Dutch Bros Coffee

I hope that the manager of this location will look at this review and talk to their employees. if I pay 7 dollars for a coffee it is because I want to drink coffee milk with ice!! that I can do in my house. I know that all the caffes are supposed to be " the same" but in truth it depends on who prepares them some employees do not meke them well maybe because they dont get Tips but they should already be included in the price of coffee because it is expensive.

Usually I give yall a 5. But the last few coffees I got my son picks up for me usually. And its like hit and miss lately. Sad thing is when he picks up he uses his ap soo I cant prove I even ordered today. Bank will not let me screen shot the 11.13. I allways get a large 911 blended 1/2 sweet. Well sometime I know its not 1/2 cause I can tell byt I forgive that more than today. I got a 1/2 cup of foam. Thats the reason I dont like Starbucks. I spend usually a 11 or more sometimes 20 a day your my addiction. But things see to ne going downhill at this location maybe I need to find another one. Disappointed in NLV.

Went through the line 8:30am-9:00am and we were pretty far in line but they got us through super quickly! The girl who took our order Mikayla was super kind and double checked our order. Then at the window everyone was talking and friendly while they made sure our order was correct again. And all the drinks were perfect! Best dutch bros location i’ve been to in a long time.

I had issues with drink consistency at this location in the past. Since bringing it up, I've seen huge improvements and every drink I've ordered since has been perfect. They're the best!

3 stars is generous honestly, this location used to be my favorite, my last few visits haven’t been the best. Today’s drink kinda sealed it for me, I ordered the mangonada rebel freeze and there is maybe a tsp of fruit and sprinkle of Tajín. I’ll drive out a little farther to a different location.

Best dutch bros in Las Vegas and one of my favorite coffee stops. I got the golden eagle freeze with extra caramel flavor & drizzle, topped off with an extra coffee shot.

They certainly prioritize cars over the walk up traffic. But the employees are fantastic and helpful.

Travis is an awesome owner and has an amazing crew. If there's a mistake they own it fix and ensure that I the customer am happy. Eric is awesome as well with training new ppl.

Dutch Bros started in Oregon over 30 years ago...I can still remember getting up early in Central Point and driving to the little shack to get a Vanilla Latte in the winter:) This morning we drove over here early to get my fix. MAX took our order while waiting at the Drive Thru. He was so sweet and easy to talk to! He didn't rush us and answered all of our questions. We appreciated his patience! We ordered: Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Chai 5/5 stars Extra Hot Vanilla Latte with 2 extra shots of espresso 5/5 Definitely going back while we are here! *BTW - there are 2 lanes at the drive thru...Please be kind and remember to be courteous and let the other car go ahead of you! Just saying...

I visited Dutch Bros this morning and was greeted by a new employee. It was clear she was still learning, which I completely understand--everyone has to start somewhere. I placed my order, and she stepped away briefly to ask a coworker a few questions. When she returned, she asked if I was paying with the app, gave me my total, and I paid before pulling up to the window. At the window, the employee assisting me was very unpleasant. She handed me a blended drink, and I asked what it was. She responded by asking if I had ordered it blended. I said no, and she asked again if I was sure. After confirming that I hadn't, they remade the drink. When I received the other drink, I asked if it was made extra sweet. She checked the computer and replied simply, "No," without offering to fix it or apologizing. She then told me it couldn't be remade because I had already taken it, which I found strange. Instead, she offered to give me the ingredients in a cup so I could add them myself. Before adding anything, I tasted the drink and it clearly had little to no flavor. As a regular customer who comes here often, it was disappointing to have to fix my own drink after paying. It felt as though she may have been training new employees but didn't want to be bothered. I want to be clear that I have no issue with new employees--they were trying their best. I've worked as a manager before, and this level of customer service was surprising. I hope management can address this and ensure that employees assisting customers are attentive, professional, and willing to help.

I arrived at 842am, only one staff taking orders. White colored vehicle arrived 10mins after me but his order was taken first. I told the female staff, i got here first and ive been waiting more 15mins then you took his order first. She then we go by zigzag, im like no you go by who got here first. She took my order said the total then left with nothing to say. Like no "will that be all, i think she didn't put the food order, just walked away. Just in case she reads this, you didn't ask for a tip so no tip like most staff members in other locations do, you didn't apologize either. Usually if you made a mistake, you'll apologize but nothing. Give your job position to someone else if you dont like your job. You look like you dont even want to be there. Black girl with short twist dreads.

This is my favorite coffee place. The drinks are always good and the broistas are always so nice. As a diabetic, I have to watch what I consume and drink and DB has endless sugar free flavors vs competing companies that may only have one or two. If you haven't tried them before, do it!!!

I'm a Dutch Bros virgin no more...thank you, Las Vegas. Wow, this place was worth the drive-thru wait and lived up to the hype. Max took my order and let me tell you, he was beyond AMAZING. He was so welcoming and even comp'd my large iced beverage...being a first time guest. Way to go, Max...you made my day and I'll see you tomorrow. I ordered the Iced Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Chai...I loved the salted caramel, pumpkin drizzle & the raw sugar sprinks on top...it definitely left me feelin' all the fall vibes. #dutchdaysahead

That has always been my thing I changed from Starbucks to Dutch one today to get my duck where the ad says 10 per customer max not one per customer not one duck per drink max 10 per customer. I showed it to the gentleman at the window. he had the hair part in the middle black shirt right at the window probably about 59 he reads it and goes. Nope it's one per customer. He was very rude. I didn't have time to ask for a manager very disappointed. Maybe I'll go back to Starbucks they have always Honored everything they said.

They are consistently short staffed so the lines take FOREVER. Even ordering a head they make you wait so long past the time.

My husband and I are addicted to Dutch Bros!!! Their drinks are the best in town, and they have such an extensive menu of drinks. I would also like to add that they have the BEST people working there. Everyone I've encountered is so friendly and happy. Dutch Bros is #1

Fast and efficient! The drinks were good! We had a coffee drink and some energy teas also. Gave us energy for the drive home!

DBC is superior to Starbucks, Peet's, Better Buzz, etc., due to the quality and better selection of beverages. Iced Caramelizer (large $5.75): smooth, creamy, and sweet with a caffeine jolt! 9/10 rating. Service here is always friendly and alert. It must be the caffeine:)

Hey Dutch! Just want to say thank you! My daughter wanted to surprise me with a gift card and she mentioned it's her mommas birthday today and she got this special, sprinkled, hand written drink for free! For me! It made her day and definitely made mine! Thank you so much for really making my birthday special!

I pulled up here today because I didn't wanna go to the Craig location. The young man took my order immediately, not too long of the line today for five cars maybe. I'd like to see closer to a little farther east..I ordered A hot coffee with an extra shot. Coffee was delightful Ohh, And loved the music playing while we waiting in line!

Workers did not say sorry for not handing me my chocolate chip muffin top and having to get out of my car to go get it. As well I ordered a medium drink with no ice(due to teeth sensitivity and this is how much of a drink I got. Super stingy. Every dutch bros I go too I get excellent service and satisfied with my drink, here total opposite.

We don't have a Dutch Bros location where I live in LA so the only time I get to have Dutch Bros is when I'm visiting Vegas. Dutch Bros has a great variety of drinks ranging from coffee, teas to sodas. It's a great alternative to Starbucks. I wish we had a location near me in LA. I have been to this location several times and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Download the app for rewards and a extended list of items not shown on the menu.

It's been a hot minute since I made a review, but here I am & here it goes... I love coming to this location every time I am in this area. Located in North Las Vegas. Cross Streets are Centennial & Simmons. Next to a New Gas Station that was built the same time as this Dutch Brothers. There isn't too much parking, so be advised of that if you are walking up to order your drinks. There will be long lines, so be advised of that as well.

While I am a semi-regular at DBC, I think I tend to partake more when the weather is warmer and I can scarf down some of their blended creations. I was out and about this morning and needed a carmelizer.... And lo and behold there was only two cars ahead of me in line! (I can't think of how many times I did not drop in when both lanes of the drive through we're almost backed up to Juan's). Anyway, had the app open and the "sidewalk broista" was quick to get my order. (Love the mobile app). About three minutes later, had my carmelizer and off to fight the crowds at Home Depot and beyond. Someday I'm going to remember to ask if they do a military discount!

The line was super long and the wait was forever. They finally had someone walk out and take orders like in n out but you had to pay with the walking cashier. Even though the line took forever tipped the cashier because she was out in the hot taking orders which she was fairly quick at it. As for the drinks we ordered the campfire freeze and the cold brew campfire and the electric berry energy drink. The only one that tasted like sewer water was the cold brew, my daughter even doctored the drink and it still was nasty.

Never a disappointment here! It's my to go place during my lunch hour. And to top it off, a free drink is offered for a birthday, so here was mine. And added touch goes a long way! Definitely made my day, birthday

Some of these reviews goofs me out lol How does one give a one star because of how slow the line moves lmao! Try to be in the workers shoes making all kinds of different ingredients. Stuff like that takes time and trying to be efficient while you're trying to keep the momentum building up speed in the workplace. This is fairly new place where they have new people. I did have an incident today that's kind of related to all these negative reviews. But definitely deserves a five-star. I had some idiot cut in line today. A black F-150 truck tinted windows. It's either a newbie for Dutch and does not understand how to line program works. Or it's some adult that acts like a kid that has nothing better else to do but needs to grow up. The order taker came up to my window. I didn't vent or make a huge deal over it. When it came to finalizing my order I just offered to give an extra tip to get my drinks first before the truck. The kid was so cool and very professional he told me he couldn't do that because the line is already moving. He took a dollar off my tab. I didn't ask for it or agree to it. But it was super cool that he addressed it and took care of it his way. So Travis the CEO of Dutch or corporate if you're reading this. 12/15/2021. I didn't catch his name. Who ever this kid is that help me at 6:00 p.m. at this location please give him a super hell yeah and a pat on the back! He's very outgoing he knows how to get through the line and he knows how to help his customers! Thanks!!!!

Can't understand the long lines. You can get better coffee at a Circle-K. It must be all the non-coffee frufru drinks that people love or the have crack in them. One star for the service.

Great drinks but I wait an eternity whenever I come to this location. It feels like their workers lack a sense of urgency.

I LOVE the Rebels (my boys LOVE the lemonade). The staff (95% of them) are always extremely friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and when I can't decide but want to try something new they always have ideas to throw out. I do really like their coffee (I do prefer the coffee strength from Starbucks though although I love the flavors here and you can 1/2 the sweetness in any drink). I love the rebels with white chocolate & almond but I swear I have to drink it fast or it gets curdled and looks gross and I can't drink it after that haha. Really love the people here at this location. Would come here just for the experience they give you. Became a frequent flyer here and they knew mine and all 3 of my kids order haha. When I'm breaking from SB I'm always here.

Logan is always making me laugh and smile when I come through the drive thru. she's always soo sweet and she's always recommending me yummy drinks.

I would give this location, which I visit frequently, five stars, if not for: *them forgetting to add 5 oz. of half and half to my boiling hot coffee, and me taking a large sip thinking my drink was made properly. That was fun: having a burnt mouth for two days. *some new blonde employee who NEVER says 'thank you' when you tip. Lesson learned: never tipping her again. Other than that, a Caramelizer is the way to go, as seen my lovely picture.

i ordered a large got a medium, WAS TOLD i got a medium so i left. then i made my order online and indeed i was charged as a large and got a medium. bruh.

Mood - My Usual I've been coming to this location for at least 2 months every weekend ordering (2). I was taught at this location how to customize my order. So the customer service was always on point. I never minded the drive or the lines. I can't drink coffee, so over the years I've learned to switch out coffee specialty drinks to black tea so I can still enjoy the flavors. My Go To- Golden Eagle made with black Tea instead of coffee. I want it exactly that way with cinnamon powder on top. Today I was honestly nervous that the order was going to be wrong. And yes it ended up being wrong. If you look at the pictures, there is Carmel but no Black Tea. So now I will have to find another location to patronize. Everyone complains about the lines. Yes they are long but it is worth it. This location was notorious for having exceptional customer service to get those lines organized and moved swiftly. As you know if there are lines, it must be good. Would recommend if your a coffee drinker. The pricing is very reasonable. However in my situation after today I won't be back. I wasted money with a tip. I'm still highly confused as to how they got a simple order wrong. I kept telling them I'm nervous that your going to not get my order correct. Location is Centennial/ Aliante Pkwy- ample parking

Went to this location around 7am on a Saturday morning expecting there to be a long line and THERE WAS NOT! I was so happy! The guy working outside was friendly of course and the service received was great! I love me some Dutch bros!

I have never really gone to Dutch Bros, but I went today to redeem my free birthday drink. The employees were so nice and even decorated my cup for my birthday. My cold brew was great too. The line was long but it moved fast. I highly recommend going here!

It's Dutch Bros- good drinks all around. The line however is unmanageable. I've been to several locations in the valley for years and sure there is always a line but it moves quickly. This location needs 2 order takers out in the line most of the time and need to move the cars along. Lots of times the line is wrapped around the entrance and they don't bother to move up with the next car. Sometimes the window has no car because they're still a few car lengths behind taking the next order. I've waited in line 20 mins a few weeks ago. They need to get this down quick before the other establishments on this lot opens or their will be traffic issues.

Don't get me wrong I love Dutch Bros I go between this location and the Rancho location frequently but, I do not think my freeze should be this "runny". My drinks were ready and stilling on the counter while I was just patiently for one of the workers to hand them to me. I understand they get busy but that doesn't allow for lack of service either.

I've loved Dutch Bros since 2014 and never disappointed. I would recommend 100% , the staff are suffer nice. Would love to have one close by Los Angeles but it's okay for now. They have lots of drinks to drink from. The ambiance is super nice and chill.

In the waning hours of a summer day, I found myself at a café on a bustling street corner, just moments before closing time. The manager, bearing an uncanny resemblance to Blippi, wore a frustrated expression and muttered discontented words to the coworkers, fully aware of my presence. Despite my parched throat, I mustered the courage to order an iced tea, politely asking for light ice. Alas, my anticipation turned to dismay as a cup overflowing with ice was handed to me. The disappointment lingered, leaving me to contemplate the whims of timing and the peculiarities of tea-ice proportions. This Blippi has so much to learn about customer service it will make you want to shout...

Went through the drive thru at this location and paid via the iPad tablet they carry around to take your order, got up to the window and the worker tells me the iPad glitched so I have to pay again. I pulled up my bank account and showed her that I had already paid and the money had been taken out of my account and she still made me pay again. She offered me a receipt so I can come back for a refund if the bank doesn't sort it out? Seems easier to just not charge the customer twice. What a waste of time over $7.50... Coffee was pretty good though!

Came here for my free birthday coffee.. they didn't disappoint this location is always packed. I feel like it's a little faster ordering at the window. They guy who took my order was super nice... always good to have excellent customer service! Ordered the golden eagle., the taste was a little mocha mixed with caramel. I enjoyed it, will come back to try other flavors! Prefer you guys over Starbucks any day!

I was so happy when one of these opened right by my house! I've gone several times since, and usually get the Iced Double Torture. Today I tried the new Cookie Dough Cold Brew and asked for it sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The pricing here is great too. Literally every single employee is so nice. I wish I could try everything!

Friendliness is there but the lines do not move fast and they don't walk you up. I've waited in line for over 30 minutes before and yet here we are 20 minutes later. It'll probably be worth your time driving a little farther to another location and you'd still get your drinks

The quality of the drinks is most of the time amazing and I come here almost every day but I'm leaving this review to let the workers know to focus better on the window orders during the summers as you would the drive through maybe a bit more. It gets so hot out here and they don't prioritize the window orders and sometimes there's a few of us out here in the heat waiting and you see the cars driving away consistently. Otherwise the customer service is great, very nice kids.

Hubby and I went to Dutch Bros yesterday to get some relief from the 108 whether, and boy did we find it! The blended, Dutch mojito, green tea is refreshing, light, not too sweet and a perfect drink to help you cool down on those hot days. Not only that, the color is beautiful too! Thank broistas for the recommendation to do it blended!

THEE. Slowest. Dutch. Bros. Ridiculously slow. Double lines and sometimes you have to order at the window.. It's walking distance from my house but I refuse-- The line is a complete shit show.

I have visited this location frequently since it has opened and my reviews are truly mixed. Not my favorite location but they generally get the job done. I just wonder if it's a prerequisite for the employees to wear shorts that are stuck in the crack. It was apparent that the individual taking my order felt uncomfortable and kept tugging on her shorts which were showing her butt cheeks anyway. Not really sure what that's all about but I wouldn't suspect that Dutch bro would have to have a classless dress code such as this as the weather is getting warmer. Nothing over the top or outstanding about the visit it was very basic but I definitely wanted to leave a review on this dress code. When your product is good, you don't have to go over the top just to be different.

Ive visited this location roughly twice a month since they opened and I've never been disappointed. They deserve better than the 3.0 stars, I've never waited too long or had the coffee be unsatisfactory. Amazing service

Need a better was of serving in the early mornings. If you walk up to the window, it is a 30 min wait.

I order 5 drinks and 3 out of the 5 drinks were made wrong then also labeled incorrectly.

The person who was assisting me does not care I was a customer. He was chatting with his coworker about his friends and does not even complete my order since he was very busy talking. The coffee was not even good and I am not too sure why Dutch Bros is even famous. For 2 medium regular coffee, I paid for $7.02 and no receipt was provided or even asked since he was busy talking to his friends. I will not go to Dutch Bros for any reasons in the future. I guess the Dutch Bros is for youth to gather.

I'm confused as to what this location doesn't have 5 stars. They are always so nice here! Sure the wait is long but there are a million cars there because of how great it is! For a shorter wait you can always walk up and you'll get your drink witching 5 mins. Anyways the customer service is ALWAYS awesome. Everyone is so energetic! I love this location
