The nicest thing happened to me at this location. I was crying and having a bad day, so I wanted a pick me up and went here. I was ordering and the worker could tell I was upset. She upgraded my drink and wrote a nice message! It was the nicest thing ever and changed my mood completely! Definitely will be coming back here!

I came to this location at literally 10:56 pm (I know I was that customer 🤦🏽‍♀️) I was having a rough night and needed a pick me up and even though it was 4min to closing, Egypt Greeted me with a genuine smile and did not hesitate to help me. She took my order smiling the whole time. She made my drink with love and changed my whole night around. It's the little things like taking a sip of your go to drink after a frustrating evening and your drink just hits the spot, made perfectly and taste delicious. Lol. Seriously though Egypt, kudos for being so positive and helpful even if I was that customer rolling up 4min to closing. I truly appreciate your kindness and I hope you get recognized for this review and your hard work! Keep being great!

THE BEST. i genuinely love this place and staff. theres two staff member i want to mention, one is ~miles~, he’s awesome and if u want any crazy request or in a hurry he’s gonna make it no matter what, and theres a lovely girl, sadly i don’t know her name but she’s ginger, has a cute funky style and so kind, and always remembers my order. I swear no other dutch bros has the vibes as this one. Everyones kind and sweet and if they make a mistake they will immediately fix it! Best place ever, give everyone a raise rn!!!

My gym is right by this location so I am a frequent customer. I've always had a good experience here. The new manager Ayden has taken my order in the drive a few times and he is amazing! Friendly but not over the top and as engaging as you want him to be. Nice hire Dutch!

I hit this place if I’m on this side of town. I like how straightforward it is here. No confusing multi-lane where it’s just straight chaos. People here are nice and always polite. Drinks come out quick. Flavors are consistent with the other Dutch bros so no unexpected surprises. It’s a good spot. Well ran.

My fiancé and I stopped by Dutch Bros recently and had such a great experience. Red was amazing, super friendly and wonderfully kind, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making our drinks just right. The whole vibe felt extra welcoming, and honestly, it made our day. This is now our Dutch Bros of choice and we love it!

First I'd like to start off by saying I've never been to this location and I was genuinely hoping for a positive experience. I visited this location because I was on this side of town shopping for Black Friday deals and picking up my birthday rewards. I decide to order via app, making my outing run smoother, keeping my birthday light, right?! Well 12 mins later I get to the desired destination and boom... I'm greeted with a pungent odor from the garbage can then I get to the window and the young woman smiles and asks how can she help me. I gave her my name and she says ok I'll get it started for you right now. what?! Why?! I ordered 15 mins ago at this point. Kinda frustrating. No apology or explanation. Then I asked for napkins and the same young lady turned around and got me paper towels from what looked like a typical bathroom dispenser Well I got my free birthday reward drink, Vanilla Shake w/ holiday sprinkles and headed to the next door buster it was delicious but not what I wanted for a quick birthday experience

I don't want to say this but I love coming to this Dutch Bros because the line never seems to be outrageous and I like the layout of the drive thru. I'm sure they do well and have a lot of volume but it seems that when I have a choice, after leaving Sunset Park, to go south or north on Eastern, I go south because I know if I go north, the Dutch Bros that way will have two lines out to the street and this one will maybe have 5 cars max (heck, this last time there was no line and we were worried they were closed.) A long line did form behind us so it was all good. Like every single Dutch Bros I've been to in the valley, this place has the best employees who are having a great time and engaging with you. It's really telling when an extremely socially awkward introvert like me likes to talk to the people who work here. In a normal situation, this small talk would be a nightmare, but here? Nah, friends having a chat. Drinks are good too. Always are. Never a complaint in that department at Dutch Bros.

This location is one of the faster Dutch Bros with shorter drive thru lines. All of the staff are always super nice and friendly, wish they had name tags so I can give shoutouts! I love the hot drink lids with their motivational sayings, and the sticker stoppers that are more eco friendly than plastic stick stoppers. Drinks: - White chocolate lavender cold brew or hot breve - literal perfection of lavender and white chocolate. You can only get this kind of drink at Ducth Bros! - Passion Fruit Tea, green tea - my favorite iced drink to get on a hot day and is super refreshing - Rebel Energy Drink - any of the flavors are great and the energy drink is similar to a Red Bull - Golden Eagle Chai - has vanilla and caramel and on the sweet side

This Dutch Bros shop is the PLACE TO GO! Location is convenient, right off the freeway and close to home. Everyone is SO friendly and efficient. In particular. Maycee and Redd are absolute gems and I look forward to seeing them every time I pull through. If I see Maycee or Redd, I don't even have to order because they know exactly what I get (and they never forget the pup cup). They are such wonderful, hardworking human-beings with kind hearts. I always look forward to seeing their smiles and my Aftershock rebel at this shop. Love you Maycee & Redd!

I wanted to try a new drink and the lady taking my order explained what i was ordering when i had a q. She said if i didn't like it, i could order something different free of charge. which btw i did. So nice and sweet, for a drive thru coffee shop chain, this was definitely above standard, the best customer service ever.

I've always gone to Dutch bros and when they gave me my drink I was very disappointed. I went back and they remade my order and it was still the same. You can even tell from the pictures that it's not even the same color. I didn't taste any chocolate macademia nut and it was very little espresso. Will not be back!

As always, you can never go wrong with Dutch Bros. This location seems to always be slammed packed anytime I decide to stop by. But the good news is the line always moves fast so you won't have to wait very long. The staff is friendly, but they don't really make the small-talk I've been accustomed to at the other locations I frequent. Our drinks were perfect... ice cold, blended well, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

My go-to for cold brew! This location is only a mile from my area. I usually just go when there's not much of a line, which is probably never gonna happen because drive-thru is always poppin'! Didn't mind the wait since the quality is consistently good, only waited about 10 minutes :) Premium Nitro Cold Brew | Just as expected, smooth and bold. Ordered it with a lil' bit of oat milk :) Kinda surprised that it gives off a strong and deep coffee aroma similar to freshly brewed coffee, almost like toasty-ish, but not burnt. Service: It was alright, not the same vibe as the Tropicana crew lol Plan your coffee run accordingly before work lol

I am appalled at this company and their staff's behavior. They have the AUDACITY to ask "Is a 20% tip ok?" While they ring up your order and have your card in hand. Practically forcing people to give tips or less you seem rude and cheap. I'm sorry but since when did it become EXPECTED to tip (and an obligatory 20% no less) someone taking your order at a coffee shop? Like they're actually performing a service for you by running your card. I know the tips are shared amongst all of them including the baristas but this is absolutely an outrageous practice. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

I have always been a Starbucks girl, but once I tried Dutch bros and experienced their efficient lines I was hooked! The coffee is delicious and they are super creative for seasonal drinks. I really am loving that so many are opening around town !

Love me some Dutch Bro's coffee!!!! On my weekly trip to stock up on food and fuel I always hit this spot to get my caffeine fix. I rotate through several coffee blends and all are delicious. The staff processes orders efficiently and drinks are ready when I hit the window. Have been here many times and will continue into the future.

Whenever there is Dutch Bros. in the area, I have to try and stop by since there isn't any around where I live. The closest is about an hour from where I reside. I've never had anything bad to say about Dutch Bros. The service is typically top notch, the employees that work there are usually super friendly and incredibly full of energy and the drinks you order and yummy. I really do miss the amaretto flavored drinks though! Today I ordered their banana split Dutch freeze coffee, drink a hint of banana split and coffee. a dessert with caffeine in a cup oh, they even have an app where you can add money to a gift card or "dutch card" is what they call it. With using the app you can earn points to go towards free drinks. I might not be able to go off in, but I did make sure to grab the app!

Well. They've done it to us now. I went to enjoy my favorite breakfast beverage and was floored at the latest prices. I ordered two drinks. Both a large. One with an add shot. My total was 19$!!!! For two drinks!! That's outrageous and I can't support that cost increase. I remember when i would get two drinks and two muffin tops and it'd be 20$. My drinks were good of course because DBs is the best. But man. 20$ for two drinks? I can't do it. I'll miss you dbs.

Ok, so don't come for me for giving them a 3 star rating. The employees here are still super friendly and my drinks are awesome. What I don't like is the layout of the drive-thru. At other locations, there are two lanes that then merge into one. At this location, there is only one lane in an already very small parking lot. So I can imagine that the line gets super long during peak "coffee times." I know employees have no control in the building design, but this location is definitely not my favorite. The closest Dutch Bro's from me was recently closed due to one of their employees contracting Covid-19. Pretty scary. So this one was the next closest one. I'll just drive to a different location with a more open parking lot.

I love Dutch Bros Coffee and this new location is closer to my side of town... After multiple visits, the line has always been about 15+ cars deep. The nice thing is that it movies quickly to get you on your way. The staff is as friendly and upbeat here as I've seen at all the other locations I've visited. I've been going with the Blended Bob and Billie Jean at this location and every drink has been a home run. Their menu is extensive and it's best to check it out online or on social media before you pull in. I appreciate the extra effort across the board that makes for a great drive through coffee experience. There's are many reasons that Dutch Bros Coffee is popular and brings repeat customers. It's the high quality drinks consistently produced as well as the upbeat positive service and efficient operations. Cheers!

Just went to Dutch Bros for the first time in FOREVER! Since the drive-thru was long, I decided to try the walk-up counter for the first time. They did have a sign up saying to only approach the walk-up counter if you had a mask on due to COVID; which I appreciated. All of the girls inside were wearing masks, as well as gloves and washing their hands regularly, which was great! Ava was the girl who assisted me with my order today. She was super friendly and I really enjoyed chatting with her as my drinks were being made. Felt nice to socialize with someone other than my husband lol I got the tropical iced tea & the peach iced tea. Both delicious and perfect for yet another hot day in Henderson :)

Things tastes so much better when people put their love into it! That goes for every single drink we received and tonight especially! Teressa and Riley made our drinks tonight. Teressa made us her signature protein strawberry milk and all we gotta say is.... OH..MY...LAARRWDDD. That drink needs a feature on the menu. It's absolutely phenomenal. She was also super passionate about it and I'm sure that made it even better. Hands down my favorite crew and a new found love of a drink. Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee chain. I stopped by here for my late morning coffee. My go-to order is the Iced Ninja Turtle which is my all-time fave drink. I highly recommend it, it has a chocolate milk base, espresso and has mint and chocolate flavoring! So yummy! I wish there were a Dutch Bros closer to me!

Always great service, Shane and Will are amazing! Always get perfect drinks. The muffin tops are to die for and I love the perks! They always have something cool going on and you can't beat their prices anywhere.

I mean, who doesn't love Dutch Bros? Everyone is always so friendly and the drinks are always fire . My GO-TO DRINK: Medium almond milk latte with sugar-free chocolate macadamia nut and an extra shot of espresso. It's yummy hot or iced. Don't let the long lines scare you off, they are quick! With several employees outside serving cars way before they get to the window, it's no wonder they have such an efficient process and loyal repeat customers. I go back and forth between Dutch Bros and Starbucks. But the thing I love more about Dutch Bros is their sugar-free syrup options and quick drive-thru service. Starbucks is good when you also want to order a snack or food. Also, Starbucks is everywhere when you travel so it's familiar. But hopefully, that will be the same for Dutch Bros!

Then Dutch Bros has your back, more so than my ex whom I thought I'd spend the rest of my life with. Anyway, everything is good here, no joke. If you want to be some snobby coffee connoisseur, take your haughtiness elsewhere, anyone who comes here is trying to enjoy life a little. So to give a taste of what Dutch Bros is like: think of a mocha from Starbucks. Now throw that image in the trash because how dare you try to compare Starbucks to Dutch Bros. When the drinks are named Annihilator, Double Torture, and Caramelizer, you better expect to stay up all day without needing a mid afternoon nap. Oh yes, and it tastes great alongside the caffeine boost. Prior to the pandemic, Dutch Bros was drive thru here, during the pandemic, it's still drive thru with safety precautions. Though if you're going to Dutch Bros, chances are you're a regular and you know the drill by now.

I went to a different Dutch bro location, Tropicana and Fort Apache. It took 20 minutes at the window for my two drinks. One of my drink was super milky it didn't taste like there was pumpkin in it. I went to the eastern location on my way home and they remade my drink. They were so sweet about it. Made my drink perfectly and took 3 minutes to get it. Great service here always and baristas there are so nice. Very quick with getting your drinks. Definitely recommend this Dutch Bros.

Today was my 1st visit to this cute store! I loved walking up, ordering and standing in the shade waiting for my drink. It was ready in just a few short moments and tasted great! I loved how large the drink was for the price and thought it was a good value. Plus, the service was super friendly and nice. I felt like a welcome guest and would definitely be back to try more flavor combinations!

Awesome service, awesome drinks, awesome selection. I stopped at this location after randomly passing by it. I was looking for a particular water bottle and wasn't too hopeful that they would have it in stock. It was a new location, I'd already been to 2 prior so for this location to have it was a major plus. What really stood out to me was customer service. Everyone was so super friendly, I loved it. This location reminded me of the one on Tropicana, which was very good. If I'm in the area I will make sure to make a stop.

If you have to ask for a tip before I order I'm good on top of being rude I don't even wanna come back she didn't even scan my app and she said she did. The worst service the drink I asked for decaf it's for my elderly mom who can't have caffeine thanks Dutch bros for the disrespect. You have rude young kids working here. We always get decaf for health reasons NEVER AGAIN THE GIRL AT THE DRIVE THRU RUDE.

Dutch bros is always great. This location is still open during the quarantine if you need your coffee or energy drink fix. They are currently only taking credit/debit and are not currently running their rewards program. The walk up window is currently closed. The staff here are always friendly and I always end up with something delicious to drink. I'm a big fan of the Rebel energy drinks and my favorite flavor is the shark attack. I also love the double chocolate iced mocha a little too much too. The line sometimes looks long but moves quickly. From my experience it's also cheaper than Starbucks. I love Dutch Bros and always recommend it.

Sweet, friendly, excellent services. Very helpful and questionss been answered. This place is abit hidden but it's right by the gas station. Extra hot latte for me for life. I normally go to the one on topicana but both locations are very convenient for me when I head out for work. I am a Starbucks fan however, I got a new place I go to. Very decent price, about $4 for an extra hot latte. I normally get the skinny white coffee hazelnut or the white coffee cookie mocha with almond milk. So nutty yet so good. It's happiness in the cup for me in the morning. Gets my day going too.

Hands down my absolute favorite location! Every broista I've had the pleasure of meeting there goes above and beyond. They know my drink before I pull-up however, they aren't too quick to put it in as they know I like to try others on occasion. Their customer service is so good that my son at the time only 5 said I should make the switch to Dutch Bros instead of Starbucks because "They're really nice it's like their our friends."

The best!! This I would consider my home for coffee! Absolutely bar none my go to! I have been drinking whatever the order takers favorite has been the last 3 times here. Each time has been different and each time it has exceeded my expectations. If you not adventurous I would not recommend this tactic go with what you know first to try it out. Most easy and simple coffee situation ever! Fantastic job.

Wanted to check out what all the hype was about, good options and efficient process, lines are long but does move quicker than expected. Tried 5 different drinks, annihilater both hot and cold, carmelizer, eagle, and I forgot last one... but all the drinks were very sweet. Like... I was surprised how sweet they were I couldn't finish it sweet... Would I come back.... Yea maybe to try something else in hopes of it not being too sweet, but I'd be extra cautious... Maybe I just got the wrong stuff. The reason for 3 stars is the staff seems chill and seems stress free process. App is also efficient.

Literally the best customer service , ALWAYS so quick & never make my drink wrong ! I will always come to this location one because it's by my house but it doesn't take 30 minutes to get my coffee ! LOVE THEM HERE
