Dutch bros is my wife and I favorite, but the drink we love the most is the o.g gummy bear rebel... this location is our 2nd favorite location to come to, only downside is that where it is located makes the drive through a little compact..

I used to frequent Dutch all the time, great drinks at an average price. It's very sweet and sugary, though, so if you haven't had one in a while and then decide to get one all of a sudden, be prepared.

Love love love the iced rebel with strawberry and pineapple!! I hit up Dutch Bros any time im near one since there are none in MN! I also introduce anyone im with to it!! Also when you download the app and are new, you get a free medium drink!

Their Dulce De Leche freeze is the best 🙌🏽 instantly became my daily morning coffee

I prefer Dutch Bros over Starbucks any day. They have more variety and better prices. I just wish there were more locations.

Staff is always wonderful and cheery! Except for the girl with blue and black hair who was baffled by the idea that we were confused a lemonade and a rebel couldn’t coexist in one drink. Oops! Sorry you were having such a bad day you had to mock us for it! Hope you figure yourself out. :)

This location is back to blocking traffic on Tropicana with the drive thru again. Only a matter of time till they kill someone. In response to asking if I would like to talk to your people. No I've already done it once emails and everything. I'm not going to do it every couple of months.

This location is on my way to work. I love it for the most part but every time, i order seasonal drinks with toppings the topping is always missing. Today ordered the valentines rebel it didn't have the soft top or the heart sprinkles.

They have good coffee, I'll give them that. The lines can be really long. Service is ok. Could be better in the sense that they could keep the lines moving quicker. The atmosphere here is ok.

Forgot to take a picture but my friend didn't! I got the popular drink and it looks like hers, like this one! I got the Golden Eagle® Vanilla & Caramel Breve w/ Caramel Drizzle. The worker recommended blended but it wasn't lol I said no sugar because worker said I can do no sugar, but it was super sweet but we left the drive thru without realizing it later since it was our 1st time there lol The worker was nice tho, super sweet lol

Super small location but the process from ordering to grabbing the drink was super easy and fast. The customer service was excellent and they played from chill dance music to get your groovin'.

This was my first time coming to here. A co worker had bought everyone coffee and I was determined to come and get some more myself. The parking lot is kinda small but they have space to park and they do have a drive thru, they also have mobile pick up. I walked to the window to place my order. The barista was very friendly! She had a beautiful smile and was very patient and helpful!! I ordered the Carmalizer with a soft foam topper. My drink is fantastic!!! I'm normally not a coffee drinker, but this place has changed me into one. I even downloaded the app In my opinion this coffee is much better than Starbucks, I just wish they had pastries I will definitely be back to order something else.

The broistas do not disappoint! I haven't been home in a few months and forgot how awesome Dutch bros is. Sugar free blended double eagle is exactly what I need this morning. Sugar free? Yes! And so so so good. The first time I got this I panicked that they had mistakenly given me a regular.

OMG, at Tropicana Ave on the way to Hoover Dam, stopped by here and ordered Golden eagle and Kicker with Irish cream breve and let me tell you about Golden eagle. Fantastic, out of the ballpark. It was so good and kept me going for my 30-45 min drive. Highly recommend if in the area. Please come to Bay Area in CA.

My absolute favorite coffee chain aside from one out of the country I enjoy. Golden eagle with extra caramel and vanilla in a large cup with extra ice is my favorite!!! Ugh the best Thank you!!

Nothing except sugar. Not all it's cracked up to be. Starbucks is way better and recommend over this place.

The person working the front window Sunday around noon wasn't the most pleasant. She just seemed to be there. Buuut, there was a guy working in drive thru and he was super funny! He greeted us as we pulled in, walked up to the window, and when we were leaving to our cars. I give it to him for being a funny, personable guy! The parking lot here is freakishly small so beware of that! This visit to Dutch Bros was the last one of our Vegas trip. I think it was 4-5 times in 4 days! I had to repeat one of my orders from the previous day, an Aquaberry Lemonade with Peach flavor added. That really might be my regular order. Later in the year I'll be coming back for those hot cocoa's!

Review #38 of 2023 June 2nd visit around 12:30 P.M. Dropped by for a quick refresher on the way back home. The app was promoting a Dutch Blackberry Frosted Lemonade. There was an empty drive through which is not always common at these establishments. As soon as I pulled in, a worker jumped out, greeted me, and took my order. I asked him about my drink and he highly recommended it. That drink hit the spot. There wasn't much of a lemonade taste and ended up tasting more like a milky strawberry smoothie. The mood as always at DB is upbeat, and the staff lives up to their fun stuff, good vibes slogan.

Came in today, drink wasn't made right. Upset, I left and went to another location. I found the lines to be long as well

Absolutely love this shop! The broistas are always friendly and fast. Stopped by this morning and got to talk to Denise who was genuine in getting to talk to me. Sweet gal. This is one of the rare shops in Vegas where I can go to and know my drink will be perfect, the service will be fast even if theres a long line and the people will be kind. 10/10!!!

As a visitor, I felt I needed to be able to say that I came and conquered because I've heard many great things about this place. And honestly, I support pretty much all coffee shops except for the most famous well-known one, so here I am. :-) We got a couple of cold brews and I'm used to having sweet coffees with cream (I'm not a purist, but I do like my coffee). I decided to order the Irish Creme just the way they make it, without any adjustments especially since I didn't know the ins and out of the menu. The worker asked me if I wanted cream & I got confused because it's called "Irish Creme". But I said something to the effect of, just make it the way it's suppose to be? Anyway, when it came out, it was dark which scared me cuz I thought it was going to be super bitter. But I went for it, and surprisingly, it was good...balanced, not super sweet, but also pretty good. I think that's the first time I had coffee that wasn't brown, but more black. LOL!!! I might sound like a real wuss right now. :-D Anyway... The drive-thru went fairly quickly and a couple of workers came out to take orders with the cars. It wasn't a painful process. Overall, good job, Dutch Bros, we recommend.

Long lines and overpriced coffee. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my drink. I found it to be rather dumb! Its a very simple drink, there wasn't that many cars. I guess maybe I got put into a queue based on the people in the drive-thru? Not sure. Angry over it.

The best coffee in town! The best flavour are the protein coffees. It's hard to go to them because they're so far away. I always HAVE to stop by one when I'm near. BEST COFFEE EVER. The service is amazing too!

Whaaaattt??? How have I never checked-in, let alone reviewed this place? The first time I saw a Dutch Bros in Oregon, I was skeptical because I'm a diehard fan of the green mermaid but my aunt and uncle swore by it and after one sip, I was hooked. When I saw they were opening one in Vegas, I was beyond excited. I've been coming since they opened. I worked a 4am job at the time and this place literally saved my life (no joke, I am NOT a morning person and do get drowsy behind the wheel if I don't get that caffeine fix.) Over the years, many more Dutch Bros have popped up in the valley, but this location is always my go to. Heck, during the pandemic, this place kept my sanity alive. I don't think they were thinking of the long lines they'd be getting when they opened this particular location (I mean if you've gone to any in Oregon, some are just stands in a gas station parking lot and can hardly have one car in "line.") That being said, I think the two lines work fairly well here. I've noticed that over time they've really streamlined the process and the employees really are good at monitoring the line. I prefer to use the one on the side street because I almost always am here when there's a long line and having the rear end of my car sticking out onto Tropicana gives me HIGH anxiety. Speaking of the employees, I haven't encountered one not cheery or friendly one in all the years I've been coming in. There is kind of a high turnover and you won't see your fave person after a while but that's ok, most of the people working here are very young. I'm assuming this is a good first job kind of place. The drinks are large and tend to run on the sweet side but that's what I like about the place. These drinks have good value attached to them as well as being a nice treat. You can also get "business" versions, plain coffees, etc. but I think the fun is in their wacky names and interesting flavor combinations. I do think that they are lacking in snacks so it's not a place to get "breakfast" but I also think that's ok too. They focus on the drinks and there isn't anything wrong with that. Also, if it's your first time, look at the menu online before you come or while you wait in line. The "menu" at the drive thru is mostly advertisement for the seasonal specials and the person taking your order will usually be at your car well before you reach that menu.

For someone who doesn't care for coffee (I bounce off the freaking walls...), I would come back again! I honestly had no expectations because to me coffee is coffee but when you're in Vegas, coffee is going to be your best friend.... so why not try something new! I like the idea of having a drive through, even for drink places. Can this be more normalized because it's so much more convenient. Now for someone who doesn't really drink coffee, I enjoy cold brews and it seems like they have seasonal cold brew foams so I decided to order their Lavender one. I absolutely loved it! It was the pick me up I needed. I also got to try my friend's Annihilator and that's also something I would get again. I wish we could adjust sweetness because it was a little too much for me but if you let the ice do its thing then it isn't too bad

Omgosh we have the BEST DUTCH near us. Workers are friendly. Love the window! The music! The vibe! Our drinks are topNotch. So good! And SO MANY SUGAR FREE less sugar options. Love that! We have the app. Get so much in the give away, it's great!

The Dutch Bros on Stephanie in Henderson is trash. They take orders in whatever order they choose. 4 cars behind me go ahead of me....ummm no tip for you sweetie! No thank you.

The service is really good! Fast and friendly service in the Drive Thru. The drink was too sweet for me, but besides that the place is awesome. Maybe I will give a try on plain cold brew next time.

I go to this Dutch Bros all the time because it's literally on my way to work. I ordered my usual iced Cookie Mocha Cold Brew with Soft Top this morning. As I'm pulling forward I see a new fall flavor that I wish I would've seen before ordering, but I'm like oh well, I'll order it next time. I pull up to the window and the drink she hands me is really dark. The woman who took my order punched it in wrong and I basically just got made a cold brew. She tells me she'll remake it for me. I decided to ask if I could swap for the fall flavor I saw since they were remaking it anyway. I know I was probably very annoying to ask that, but she did it and I really appreciated her for it! Enough to want to write this long review to express that appreciation. I didn't catch her name, but hopefully she sees this and knows this is for her Thank you again!

Horrible customer service drive-through screwed up. Ridiculous. Don't go to the shop.

Drink are always prepared correctly, staff is ALWAYS friendly even when it's hot as the devils balls & the line never seems to end. Friendly always up for a short convo about what the day is like. The ambience is always chill

I have so many friends that rave about Dutch Bro coffee... unfortunately for us we don't have one in Hawaii. But, its honestly not a big deal since we have many other coffee shops around. The biggest deal breaker would have to be the lack of bites. Coffee is for mornings, mornings contain breakfast and idk if its all or just this location, but its lacking breakiez. For the amount of time it takes to order and recieve your coffee, it should be a more convenient morning ritual. The thought of having to stop here for coffee then go somewhere else and order/wait for food is just frustrating. Don't get me wrong, the coffee I had was good. Just not worth that kind of devotion to it. They might even have a loyalty stamp card but I didn't bother. Kind of a one a done here. Don't let my review stop you from trying it. Just an islander that has no time for the extra trip...

We just waited in line to be serviced we were told we would be helped I 1 moment by an employee then an employee comes.feom the drive thru to the walk up windows and says that they are close and we will not be serviced and closed the windows on me and my wife just pathetic service (North Las Vegas blvd dutch bros)

I really wish that online or on the app I can see what the flavors are in their specialized coffees. It doesn't even show how many shots or calories

I always hit up Dutch Bros in the morning on my way to work. It's the fastest way to get your favorite cup of coffee and I might add their very tasty.

My kids are in love with THIS COFFEE!!! When we are in Vegas, it is a must for us to come at least once per visit.the drive-thru line was pretty long, but it went quickly. Their menu has less than other coffee places but to me, that's a good thing! I can't remember the actual names of the drinks but we got 2 hot chocolates and a hot coffee. So delicious!

I love Dutch Bros. Their staff are always so friendly and helpful and always seem like they are having so much fun. Half the time I dont know what I'm ordering because I saw some crazy thing online to try and they never make fun of me, they just roll with it and help me figure it out. The prices are decent. You get what you pay for! I like that they have classics and seasonal items as well as energy drinks and even a kids menu. My current favorite is the banana split freeze. So good! There's often a wait but it's worth it. Try something new and 9.5/10 times you'll love it and if you don't usually if you're kind they will remake it for you.

Service used to be better at this location when it first opened up. Last time I came here I ordered an iced coffee and when I rolled up to the window they gave me a hot one. I told the clerk that I had ordered a cold one and they rudely told me "you ordered a hot one" when I know I didn't. I haven't returned since. Other locations are typically better and less congested than this one anyways.

Great drink ideas! Delicious substitute for Starbucks. We got 2 medium drinks and a muffin top for $14.58. In the Nevada heat, I liked the blended option. The muffin top was really good. I would have liked more food options, cause I'm a little greedy with my afternoon pick-me-up. Service was quick and cordial. Multiple workers were outside taking orders, for faster service. I felt bad that the workers had to stand in the 110 degree heat to assist customers. This place was efficient, delicious, and friendly. I'll go again.

Dutch Bros is one of those chains, where even from location to location, the drinks taste the same. The employees have the recipes down pat! So my review will focus on the location. I started visiting this OG Carson location back in 2015/2016. Back then, there were two drive through lines, one facing north, one facing south, and one walk up window on the south side. It made it very easy and convenient to order a drink. When there was a hefty line on each side, it still went by relatively fast. Sometime in the past year or two (maybe three?) they renovated and deleted the north facing drive up line and made it the walk up window, and removed the south facing walk up window. I'm not sure why, and I've never asked, though next time I go, I might. When I last visited with this new layout, the line of cars was short, only 2 or 3 cars in front of us. We didn't spend a lot of time waiting in the line, which was nice. Not sure how long the wait is when there are many cars in the line. Staff is always super friendly and helpful when visiting this location. I love that their hours are extended 5am-11pm! Plenty of time to get a super yummy coffee at (practically) any time of day!

Delicious hot chocolate, coffee, tea... but beverages only Not really a place to drink- basically take it and go only, maybe a table to drink outside (?) but not really conducive to hanging out Very friendly staff There is almost always a line, especially in the drive thru, but they are incredibly efficient with their great system and they will get you through really quickly. I'd suggest going to the Harrison St side (not the Tropicana)- it's a lot safer than having your car hanging out into Tropicana and maybe getting rear-ended, and they're good about making sure you'll get your turn. They also have a walk-up window, but it's not really any faster than the drive thru

I ordered regular coffee I didn't taste the coffee just hot water with sugar I paid three dollars plus for that Hey refund please

I'm so grateful to be in Vegas now and have access to a Dutch Bros Coffee! May favorite thing about Dutch Bros is that they have so many drink options that aren't coffee but still caffeinated, and as someone who doesn't like the taste of coffee this is such a great help.

Their coffees were on the sweeter side. It didn't really live up to the hype. Service was really good and they have a good variety on their menu

I have been frequenting this Dutch Bros location since I was in high school. In the early days, this location (being the only location at the time) was at its prime; genuine conversation, speedy drive through, amazing prices, and that overall Dutch Bros experience was on point. However, now I notice that those consistent experiences are far in between. With the rise and popularity of such chains in a caffeine addicted society come the gains and losses of perks. I noticed customer service began to lack around 2 years ago. Cold encounters with "broristas" became the new normal, but this I understand. How can I expect them to be their cheery selves when the line is backed up on Tropicana and cars are honking galore? A specific example I can recall was when I was ordering a large annihilator during a reusable cup promotion Dutch Bros was having near the holiday season. I remember the brorista telling us (my coworker and I) that we were the last car to receive the mugs, as they were close to running out. When we ordered our large drinks and approached the window, a rather absent-minded brorista told us they ran out. I told her that we were told we would receive them, and she just blankly looked at my coworker and I. I told her I was rather disappointed as that was the sole reason we ordered large drinks. In the past, Dutch Bros would have accommodated customers by giving them a free drink voucher, but nothing was done. I asked if I could contact someone and she had told me she didn't know. Now, to present day, Dutch Bros is that treat my coworkers and I still like to try out every once in a while. I went and got my good old order: an iced white, half sweet annihilator. Even with the student discount, prices have changed (although prices aren't accessible or easy to find via the app). When I was done with my annihilator, I was shocked to see the amount of ice. Come to think of it, I notice there is a lot of ice the past few times I have frequented this location. The service is getting better when it comes to wait times, but proceed cautiously as they get backed up at this location from two different entry points. You can also order Keto or Vegan versions, and can adjust sweetness levels. All in all, this used to be my favorite location, but now has turned into a location I'll settle for if need be.

My daughter had been raving about this place. We were visiting family and decided to give it a shot. I got a layered caramel mochiato.. with oat milk ... VERY VERY good. I wish I could get a quality beverage like that in California. My daughter got a strawberry something and loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly!! I would def come back.. specifically to this location because my experience was awesome!

This is the location that officially got me HOOKED on Dutch Bros. & I mean OBSESSED. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming (even to my kitty, Tiny!) The only complaint that I have is that occasionally they do be taking a long ass time to call drinks that are already paid for a ready to be passed out to the corresponding customer. That's only ever happened at the window though, as the drive through seems to be prioritized (as it should be)

I've been coming to this Dutch Bros location since its grand opening years ago. The coffee here is affordable, which is perfect for college students since they give student discounts, & you're always greeted by the most kind humans. My go to drinks has always been the white chocolate annihilator! But today since I was going to start my shift at the hospital & I had the post gym tiredness, I went ahead with the cold brew version. Man the line was LONG but their service was very speedy! They had 3 people doing orders on their iPads & they still had a line in the front window. Overall, my drink was a 10/10. It wasn't too sweet & it was just so good. I juggle between different types of drinks but the white chocolate annihilator is always my go to. They used to do stamp cards & after I think your 10th drink they'd give you a free drink, but I believe since the pandemic they've since gotten rid of those & turned over to a mobile app. I downloaded it today & they give you 125 points, which is halfway to your first free drink I believe! Love this place & happy to support a company that spreads positive vibes all day. Will definitely be coming back.

The two employees that were running the drive-through tonight were so friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. Drink was perfect. All around this location I've been to yet.

If you want your fill of sugar this is the place! I will say their are always consistent and they normally get through their long lines quickly. Ill go here over Starbucks any day.
