Dutch Bros Coffee

With how busy this spot gets and how many people they serve daily, the staff is always in a good mood! I’ve been coming to this location for over 6 years and have never been disappointed with anything. I forgot the baristas names but the blonde lady with glasses, the light skin woman and a few others always my order memorized. 10/10

Dutch Bros is always good. The atmosphere is always very friendly, and service is typically fast. If there are more than 2 cars in the drive-through, they'll come out with an I-pad and take your order prior to Getting to the window, which makes it very convenient and you get your coffee fast. Once you get to , always try to conversate, and if you do not engage with them, they won't sit and talk to ear off. Dutch bros, always a win!

Always love going to our local Dutch Bros. Everyone is always greeting you with a smile & beyond friendly. Never have any issues with getting an oatmilk latte & it always tastes amazing . I happened to have my senior cats with me after a veterinary trip & they offered a whip lid. I never got one before & my boys definitely loved it.

Bad service I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window with short brown hair freckles and spiral nose ring was so rude. My drink was made incorrectly and I asked if they could fix it. She responded with a dirty look and said "well that's the drink you ordered" I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

This is my favorite Dutch! They always make my drink correctly and have even fixed another drink from another location before. Thanks you guys, you rock!

I went through the drive-through (NW23rd in Portland) and talked to the nicest staff. They directed me to the closest Location where I could go inside and enjoy. By coincidence I had been to the other one the day before- They were also so sweet, on Burnside in Portland. Great concept!

I stood at the walk-up window for nearly 10 minutes while not even one person acknowledged me, yet I saw three different people make eye contact with me and not say a word. I left without ordering because I was going to be late for work.

I just passed through here not too long ago the person was very nice, very talkative we had a good time talking to him.

Always my first stop after getting into Portland to visit family for the holidays. Service is always quick and friendly, my go to rebels are always made to perfection, and it's always a perfect way to start my holiday trip. Thank you dutch bros! Please come to Los Angeles soon!

This Dutch bros somehow manages to always get my girlfriend's order wrong and is also kinda rude when it comes to customer service. My girlfriend asked for more cold foam in her drink (because they always give barely any) and this lady starts lecturing her about asking for the right amount. If what we usually get is the right amount then they seriously need to consider upping it because Starbucks gives way more for no extra charge.

This is my all time favorite Oregon Dutch Bros location, all the broistas are always sweet and full of positivity! They build genuine connections and always make my day brighter each time I stop by!

I normally love this Dutch bros but today's encounter was not up to standard. The man with a Dutch bros jersey who took our order was extremely rude and was not helpful whatsoever. He was correcting us for how we ordered things and not in an educational way, correcting us like we were stupid for not knowing how to order a specific drink. He then told us "speak up" in a demanding tone before we had even tried to say our order!! Finally, as I was going to insert my card to pay, all he said was "it's tap!" My card is not a tap card and he acted like it was the biggest inconvenience ever. Of course he did not confirm the automatic tip option so he ended up getting a tip he did not deserve. This review does not reflect on how I feel about the other employees here as they have all been great towards me. I am utterly surprised someone like him was hired to work at such a place. I understand it's hard to be peppy everyday at work, but you could at least be cordial.

The gal that works at this location on Mondays at 12:50pm needs to step up her customer service. I have NEVER been to a Dutch bros and not asked how my day was or what I'm up to. That's the service you expect when you go to Dutch Bros. She had her back turned to us the whole time, actually. Do better Dutch Bros!

Super sweet staff. Everyone is always so nice in the morning. I don't usually leave reviews but I hope someone from management sees this. I used to work at dutch and so I know what is expected from the employees. The last 3-4 times I've come through my coffee is always super sour and the espresso just isn't up to standard. I know it gets busy so it can be hard to pull a 22 second shot but that's what makes or breaks the coffee. Other than that I love coming to dutch. It's my og and the vibes always make my morning better :)

An excellent coffee stop and I got to try the Cocomo for the first time. Utter perfection. The staff was wonderful and polite. My brother ordered some Blue Lemonade drink that made our jaws and teeth hurt like we took a spoonful of sugar. So I'm not sure I'll be trying that again ever but nonetheless, I'm excited to head back and try more of their menu soon.

Coffee and fruit juices I didn't care for the fruit juice but the coffee was good. I love coming here it's a completely different feel from Starbucks and they are not over priced.

I came from out of town with my boyfriend and we just loved our experience yesterday! The cashier was so friendly and I wish I had gotten her name to give her the recognition she deserves. We got the golden eagle and it hit the spot for the long drive we had ahead.

I've never left a review for anything before but I needed to give 5 stars to this Dutch. I recently got broken up with after 4.5 years and am a fragile glass house. My eyes were swollen and small. As I went to pay the barista informed me that someone had covered my drink to "pay it forward." I instantly melted and started crying at how thoughtful and nice people can be. I couldn't compose myself enough to say "yes please" when asked if I wanted a straw. When handed my drink I looked at the sweet note and continued to cry. Yes I'm a cry baby but these people really made my week. Thank you

The staff are extra friendly and service was quick! My raspberry Italian soda is perfection.

i went here and it was pretty cool the rebel was super good. the guy working at the window was also really hot and nice but kept asking me questions and it was like dude do you wanna just get in my car or something bc i'm so down. anyways i liked my experience here i give it a 4/5 just bc when i asked the guy how his day was he did not reply to me which made me feel sad even tho i think he just didn't hear me.

Update: I've been going here pretty often and not much has changed! Some nicer people have come through to work here but it's really different than some other locations. They don't seem happy here? I want to feel good about tipping the person and not feeling like I'm a burden for ordering coffee or asking what their featured drinks are when they come out to take your order... Been here a few times and this last one was a bit disappointing. They must have sold out of Father's Day stickers by 8am, so that sucked, plus no Fathers Day deals. Whatever that's fine...they weren't super friendly or inviting like most Dutch bros. locations are, so that sucked. It's hit and miss at this location, depends who is working. Drinks are the same tasting of course!

My coffee was good, my daughter liked her slushy concoction with whipped cream and sprinkles. The ladies working there are young and kind, a little giggly but enjoying their summer jobs, so it's all good. I liked the coffee and having it drive thru was very convenient. The location was a little hard to access.

Just got my coffee here and what an experience! The girls were so friendly and nice and there coffee was great. Very unique concept of drive thru. I got a latte just to see how it was and it was smooth. Although they are a drive thru shop they keep their integrity by having having a semi auto la marzocco machine and they roast their own coffee. None of that auto push buttons mcdonalds crap. Again salute to the kindness to the girls who served us. They were so friendly and gladly welcomed us to oregon.

One star only cause it didn't give me the option to leave half a star the guys at the window were rude horrible costumer service and had an attitude over a question and they forgot to give me my chocolate chip muffin top when I paid for it

My favorite place. Blended Passion water rebel with coconut drizzle is the absolute best drink ever made.

"Lexi W" decided to gift herself a $2 tip with my single coffee order without so much as asking me. I only found out because I asked for my receipt, but I was already home when I read it so it was to late to address the issue with them. I am worried that this is a common practice they have been getting away with because they do not voluntarily give/email customers a receipt.

This coffee is so thick. It reminds me of gas station coffee where you push the button. The baristas are friendly though!

My wife and I came by for a quick coffee after our day trip and we didn't know what to order. We are pretty big coffee drinkers so mom and pop shops are what we get attracted to. We stayed at the hotel across the street and we will definitely be coming by during our stay in Portland. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We ordered the kicker and the caramelizar. Extremely delicious. I recommend both. The staff were nice enough to give us a discount. Thanks ladies! Cheers!

Have always been a fan of Dutch Bros. With so many coffee places in PDX, one might enjoy a better selection elsewhere, but if you're looking for quick, tasty coffee on the go, they do a great job! My go-to drink has always been the "Kicker." It's their Irish Cream drink. The hot drinks usually have the perfect amount of foam, which I like. One last thing. The service is usually fantastic and super friendly. You can tell they are told to ask about your day and engage you, which can come off a little fake. The line from Forgetting Sarah Marshall, "I bet you think strippers like you too," comes to mind. But HEY, I enjoy our talks anyways and always leave feeling happy!

Coolest Staff! Super nice and helpful with recommendations. I tried their Pumpkin Freeze- it was AMAZING! All the staff members were extremely friendly and I have never gotten something I didn't like! The guy who took our order was super cool and gave us some of his chips

Love this place! Recently moved to Portland and had their coffee for the first time, when they found out they gave it to me for free! I don't know if it's a gimmick or what but $free.99 is always a good price. When I did pay for my drinks however, they seemed a little on the high side, but nothing like what you'd pay at Starbucks. Ordered the iced white chocolate mocha omgggg so yummy!! Tasted chocolate milk and coffee in there, plus the whipped cream was so delicious too! My other favorite is their rebel energy drink (like red bull...but not...hehe). Get that in strawberry on ice and whooooo I am good to go for my 12 hour work shift! Friendly staff, great drinks, and moderate prices. My new go-to coffee spot.

Super nice folks working here. It was our first time and they were so hospitable, the order was on the house! I got the blended drink, hubby got the Irish kicker and the toddler got a smoothie, it came in a cute cup! Come to southern CA please!!!!

Always stop by this place in the morning as it's close to the Silver Cloud Hotel I stay at when I'm town for work. The line moves quickly and the girls working are always super nice and get my order right. I really dig Dutch Bro's coffee..it's a little on the sweet side but if you have a sweet tooth and really like things chocolatey, you'll dig it. Just wish they had more locations in Washington state.

Sweetest gal at the front! It was the first time for mom and I so she gave us some recommendations for drinks and since we were visiting she gave us some things to do in the city! We were so impressed by her kindness and then she said drinks were on DB because it was our first! Wow! How awesome! It was such a nice start to our day. I got the Carmel Apple smoothie and it was delicious. I am a DB fan for sure!

First stop whenever we come to the northwest! The kicker seems to be a new addition and is very good! We love that unlike So Cal breve is a standard here! Love that every drink besides the iced brew (also excellent), every drink in the menu uses espresso. Yes, it's a chain but worth it!!

First timer! I asked questions and the chic (sorry I forgot her name) dark brown hair , super cool and nice!... she answered everything, told me extra info... and chatted me up while I waited! You know how woman love to talk about themselves! Haha then she handed my drink to me and said it was FREE! Cause it was my first time! SUPER COOL! Made my day! I don't like the taste of coffee and what I was looking for she helped me get! My drink is delicious!! I will definitely be back!

Aside from the burnside location, this is my "local" Dutch Bros. I prefer this location as it has a drive through (both sides). The staff is always super friendly, to reflect the DB's vibe and they are quick! I have tried several new things on a recommendation from them and have never been dissatisfied. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could.

I love Dutch Bros overall, but the baristas at the newer one on NW 23rd are a bit much. First of all, it's not even 8am and you're acting like you've been on drugs all night. Please tone it down a notch until I've had some caffeine. Okay, I get it, it's your job to act hyper, but seriously, you can go too far. Blondie, when I ask for a paper towel because you spilled coffee all down the side of my cup, don't roll your eyes at me. Other than that, I'm still a fan and yes, I'll come back for sure.

Used to be great. Now there are a few new faces that have been snotty and rude. Worth addressing if they're new to the company. Not what I expect when I go to Dutch!

Dutch bros is my favorite place to go but never have I experienced bad service like this stand. Two young girls all I have to say rude service. I was surprised to experience the bad service . I have never seen a Dutch bros with bad customer service. Except for this Stand.

This is by far the worst Dutch Bros I have ever been to! The girls there are rude, the drinks suck, I'd rather go to 7-Eleven and have coffee there. The two blonde girls that worked the night of November 5th at around 6 were terribly rude after they messed up our drinks and we politely asked them to fix it. They didn't smile nor say thank you or even greet us, let alone apologize for the mistake! I say based on all the other reviews with majority weighing in negative----CLEAN HOUSE & get some good baristas that actually want to be there!

It was my friends first time coming here and our barista was the best!! She gave us complimentary drinks (there were 5 of us) just so she can give us an amazing first time experience + the coffee was BOMB. We will definitely be coming back to this location when we go to Portland again.

I love Dutch Bros and this is my favorite shop. They are always friendly and quick. I am usually on my way to work when I pick up my iced americano and rarely have to wait very long if at all. If there is a long line the baristas come out to our cars, take our order, and run the card so that all that remains is a quick moving line to get the needed elixir. Great job to all the baristas at my NW PDX Dutch Bros!

Definitely stoked that this opened near my work since my other option is Starbucks. The baristas there are always super friendly. Plus, they make my drinks super fast. Like, really fast. I think the longest I had to wait was maybe two minutes. And that's including paying for my drink, etc. Since they're quick, the lines are never long. They're not my favorite coffee, but for the price, quickness, and friendliness of the baristas, I definitely prefer them more than Starbucks. They're my new choice for coffee!

I wish I could give more stars! They are always quick and friendly, and have punch cards so that you can "earn" free drinks! Iced Annihilator is a must have everytime I'm near a Dutch Bros! Muffin tops are really good, too! :)

This place is the best for Mochas! I always seek DB out while I am in Oregon. Wish they had more in Washington state. My kids love it too. You cannot get better service anywhere else, and that goes for every Dutch Brothers I've visited. Fantastic coffee all the time!

First time trying Dutch Bros. Coffee. Staff was super friendly and helpful in providing recommendations. But the best part was that our entire order was on the house, simply because it was our first time. We ordered an iced Kicker and the Annihilator. They were both DELISH! We also ordered a Not-So-Hot (kids hot cocoa) for our daughter and she loved it.

I was having a crappy Monday as I slept through three alarms and was almost late to work. However! I stopped quickly got a much needed coffee and mis ordered my drink (so all my fault) when I saw them making a hot drink instead of iced, I said something but realized it was my mistake so took the messed up drink even though they wanted to fix it. They said because I so graciously took the wrong drink (mind you, that I mis ordered) that this drink was on them. That just made my morning! Maybe it isn't such a crappy Monday, doesn't hurt that my Americano with vanilla and cream is perfect as usual

My first time & I won't be able to stop talking about the great service (smiles even while standing in the rain)!!! The vanilla latte was delicious! Thanks for starting my day off right!

Super great crew and very friendly ... only bad thing is they always forget my whipped cream (90%) after asking if I want some, tho it's an easy fix. They either hand me my coffee without whipped cream or they say " I forgot, did you say you wanted whipped cream?", before handing me my coffee. But I still go there as it's convenient.

I'm not sure if it's something they do in their training but it sure feels authentic....every single person and I have had make my coffee is the most friendly, warm and nice person! Every day I buy coffee there they make my day in someway the coffee is delicious! I love that I can drive through!!!

I'm a little bit of a coffee snob somtimes, but I go here when I want some Dutch Lovin! Their customer service is amazing! They put up with my modification laundry list too.

I love Dutch bros, the people are always super nice and friendly and this one is close to my school. Unfortunately every time I order a drink, it's wrong or not even my drink at all. I always have to double check if my drink is my drink- then they tell me very matter of fact that it is, and it never is. Sorry guys but maybe I should go to a different one.
