Workers made me feel extra special on my birthday!! So sad I didn’t get their names but they were working today, 11/05/2024 around 10:30. Made me a “birthday cup” and added cute messages with lollipops. I hope they know they made my entire birthday! So grateful 💕

Not sure what happened today but I received this drink when I ordered, caramelizer cold brew. I don’t believe it’s suppose to look like this…tasted like rancid. Like the line was not ridiculously long like they usually are when I went. Which is odd as I ordered with them in the past but now it’s like this? Ridiculous.

Great customer service! However the wait is horrible. On average I spend 15 minutes or more just to get a protein latte. Definitely would recommend working on timing and getting orders out in a timely manner.

I love Dutch Bros! However, the lady at the window picks and chooses who to be nice to. My order was wrong and I usually have a good experience with mobile ordering. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest location to me.

I love Dutch Bros unfortunately this location appears to be extremely understaffed. The line is long and moves very slowly. In addition, there’s no one taking orders with the iPad. Therefore the window is handling one car at a time taking their order there, making the order and then handing it over, I have been waiting 15 minutes to move up only three cars lengths there is no alternative as the window has a long line as well for people who park and walk up to the window today. I expect to spend at least 30 minutes second line if not more to get one spectacular cup of coffee.

Delicious Coffee, Fast Service and Friendly Staff

I've come here a few times now and am officially on the Team Dutch Bros!! The employees genuinely seem to enjoy working here which makes for a pleasant experience even when the wait time is long. They always spend a few minutes chatting when the line is taking a while to get through, and even give drink recommendations when asked. The drinks are always delicious and I've never had an issue with my order being correct. Definitely a better choice than starbucks any day. Not to mention cheaper and better customer experience overall!

Its Dutch, people are nice along with service, though this current run the manager forced one of the employees to drop off my drink while I am in the middle of the line. Got stuck and had to wait till there was an opportunity to leave, got to enjoy my drink though in the mean time; a free treat would've been nice for the inconvenience.

Their pumpkin chai is just amazing. My whole family loves Dutch Bros and it's easier on our pockets than the other major coffee shop

Wow. Just wow& no not in a good way. I'm very saddened and upset this morning about the service and coffee my partner& I were served twice. The snarkiness from the staff here, first off, I understand you're young& believe you are always correct but listen to what the customer wants& learn to explain& satisfy, not just go with what you think you know. My partner& I ordered 'The Bob' as a blended& a '911' with almond milk. I understand the 911 as a whole comes with "6" shots of coffee but if I'm asking you to give me more Irish cream instead, do that. My partner asked for blended the first& second time. Both times we got just iced. Ended up leaving it there. Do better.

I'm not a coffee drinker at all, but I had an early morning and long day ahead of me, so I decided to grab an iced coffee. I got the cocomo. It was good, but very sweet. Also went back another time and tried the shark attack which is fruity with rebel energy drink, also very sweet. So their drinks in general are good, full of flavor. HOWEVER, they are all packed with sugar. I'll try a sugar free one next time. I see that they do offer the Cocomo sugar free.

Great drinks, and the service is the best in town all the time! I love how they have a special treat for my pups at no extra charge!

Worst drive thru experience in my life!!! The worst employee known to man! I wish I got her name f*ck. This place does not know to make a London fog latte vanilla at 10:30pm on a Sunday night! Pros it's a Dutch brothers and at least they can swipe a credit card. Cons: They apparently don't know simple drinks like a London fog latte and try to tell me that it's a Starbucks drink. I'm not at Starbucks and it is a common drink because they run out of Earl Gray a lot. Steam milk, Earl Gray, three pumps of vanilla. Employees are rude. Don't know how to take orders and customer services is not doing so well, especially when they correct the customers and explain to them why they are upset. The customer doesn't wanna know why they're upset. They just want their drink and to go home and waited 35 minutes drive no line in front of them but now there's a 5 car line behind them. The rant : First there is about 3 to 4 ladies only in there ok and they all don't know how to make this simple 3 ingredient drink. It's the 2000 era; do you think you can look on your phone if you have troubles see what's in the drink common sense. So she then tells me after some time goes by she doesn't know how to make it. She asked do you want coffee I said yeah ok thinking she's making my other drink a dirty chai or whatever lady what I'm thinking because the line is building up by 5 cars. Then I see her dump the coffee in the tea bag im going crazy because I tell my boyfriend that's not right tell her. After all of that she hands me a cold drink in like no I asked for a latte a vanilla London fog latte I tel her it has Steam milk vanilla early grey tea bag. The employee then tries to tell me oh it's a cold one ok I don't drink that so please make it hot and it's only has Steam milk vanilla early grey tea bag ok then the employee tells me ok so no coffee in it? I'm like no it doesn't have coffee in it I just want Steam milk vanilla early grey tea bag. The employee then proceeds to tell me ok ma'am and then she tells me the worst. Can you just take a breather take a moment I'm trying to tell you where the miscommunication is happening. (First dont call people ma'am I'm 32 years old and don't ever tell somebody to calm down it makes the situation 1000 times worse!) don't try to correct the customer. At this time, I'm already having a panic attack and just almost wanting to cry and just saying to her please just make my drink how it is made how I wanted it. They tell me then ask me if I want coffee coffee in it please just please just make my drink. I don't know what else I can say to you but you have a line of six people I don't care about the whole story line. I really don't care how we miscommunicated it. I just want my drink and I want it quickly please. Then employee tries to convince my boyfriend like we're just trying to calm her down. It's like no it's not your job to calm me down. Please just do your job and I am a calm. I'm just having a silent panic attack which is very stressful because I just want you to do your job and make my drink the way I told you please I want to go home u feel so bad for all the people behind me I feel like my hearts going to explode I don't want to talk I have social anxiety very bad. Just please make my drink. It's like you just want to drive off but you waited this long 35/45 mins.

Really good! More reasonably priced than Starbucks. Love the variety of options and drinks. Enjoy the pastry's.

Listen, I work at dutch in AZ and we are not bad at customer service... the girl at the walk up window this morning (8:50-8:55AM) and holy shit she fucking sucks. Didn't get my mom or my order right whatsoever after we repeated it several times. Disappointed af.

The three girls In there were soooooo rude and made me feel bad for wanting to get a gift card on a separate purchase... they played rock paper scissors to see who was going to ring up my order.. extremely unprofessional and not welcoming at all. If you're craving Dutch go down the street to another one. Unless you want to feel like the biggest inconvenience! Drinks weren't all that good either.

Visiting from Texas this was my first time ever trying Dutch Bros and the service alone makes you want to be loyal! The lines were long, but don't let that scare you. It moves super fast! The lady with the blonde colored hair in the front(bang area) came outside to take my order and I left it in her hands. Side note: her personality was AMAZINGGGGG Got to the front to pay, even the check with the extremely long hair was super dope. Let's call her my Buccees friend Cost: You get much bang for your buck! $5.69 for the biggest size iced coffee they had. I later found out this was wayyy to much for me. If you hate your boss or need to get through your day, order this one. Tate: I don't even remember what I ordered but it was delicious! Go here for your coffee needs. You won't be disappointed

Incredibly slow service. There's ten cars in line, it's 9:25 in the morning. I don't understand how it is taking so long to service us. We've been waiting for 20 minutes in line. Ridiculous.

Just terrible! I always regret it everytime I come. I had extra time before my shift and since reliable Starbucks was not on the route I decided to pull in and give it a shot. Big mistake! Took over 20 minutes in their drive thru to get a drink!!!! I was trapped in before I realized how deep I was In I thought of driving over the curb to get out. I ended up being late for work, again because of them I will never go there again . Do you guys not read your reviews? People aren't happy with you guys. Your coffee isn't all that anyways. Starbucks and McDonalds are better and get it done. You actually drive thru and get to work on time. What was supposed to be a good start of the day ruined my day I will never be back Terrible just terrible and they actually think they deserve a tip when you use their pay system Figure it out.

The wait time when I went was insane I'm talking 30+ minutes like I'm not waiting to be sat down for dinner on a busy Saturday night. I don't know if they are understaffed but if you decide to go here prepare to wait a while especially through the drive thru beware.

I truly would give one star because of the wait time but the employees make up for it . However, if you want to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru make sure you have time. I know it's not their fault & they're understaffed but waiting that long for coffee is ridiculous. I hope they can make some changes and hire help soon because I am in this area everyday Monday to Friday .

Dutch Bros is my favorite hands down I love the service and the flavors they offer I wish they would open in my hometown of Hilo, Hawaii that way when I visit home I can get my favorite coffee.

9/24/21 Dutch Bros is now my favorite coffee spot. The employees are so welcoming. This morning I was welcomed at the drive through window by Caleb. With me being new to Dutch Bros and the large menu he took his time helping me select energy drinks for coworkers and a mint ice coffee for me. Thanks, Dutch Bros for hiring the best employees during troubling time. It's great to see the smile in their eyes.

The location on Hamilton St is by far the worst location They really need better management The customer service is poor here The lines are eternal with 4 cars waiting to be seen I love my home location there can be 10 Cars ansd I'm out in 10-15 mins their customer service is ideal & I always tip (shout out Hualapai location) Hamilton location needs to retrain their staff

This is my first time here at Dutch brothers people who were here was so friendly and I recommended my drink and how I should take it and they were right it's very good the price is something similar to Starbucks but it taste so much better is it take a little bit of time to get through the line, but the niceness of the staff made it so much better

WOW! Dutch Bros Coffee really amazed me! This was a definite highlight of my vacation in Las Vegas. When arriving, be sure to look up there menu online as they have SO MANY drink options to choose from. Because of the large amazing menu options, it made slightly hard to choose a drink. They all sounded so delicious which made me wish there was a location in my home state of California! We ended up ordering the German Chocolate Freeze and Birthday Cake Freeze. Both of the drinks were absolutely delicious. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip to Las Vegas!!! The service also absolutely AMAZING. Thank you to our wonderful cashier who helped us at the window today and took the time to strike up a conversation about our New Years resolutions. Dutch Bros Coffee has seriously made a serious impact on my life! It's that delicious!

Terribly understaffed. I always regret coming through the drive through line. Takes 40 minutes to get a drink. Ridiculous.

Absolutely perfect visit, they confused my order and fixed it with no hesitation! Eric was at the window, super energetic, great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products! Best Dutch Bro experience yet!

Sat in the drive through for a whole hour WITH ONLY 4 cars in front of us ! That's ridiculous we get to the window and the employees are just laughing n messing around . The boss needs to get this in order that's ridiculous for 2 drinks a whole hour DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE YALL at all

Kiani (I hope I'm getting the spelling close) was the friendliest order taker ever! I just had to try Dutch Brothers coffee while on Summer 2019 Road Trip from Canada! The choices here are endless from hot to cold to blended - they've got it all and I swear about 100 torani syrups! I told Kiani that I wanted a coffee based ice drink and asked her to make me her favourite! She whipped up a White Mac Anninilator that was the perfect cool down to a blazing summer night! Thank you Kiani for introducing me to your favourite drink and the wonderful world of Dutch Brothers coffee! And thank you for answering my questions about Dutch Brothers - You knew exactly where the first one was located! In Grants Pass, Oregon! Also, I couldn't help but dance a little to the Beyoncé playing inside where everyone was hard at work crafting ice cold concoctions. I even spotted a few patrons rocking out a bit in the parking lot! FYI - This is a drive thru and walk up location only (no inside patron area).

I haven't seen this many sketchy people walking the streets at 8AM since Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The good news is that Dutch Bros' legendary service is still found at this location. We stopped here before AND after visiting the Valley of Fire on a day trip from The Strip. This was my first time trying one of their Cold Brew drinks (Keto Cold Brew) and it was very good. The cashier was a HUGE help with drink options.. - Three stars for location, not for the drinks or service. - Crazy why people still accept poor service from Starbucks

The Dutch Bros location on Centennial and Aliante is the best--hands-down! They have great attitudes and always make my drink perfect.

Customer service is always amazing! One downside though is that it does take quite a while to get our drinks in both the drive thru and the walk up window. Which can sometimes be disappointing when the drinks don't taste like we expect them to, they can sometimes taste a little burnt. It isn't that way every time, but it does happen from time to time. But overall, I love this location since it's close to home and the broistas always seem happy to see us!

Longest I've ever waited at a Dutch bros, especially the on on Las Vegas & Hamilton St. Got in the drive thru line at exactly 8:28am it is NOW 8:59am and I have not even been asked for my order. Theirs no workers outside like how their normally should be taking orders. This is ridiculous to wait over 30mins for some coffee. The sense of urgency at this location is lacking!

Have gone to Dutch Bros numerous times and they always make my drink perfectly! Many options and you can easily customize your order. Only down side is that there is always a wait, but the workers there are always so kind and love to chat while you wait for your drink. You also get a free drink when making an account on their app! And a rewards system through the app. Worth it to me!

Please come to Los Angeles!!! I tried the almond cookie coffee and it was delicious. The almond flavor was not overly sweet or overwhelming. You could actually taste the coffee. The almond taste was nice and mild and both the almond and coffee flavors complemented each other. The coffee beans they used seemed premium and was not burnt. The coffee was just so smooth and I wish I had gotten like 2 or 3 other flavors. I can no longer go to Vegas and only have alcohol, I have to have like multiple cups of coffee also! Again, please come to Los Angeles!!

Visited Dutch Bros twice; service and drinks were alright. However, the extended wait times and the tipping system bothered me. While I understand expenses, it's hard to justify a $3 tip on a $7 coffee. Just my honest perspective.

Many businesses are doing their best because of COVID is the disclaimer on yelp now.. whelp guess what? This place is certainly NOT doing their best by leaning towards fascism. I sat in a long drive-thru line. There is a sign at the front of the line that says they are only accepting debit. Fine. Ordered my drink (diabetic and sugar-free; they have a nice range of sugar-free syrup choices). Went to pay and my card was not working (too many daily transactions; needed to call the bank and have the security hold taken off). Asked if I could pay with a $5 bill since my total was exactly $4. I was not able to pay in cash. Sale was void and null. Must be nice to live in a cashless society. NOT! Two stars. One because of the sugar-free syrup range, another for their very kind customer service. Minus three for buckling under fascism. Plastic carries the corona virus far longer than a paper bill. Employees are wearing gloves. Come again on how these guys are keeping their employees safe under the guise of promoting fascist principles?

The Dutch Mafia has arrived in North Las Vegas, right across the street from North Las Vegas' City Hall. The second location of Dutch Bros. in Vegas is located conveniently on my way to work, so I'm extra happy that they've opened up here. Just like the other location on Tropicana, this business offers coffees, frosts, smoothies, freezes, sodas, infused teas, muffin tops, and granola bars. There's a drive-thru as well as a walk-up window. What I've always been a fan of since I first started as a customer, though, is the excellent and enthusiastic customer service. The staff is always super friendly and energetic . Welcome to our neighborhood in the north!

The wait in the drive thru is unnecessarily long we waited an hour just to get to the window to then wait another 10 minutes for our drinks to be made it's super frustrating. They move disrespectfully slow, don't waste your time coming to this one.

The service has gone downhill. I used to love coming here because the people that worked here we're amazing but the clowns they are hiring now are rude have no sense of customer service. First, the person who took my order, had an attitude about me taking too long to decide what I wanted, and then the person that gave me my order argue with me because I said that my drink was not correct and that I should ask for extra syrup when I ask for later, when I have never had this problem before. I just 100% do not enjoy coming here anymore. Once they get good stuff back, I would 100% recommend until then I will probably stop coming.

JASMINE AT DUTCH BROS!!!! This girl gave me the best experience ever to be honest! today was so lame and she totally brightened up my evening so kind explained what was in what drink for me totally amazing let me take my silly time being indecisive with whatever drink it was and wow!! i've never had such amazing customer service!! Spoke very clearly too! best worker here the drinks are always awesome but workers like jasmine make the experience

As a coffee enjoyer and someone who enjoys a variety of flavor and interesting ideas I try every coffee place within at least a mile. Dutch bro's has by far been the worst coffee experience I've had. My drink was not well presented. The server was rude, slow, and overall it was an irritating experience. While a line of cars waited the entire staff could be seen and heard dancing in the back to loud rap music. I expect better.

I prefer visiting this location because the line is never crazy and it is very convenient for me as it is closer to my work. Not to mention I always have the friendliest conversations with the workers here. It may be a quick conversation, but they engage more and for me that extra touch of customer service is a BIG BONUS POINT. Most coffee places just get you through the line, but the members of DUTCH BROS team add more personality to the process and liven up the experience. For those of us who get our coffee early in the morning, that experience is like the whipped cream on our Annihilator.

I love Dutch bros. The customer service and prices are great. However, the only complaint I have is this location is extremely slow. I usually go to the one by my house and never have this problem so they aren't all this way.

Do not bother coming to this location. It has gone completely downhill and they have no idea what they are doing. It takes 40 minutes whether you go in the drive thru or the walk up window. It seems like there is only ever 3 people inside making drinks and whoever is in charge is just in the back. Had a horrible experience with a new person who was taking my order. Short hair, tattoos and a weird name. Acted like they were too good to be there and didn't even bother to try and be nice and just makes you feel like a nuisance. Didn't even bother asking for a manager but I will soon. Just go somewhere else

A drive thru-walkup as you wish. I rarely do drive thru. Am walked up and have asked for honey and a 7 shot Americano. All going good. Not many places open for this which surprises me. This is a 24-7 town! Well done here however!! Wow, she actually got enough honey in without my help. Haha...reminds me of Barristas at home!!

This place needs to figure their shit because I was waiting over 5 minutes and nobody in front of me got their ordered taken. I have been to other Dutch bros and they take your orders quick. This place needs to be trained again be sure they move like sloths. This is unprofessional place and the girls don't have customer service. I'm gonna get a heat stroke before I get a drink!

I went to the walk up window to place my order. There was only 3 cars in drive thru and no one ahead of me. The girl asked for a second and she'll be right with me. She was cleaning a spill off the counter so I waited. As she proceeded to wipe the counter VERY slowly, I still waited. But after 5 minutes I grew impatient. I just wanted 1 simple drink but I didn't feel important enough to even have a conversation with while she wiped the counter? I ended up walking away. I won't be returning. It's not even about the drink it's about the service and making me feel like I was valued as their customer but apparently they don't need the business. I'll take it else where.
