Josh who took our order was amazing !!! Help us pick out our drinks because we have never been to a Dutch bros!! The friendly dude at the window was super cool!! Live this location and beyond happy with the drinks Josh helped us pick out!!

Google
Loved their Kicker Irish (hot). Felt like had a genuine Irish after ages. Service staff is humble and polite.

Google
Visiting from out of town. There was a long line. They got through it fast and were on point. I have a semi complicated drink and even being busy they nailed it with smiles on theor faces.

Google
Always great service! Friendly, quick and always right or they fix it! Return customer base is astronomical which speaks for itself. Located right on Main St in OC and the walkability for the workforce adds to its likability! Make sure you stop in for a hot or cold drink or our fav: blue raspberry vanilla blended Rebel!

Shannon Hope

Google
I love getting Peach Black Tea, Black Raspberry Strawberry Black Tea, and the Picture Perfect Blended Freeze drinks. They're my favorite. The baristas are always so nice and create a fun atmosphere every time we visit.

Tom Finch

Google
Best dutch bros ever. They know how to make my order right .. and taste awesome

Google
I stopped here on my recent birthday for my free drink. All of the staff I interacted with were really friendly. Is that their job, to make me feel special? Sure it is, but how many places are so good at it, especially if you are not so young and cool anymore? So, I just wanted to appreciate the excellent service and coffee I got here recently and commend the staff for doing a great job.

Ryan Pollock

Google
This location is great! The staff is very friendly and they interact with you like they want to not like they have to. I appreciate that it seems like genuine interaction not forced. I'd recommend this location to others and I'll be back soon. I got a large hot chocolate with pumpkin spice and a soft top it was so good.

Sydney T.

Yelp
The workers were incredibly sweet, offered great drink advice and super kind! We came pretty late at night but the broistas were still energetic and the music and environment was amazing. Plus, our hot cocoas were delicious. Highly recommend Dutch Bros, especially this location!

Veronica K.

Yelp
This location is kind of a mess, at least when I was there. I really like Dutch Bros. as a chain, but my coffee was overly sweet and somehow my husband's coffee tasted like nothing. It took a while for our order to come out, despite an absurd amount of people working in the shack. Will not be back to this location.

Jessie P.

Yelp
Fast delicious coffee. I just have to order it less sweet or my teeth hurt! This location in particular is very busy. I kind of like that because they have less time for the awkward Dutch chatter.

Troy M.

Yelp
Our first time at Dutch Bros and we were really impressed. Not only was the coffee terrific but the service was amazing as well. This will definitely be our go to coffee place from now on. Highly recommended!

Ned S.

Yelp
This is a drive through Dutch Brothers. The staff here have always been excellent! They communicate with their customers and provide whatever flavors that you request. I really don't know how they can fit all of those baristas can work in such a small building - but they do and they always have a positive attitude. This is my favorite DB location! (I'm heading there now for a large Protein Golden Eagle.

Jan S.

Yelp
This is the best place to go for coffee every person that works there is so amazing and friendly they make your drink the way you want it with so much care every drink is perfect or they will remake it no questions asked!

Trinidee P.

Yelp
The flavor was missing for my rebel drink. The staff offered me a replacement the next day! Thank you for being awesome!

Al T.

Yelp
Looks like Dutch Bros is giving Starbucks some serious competition - and it's about time!! The employees were beyond friendly. The drive-in had an employee who worked with an ipad or something similar, to take people's orders. She was super friendly and so was the employee at the pickup window. Usually fast food-type workers don't give a **** about the customers but this location is completely the opposite.

Tim S.

Yelp
I think Dutch Brothers is always a reasonable coffee option. Many locations are open early, which is when I am often on the road. I have found the baristas always to be friendly, And they help me start my day off in a positive manner. I can honestly say that Dutch Brothers coffee is not the best coffee I have ever had, but it certainly does the trick.

Stacie H.

Yelp
Fantastic coffee and smoothies ;-) This is my family's choice when we want to treat ourselves. The people are friendly and their drinks are REALLY good! I highly recommend Oregon City Dutch Bros if you are in the area and want a beverage.

Jewels N.

Yelp
Worst Dutch Bros location. Don't waste your money here. They treat their employees poorly and it really shows. Go elsewhere!

Michael S.

Yelp
Dutch Bros Coffee is a hell of a drug. I have no idea what Dutch Bros employees are on, but the fun inside the little drive-up booth is like a high-octane bachelorette dance party that never seems to end. You know that old mantra ... "play hard and Dutch Bros harder." I also have no idea what most days will be like, but hopefully Dutch Bros will be involved. Of course, don't drink and drive ... unless it's a super-size, super-sweet coffee from Dutch Bros. Then, drive right on thru to get a "party-to-go" cup and Dutch Bros like there is no tomorrow. Anyways, I'm a fan: 4 stars.

Britlee M.

Yelp
They wouldn't scan my app when I got 3 drinks. My next one would have been free. What the heck.

Jen K.

Yelp
Downtown Oregon City is undergoing a renaissance. Heck, they even have a coffeehouse that serves Stumptown. But if you are looking for quick and convenient, Dutch Bros. still rules the burbs. I know, coffee snobs turn up their nose at this place, but they aren't attempting to cater to your high end needs. It is a drive-thru with a variety of coffee drinks (usually cloyingly sweet) and smoothies and my kids adore the place. What I like is their kids' menu so hot chocolate or a smoothie with whipped cream on the straw is $2. Even though Dutch Bros. is executing their business plan well, I can't go any higher than three stars for this location. It is just too inconvenient and awkward for drivers. There is only one drive thru (not two like the Tualatin location) and it is at a busy intersection. Since there is only room for three cars to wait in line, their customers are regularly blocking or backing up traffic in the area. I've driven by more times than I've stopped because of the unfortunately location. Staff is friendly and if you are regular, get a punch card to get your free drink after 10. But if you are looking for a place to sit down with your Stumptown, just go two blocks south to Caufield House.

Jacqueline V.

Yelp
I always get some kind of rebel with light ice, fill the rest with Lemonade and have NEVER had a problem at ANY location. BUT, today my co worker went to get us dutch on her break and was greeted by the "manager". The manager ASKED how much we pay for it and then said it should cost more..? My co-worker told her that we have never had a problem before. Then, the manager told the employees to make a REGULAR REBEL DRINK... which is not what we asked for. So my co worker told the workers what we wanted. employees 5 stars, MANAGER IS TRASH. I didn't want to give low stars for this review though, because the employees are amazing.

Kyle A.

Yelp
Customer service award goes to this place! I was inline and wanting coffee but I quickly realized I left my wallet at home. Oops! No big deal though, they covered it for me and told me to continue to come back! Coffee in hand and it make my day! I did go back a few days later and tipped them well and got another coffee! Thanks Dutch on Main!

Irene V.

Yelp
Though I try to avoid really sugary coffee drinks, I can't resist those at Dutch Brothers. If you like the sweet stuff, you must have some while in Oregon! I always get the same drink, the deliciously sweet White Mocha. I just can't resist white chocolate. I plan on trying something else next time I'm visiting my friends in the Pacific NW. Until then, I shall only daydream about the deliciousness that is Dutch Brothers coffee.

Logan E.

Yelp
I figured I should give this specific place a review opposed to all of Dutch as a whole. The line does get out of control and I've seen it obstruct traffic, so even though this is not an easily solvable problem is negates a star as an inconvenience to people who aren't even Going to Dutch Bros. I only visit this location on foot. And the staff isn't top notch like at other locations, they are friendly enough.. but they're always just busy busy back there, makes you feel like just a customer to get out of the way for another customer. Seldom do I get any conversation from them. Drinks are Dutch drinks.. I've been on a spiced cider kick lately. Good stuff. Seems to be worth the wait.

Linda N.

Yelp
Finally tried Dutch Brothers! We don't have many in the Bay Area and the ones we do have are swamped. Love how friendly the staff is. Love how we all got our drinks free as we were first timers. Love the selection of sugar free syrups and alternative milk options. The coffee itself is pretty mild, that's ok with me. If you like strong craft roasted beans this might not be for you. Can't wait to visit my daughter again, I will def be getting DB and look forward to having my husband try it. Sugar free raspberry almond milk latte. Delicious.

Jordan S.

Yelp
Consistently inconsistent drinks and spotty personalities in the window. Also, the runners should know that they HAVE to control the flow of traffic in such a crazy corner location. I would forgive that though if I could get a consistent, good tasting drink and a sincere "thanks see you later!"

Becky D.

Yelp
This DB is ok. I love my blended rebel but often times it's super watery and melted by the time I get to the window. The staff attitude varies as well. Several times they have been snobby and hand me my drink and turn away without thanking me or saying bye. Not the usual DB attitude I've known and love! And the location is difficult, the line can be insane.

Bill O.

Yelp
What can I say its Dutch. The service is always over the top friendly, helpful, and just a mood lifter. You don't get that with the other coffee place. Stopped in here for my fiancée's birthday free cup. I also had a full card so that was great too! They hit us in the driveway being proactive to quicker service. I have never been to a Dutch without a bunch of upbeat people making me feel its their goal to make this the best visit possible. I do wish the company had a darker roast. In all fairness though I like my coffee stronger and darker than most do. I usually get the 911 ER with less sweetener in it. I'll be back!

C P.

Yelp
Ask and ye shall receive! I contacted corporate and received two vouchers. Satisfied.

Ken S.

Yelp
A big shoutout to the folks at this store. Had our first Dutch Bros coffee a couple of days ago. Being from Illinois we don't have any Dutch Bros. Our order taker was great. He explained all about the coffee, how it was made (I got a Mocha made with Chocolate Milk!) and gave us a "first time" discount. Great place. Great service.

Jesse R.

Yelp
Every Monday for two years we come to the DB after my sons violin lesson. Tyler, Abbie, Audrey and the rest of the team here never fail to lift our spirits! They usher us through such a personalized experience that I come more for the connection than the coffee to get me home. They remember my orders. They get excited to try new things when I ask for something quirky and never fail to take a genuine interest in our day. I recently took a Trauma Informed care training (on people's every day toxic stresses). The class emphasized how to create an organization that is supportive to both its team and its customers and resists retraumatizing peoples toxic stresses. Ie. making their day better. It's weird to think a handful of young people serving coffee can sooth the stresses of life but these folks do it. Awesome awesome team!

Jenn A.

Yelp
The staff is hyper, friendly, and love to blare their music -- especially 90's alternative. There isn't a lot of turnover in the employees, so we've gotten to know each other well enough where when they see my car in the drive-thru they make hand signals to determine whether I want a medium or large size of my usual drink. I've been bringing my own mug lately, but since they already know my drink the service is super fast. Their punch card system is handy! Two weeks of daily drinks on your way to work will net you a free one. I am partial to the Kicker drink, which used to be called a Kahlua Kicker even though it has always been made with Irish Cream syrup. The official version is made with half and half, making it decadently rich, but I usually go sugar free with soy milk. I love that the taste of the coffee is consistent from location to location. Before locations were opened in the Portland Metro area I would usually stop at a minimum of two whenever driving the I-5 corridor in Southern Oregon where the chain originated. The downside of this location is that the parking lot and drive-thru entrance are a bit awkward. It is at the base of the hill next to the train tracks, and making a left turn into the drive-thru line can be dicey in the morning when the place is jumping and caffeine is in high demand. Customers often leave a lot of space between them and the car in front of them, so the line can get backed up into the road. The parking lot has only a few official spaces, so if you're going to park and walk up you'll probably need to park along the edge of the lot.

Yelp
I just moved back from Cali so I've gone to Dutch every day for about a week and a half now. I used to always go to this location because they were so nice, but I came back there and every time I've been there the person taking my order and the person who was giving me my drinks were so awfully rude. I went to this location a few days in a row and didn't like the way I was treated, so I actually started going out of my way to the Dutch Bros on 82nd by the mall. To put into perspective how much further that one is, I live close to where Jennings meets with Mclaughlin. Long story short, I went back to this location on Main Street today to give it one more shot. The girl who took our order was nothing special and the guy handing me drinks gave me attitude when I gave him back a blended drink that needed whip (even though I know I ordered it that way) AND THEN gave me attitude when I asked for a carrier for my four drinks that he didn't even offer. 82nd location, thank you for always making me feel good when I get my morning coffee. The way they act at the beginning of your day is really important. I'm disappointed about how downhill the main st location has gone. Smh.

Genevieve Y.

Yelp
My moms friends daughter heard through the chain that this has happened. She used to work with Dutch Bros before. She told a current manager and ended up getting my sister a few free drink cards and a cup. Which was a very nice gesture! It's just a bummer it happened in the first place.

Carly B.

Yelp
I was heading out of town for the day so I went to a stand in Portland and they butchered my drink, it was awful! So I stopped at this stand and Jacob fixed my drink to exactly how I wanted it! S/O to Jacob and the crew (including the guy in the red beanie ) for the great Dutch hospitality!!!

Cheryl S.

Yelp
I'm a fan of Dutch Bros and love the Carmelizer. We visited this location twice on our recent trip. Like everyone else said, this location is a pain due to the traffic backing up in both directions right by railroad tracks. I can't believe the town zoning approved this! But the coffee is great!

Greg T.

Yelp
Don't blame them for the bad drivers, I know it's hard not to be mad when people block the way but judge them on what they control, an that's some bomb Azzzz coffee. I stop by every time I'm in the area, try the iced kicker with banana flavor or the birthday freeze!!!

Nancy H.

Yelp
I stopped by yesterday afternoon for a cup of coffee for the road. Fairly easy off/on 205 freeway. Unfortunately, it was one of the poorest cups of coffee I've gotten. And was just slightly warmer than tepid. I was already back on the road before noticing this, so couldn't return for a replacement.

Manuel L.

Yelp
Always good at this place. Dutch bros are everywhere in Portland. I'd like to visit them all and see how many there are!

Rosemary T.

Yelp
I have been getting my coffee boost at this location for about six years... always an upbeat, happy crew and they get me in a good mood, too. My coffee is always hot, usually I ask for a scoop of ice so I can start in on it right away. Great service, and great coffee! You know I'll be back!

Ali C.

Yelp
I really don't understand why everyone raves about Dutch Bros. You can't get a drip coffee and the coffee drinks are always sickeningly sweet. I've had vanilla lattes from a hundred different places and there's just something very off about the flavor when it's from Dutch Bros. Not to mention the drive thru line is always absurdly long and it's in a very poorly planned out location. Half the time you'll end up sitting in the street and blocking traffic for five minutes before you can get in to get your coffee. If I were rating the coffee alone, it'd only get 1/5 stars - there are so many better places to get coffee in the area. It gets two stars because it has the convenience of a drive thru, even with the long line, and because the few times I've stopped, the staff has been very friendly.

Kevin M.

Yelp
This place is a daily visit for us. The parking lot can be crowded at times, but not worth taking it down in my review. The staff are go getters, and the music is a great little added bonus!

Justen B.

Yelp
This place is super cool. My first time in Oregon and they were super helpful with making me a drink I would like. I would for sure come back here. Thanks ladies!

Jessica C.

Yelp
Love love LOVE these coffee shops! The people are ALWAYS so happy and wonderfully nice. All the drinks I have gotten have been delicious! They are fast, and great quality! I even went once not knowing what I wanted and was recommended the Carmelizer (large) and got it for free! Overall a great place!

John L.

Yelp
Always great service and pretty good coffee. A little on the sweet side for their espresso drinks but much better than Starbucks.

Jenn A.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting a Dutch bros. The worker told me I could customize anything I wanted. Ordered a peppermint frappe with almond milk and candy pieces. They charged me $6 and gave me the blandest coffee ever - tasted like a plain McDonald's coffee. I didn't notice until I was already pulled out past the window. I was late for class because they were taking so long so I just decided to call on my way to class and tell them of their mistake and ask for my drink. Left a message and nobody called back. What a joke of a place. The workers are too busy "hanging out" to get your order right and they take so long they will make u late to work/class. And they don't return phone calls. Lost a potential customer. Starbucks cares about getting the order right more than hanging out and they're faster with their service. What a joke.

Samantha D.

Yelp
I loved how they treated me on my birthday, especially! Free drink with a great attitude and lots of positive energy here. I will definitely return. The location isn't good, but it was fast and friendly.

Daisy F.

Yelp
This Dutch Brothers is an irresponsible merchant on the wonderful Oregon City Main Street. Morning traffic jams for people inexplicably waiting in line and blocking traffic on Singer Hill is a safety issue for all of us trying to get to school or work. Dutch Brothers needs to address this problem. (Can't believe people would wait in line for their bad coffee!!)

Margaret S.

Yelp
Friendly people. Fast service, even when the line is long, it's raining, the wonderful staff comes out in their raincoats, and take your order, and have your order ready when you pull up to the window! Plus they LOVE it when dogs come through, the drive through, they know our dogs by name now!

A J.

Yelp
I love you guys a bunch but I just had to give you 4 instead of 5 because whoever is driving the white Jeep with "Dutch bros" on it today (10/8/18) just ran a red light trying to cut off the oncoming bus and almost smashed into the bus I'm on. That's a big lawsuit if you injure anyone so better be more careful! Jesus almost made me pee myself cause I went flying! Still giving you 4 because the staff here are great and make good coffee! (If that's not a staff member just ignore the post ha)

Lauren T.

Yelp
Every time I go through this dutch they never repeat my order back and it's literally always wrong. They literally forgot half my drink today and this is definitely the 5th time in a row they have messed it up. Kinda sad compared to other Dutches

Richard K.

Yelp
Go ahead and consume four hundred calories. Sugar and fat shows you care about a personal lives .

Yuriana C.

Yelp
I'm not a coffee person and from the recommendations given it seemed like thats all that was offered. I was shocked to say the least when we approached the drive thru and were greeted by a hostess. We explained that we were from Chicago and Dutch Bros came highly recommended. We asked if she could give us an overview of what was offered. The lady was excited to hear that we were from out of town and proceeded to explain they offered coffee, latte, smoothies, lemonades, teas and a lot more. Right away my boyfriend and sister in law were excited to hear smoothies and the variation offered. They both ordered a smoothie My brother in law ordered their Americano and I ordered the lemonade. To our surprise when we approached the window. We were greeted by a very upbeat man at the register. He asked where we were from. We told him Chicago and how they were highly recommended. He gave us our drinks and told us they were on the house because it was our 1st time there. We were all shocked! Needless to say we were offended such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that we had to go back before we left Oregon. We have been telling our friends and family all about Dutch Bros and hope there will be a location here in Chicago in the near future.

Danielle R.

Yelp
Busy line of cars always in morning hours!! Stay in the car vs walking up to the window, believe me quicker. The cubańo shot is a little unknown treasure. They sweeten the shot before they pull it with sugar or Splenda, it makes the shot of espresso pretty amazing.

Sara Q.

Yelp
Dutch brother's never does me wrong. Today I got a small white choco with 2% milk and an extra. Definitely did the job for my 630am job flow.
