Good drink! But it tastes like milk not sure if there's coffee in it. Dutch bros is known for excellent, warm service so I was a little let down by staff today. Was not the best service a little cold and employees seemed a bit bored. I got lucky with the wait times, like all Dutch this location has ridiculously long lines, but luckily I came at a time with a short wait.

Excellent fast service as always. Be sure to order ahead on their app or be prepared to wait in line. My coffee is always perfect! Sugar free Golden Eagle with oat milk and 3 shots😎🤌🏼✨️💯

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shoutout to the sweetest young man at the Dutch Bros in Upland! I was really disappointed on National Dog Day when I brought my Rottie, Nash, for the special dog bandana giveaway, only to be told they were already out by 9am—even though they had opened at 5am. Honestly, it felt strange that they were gone so quickly, especially since they’re meant for our fur friends, not humans to take for themselves. But this young man completely turned my experience around. Seeing how sad I was, he gave Nash HIS OWN dog’s bandana. That small act of kindness made my day and reminded me what customer service is really about. Nash looked so handsome rocking his new bandana, and I can’t thank him enough for his thoughtfulness! 🐾❤️ Dutch Bros is lucky to have employees like him!

Not only am I not just her customer I'm part of the family. Geo is the amazing General Manager at Dutch Bros Coffee, she’s the heart and soul of this location! You can feel her commitment every time you walk in. She runs the shop with warmth, top-notch leadership, and a genuine care for every person who walks through the door. The team is always friendly and kind, the service is fast, and the drinks are consistently amazing. It’s more than a coffee stop it’s a welcoming, community space, and that’s because of her. If you’re looking for great coffee and a place that treats you like family, this Dutch Bros is the place to go.

I’ve always loved Dutch’s Bros, I was excited to try this new location near me but was hesitant on getting a coffee because of all the bad reviews. So I got a Passion Fruit Green Tea. It was HORRIBLE it just tasted like ice water. No passion fruit or green tea flavor. Very disappointing, that’s probably one of the easiest drinks. I will never come here again.

This is honestly the worst Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to. The staff is consistently rude, give attitude, and almost always get my order wrong. The workers come off as entitled and have zero customer service skills. How do you mess up a drink I’m paying for and then act like it’s my fault? Truly disappointing. The sad part is that its always the same 3 workers who are doing this. Seriously shocked this location is still in business.

Cool Vibes, But 25 Min for Coffee? Not Worth It. Stopped by Dutch Bros in Upland for the first time. The branding and setup looked great, and the staff was friendly. We pulled into the double lane drive-thru—looked packed, but I told my wife, “It’ll be 10, maybe 12 minutes max.” I lost that bet. It was 25 minutes. The drink? Not bad, just tasted like a sweet boba-style mix, not something I’d wait that long for again. I love coffee, but if I’m waiting over 20 minutes, I’m expecting something that blows me away. This didn’t. Props to the staff for staying upbeat, but the system needs work. Starbucks might not be as hyped up, but at least they’re fast and reliable. If you’re curious, try it once. But for me, the wait just killed it.

I visit this location at least 3 times a week and at first thought it was my imagination on service. I always leave a tip and courteous to staff. Recently, I get in line and was 1 car behind and then a car pulled up in the next lane. The same staff immediately went to service the car in the next line first. When asked about, I get they rotate lanes...got that. Okay, so then why they take that car and then the car behind it and then come to my lane? Now, 2 cars back. Today, my sister went to pick up drinks for us... same thing, waitedbin the epically long line, by-passed her and took the cars that came after her, so she pulled out of line and went to file a complaint. This was useless, the guy simply said, "okay, I'll talk to her". Super sad, no Duth Bros today to get my energy level up. Weird, I had never mentioned my experience to my sister and was on the phone with her as she waited. I was 2nd in line and there was not another vehicle in the other line. The car ahead of me drive forward and it put me at the front still without another car in the next lane. Before I knew it, a sr had driven up and my Lane attendant went over to finish the personal conversation in which that other Lane Attendant started taking thst vehicles order. Then, my lane attendant came back, unapologetically and as though my time disnt matter and cavalierishly said, "may I have your order please". I said, I'm sorry I don't understand the hold up and she said, "your drink will be ready at the window, please drive forward behind the vehicle" that had driven up totally dismissing me. At first, I hadn't thought about it until it happened again but this time a longer line still having ample room and safety never appeared to be an issue as the line was short. As for a safety issue, wouldn't an Attendant standing in the lane discussing their life, business and personal matters and not paying attention to approaching vehicles be more of a concern to your management? Then, while on the phone with my sister and being passed twice was an issue, and your dismissing this as a passive safety issue does not seem to be a reasonable resolvement. I'm not asking for anything, I don't want, nor expect a free drink or coupon for my next visit. What I want is equal treatment and respect of my time and for your company to acknowledge you can respect that and reassure me that this will be corrected and not dismissively passed as it was reported to an onsite manager in my statement on Yelp. So excited to be near a Dutch Bros so I asked my friend to stop. However, our drinks was missing items. I told my friend how awesome the candy cane cold brew was but it was not made right. It lacked peppermint and chocolate which I had in my previous 2 drinks when I ordered. We already drove away so what can you do. Oh well. Try your drinks before you leave.

I love Dutch but I got my drinks today Taste just like a splash of coffee and nothing but water & cream it happens a lot . And the chai Christmas one is literally milk I'm not pleased today I bought 3 drinks And I am not satisfied today . I'm hardcore Dutch bros drinker But today wasn't a good one I'm trying to find a number to reach someone at the upland location see if I can get my money back.

It was fun! The customer service was great and the workers were accommodating when I asked about different flavor options and even let me know I could combine flavors which I did! I ordered a latte with mixed peppermint and vanilla flavors. The seating was also nice and I honestly just felt comfortable fooling around with my friends outside. The drink is very good, maybe wished I asked for less sweetness but other than that am extremely satisfied.

First time ever trying Dutch Bros. and it was a wonderful experience. We were going to try the drive thru but there were lots of cars when we went. We ended up just doing a walk up order. I got the hopscotch zero sugar added protein latte. I typically drink my coffee black so I found this drink too sweet even with zero sugar added. The staff working there were wonderful and friendly, but maybe too chatty that everything was backed up. Nevertheless, I'm glad I finally got to try it!

This location is brand new, only a few months old. Quick service. Friendly staff. You don't have to wait too long and it's not too crowded either. I have yet to try their snacks

Josiah and Will always take great care of us! The customer service is always lit! We always feel like we are going to see our friends. Koko is treated like a star lol. Oh yeah the drinks are amazing!

I ordered my drink thru the app and it was ready in about 6 min. You can either walk up to the window or drive thru to pick up. I usually do the drive thru but it's such a nice sunny day I got out the car and when I got to the window I was greeted with a friendly smile. They have some awesome hype music playing while you wait and the staff always seem so happy with a great vibe. My favorite drink is the iced kicker, as the espresso helps me get through my day but today I tried the annihilator and this was a great drink as well espresso chocolate macadamia nut!! Definitely come check them out the prices are fair and serving sizes beat the competitors for sure!! Keep it up Dutch Bros!!

My eldest daughter and I were in Upland last week. We were on Foothill Blvd crossing San Antonio Ave and we saw Dutch Bros Coffee. It had a very long line of cars. You would think we would shy away from that long line. Nope, we drove right into it LOL. It's two lines that merge into one line eventually. They are primarily a drive-thru coffee joint or you may walk up to window and order. It was our first time here. Upon pulling forward, a young lady holding an iPad walked up to us and asked what we would like. And I'm like (in my head), we haven't seen the menu yet. Well, there was no menu to view from where we were in line. We could have viewed the menu online. I didn't bother... I just asked what she recommended. She said Golden Eagle is their most popular either in hot, iced, or blended form. So we went with the Golden Eagle iced with easy ice. She then took my credit card payment and the wait begins LOL... Well, it was about 30 mins wait from where we started in line to when we got up to the window. Funny, when we got up to the window, the lady at the window asked if we ordered the Golden Eagle iced with easy ice. I said yes. It turned out our drink was not made yet. I find this very funny because we might as well have ordered our drink at the drive-thru window LOL. Anyway, it didn't take them long to make our drink. When we got the drink, I noticed it was full of ice and not easy ice as I requested unfortunately. I should have asked for no ice so there wouldn't be any confusion LOL. Golden Eagle is a creamy breve with bold espresso, half and half, vanilla syrup and caramel sauce topped with whipped cream and a caramel sauce drizzle. It was quite good actually. All the ingredients were very well balanced. I would get it again, but with no ice next time. Is it worth the wait? Well, it depends on how bad you want Dutch Bros LOL. You decide!

Dutch Bros is a fast food coffee chain located all around the U.S. known for their specialty drinks and muffin tops. This particular drive through was hard to enter, but the person taking our order outside was super nice! The chocolate chip muffin top was kind of cold and tasted like a mix between a scone and a cookie. The iced Golden Eagle tasted average and both were kind of expensive for the quality. The packaging and branding was cute though.

LOCATION: Great location in Upland in the shopping plaza of Sprouts and on busy foothill blvd. Right next to Upland High School as well. Although lines can be long, the parking lot is big enough if you want to stop and order in person. The lines were clear with two lines and got my drinks pretty quickly. SERVICE: Phenomenal service from younger workers! Great experience overall and what I believe makes this place unique, fun, and lively. Great service overall! DRINKS: We tried the peach lemonade and the electric blue lemonade both at 50% sweet and they were still very sweet! I would be aware most drinks are extremely sugary. I look forward to trying the other drinks in the future. Overall, great experience and a fun spot for a nice drink as the summer comes. Can't go wrong with this place!

Hmmm I really wanted to like Dutch brother, but still not awed when it just tastes like coffee with a bit of Irish cream. Almost 8 dollars a pop is quite steep in comparison to that of starbucks.

I guess you can only scan your code for drinks and not muffin tops, total ripoffsky...shame on these Broistas...please do better Dutch Bros! Update: We were informed that you lied, you CAN scan the app for points for food. Please stop belittling us with your "call corporate" nonsense...get you house in order!

Whenever we are on an adventure & there is a Dutch Bros nearby we must stop. Sadly we do not have one local to us. All locations are at least an hour away. My go to is the golden eagle. I've tried their lemonade as well & that's also amazing! The walk up line went quick. Sorry i will not wait in a long drive thru line. Keep up the great work & please expand to the Long Beach area in California... pretty please

I ordered a shark attack And this is what I got don't look like it to me every time I come to this location it's a problem with my order and then the lady at the window wants to get smart with me and say we don't have the cookie dough flavor lol when I get it from a different location all the time..yeah I will never come back to this location

I really like Dutch Bro's I was super excited to see one opening up in upland ca My daughter and I decided to go on a Tuesday morning. The line was already crazy, but we thought we wanted it We'll just wait. We got in the line and this is where it began. It was so unorganized first of all if it's your first time there's nowhere for you to see a menu while you're in line, then you have a young lady coming with her IPad to take your order again if you've never been here it's kind of hard to know what you want so we went ahead and placed our orders , it took us a few minutes because again we couldn't see a menu that far back had to look it up online ,she tells us what car we need to get behind in order to be in the right place once we get up to get our drinks, no one followed it. We ended up three cars behind that car. We're supposed to get in because people were just getting in wherever they could once there was a split. It was an absolute disaster. We were in that line for almost 40 min!! And there's nowhere we can just get out of it we're stuck! I understand it's a newly opened establishment, but it makes no sense to place your order ahead of time and then have to wait another 30-40 minutes to get your drink So we finally get to the line to receive our items there was cars getting their drinks two cars behind the car that was in the actual window like I said it was just a disaster then those people are trying to get out of the line and causing more confusion and other people that are trying to get out, it was just an absolute mess . unfortunately to top it off, our drinks were not even good. One tasted too much like coffee wasn't made well One was very bitter and very watered down the last one was very artificial tasting. It was horrible absolutely horrible. I've had Dutch Bro's before. I've never had this sort of experience. I honestly should've got the refund for the three drinks that we got none of us ended up drinking them. It was a waste of our morning a waste of our money and a waste of our time. I hope they can figure out the situation, for it to be better especially for those trying it the first time.

Based on Saturday's visit, 7/13/24 around 5:40pm: Wondering what all the hype is about at this new Dutch Bros coffee shop that opened up recently in Upland. We noticed the incredibly LONG, LONG line of cars at the drive-thru so while hubby picked up our daughter's dog at PSS, I went straight to the walk-up window to place an order. Lucky for me, at that time, there was NO line. Ordered a Golden Eagle Blended Freeze (Caramel & Vanilla coffee drink with caramel drizzle) & it was good; perfectly ice blended with the right touch of sweetness. Most importantly, didn't have to wait long. I also got a pup cup for our furry friend. Reason for the one-star short of perfection is because cashier wasn't friendly plus they ran out of napkins.

Waited 25 minutes for a simple black coffee with stevia, only to ask for a refund and leave. While I understand orders are made in sequence, employees should prioritize quick items to keep things moving. The setup is inefficient: the same employee taking orders at the walk-in window is also handing out completed orders. If your drink is ready while they're dealing with a group order, you're stuck waiting. I'd be more forgiving in a trendy LA spot with atmosphere, but this is a rundown shopping center in Upland. Honestly, I don't see this place lasting once the high school crowd moves on from their trendy drinks.

This is the best Dutch in the area! I live near the Covina location and soon to be open Baldwin Park location. I will travel to this Dutch just because I know the ambiance, the people, the drinks, and the service will be top notch. The amount of time it takes for me to drive here is literally how long it takes for me to even get a drink ordered at the Covina location. I have had so many helpful baristas, but the friendliest so far has been Liz. She helped with the menu, she helped with secret combination drinks that I am sure will taste delicious and she even took the time to socialize and get to know us. If you're a true Dutch Bros fan, you'll know this location is THE spot

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I was curious about the lines and lines of cars that surround these places. I went to stand in line to order a strawberry smoothie. The line wasn't that long, but they only had 1 person taking orders AND trying to hand out orders - not very practical. To make it even more ridiculous, they had EXTREMELY loud music blaring, which made it difficult to hear the orders being called out for pick up. It took 30+ minutes to get my order - and it was a mango smoothie not strawberry. When they offered to correct it, I said nevermind because I didn't want to wait any longer. The smoothie itself was horrible - so incredibly sweet it tasted nothing like a smoothie. More like mango syrup with some ice. By looking at the clientele standing in line, you'll love this place if: either you are under the age of 16, or you're the type of person who doesn't exactly eat salads on a regular basis...

Ordered a coffee but was served a $7 cup of milk. Felt bad for the people taking orders out in the sun.

The staff members were ALL so sweet and full of life. I asked for an Americano with two splashes of almond milk, and the specific team member taking my order could not have been more attentive; he made sure to ask the right questions and ensured my drink was just what I hoped for. Coffee has been a staple in my life for YEARS, and this location had proven itself to make a pretty solid brew. The service relatively swift, the staff is kind, and the prices are not bad. It's worth a visit.

I am a big fan of Dutch Brothers. While there were two long lines, I could tell the employees were doing their best to manage the lines and orders during the soft opening. Note that there are a LOT of options, and sugar free options as well. They also do have decaf. You have to look online or ask them, as you will not see a menu until 'too late' (they are taking orders at the cars).

Since it is a new location it is expected to be crazy busy so beware. I came here and the drive thru line was HUGE, so I got off. I thought the wait would be long getting off but it was pretty quick, was expecting to wait 10+ minutes but we waited way less. Everyone at this new location is very nice and happy! It made the experience of a new location great. There is good seating outside for you to wait for your drinks and/or sit there and drink them. Our drinks were tasty and will def be coming here often. Me and friend came for a lil pick me up drink while out shopping through the drive thru and Josiah took our order and was super sweet and friendly.. but also when we got to the window the whole team inside was super sweet and funny!

I was 5 minutes early for my mobile order pick-up, but I spoke to the girl at the window so she knew I had arrived. She said my order would be ready shortly, so I sat down and waited and waited. Ended up waiting for about 15 minutes before deciding that something seemed off. After 15 minutes I decided to say something to a different girl at the window, and it turns out my drink was ready the whole time and they just never called my name out. So now I'm enjoying my even more watered down coffee. There were about 8 people outside waiting for drinks and 8 drinks sitting on their pick-up cart; I don't know why in the world they wouldn't call names out.

I'm not a huge fan of these kinds of drinks from anywhere but my daughter loves Dutch Bros and I don't mind taking her and let me explain why.... The service here is fantastic. Tonight was perhaps the 10th time we have been here since they opened and tonight was even better than previous visits. They have pumpkin spice fall drinks... let's go she says... so at 9pm we get there, for once the line was actually short, which was a bonus! And for those giving a bad review for the lines and waiting 30 minutes in line, you can't blame the location or the staff for their popularity... in n out has similar lines yet, not very many complaints.... Just don't go if you can't wait in the line you saw before lining up in it yourself.... lol Anyway, from the cashier who takes your order outside to the broistas, they all have been so friendly even in a fast paced environment. Our broista topped off the night by her service, she accidentally made a bit more for my smoothie so she upgraded the cup size, great service instead of throwing the excess away. Not to mention she made small talk about pumpkin spice after handing us out drinks and I thought that was going above any beyond! Thank you Dutch Bros for the great service!

OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS PLACE! Came through the other day and a nice young man named Brandon took my order. He was incredibly helpful and kind. My drink was delicious and the service was incredible! Definitely coming back!

I love Dutch bros COFFEE so much! Since I don't support Starbucks anymore (bc of the genocide + overpriced + never that good) this has been one of the only good spots left that is drive thru and not extremely overpriced (at least you pay $7 for a medium and the medium is huge) the only complaints I have are that the workers just don't have the Dutch bros energy they supposedly give online. I hear the loud music but they usually don't say hi, try to make conversation or anything. At the window AND when you're ordering. It's actually rare that I've encountered a worker that was nice/had good customer service and I've been consistently going here for the past 3 months since I've moved to the Upland area. Another thing that bothers me is their pickup system, when you make a pickup order and it tells you a time it'll be ready, you expect it to be ready within that time frame maybe even give them a 5 minute grace period. But usually you have to wait in line next to everyone trying to make an order in person and you are skipped a lot. You are also skipped when you're in the drive thru for some reason, they don't go off of who is there first they go off of whoever they feel like helping first it seems. Saw this one guy in the drive thru lanes straight up see my car and see me waiting for a few minutes, look at someone pulling up next to me and waited for them to approach and actually helped them first??? Idk what type of ass backwards system they use but it doesn't make any sense. The customer service + pickup and ordering in drive thru issues I experienced is what makes me go there less often, I've found other spots to be pretty comparable.

Dutch Bros is a go to when we are in the area or when we are in Vegas they don't have any food but let me tell you they have amazing service and amazing drinks my husband's favorite the ice caramelize, my favorite the pomegranate lemonade I know I know it's not coffee but trust me it's very refreshing and it's not overly sweet. Ambience well it's a drive-through but it's clean and I appreciate it. The staff is always friendly and always so how was your day?

Angelica was awesome! Made up for my bad experience with an employee yesterday! She greeted me with a smile and was very bubbly. A little goes a long way with customer service! Line was also fast this morning thanks Angelica for the great service after the other girl left a bad taste in my mouth yesterday!

I second the other reviews that say this is not representative of what Dutch Bros is and can be. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. We waited 45 mins to get drinks total, and 30 of those minutes were AFTER our order had been taken. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the Fontana locations instead.

If you want to go to Dutch Bros. and actually try what good Dutch Bros. coffee tastes like GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! This is by far the only Dutch Bros. location that I will never go back to. The coffee doesn't even taste as good as Starbucks or even the donut shop down the street. Clearly no one is doing quality control here. Not to mention, the customer service you're used to at other locations is non existent here.
