I had placed a big order for my job and while I’m waiting for my order I just hear employees complaining about how big my order is to top it off you have to see how my hot food came you can just tell they made it with an attitude

I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros thanks to Chloe! She was welcoming, upbeat, and made me feel like a regular from the moment I pulled up. Not only did she recommend a drink I absolutely loved, but she also took the time to chat and brighten my day with her positive energy. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed and efficiency with genuine kindness, but she does it perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the outstanding service she provided!

I had heard a lot about this place but based on prior social media based experiences, I figured it was blown over the top. I decided to stop and try it before flying back to Los Angeles from Las Vegas. I’m actually glad I gave it a shot because it was well worth it. I had a medium iced annihilator and it hit the spot first thing in morning. Definitely a fan now. The customer service was great and the staff was super friendly.

I just feel like the coffee quality is really become trash at this location they usually forget soft top or whipped cream they usually forget the drizzle like everything that makes their drinks bomb they forget

This is the only Dutch bros that is constantly inconsistent with their drinks. Some days it’s amazing but most days it’s so bland and tasteless. I ordered a blue razz green tea and the color was so light and all I tasted was green tea. Super disappointing

LOVE THIS LOCATION. Chloe is an amazing asset to the team. She remembers my drink order every time and always has a huge smile on her face. Makes the whole visit so personalized and refreshing.

The server was super nice & helpful … explained all about drink options to get just what we wanted. Drive-thru. It’s in a parking lot, so that’s the atmosphere. The neighborhood is nice & safe feeling. For my taste, the cold coffee drinks are too sweet, especially the ones with caramel. The cold brew was smooth & just right, though. If you like the sweet coffee drinks at Dunkin’, this could be your new jam.

Our favorite coffee drive through stop for coffee drinks and cold tea beverages. Hubs had a comp birthday drink with free mochi and Doc had a buy one get one reward. Ver cool cuz their workers take your order from your car rain or shine.

Tried ordering a 911 with soft top for the first time. Wish I knew the soft top was an extra charge. Blended was cool but I prefer iced. At first there was a mistake and my drink didn't have the soft top. It was my first time ordering it, so I wouldn't have known. Good thing I asked! Went back and they remedied it quickly and off we went! The soft top is a sweet vanilla topping. Good but makes the drink too sweet for me. Not my thing but I'm glad I tried it! We also mentioned our food allergy and JZ happily went to check for us. Appreciate it! Thank you and I would definitely come back!

The iced latte is rly flavor rich and they also offer a vast amount of sugar-free options (including options from the holiday seasonal drinks) which is so so rare anywhere! They were also very kind to our pups (they loved their pup cup and the design for the cup is so thoughtful)! |[ l u v ]| I love the culture of this chain as well as its flavor, caffeine boost, and kind hospitality (for humans as well as furbabies). Great sizing as well. Service is great, we've always done drive-thru not sure if there's an inside/ambiance lol. Keep it up and please open more stores in SoCal? I'd prob frequent more than all the other coffee shops! C:

When we're in town we must get our Dutch Bros Coffee fix. As always, Dutch Bros Coffee's Iced Kicker and Iced Cocomo never disappoints. Their drinks are consistent with taste and quality. Customer service is always great too. Thank you to the young lady who took our order and gave our drinks. She was very pleasant and cheerful especially during this summer heat.

Came here almost everyday when in vacay! Staff was so nice and always got our order correct! Little to no like 90% of the time we went. I love Dutch bros lol

I've started getting my decaf coffee at Dutch Bros because their decaf coffee does not contain Methylene Chloride which is a Paint Stripper and is toxic . Dutch Bros uses Swiss water to remove the caffeine from its coffee. I do enjoy a cup of decaf coffee from Dutch Bros especially knowing that it doesn't contain chemicals.

First heard about Dutch Bros when our local news aired a clip that they were opening a location somewhere in SoCal and had a huge line of people lining up for the grand opening. Was on our way back from lunch and recognized the logo. Decided to make a stop before the drive back home the next morning from Vegas. As others have mentioned, the drive thru line was fairly long (does move fairly fast) but could've just walked up to place our order. The only thing that prevented this was the fact that there was a man sleeping near the window to order. Ordered the annihilator and kicker for the drive home. The lady that took our order was super friendly and felt bad for her for having to run from car to car in the cold. I think I prefer the kicker over the annihilator but both were good. Wouldn't say this would be my first choice for coffee but probably the best grab n go option especially for the drive back to LA. Definitely a better option than Dunkin's or Starbucks. Will be back the next time we head back to Vegas.

Every time I come here I order the same drink and they some how can never get it right always have to remake it only to still leave me unsatisfied and employees are blasting the most Emo sad music I've only noticed this with the night shift.... The vibes are so low vibration wish I could say better cause I love me some Dutch bros

Always grabbing coffees before work, but this was a seasonal item and it was so yummy! I'm glad that I got a medium because it was quite sweet, but it was really good! The service is so quick, even with a long drive through lane. I brought my dog with me and they offered a pup cup but she was getting a procedure done so I had to decline. The staff at this location are always upbeat and friendly!

Two stars just because it's Dutch Bros and they have awesome coffee. Took 18 minutes to get an Americano. Did walk up because the drive thru was moving painfully slow. They were washing the sidewalk (and cars) during business hours. Guess they don't care how bad LAS water spots on cars...perhaps this wasn't DB but they should have stopped it out of respect for the people who parked there.

Im not a coffee person but the fact that Dutch bros offers so many alternative options that taste delectable is amazing!! I stumbled on this spot and I'm so glad I did. This location hardly has a line and the staff is always so pleasant and friendly. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes this location. This is my favorite location and it helps that it's 7 minutes from my place!!

Best iced peppermint mocha I've had! I drove through one of the locations in Las Vegas. The employee greeted us immediately outside and was very friendly.

This trip to Dutch Bros was our 4th time having it in a 3 day span. Which is 100% okay with me! Everyone in my group got a coffee since it was like 9-10 am. But I got a Dutch Bros Energy Drink! I had gotten the Aquaberry flavor & I added the peach flavor to it too. The drink was super tasty and I enjoyed it a lot. The service was great as usual, everyone working at DB is so pleasant.

There was not long of a wait at all around 2:50 PM on a Saturday (July 4th weekend). The girl taking the order was friendly and helpful in answering questions about the menu. Ordered the Campout Cold Brew as caught my eyes on the menu. Unfortunately, it just didn't taste very good. Honestly could barely taste any coffee, and the drink overall was just too watered down. It didn't present as cold brew-enough nor was it straight up like a dessert either. Would've preferred for it to have committed to either of the extremes. The drink was not cheap either. Want to give a 2.5 but will round up to 3 stars as the staff were nice.

First timer Dutch girl here. Where I from Dutch Brothers neglects us. When I saw the walk-up up window while stopping at a nearby establishment, there were no questions asked. We were getting coffee even if it was very late in the afternoon. There was no way I was passing them up. It's Dutch Brothers. I've heard distant whispers in thru the wind how magnificent it is. I ordered one of their signature iced coffees and one of their iced teas. Both of them were absolutely delicious. Ordering is very easy. I asked for recommendations, and the servers gladly gave them. Wait, times are a couple of minutes. Dutch Brothers, please come to So Cal. Specifically, Orange County. I know you have a spot in Cali, but it's like a million miles away.

Just witnessed greatness in human form!! While making my order, Sophia was approached by a walk-up customer with a long order!! Not missing a beat, Sophia took the walk-up order while still completing my big order and got both orders, right!! I beg the customer to tip Sophia big time for her service!! Dutch Bros never disappoints. I love going on sticker day :) I've been collecting the stickers for awhile now. My favorite drink is the Iced Golden Eagle, it's so delicious! I've tried many other drinks but this is by far my favorite.

If you drove to Las Vegas and you have a car, why not but if you didn't drive I wouldn't necessarily get an Uber to get coffee here. It was delicious and the place is cute but it wasn't mind blowing coffee. We parked and walked-up to order because the drive thru line was really long-- avoid mornings I guess hahaha I ordered the cold brew campout and it was delicious and the large is REALLY large. The pineapple blended lemonade was ... ok nothing crazy; definitely a lot of sugar.

Everytime I come to this one it's always a long line and it doesn't move as much as the other dutch bros do Plus the employees are not as friendly either. Sometimes they don't even come out to take orders either.

Malik and Tasha are amazing! Great customer service. The drinks taste like they put some love in it! The ambiance is on point. They have a little music and I can't express how much the customer service of Malik and Tasha is amazing.

Discovered this place on the way to Vegas and they make such great coffees! They have multiple locations on the way from California to Nevada. Mostly starting from Victorville and up. I would always get it on the way back from Vegas to California to get my coffee fixed. They also have a drive thru which makes it convenient to grab and go. I'm not usually a coffee person but my friend recommended this place so I got the Golden Eagle. It doesn't really taste too much like coffee, which I liked. They drizzle caramel in it which adds a nice sweet taste. For anyone who already resides in Nevada or just visiting and haven't had the chance to try this place, definitely give Dutch bros a try!

This Dutch Bros on Hacienda and Decatur walk up window ladies are always RUDE IN THE MORNING!!! Go to the Dutch Bros on Serene and Spencer by Silverado High School!!! U will see A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN EMPLOYEES IN THR MORNING SHIFT!!

First time coming here and seeing one of these place. What I enjoyed about this place is that besides the fair priced drinks they had sugar free options as well. The drinks are definitely worth the price too. It's much faster to walk up and ask for your order than going through the drive thru. Fair variety of flavors. It's quite quiet as well though there's tons of traffic getting through the parking lot.

From coffee to an energy drink they have everything and every flavor possible. Lines are long but worth it.

Dutch Bros is absolutely amazing! Their drinks are top-notch, and the service is always super friendly and fast. It's the perfect spot to grab a delicious coffee or refreshing drink. Definitely a 5-star experience every time!

I was on this side of town today visiting my childhood best friend and her boyfriend and I decided to stop by Dutch Bros. on my way home. I've been wanting to try their coffee for quite some time and finally got the chance to. Who doesn't like a nice cup of coffee on Christmas Eve? Only their drive thru was open at the time of my visit. The guy that was standing outside taking everybody's orders told me that a swarm of bees took over the walk-up window. To quote him, "they were not feeling any Christmas spirit." Anyway, I ordered an iced Americano with cream and sugar added to it. My coffee came out in about 30 seconds and I was on my way. Leaving the drive thru, Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" was playing over their speakers, which made me feel that Christmas spirit. I've stuck to Starbucks coffee in the past, but I think that Dutch Bros. is the way to go from now on. The iced Americano was totally awesome! Will definitely go back again when I get the chance.

Whenever we are in Vegas, my bf and I would drive out of the strip to get Dutch Brothers! We usually stay at Hotels that have Starbucks and other coffee shops but this has been a thing for us for awhile, just driving out every morning to get our fix. My favorite coffee drink during summer is the ice caramelizer.

I love Dutch Bros, I go often but honestly I go more to DD as they have a rewards program. I don't appreciate the owner placing a picture of a punch card if they don't use them. How misleading. Until they implement a rewards program I'll keep going to DD more often as it pays off more for daily regulars like me. I got my usual: large Caramelizer which was good but looked more chocolate and weirdly enough tasted different too then the ones I get on the Sahara location. Look at my picture and you'll see the enormous difference. I prefer the Caramelizer with lighter color I get on Sahara.

No cash transactions. Drive- thru window. There are two lanes open for business. I stopped here this morning (just before 8 am) to purchase gift cards. There was a line, but it seemed to go fast. I didn't have a problem with the clerk assisting me. She was nice and cordial. It's the clean-shaven man with short hair next to her who muttered something about the tip, but just enough for me to hear. It's extremely rude to criticize when a tip is given. Nowadays, many people are lucky enough to be employed. I know a few things about customer service (especially have witnessed, over and over, when people don't like to deal with the public, yet they are in a customer service position; it sucks when there are so many people who are clearly unhappy at his/her job, it shows, it conveys a negative message to the customer). If you can't say something nice, when you are in that capacity, don't say anything at all. I speak the truth- I don't embellish and I don't sugar-coat. My reviews are real. I have been writing reviews on this site for many years now. Because of this negative experience, I may not visit this one again.

had to stop by dutch bros when we were in vegas! it's the one stop that i was looking forward to when i found out it was closer driving distance to us when we got to town! the annihilator was and will continue to be my go to! it's both nutty and chocolate-y , the perfect combination especially on a sunny day! the espresso shot isn't too strong so i drank it with ease and satisfaction. the blue raspberry was on the slighter sweet side but definitely hits the spot when it's humid in vegas. can't wait to try at a location near by when i'm back home!

Never been so cringed in my liiiiifeee. I understand hype personality but when its overdone its a lil irra.. why am I waiting for my drink in the drive thru for 10 mins and the 3 workers talking so loud yelling at the top of their lungs jumping up and down.. like their not a feet away from each other.

Everything about this place is awesome! Let's start off with how it looks! Stands out from afar! Blue shop with a windmill logo! The line also goes really fast! Beats Starbucks with the wait! The drinks we had were like liquid crack lol cause it definitely woke me up and got me going! Drinks tasted yummy too! We got the iced Caramelizer drinks! Staff here super duper friendly! Awesome service! I'll be back!

I consider myself among the pickiest coffee drinkers out there. Not only the coffee that I get needs to be boiling HOT, but I expect the baristas to be friendly. This is exactly the case for this Dutch Bros location! The night that we visited there, there were 2 young baristas working. One was getting your order and ringing you up and the other preparing your drinks. But they were so cute and showed that howmuch they enjoy not only working there but also working together. They had their favorite music in the background and was just enjoying life while serving customers delicious coffee. Considering that every Dutch Bros location is a franchisely owned, the owner of this location is super lucky to have such amazing employees and I think they should get a raise in pay for being this awesome! And finally as for their coffee, it was Boiling HOT which is how every coffee should be served. I am so upset that there is not a location close to my house but since there are already couple of locations in the border of CA and NV on CA side, I think this coffee giant's locations are growing in CA and I can't wait for a location to open up close to my house. Oh and don't forget to download their awesome rewards app!

We always go this this location on (Hacienda and Decatur) and the service is always good . Very friendly and knowledgeable abt all the drinks even the limited and or new drinks. But even through they have it down to a science the line here can get very long and so can the wait times if you hit it right. We have had to wait 15 min in the drive thru lane. However the do have a walk up window if you choose to do that, and it seems very fast. If you know anything about Dutch bros, you understand it is not a regular coffee shop where you can go and sit down it is basically a order and pick up type of deal. But I need to mention this because some people might not know and this is a review. What ever I have ordered from here is always good and I have never had any problems with the taste or anything in regards to it. They also always fill your cup up all the way, so never get short changed on the drinks. I ordered the Banana cream blended with a extra shot of espresso. It was very very good although you can taste the espresso more then the Banana cream flavoring. My friend ordered Blueberry Lemonade, which had a sting blueberry flavoring and was very good also. She said if you like blueberry you will like this very much. This location on Rainbow and Decatur. Seems very clean and is by far one of my favorite locations in Las Vegas will definitely be back

Best coffee. I got the Annihilator and it was really good. My Fiancè got the Golden Eagle it was so good. Sadly there is no Dutch Bro's where i live we were on vacation.

Amazing coffee and service. I tried a golden eagle with oatmilk. It was refreshing, smooth, and just what I needed for the very long morning. The medium is huge! They don't have small breakfast bite but they do sell muffin tops. I can't wait to come back and try something else on the menu.

This location is great. Ad a visitor it's always nice to find places that make quality drinks. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is superb! Anytime I'm in the area this is my go to!

Apparently I'm addicted to coming here....but mainly stopped by at another of their Vegas locations on Sunday morning since I wanted to claim my free drink on their app. This return trip pretty much solidified my thought that this place has the some of the best service, like ever. & Some tasty drinks. ITEM'S ORDERED: I saw there was a featured item so decided to try out the Iced Campout Cold Brew (added an espresso shot) while the gf went with what I've been ordering, the Annihilator. TASTE: The Annihilator is a chocolate macadamia nut breve (half-and-half instead of milk) so it is rich, milky & sweet. Luckily it is not just sweet & also has good flavor. You can taste the nutty flavor, but this drink was a little too sweet than the last time I had it so we let the barista know & they gave us two espresso shots to add. This really is a heavier indulgent coffee you shouldn't have every day. But a good treat on occasions. Iced Campout Cold Brew is cold brew with macadamia nut, vanilla w/ soft top & chocolate drizzle. I got this one since it seems like a variation of the Annihilator, which I've been getting. I decided to add an espresso shot since I figured it wouldn't be strong enough in the coffee strength & I'm glad I did, & actually for my taste I would have liked maybe 2 more shots added. The soft top is basically a cold foam kinda marshmello type thing which makes the drink quite creamy. I do think the added chocolate drizzle overtakes most of the flavor & it's makes this taste too strong in the chocolate aspect. I'd definitely just go with the Annihilator. SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING: Service (as usual) was just so good here. The girl taking orders on the tablet was friendly & welcoming & the guy who gave us the drinks at the end of the drive thru had a great attitude as well. When me & the gf noticed the Annihilator was too sweet, we went to the order window & they were once again were just so great about the situation. He had no bad attitude or anything like that. He offered to remake the entire drink but I just asked for a couple shots of espresso to add in the drink. This Dutch Bros I'm pretty sure is one of the closet ones to the Strip & quite close to The Orleans. It's on S Decatur & it's pretty easy to spot like the other locations I've seen in Vegas. Parking is easy since it's located in a strip mall with lots of spaces. But most people just seem to go use the drive thru at Dutch Bros, just as I do. The drive thru was a little busy (not uncommon) but it really went be quick since they always seem very efficient. Safe to say I'll return back to one of the Dutch Bros locations when I'm back in Vegas since it seems like I'm always doing that. I'm a strong, black coffee type of guy, but these fun, indulgent coffees & great service keep drawing me back.
