Favorite place to go for a quick pick-me-up. So many flavors to choose from. Chill, awesome staff busting out orders. Even long lines take less time than it looks. Bless those order takers out there in the heat.

I can't believe I tried this dutch again I'm sure the coffee can be made correctly but look at the photo of this peach BLACK tea. What it looks and tastes like is water with peach flavor. Yes I just described sugar water that's what I was served this morning. After I said hey this does not look like it has tea in it at all the Barista shrugged her shoulders. We will know they use see through cups it's surprising it was served at all, I should have handed it back and drove off but this way I was able to get a video of me pouring the water on the ground.

Came to this location and waited in line for 10 minutes before they closed. They had 2 cars ahead of us which took 5 minutes for each of them to order their stuff and leave. Once we got to the window it was exactly 10pm, the girl at the window told us, "Sorry we just closed" we asked why they couldn't have said something to us while in line since it was pretty much wasted. She responded, "Well idk, they just wanted me to tell you guys we're closed" Honestly that's unprofessional, I know in the places I have worked, we would have either accommodated or have said something about closing much earlier to the customers. Especially in an establishment where employees go out to the customers cars to take orders anyway, they still chose not to notify us before we got to the window. I will definitely not be coming back here. This took place on 5/6/2025 @9:50-10pm

You can never go wrong with Dutch Bros. It’s far better than Starbucks and it costs less. I’ve been drinking it since I live in Portland Oregon about 25 years ago. The secret is in the cream, they it make themselves in Oregon, they use to anyway. It’s still yummy. The protein sf hop scotch hot and sf shark attack on ice are my favorites. I just adopted Jerry senior baby. Today he had his 1st pup cup! 🥹🙏🐶💕 we love us sum Dutch Brothers! 💕😎

There are no complaints from me. Service is fast and exceptional. Never a bad cup of coffee, which is great to get the day startes when you want to treat yourself. Everyone seem to enjoy working their and with each other.

The Kicker no longer tastes right, this is the third time it tastes like a plain iced coffee, however the barista made up for with great service and a hook up, June 8, 2025 11:35 am. I will be returning due to the service, hopefully the kicker kicks again.

On this day (2/14) Dutch Bros was having some kind of pie throw to the face event. I am ordering my drinks (two electric berry rebel blended w/soft top) , the entire time the girl was taking my order, she is completely unprofessional. Not paying attention to what I am saying and looking at the pie throwing thats happening. I asked if they had the heart shape sprinkles but she said they ran out so I said okay never-mind then. When I go up to the window both drinks had no soft top, are runny, not blended well, and one had boba. I did not mention boba at all. I wasted $14. Not to mention it was not busy so there was no reason for the drinks to be made wrong. This is why I do not leave tips.

I am leaving a review to express my deep disappointment with the experience my boyfriend and I had at your location today, March 10, 2025, at approximately 2:48 PM. While at the drive-thru window, my boyfriend was met with unnecessary and unwarranted hostility from a male barista who sarcastically asked, “You got something to say, buddy?” This was then followed by a female barista asking if he had a question, to which he simply responded, “No.” We were both caught off guard by this interaction, as there was no prior exchange that would justify such behavior. It was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable experience for us as customers. I strongly believe that respectful customer service should be a priority, and I hope this matter is addressed with the team to prevent similar situations in the future. I appreciate your time in reviewing this concern and would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this will be handled. Thank you

"There is no such thing as a 9-1-1 coffee emergency in the morning." No matter how badly we need our coffee in the morning. Could you imagine a business concept started up on a cart. All the local shops and individuals would visit you for coffee in the morning. Sometimes this is how greatness begins. Dutch Bros coffee came to fruition just this way. Originally from Grants Pass, Oregon, off a cart a man named Travis had an idea of great coffee. Thus Dutch Bros began in 1992. Its first franchise began in 2000, and expanded to many different states. I still remember while I attended Arizona State University a small coffee dive opens on campus. They offered coffee with so many choices that was great. Each time I frequent a local Dutch Bros coffee shop it takes me down memory lane the taste of coffee that helped me finish those long study sessions. Coffee was the drug of choice for me when it came time to get it all done. The first Dutch Bros came to the Las Vegas area in June of 2015. Already being a resident established in the state it was a fundamental part of my daily routine for many years. During those long days of home schooling the children one has to make the fog go away and their coffee was the answer. While out shopping one day with the children that are grown now we decided to have a special occasion and spend time with coffee and Dutch Bros yet again. The Kicker is my favorite drink of choice here, it's Irish Creme with Breve. I can taste it now as this gets written. During our visit we went with one of the holiday choices for nostalgic reasons of course. The Hazelnut Truffle Mocha is as great as it can get. Dutch Bros always delivers greatness. If you want the holiday offering it's only available for a limited time. Tis the season to start your holiday journey to joy with coffee at here. The staff is always friendly. I suspect they sample the greatness that they produce to the public. Life is better with coffee made with love . How do you want your Dutch Bros coffee beverage? Remember and rekindle the joy that comes with their coffee products. Or if you have never been it's time to get some of the best coffee served with ultimate happiness now. Don't wait!

Dutch Brothers has won our business ! Initially we tried this business because our lawyer (Adam S Kutner) gives swag bags to clients and ours had $25 Dutch Brothers gift cards in them. After a few trips we were hooked. The sugar free blended Golden Eagle is my go to and David is a Double Torture loyalist-- but the real hook is the attitude and commitment of the broistas. I am known to quote my dad. I'm about to do it again: you might go the first time for the food, but what brings you back is the service. So far every location has lived up to that expectation.

Honestly better than Starbucks! Fun drinks and they hit the spot for coffee addict like me. I always get this whenever I'm in Vegas! One coffee and one energy drink that will have me running the whole day! My niece loves their cotton candy drink! It's fun for kids and a great treat! I probably get Dutch bros 2x a day if I were to live near one.

I went to the drive thru & decided to try this place since it's a big hype when I'm back home. There wasn't a line, so it went quick. There was a person outside taking orders, & since it was my first time, I asked her what was good. She told me what was a popular option & also told me what was in season. After that I had to drive up to pay. My drink was made quickly. I really don't remember what I ordered, but i remember she said it was like a caramel macchiato. It was good, kinda milky & not too sweet. I would like too try another drink next time.

I am a dutch bros lover. I always go to this location bec it is near my house. The employees are great but what ticks me off is that, most of the times when I am in line, the other cars who came after me, they are the ones whose orders are taken first. Just like what happened a minute ago. Three of us were in line. Then this pink tesla came and she waa on the other side. The Dutch bros lady came out to take orders and surprisingly, she went straight to the tesla. I honked once but didnt get her attention. Happening quite often now

This is my annihalator....dark and sour. I'm not sure why, but this is the only location of dutch bros that keeps getting the recipe wrong. My brother ordered a white zombie and there's never chocolate milk in it. And my annihalator is dark, sour, and watered down! I love dutch bros but I don't think this location has consistency

I do recommend especially if you're planning to walk up to the window. The line was to the end and I didn't want to block the parking lot so I walked up. They one person making drinks for the walk up plus showing a new employee the ropes. And literally 6 people or so working on drive thru drinks. Very backwards. And considering it's the desert why would you make your walk ups wait . Then when I said something to the employee he told me it's not that hot. I will not be coming back to this location. Just ruined my morning . Highly disrespectful. I'm sure my drink taste just fine but I'll gladly go somewhere else where they think things out as far as waiting order because clearly this wasn't thought through. Horrible on the manager this am.

I love the picture perfect drinks they have and great selection and they have great drive through help taking care of your needs. There's usually a long line at each location but it moves very young.

I love the employees, exceptional customer service,and I honestly feel special going here. The drinks are always amazing and that is how it's done! Thank you all for always doing a amazing job!!! Ambiance always great..

I love the employees. They always put up with my order with a smile and so much love. The vibe is always fun, sweet, genuine and upbeat. I love the crew!!! Dutch bros needs to pay their employees better because they are truly giving it their all. I love this place

Dutch Bros has always been my to go coffee shop. They make several other drinks also. I love that you can order almost all of their drinks sugar and fat free. The staff that works there is always very fast, friendly and if you don't like what you got they will remake it to your satisfaction. My dog loves the pup cups. They are always very clean. Would highly recommend!

More than just coffee! Hot & cold teas, cold brews & those SLUSHIES in the summer works wonders. Also cool quick service. If you like long lines this is your spot lol

HORRIBLE PLACE long lines Took 1 hour to get my drink gave me the wrong drink 3 times and the fourth time I just took it with me there coffee station was dirty and milk spilled everywhere and dirty rags I recommended anywhere else but here

I love this location! It's close to home and on my way to anywhere! The kids (I'm old, everyone is a kid to me!) that work there are always so friendly! From the people who stand outside to take your on the drive-through to the person handing you your coffee! If your drink is not ready when you get to the window they will make small talk until it's ready! I love the Annihilator-decaf with nonfat milk- it's got a lot of sugar so I save where I can-haha but it's my occasional treat. I'm glad Dutch Bros opened on this side of town!! Oh and today I was given a 1/2 birthday reward! I didn't even know there was such a thing!

A big bug attacked me in the drive through , swear I almost lost my keys, wallet, and drink without the strawberry drizzle. ALSO member in the car with the big forehead mention the Oreo crunch drink tasted like a triple chocolate cake thrown in a blender, member in the car said it looked good to him like me but he was so overwhelmed with the chocolate he almost crashed by going over a speed bump

Thee best coffee drink I've ever had!!! So glad this place finally opened up. I got the picture perfect freeze which consists of caramel and chocolate flavor and omg it was sooooo delicious can't wait to go back. Line was long which was expected so be prepared if you are in a hurry! (:

I've been waiting to review because i wanted to see if there would be changes before I did so. I was so happy that they finally opened a Dutch Bros on the East side of Las Vegas. The employees are so nice and helpful too with recommendations. You can tell employees like working there. The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because it does take them long to get me my drink than when I used to get my drink from the Trop stand. Then when I go up to the window I see employees playing around inside. Just recently I ordered ahead and my drink wasn't ready thankfully someone ordered same drink from drive thru they just remade theirs so I wasn't that upset (they might have been). I only know this because I heard the employee say that wasn't for her. Again this isn't just a one time thing I see it often. Also I mainly go in the mornings but I've seen this in the other shifts as well. I understand having fun at your job to love it but a balance of fun and work efficiency can be improved for better customer satisfaction!

Let me start by saying it is sooooooo nice to have a Dutch on the Eastside, no more driving 15 minutes or waiting until I'm on a side of town with a nearby location. YAY!!! We went during the mid morning and as with any Dutch, the drive thru line was long and seemed Neverending, so we decided to park and walk up. The batista at the window was sweet and friendly, patient as this was my moms 1st experience at Dutch, ordering for herself (usually she just gets whatever I order for her, lol) We ended up getting an iced cookie dough and a hot chocolate (mom), she wasn't in the mood for coffee or tea, however she was very pleased. The hot chocolate was just the right amount of sweet to her liking and drinkable as soon as it was in her hands, no waiting or having to blow on it too cool before the 1st sip. "MMMM, yummy" is what she said. I had the cookie dough, I normally go for the Iced American Eagle or have them surprise me with an iced tea drink. The cookie dough was okay, not a top for my tastebuds, but I would have never know if I didn't order it. Try it next time they have it, it might be what you like, maybe add the soft top to it. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and despite the long drive thru lane, these guys and gals were on point and having customers serviced quick and efficient. Kudos to Dutch Bros. I believe we will be frequenting this location often

Ordered a poppin boba fire and got this. Why is it half way? I also asked for an iced drink not blended. Bad service. Not coming back.

The Family and I at least one of us go every week to this store, always friendly,fast service and drinks are made as ordered, today i send my daughter with an Order of 4 drinks, when she gets home all the drinks were wrong 30 dollars worth, I went back with her this time and spoke to the manager Joseph, let him know that the drinks were wrong and with no questions asked and a smile took my order again, and said he would make them himself personally, which he did and they were Great thank you Joseph.

I paid with cash got my change went to canes and found out the cash they gave me (20$ bill) back was Fake ...

This is the worst Dutch bros I've been to in Vegas! These little girls need to brush up on their customer service skills! The ones that are being trained are even worse! Drinks are usually good but they experience outweighs the quality of the drinks! If I could give 0 stars I would! Do better Dutch on Nellis with your staff! They look like they do not want to be there. Sorry guys you guys chose this job!

we love coming here because the drinks are good and the employees are so nice!! however i am not happy with the way the drive thru line is set up. i pulled into the shortest line and since it merges and is all messed up, 2 cars that got here after me had their orders taken first and got their orders first. They need to figure out their line situation. first come first serve ?

Every time I go to this location they always have good customer service and it always turns into fun interactions which makes me want to come back. Overall they also make the drinks delicious!

Iced Annihilation with shot of Vanilla is the way to go hear. I love this drink so much I would consider trying to open a Dutch Bros closer to where I live! All locations I have been to have had consistently delicious drinks and fast service. 5 stars from me!

We decided to use the window instead of the drive up and waisted our time. We were the first to the window with 6-8 people behind us. After the 4th person was called I went to the window to ask why we didn't get our drinks. They lied and said we were called for our drinks. We were standing right next to the window. They made it our fault. We heard everyone's name but ours. Just say you messed up, don't lie about it. Horrible customer service. I refuse to go to this location again. Do better Nellis and Vegas Valley!

Absolutely the worst service literally every time I've been here. I don't even get drinks from here, I come for a friend. Why does the drive thru line take over 30 minutes no matter how many cars are there? The only way to get your drink in a timely manner here is to go to a different location. Absolute slowest employees on the planet considering they are just making drinks.

This was my first time ever trying Dutch Bros, it was such a good experience! The workers were very friendly and helpful. The drive thru is very fast and it has such a positive experience! The drinks are really good, I tried the Oatmilk Cocomo which was so good! I would love to come again!

New location alert !!!!! Located on Nellis and Vegas Valley right next to Popeyes. This place is officially open as of 8/19/2022. Come get your fix. Coffee never fails. Service is wonderful. The staff are super fast , friendly , and extremely caffeinated :) Try a Golden Eagle freeze or Picture Perfect freeze today. Those drinks never disappoint !

Every time we come here we love it. We bring our furbaby and they absolutely give her some loving. Quick service, great customer interactions, and delicious drinks. This place has everything you need to get your day started!

Late night Dutch , I ordered a double torture hot to help with wrapping of gifts. It' wasn't sweet I keep thinking it would be but that's okay . I'm beginning to think that the cold drinks are best when ordering coffee here ;) so far u tried the sweater weather chai , the double torture and the annihilator and sadly I was not happy . Next time I make it here I will be trying iced beverages.

This is my first time coming to this dutch bros location since it first opened and as good as the drinks are, they can tone down on the ice filling. I know many places are one to put lots of ice but being the first time coming here and having this much ice was kind of a let down.

Always have the best experiences at Dutch with their happy go lucky attitudes and on an even more plus side... holiday drinks are out!!! My favorite! Peppermint galore. I'll be here everyday until the end of December.

Do not go to this location!! The wait time is outrageously long (yes longer than usual) nobody in the drive thru comprehends a zipper line so expect to get cut off by at least 2 cars. Especially if you're behind an idiot who allows them too. I would only come here if there's no line and good luck with that.

Been here since the grand opening. Finally opened up one on the east side, and it's right down the street from me! I go there almost everyday before I drive to work. Hands down better quality than Starbucks.

Took over 30 minutes through the drive through. I didn't know you had to go all the way to Colombia to get the coffee beans to brew my coffee but I guess I'll go back to another coffee house. This is not a sit down restaurant.

I want to give a one star review to the Dutch Bros on Nellis in Vegas Valley. I stop by tonight with my family to get a drink around 945. I understand they close at 10 o'clock we got in line in the drive-thru the employee was taking orders to the vehicles in front of us but she didn't come to our car to take the order so we waited in line for about 15 minutes to get to the window for the employee to tell us. I'm sorry we are we close at 10 o'clock? I apologize we can't take your order, so we proceeded to tell him so you made us wait 15 minutes in line to tell us you can't our order why didn't the girl that was taking the order previously tell us that and made us waste our time. Super disappointing with the service like I said again our family loves going to Dutch Bros getting our drinks but I'm very upset with the service that was provided with to us tonight.

There is no organization at this location. The employees are not moving the cars up as they should. Cars are circling around employees and orders are being missed. I was told I was behind a car and while I waited for the car, they were so confused.

Drinks are hit or miss and conveniently close but AWFUL wait. Be prepared to for at least 15-30min wait even if theres a decent line.

I went to get some drinks there last night I ordered the vampire slayer asked to get it blended they gave it to me iced I had to tell the chick my order 4 different times before she actually got it which still came out wrong

if i could give this location 0 stars i would, worst dutch bros location ever, over an hour waiting time for 2 lemonades. absolutely worst service ever, with a whole bunch of girls screaming and horse playing. despite having a long drive thru lane, if you walk up it's the same amount of time. save your time and go to another location.

Location info said that they closed at 10pm I arrived 12 min before and the line was long with a cone placed at the entrance. When walking up to the window they wouldn't help me either.

Very disappointed with the service there is no type of organization the drive thru is horrible as well as the drinks they are poorly made and unpleasant very very disappointed with the customer service this place isn't as welcoming as the other Dutch bros, was also greeted by a nasty attitude when getting my drinks. Management should really look into the way this place is running!

Went today for two drinks and they came out super fast, very friendly staff and service was great will definitely be coming back!

probably the worst Dutch bros in town. the one on Sahara is the best. this one has such long waits, customer service is mid. they always mess up the lines and never tell you what car to follow behind. they always mess up when I ask for an extra thick rebel. their probably just lazy to make it extra thick. probably has been 2/10 times where they made it the way I wanted too. never have any of these issues with the other locations I've been too.
