Dutch Bros Coffee

Yes.... This is how it's done! My favorite, a Medium Caramelizer, Blended, picture perfect with a soft top! It's Chocolate milk, espresso and caramel sauce. Never would I have ever imagined this. Absolutely love. Highly recommend if you like chocolate milk. Great gal at the window, friendly, and service was quick. This one was on Dutch Bros 🤑 Thanks Misty from Dutch Bros. Visit on 6-28-25 around 8:40p… the guy and girl working at the drive though window (should have gotten their names) were amazeballz!! I got coffee in Sevierville before work (I’m a night shifter) and didn’t even get a drink of it before I spilled the whole thing into my cup holders 😣I was so disappointed that I didn’t have coffee for work cause coffee is life! But these two made my night cause not only was I able to get another coffee before work and still be on time but it was super freaking good 😊 I got a carmelizer blended with an extra shot and extra sweet and it couldn’t have been any better! Those two were super friendly, smiling, and commiserated with me over my spilled coffee.

I love coming here. they have the best chai latte if the staff is always friendly. if it's busy then they have people walking down the lines, taking orders to where you can get through faster. it's always pleasant experience. the good coffee and the friendliness is why I keep coming back.

I really enjoy Dutch Bros when it’s good… this place is truly a hit or miss. Worst part is waiting in line. You’ll be in line for 30+ minutes and if cars are behind you there is no way you can leave. The coffee is really good when it’s made right but the odds of getting an employee that makes it right are slim.

Pulled off on a road trip. Accidentally ordered to wrong location. They were so helpful and accommodating. Not to mention this is the best coffee I've had from a Dutch location so far. Everyone who worked there just made the experience even better. Amazing coffee with a smile is a great way to start the day!!

I love iced coffee and was excited to try Dutch Bros for the first time. Thought we could get something quick on the way home. Only three cars ahead of us in the drive thru but we didn't move for what felt like 10 minutes. No cars behind us, thank goodness, so we backed up and left. Maybe we'll try again someday if we're not in a hurry.

Everything is horrible about this place. We ordered on the app and still took 45 minutes. Your sign says skip the line. What the hell ever. You still have to wait in the damn line. You need a double drive thru. You expect a tip? Thats a hell no. Plus the order was messed up..

Amazing service and quality. I was having a really bad morning but this stop cheered me up. Amazing customer service by the young worker, I wish I would have gotten his name but was having too bad of a morning at first and forgot to ask. I love Dutch Bros and will be loyal now. Starbucks who?
