Dutch Bros Coffee

I walked up to the window and ordered my caramel pumpkin brulee iced Chai with two shots of espresso. So good! Y'all need to try it! They do have 2 chairs available for you to sit and relax but no tables. Its not a stay and work place but I love there drinks!

Went here on a whim and this is the best coffee I’ve ever had. The service was wonderful. I’m not familiar with the menu so I asked the woman taking orders if she’d recommend anything and her excitement had me sold. Her recommendation was the iced hopscotched 0sugar added protein latte and this stuff is addictive. Super flavorful and the perfect blend of everything Wonderful customer service and the drinks are great too

It is my first time getting their coffee. They made it exactly to order. I got the frozen blended Frappuccino. It is delicious on a hot Texas day . I didn't have wait long . Everyone was friendly. They have a drive thru and walk up window. They have a wide variety of drink options from bobba teas, smoothies , milk shakes . They also have muffin tops . I would definitely recommend this place and would go there again .

First time here and the service was great!!! I wasn’t sure what to get and the lady gave me some caffeine free options I could get for my son and even drew a pic on the cup for him was so cute.. he loved it! We ended up getting a mango frozen smoothie and a green apple frozen smoothie with a chocolate chip muffin top while we waited for my tires to be changed next door. Perfect spot for them to be on a hot day of course.

These employees are the most energetic, upbeat and engaged humans I have ever come across in my life. Even if the coffee was gross (which it’s absolutely NOT) I would come here just to have my day brightened by these people! Amazing experience and delicious drinks 💕

Hi, recommended very friendly staff and they have a lot of options. They have low sugar options drinks so this is very good for me as I don’t like sweet drinks. I tried this place three times and I never been disappointed really like this place and recommended to anybody want a refreshing and want to enjoy a night or morning with a drink

I ordered a hazelnut truffle mocha, and the guy said it doesn’t come with a cream on top - even though I’ve ordered the coffee a million times before. He offered to remake the drink, but I was already waiting 10 minutes in a line of 3 cars, and I couldn’t be late to work. Horrible experience - they’re usually excellent but that man ruined it for me today.

I normally stop at this one twice a week on my way to class. I've always order my drink the same way and have never had a problem but today when they were confirming my order they said it was a white mocha with almond milk and dark chocolate. Ive never asked for dark chocolate. I figure it got rang up wrong no big deal it happens and the girl in the window was super nice and said she would remake it but then the guy that took my order had come back in and when she told him it was just supposed to be an extra scoop of the white chocolate he came to the window and said that when I order it with almond milk that thats how its made they put the dark chocolate back in there....which makes no sense to me, he then asked if I wanted a latte instead with white chocolate, I've watched my drink get made before and no one has ever put dark chocolate in it just because I ask for almond milk. It just felt like instead of owning up to the fact that it was probably rang in wrong he had to make it my fault.

The location is tough to get to. (Round Rock heading towards Georgetown). This location rarely has a line, or more than 2 if you're waiting. The staff are amiable and welcoming. Never a bad experience. I was planning on getting a lemonade then saw there was a SECRET Menu Lemonade!! Of course I had to give it a go. The color was bizarre, a lime green, however, that didn't stop from the color tasting delicious. I won't tell you what it tastes like because when you give the Secret Lemonade a whirl, you'll be pleased as well.

It was a great Dutch experiments as always. I ordered via app as I got the drive thru window. Luckily, they made it very fast for me and just as I liked. (: I would definitely come again and will next time I'm in the area.

This place is quick and they always have a smile on their face! The drinks are wonderful and they never had any issues with my sometimes complicated orders. Nice stop on the way to work in the morning.

I love Dutch Bros! The customer service is amazing which seems so difficult to find these days. The sweet employees held conversations with me while my drink was being made. They always cheer up my day & make the drive through feel like it's going faster then it is. I always get the German Chocolate Mocha. I'm not usually a coconut fan but this drink is sooo good!!!

Always love a glass of Dutch Bros cold brew with a soft top! The staff is awesome, and they always hook up my doggo with a pup cup! Fast friendly service & super happy employees! Makes me want to get out of my car & dance!

This was my first time trying Dutch Bros. and it was delicious. I'm SO glad there is a location coming soon near me in south Austin. My review is for the Round Rock location I visited this morning. 1) The young lady at the drive thru was very pleasant and event struck up a conversation while I waited for my order. 2) The wait was not long. 3) Prices are comparable to other coffee places 4) We tried the seasonal featured drinks and they were yummy! 5) I downloaded the app and added money so I can start earning reward points!

Today is the grand opening of this location and I couldn't be happier that this location is oh so close to my house! I came through the drive through with Thing Two and ordered our favorites, the Peach Cobbler and the Orangesicle. The team working today was upbeat and all around friendly. We were also given really fun little stickers. I placed my order and was in and out in under 6 minutes! That's a record for the chain. Welcome to North Round Rock Dutch Bros...kick off your boots and stay a while.

Been hearing about dutch bros for a while now. And they been blowing up on my instagram. I was in round rock for something and decided to stop by Dutch bros on the way. Concept seems like a hybrid between Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts. Small menu with indulgence offerings. I tried their vanilla white chocolate latte with whipped cream on top. Concept little different. You drive up to the window to order Vs ordering on speaker phone. They seem to prepare the drink while you wait at the ordering window. Place seemed very hopping with loud bar type of music . You don't expect that at a coffee place. Almost felt like I was at the bar. Service was good and very personal. Honestly don't know if I will go Out of my way to get a drink from Dutch bros but definitely if in the area I will grab one. Overall good happening place..

The staff at this location are the best around! They strike up conversation without being awkward! Truly nice people! We met Lauren last night and she was so pleasant :) she was helpful with recommendations pertaining to the sweetness and espresso shots that I had questions about. Appreciate the great service, they are always so quick here, the line goes by so fast! Loved my drink- I would order it again! I'll continue to come by here, I'm grateful we have this location such a short drive away.

We're from San Diego, CA and were excited to see a Dutch Bros. The nearest one to us is almost an hour away. John walked up to our car to take our order and made us feel like family. Little did John know that we had a daunting day ahead of us as we were headed to a family member's funeral. John, thank you so much for your kind heart and compassion. You shared your light on a dark day. Our golden eagle with a soft top and lemon poppy seed muffin top were delicious as usual, but the service from John made it even better. Thank you for the southern hospitality that we will always remember.

Man this was my family's first time coming here and wow. The service was great and friendly. I wish they had a place to sit inside but there was a nice wind blowing so it's ok lol. We got a mango smoothie and a green apple smoothie and a chi latte, and wow it was amazing so refreshing. We are definitely coming back again.

Never walk up. Was having tires put on at discount next door and went over for coffee. No inside waiting. They prioritize drive thru and even it's slow. I waited 8 minutes for a simple coffee. And it was not good.. while the staff bumped into each other the entire time and was more busy stocking high shelves with a delivery than tending to waiting customers. New management is recommended here.

The best Dutch Bros location of all time! They are so speedy even when the line is super long, yet still make time to chat and ask about you (and not in the super fake way that Chick Fil A feels haha). All of the workers are super nice (shout out to Jocelyn, Bryce, and Shane for being the absolute realest). They make my drink perfect every time and are so sweet to me and my sister!!! When I have a drink made wrong at another nearby location (only in desperate times) I come here and they remake it for me!!! I always get my drink extra ice and was so impressed when they JAMMED it full into a sized up cup to make sure it had enough ice Love yall Dutch Bros!!!

Love me some Duchies! Nice employees too especially after my recent experience with not so nice customer service at ANOTHER establishment. Now this is customer service! I felt bad about the employees standing in hot Texas sun but the guy said he was wearing a cool vest provided by DB that keeps him incredibly cool. Love that DB is taking care of their employees. I love my Iced Chai tea latte worth the wait.

So I liked it but I think they need a few more options for people who don't like too sweet coffee. I know that's Dutch bros vibe but I think a few more options and this place would be 10/10. I got the chai lattte and it was excellent just very sweet.

I love their coffee. But not only is the coffee so good the employees are the best part. Each time I have come here every employee is happy and such nice people. Great spot for delicious coffee no matter the time of day. I can't get enough

Drive thru coffee house. Coffee is okay, but I do not think it is worth the price paid. Staff was grumpy and not that friendly. Lots of competition in the area for the price charged. Only positive was that the lines are not as long as some of the other options, but there is a reason for it.

A must try! Their prices are on par for similar coffee shops but I find them to have lots of good non coffee options too. They have teas, smoothies and energy drinks. The employees are awesome and love to help you if you're not sure what to order. The only downside (besides it's a little expensive but that's to be expected) is that their posted menu is minimal. To get the good list of what to order you either have to ask an employee or look up secret menu drinks online (which I highly recommend!)

I've been here a few times the coffee is always really good. Most of the time service is very well and with a smile. The drive-through on the other hand two lanes going into one definitely need to work on the system I said many times for 1520 minutes in line so I need to work on that but overall product is very good

it was fine until we had to make our own drinks, they were very dismissive and rude. they got our drinks wrong after they read it back to us and everything and it was all good on the ipad. we were missing our soft top and caramel so we told them and they gave us cups to put it in there ourselves, when have u ever seen that, honestly just weird and annoying to have to build your own drink to start off your day.

Came back since I was getting my tire repaired next door. I ordered the Americano and it was delicious! Exactly what I wanted with lots of classic coffee flavor. The four stars are for the employees. I got a peek into the inner workings and they are working hard ! They are all so very friendly and engaging... great place but they could use some more food options... some Kolaches you say? Oh you betcha!

I love Dutch Bros as someone who used to live in CA. I guess I just don't care for this place anymore thanks to summer moon.

Pre hike stop! Good vibes. Love really does abound here! Sometimes I get over whelmed ordering at ANY coffee shop. I want my COFFEE TO BRING ME HAPPINESS, & a kick in the butt! When I ordered here I felt heard , helped and informed! The sweet adorable girl taking my order was patent helpful fun & informative! I requested oat milk , & by then end of my visit all the staff was happy and shouting out their favorite oatmilk combos?! I love this energy !

We were greeted by a friendly barista who took our order. We both ordered the same seasonal mocha drink. While waiting we noticed the lack of outdoor seating present, something I assume they will improve upon at some point. This is a brand new built store, with construction still going on both adjacent lots. We took out drinks and left. Disappointingly both were luke-warm at best. Far from piping hot. Will probably return, but I will taste my drink before leaving next time to ensure it is hot. Two medium drinks including tip was around $16 so its pretty pricey.

Dutch has good coffee and even better service that really takes it from being just a drive thru to somewhere that can alter the course of your day for the positive. I've been through this Dutch bros a couple of times now but felt I needed to make a review after my most recent experience coming through I was greeted by Jake who completely turned my day/ even week from being subpar to phenomenal. I've never experienced such genuine customer service to the level that this Dutch bros has. Thank you Jake for your patience and empathy with me as I was trying to decide what to order and even taking the time to give me a multitude of drink recommendations that I never knew existed!

So many flavors to chose from but I think I found my favorite one. Dream Weaver in a Dutch freeze! The staff are super friendly & don't hesitate because the lines are long, they move fast!

I stopped by for a quick cup of coffee and I was blown away by how fantastic the service was. Bryce was incredibly helpful and he genuinely brightened my day with his energy. The gentleman making my drink were also so awesome and they made me feel like I was a close friend. I was so impressed I actually wanted to shout out and tell someone holy cow! ~an added bonus the drink Bryce recommended me is perfect

You would expect them to have more people on a Saturday morning instead of 3. Took them 10 min just to take my order at the window. The girl seemed to have an attitude as well. I'm also shocked they are allowed to wear sandals. They need to learn how to treat their customers like they do in Dallas. Just saying.

TOO SLOW!!!!! Double line so trapped and can't get out and sat 10 mins before two order takers casually strolled up to middle of line - all ahead of that point having to place orders at window, Been here 15 mins and still 6 cars back . Just saw someone drive off who had been trapped but finally got up to where they could get past the double stack of cars. Unreal!!!!! A person just walked out and gave order to car 3 spots BEHIND me so they got to drive off while I'm still sitting here. Un frigging believable! Zero stars!!!!!

Drinks are great, but service is so slow. They are constantly making drinks for cars out of order, and there's no reason anyone should be sitting at the window for 10+ minutes while people behind you in line are getting their drinks. This has happened multiple times at this location. Go to another location.

I love the cold brew at Dutch Bros! The staff are always friendly there, but the line does get long sometimes. I tend to go during off peak hours on weekdays and get my coffee in less than 5 minutes. It's a lot faster to pay through the Dutch Bros app too. They scan it on their iPad and you're good to go.

The "pick shortest line" drive through should not be an option if you don't have the staff to properly work both lanes... like Chick-fil-A and Whataburger do. Either get more staff or close one of the lanes. It's asinine having your paying customers deal with it.

I have been drinking Dutch Bros coffee for a while now. I was really excited when they built the Round Rock location near IKEA off of I35 and University. My normal drink is a large hot Americano. The coffee is really great and the taste is much better than the other big chain coffee joints, and the other nice thing is the staff isn't a bunch of coffee hipsters. They are just normal people that are really friendly. One think I would like the staff to know, and also people ordering hot coffees is sometimes, they overfill the cup all the way to the top, and it ends up leaking all over my vehicle, and when I get to work, I have to do a bunch of cleanup. There really needs to be about a half inch gap between the coffee and the top of the cup. This would eliminate the leaking of the cup. See the pic below. You can see how the coffee leaked out from the top and spilled down the side. Anyway, not a huge issue, but just be aware.
