Dutch Bros Coffee

This location JUST OPENED up by my house and I’ve been going non stop! Been trying all the new and creatively named drinks! I have to mention how INCREDIBLE the customer service is!!! Every single barista / brorista has had such good energy and quality conversations with me. It’s always a delight to chat with the people taking the order and at the pickup window!! The whole drive through situation flows super fast too, we zoom by quickly and get super flavorful drinks!! Also fun thing they do: they give out stickers!! I’ve collected 3 so far

I’ve been here twice so far. I really liked the Golden Eagle the first time I came here. However, today I got the Annihilator. Whoever made this drink did a terrible job. It had 0 flavor. I do not think the crème flavor was added. My cold foam on top was almost forgotten but a girl at the window told another worker to put it on my drink. We were already back on the main road and I was not about to turn around and go back because the drive thru is a very bad set up. It definitely needs to be widened up. I’m sure one day I’ll try it again but not for awhile. Please train employees on how to make drinks properly.

Absolutely love Dutch Bros Coffee! My all-time favorite is the Golden Eagle, and the orange cranberry muffin is unbelievably delicious. We visited yesterday and I was even more impressed by how kind, cheerful, and genuinely friendly the staff is, I have only the nicest compliments for the team. My son has a peanut allergy, and one of the guys working there is also allergic, so he took the time to explain everything so clearly and thoughtfully. Hearing that meant so much to my son, especially since he’s still little, it helped him realize he’s not the only one with this allergy. Amazing coffee, amazing food, and even more amazing people. 💙

I just stopped in for the 1st time & I have to say you hired the right people to work here! So freaking nice & cheerful! From the guy outside in the drive thru to the guy inside! I would come back just for the service but the coffee is super good to! Thanks for a wonderful experience 😊

Not bad. Specifically mentioned to the drive thru employee taking the orders to lessen the ice by half for the iced mocha latte. The result- 3/4 cup cubed full of ice and the rest are mocha flavor plus milk. Will not return.

I’ve never gone to a Dutch bros before and I have no idea how much yall are paying these young men and women here but it’s not enough. I’ve been waiting for yall to open and was absolutely not disappointed by my first time. Unmatched friendliness and the energy is so hype it caught me completely off guard I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing. Amazing staff and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. One of them even paid attention that my order had oatmilk in it, and then warned me that some of the other ingredients had dairy in it. Service is top-notch and I hope that they don’t lose that spark as they progress at Julington. Starbucks don’t know what hit them.

This was my first time going with my husband, who has been a couple of times. We didn't know what we wanted, so we were given a paper menu, and the clerk was patient as we asked questions and shared our preferences. I got a half-sweetened something delicious. I don't normally spend $8 on a coffee because I make it at home but the experience and taste made it worth trying.
