you pick a drink. I'll definitely come back. (It's only a drive thru!!)

The workers here are always so kind, happy, and polite. They are patient and make sure you are ordering what you want in your coffee! Definitely recommend this location.

I've visited this location several times and always has a good experience. Service is friendly and my orders have always been made fairly quickly.

The service was amazing! My barista, JP was very patient and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. JP was very respectful and encouraging, I told him I appreciated his work and he assured me that it was a team effort! Him and Isaac put together an awesome coffee super team! JP is a great addition to the team, and I wish he could get a title such as double manager to show it!

Love the iced golden eagle! The taste is intoxicatingly good. I haven't tried anything else from Dutch brothers so that's really all I can speak on. The staff at this location is always so happy, friendly, and upbeat. If you're having a bad day, go to this Dutch brothers and they'll cheer you up. Their happiness is contagious. Like really, none of their employees are rude and I go there every single day. Everybody is always so sweet.

I doubt this place is serious about coffee. Perhaps its the employees. Not worth the money. I have stopped by a few times for latte. The coffee disappoints. Overpriced cup of milk with hardly any coffee.

Service at this location has gotten so much better! The last couple of times I've stopped by the drive thru was quick! The staff is always friendly and my iced latte is always consistent. So glad it's improved!

Um yes!!!! I have never been to Dutch Bros but decided to go today. I loved the customer service everyone was so nice and welcoming! The drinks were great I had a cocomo (if you like coconut and coffee this is a great drink). Prices were great and I will definitely come back. Thank you for the kindness to everyone at this location! Also, the wait for drinks was not long at all! Had a great experience!

Go here if you want to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes and pay $10 for coffee and receive a glass of milk.

Best customer service ever!! And the coffee is so good as well! White chocolate lavender cold brew is my favorite drink! Will be coming back! Our barista Ocean I think was their name was amazing! Love this Dutch bros!

I was having a bad day when I pulled through the drive thru at this Dutch Bros location. The team members asked me how my day was and I filled them in and they treated me to a free coffee to help me towards having a better day. Awesome drinks and even better staff. I will definitely be back to this location!

i bought a cup and first time to try this company. in the drive thru they handed me my cup I tasted it before I left I told the girl I'm sorry but this is nasty I can't drink this. she said I'm sorry and I told her I paid for it and she said thank you and took the coffee back. no refund just a smile and a thank you. will never go back. I went to McDonald's to get that cup of coffee. Pretty sad when McDonald's gives you a good cup of coffee Better then Dutch brothers.
