Dutch Bros Coffee

I will drive 40min away from work to visit this Dutch! I enjoy stopping in and catching up with all the employees! I want to give huge props to JD for always being genuine and kind. The drinks are always amazing and in the off chance it is not to par they fix it quickly and encourage you to try new things! Thank you everyone for doing an awesome job!

Guys I won't lie, I work at chickfila and this places customer service makes us look like McDonald's. We pull up and this guy Jaxon gave me tons of feedback on his favorite drinks and helped me customize mine to fit my needs!! Just like liberty mutual!!! Would recommend to anyone.

I thought this was a safe spot for celiac, but they wouldn't properly allergy prep my drink, and I felt unsafe drinking it. I was pushed to take it and that it's fine. I just ended up upset and wishing I didn't come. Ended up with a coffee I can't drink. Edit: insult to injury is they have a celiac co manager and they still didn't want to allergy prep after saying only certain syrups have gluten. It's mixed in the same containers as the regular syrups. You can't get through on the phone either.

I asked for a “nine-eleven”, the person you drive up to said its “nine one-one, not nine-eleven, we joke about that all the time when we hear it because why would they name a drink after 9/11, its nine one-one”. I awkwardly just said okay thanks. Nine eleven is how i read double ones, has nothing to do with the pertaining date. Semantics. I just wanted a drink because i was tired. If an address is 1111 it could be read elven-eleven instead of “one, one, one, one”. Can we just get our drinks without the back and forth. I put two stars because i previously happened to enjoy this location but i wont go to this one anymore that was weird.

Absolutely loved their golden eagle hot coffee. The best in Plano, TX area. All the customizations were carefully honored. Highly recommend...

The line process at this place is an absolute disaster. My third time getting cut in line at this location. The guy taking the orders literally took two other orders that arrived after we did. They really have to come up with a better process for taking orders. At least so the employees are not taking orders from people who have just pulled up over people who have been sitting in line waiting. However, the drinks are awesome.

My first time here was on 06/01. Cool concept each team member comes up to your vehicle to take your order. I can see each team member interacting with each other with such a good vibe. I ordered a large Nitro Cold Brew. It tastes really good, I will be back to this location or anyone lane now.

You will not meet a nicer staff!! I’d say I keep coming back for the delicious coffee but really it’s the people. The coffee is just a plus! Never messed up my order, always friendly even at 5am when I am not awake yet lol. Thanks for being awesome Dutch Bros Staff!!!

First time at this Dutch Bros and I loved it! The staff were friendly and the coffee was great as always! The line moved fast too!

I wanted to love this place because Starbucks is overrated, the coffee was good. However the price was higher than Starbucks and I didn't feel comfortable inside the establishment. I rather the ambiance at Starbucks. So I won't be returning here.

Fastest Dutch Brothers ever! This line was 3 lanes and moved faster than any DB I've ever been to. Across Washington state, Oregon, and Texas! 5stars and thanks

Yelp 100 - #27 April 2023 This location is quite busy, so they have three lines for ordering that combines into one. This was my first visit and I asked for help ordering from the women taking my order. I ordered the caramelizer with oak milk and a regular black coffee. My drinks were up and no time and it was walked out to me. Duch Bros offer more than just coffee if you're not a coffee drinker, such as smoothies, lemonades, Dutch soda, and pastries.

Had my first Dutch Bros experience this afternoon and it was enjoyable. At first I thought that I had bypassed the microphone to order in the drive through, but soon realized that they take orders from the window (and somehow make it super fast). The cashier helping me was very informative and patient with me. They also offer small (16oz), medium, and large sizes. Will be back for sure:)

Okay I ordered differently and it's still SO sweet! I got a mango smoothie and my boyfriend got a snickerdoodle freeze. Snickerdoodle freeze= unable to consume. It is ridiculously sweet. My mango smoothie was okay, but it does not taste fresh, has a very distinct artificial taste, but it is a lot better than the fraps in my opinion. Service as always is fast and nice! The only thing I really like about dutch bros now.

Whenever we travel, one of our first priorities is checking if there's a Dutch Bros in the vicinity, and luckily, Texas has many of them! On this trip, we were thrilled to find one nearby and couldn't resist stopping in to get our favorite frozen Banna Bread drink. We fell in love with this concoction a couple of years ago when we first tried Dutch Bros, and it has become our go-to ever since, even though we don't know its official name. As we approached the friendly staff at the drive-thru, we placed our order and eagerly waited to collect our beverages. The team at Dutch Bros always exudes warmth and cheerfulness, making the whole experience even better. Our drinks were, as expected, absolutely perfect. Dutch Bros maintains an impressive level of consistency, which is something I really appreciate. If our travels lead us back to this area, we won't hesitate to make a return visit to Dutch Bros for another delightful experience!

The staff was so nice! The coffee was good and the sizes were pretty big. My sister and I got medium and it felt like a venti size at starbucks. My sister got the Golden Eagle, and she recommends it! I got an iced latte which was good. They also have a lot of milk options which is nice.

Really liked coming by here! Service is quick and friendly. Tried the sweater weather chai and it was decent, but a little lacking in flavor. Extra chai would've been better. Also got the caramel pumpkin brûlée freeze and it was delicious!

Have a plan before you pull up to the drive thru otherwise you'll end up like me- confused by the chaos, not sure what to order, going off suggestion and paying $17 before tip for 2 drinks. I wish someone would have told me about their punch cards- again, rushed, and it's only now that I'm reading reviews do I find out there's a rewards program. The kids are peppy, friendly and caffeinated, but I didn't even get a chance to see the menu. It wasn't busy (3pm on a Sunday) but the way they moved us thru the line you'd think they were slammed. And so I told her my husband would want something blended or iced, vanilla flavored, with lots of caffeine. She recommended a "large double torture" And it was $8.85- a blended frappe looking drink, didn't come with a drizzle or whip cream or anything. Overall I feel like this is an awesome coffee option and I will give it another try, but you have to know what you're doing. The flavor is great, it's very sweet, but the possibilities of drink choices are endless and I felt super limited in time to figure out how it works, what's good, and what to even order, ya know?!

Crazy experience at dutchbtos. Had order taken. There were three enetrances so I was very confused as to how to get in. It cause me deep emotional turmoil. Then, my order was taken. The worker was forced to work outside, and took our order. When we arrived at the window, we spoke to a person and received our drinks. Odd drink names. Then, my order was taken.

We've been waiting for so long for this opening! The lines looked long but went by fairly quickly. The staff is super sweet and attentive. I'm looking forward to getting coffee here and trying out all the new flavors!

Four stars for the friendliest over the top service I've ever experience. Three stars for the coffee. Honestly, I like black coffee. I don't like over-sweet coffee, but every now and then love a latte as a special treat. I had no idea just how caffeine-filled Dutch Bros coffee would be, and certainly not how sugar-loaded even a half-sweet latte would be. It's a great place, but you have to be prepared for a caffeine and sugar high. Ask for half or a quarter sweet to moderate your intake for sure. And appreciate the AMAZING service because it's incredible. Like really incredible.

Friendly employees in the parking lot taking orders eager to help with any type of coffee drink imaginable. I wish they had a couple other food offerings. The chocolate chip muffin top is too sweet but the coffee is perfect!

When this location first opened, I fell in love. Every single drink that I ordered was amazing! And I love the price point versus Starbucks. However... the past 4-5 times that I've gone.. I have been extremelyyyyyy disappointed. I was going all the time until my drinks started tasting watery or watered down. I stopped going for a couple of months but I decided to try again last week. Man I was sooo sad because my drink was terrible. I was super sad because I couldn't even drink it. It was a waste of my money. I really want to like Dutch bros but it's just not for me right now. Maybe I'll try another location to see if that's the problem.

This crew is the friendliest, speediest bunch. I appreciate they recognize their customers and already know what you likely want. Personally I enjoy their ice carmelizer for my morning visits.

I love this location!! Every staff member is so friendly and nice! They are always busy but I don't wait longer than 5 min. I go a few times a week now and I'm addicted. The staff plays a big part. I've tried the iced coffee, blended coffee, lemonades and, revivers and all SOO good! I can't say enough good things about this location and Dutch Bros!

Friendly fast and efficient service with a smile. The perfect place for a quick kick of caffeine. We got the kicker and Golden Eagle, both were great and the large is more like a HUGE! For those that care, I found their coffee has more notes of toasted cocoa and toasted grain. I'm not sure what they put in the kicker, but it has a coconut creamer flavor as well. While everything was pretty great, my only complaint as a newbie is it would be nice to have the menu displayed outside more prominently with large font.

I stopped here for a regular black coffee, but they do not have a drip option. No worries though as they do have an americano, which was fantastic! My wife enjoys cold coffee, and was satisfied with the cold brew. This is a well kept location. The drive through merges 3 lanes into 1, so it moved quickly.

WOW! First time trying Dutch Bros. I would give 20 stars if I could. Not only is the coffee amazing but the employees are so energetic and happy to be there. Each employee from the sweet girl who took our order to the window greeted us and made an amazing impression. We will definitely be back. Forget about Starbucks!

Located not far off from the college is a plus, everyone here is always so cheerful and my order is always right! I was going to knock one down bc the lack of seating but turns out that's just a Dutch Bros thing. Overall: good drinks and drive thru, not a place to study

This is my first time visiting Dutch Bros in Texas. I have visited a location in Oregon and it was great. Well, this location was even better even though there isn't really an in store experience. They have order takers in line and they are the nicest people!!!! There is also someone who hand delivers your drink and she was equally as nice. They are knowledgeable about the drinks and just so welcoming. I'm sure the drive thru service will change at some point, but the way it's set up currently is really nice. It's way out of my way but I'll go again and again for that type of service.

Tried this place for the first time!! It's ok but ummm can I have some coffee with my ice!! Lol I'm cmon I got more ice than coffee and I got a large.. ok coffee ice to the very top

Really wanted to love this place but unfortunately let down. We ordered a cold brew with no ice and this is what we received, seriously? I always order drinks with no ice at Starbucks (everywhere) and I've never been given a half full drink. We questioned it and they said they fill it up to that amount then add ice so that is what we technically ordered, it's correct. The staff was nice which is why I gave 2 stars.

FAR shorter drive-thru lines at this location! Friendly staff and tasty, fresh java. Great location - can't wait until my next visit!

I LOVE Dutch Bros coffee!! I instantly fell in love with this place with my first sip. Everything is delicious and their muffin top is a perfect pair to go with my coffee. I only wished that Dutch Bros Coffee was near my place; :*(. Don't forget to download their app and collect some points!! A++++

DELICIOUS coffee and super friendly service. The coffee is sweet, which is my jam. The energy of the staff definitely makes for a great experience. We'll be back to try out some of their other specialty drinks soon!!

I'm a transplant so I've never had Dutch Bros before but this is truly delicious coffee. I wish there were more locations. So much better than Starbucks coffee. Went there today and wow, was my experience truly amazing. Jackson was who helped me and he truly made my day. Not only was he nice and genuine but he made my day with all the laughing. Finally decided to stop by and try it out. Pros: SUPER FRIENDLY employees, fast service, efficient order/pay process. FLAVOR!! Cons: slightly too sweet for the drink I will 100% be going back!! I love flavored teas and the double rainbro black tea is to die for!! This chocolate chip muffin too will have me energized all day long!!

Was eating lunch nearby and decided to try Dutch Bros. There were so many good looking drinks! The worker (Juke) recommended I try the Chocolate Crunch cold brew, which was extremely delicious! Ill definitely be coming back

Coming for California and being used to Starbucks.. This was a whole different experience. The staff are a lot more personable and helpful. At first, it didn't seem like sugar free would be an option which is how I usually order my coffee. Come to find out it was an option! I ordered the Golden Eagle sugar free which was delicious So far I have ordered numerous drinks: (Coffee in order of my favorites) Golden Eagle Oat Milk Cocomo Kicker Campout Cold Brew As for Dutch Frosts i've tried White Chocolate, Unicorn Blood, Flap Jack and Almond bar. Today we got a High Dive Rebel. I can't say that I have ordered a single drink that I did not like. I only wouldn't order the unicorn blood again just because it was too sweet for my tastes!

They are new in town but if you need a good cup of coffee, this is the place to go. Don't let the long lines dissuade you, they move fast.

I'd never been to a Dutch Bros coffee but the experience was all positive. I tried the fruit drink with black tea and it was really tasty. My friend had a Kicker and it was excellent. The coffee flavor was really good. I'll have one of those next time we go. The service was great. Curbside ordering and very helpful and courteous. Value for money. We will go again.

Very nice employees. I was embarrassed to ask the names of the different coffees but instead of telling me to read the sign, they all three helped me and now I know how to order and I can show my granddaughter that I know how to use my app to order and the name of the coffee I want to order. Lol

Obsessed. They're the Chick-fil-A of coffee. Employees are young and geared up in swag, bending over backwards to help you and make you feel welcomed. Don't expect this to be like Starbucks coffee where everything is a little more artisan flavored. DB coffee is on the sweeter side. They're also slightly cheaper and larger in sizes! The caramelizer has a slight mocha/chocolate flavor, and so do some of their other drinks for some reason. It's a little off putting, and that might not be for everyone. The Golden Eagle Breve is THE BEST. It's a little bit like a creamy nitro cold brew with toasted caramel. Get that customized with a soft top, and you'll find yourself coming back every day.

Fave coffee stop - we make weekly detours out here to get out Dutch bros, west coast always the best coast

It really is like a chick fil a coffee shop!! Lines do look long but goes by quick. I got 2 medium drinks and it was $8ish which a medium is as big as a Venti at Starbucks. Worth the price and size. The Golden Eagle iced coffee w/ Soft top was sooooo good!!! I wish there was a location closer to me, they need to open one in The Colony - near Grandscape!!

Stopped by last Saturday evening on the recommendation of my SIL. Super friendly and energetic staff...even at 9 PM. Got the cocomo iced. It wasn't too strong and just sweet enough. Will return to try their other offerings soon!

This location is in a great spot, with lots of parking and easy access. The employees are nice but I swear the kids working here just keep getting younger and younger. I guess DB really is the Elixir of Life.

Came on opening day & the employees were super friendly and helpful!!! It was our first time trying Dutch Bros & they patiently helped us choose what we liked, the experience was unlike any other drive thru drink place & I'll be back for sure!

I've been wondering why this place is always buzzing! Now I get it! The staff is AMAZING. Coffee? Beats "bucks" by a LONG shot.

The drinks we got were made perfectly and the girl taking our order ( Callie ) was super sweet and helpful and introduced me to my new favorite drink.

First time here today . Coffee was delicious. I got the large regular with Carmel and cream . The people that work there are amazing. So sweet and friendly. They said to me as I was checking out . Have a blessed day! I will be back . Bye bye Starbucks . Prices are better too .

Super nice staff! 20 min drive but idc cause the drinks are so good! They are also super quick with taking orders and getting it done quick.

A little less expensive than Starbucks with a lot faster service. Starbucks has got a competitor in town and they need to watch out.

If you want an array of coffee varieties and flavors mixed with great service, this is the place! Love to stop by here before work and I always look forward to it. Very consistent with the service and the coffee. The large iced is 32 ounces which is more than you get at Starbucks, it has the most sugar free syrups I've ever seen at a coffee shop and it taste better than Starbucks (in my opinion, their coffee is watered down and overpriced). Would definitely recommend it and I can't wait until there is a location closer to central Dallas!
