Was wayyy pleasantly surprised by how absolutely delicious the cookies from this little gas station were! They were the perfect texture: soft and crumbly yet crispy on the edges. There were so many flavors (my favorites were the coconut, peanut butter, and classic sugar cookie) and they weren’t overly sweet like most other cookies I’ve tried from other cookie shops. I only regret not buying more!

I just stopped to grab a Cold Drink because of the 100+ weather. I’ve always known they have fabulous cookies. That alone is a must stop!! It might just look like a gas station from the outside but don’t kid yourself. There’s a lot more inside. Next to the soda fountain they have every syrup flavor imaginable, so go WILD! What I never knew they had was the darling gift area. They have very unique items. It will for sure be my new go to gift place. Check it out, you’ll be glad you did!!!!!

A must have when you’re in St. George! Such delicious cookies, love the little boutique too! Staff is friendly and a delight to talk with! Can’t wait for my next trip down there!

My wife loves their cookies and I have to admit that they are pretty good. We usually make it a point to visit here when we are in town.

I love the Cookies!!!! Cookies!!!!! Cookies!!!!! I only get one cuz one is all you need and it’s the chocolate peanut butter cookie and it’s a gift sent from Jesus God!!! Thanks Dutchmen’s you guys rock!!! can’t wait to see the cookie factory up and pumping these out to the whole country and worldwide! I want to apply for a management position at the factory when it becomes available. I’ve been in the industry my whole career from high school and culinary school on. This is your basic gas station, except it has a secret; they have some of the best cookies you will ever find, anywhere. They actually make and supply the cookies for the Swig drink stops. As far as the gas goes, it is usually cheaper to drive into St. George, but even so they are very convenient when you need them.

I went out of my way to stop for their cookies on a drive from Chicago to San Diego - they really are that good (especially the peanut butter chocolate frosted cookies).

I love Dutchman's!! If there's a place like Cheers (the show!) it's Dutchman's! There are very few places that you can go into and feel like family. As if you are going to hang out with friends. Their bakery items -mostly giant pink frosted cookies are excellent! The best in Utah in my humble opinion. In fact, if you do a bit of research you will find that they have been making this pink cookie for over 20 years and they are the original pink cookie baker. There is gas, snacks and drinks like a regular gas station , and then a high end boutique run by two is the best humans alive. There is home decor, baby and children's toys, lotions and well, anything your best desires. It's a great place to buy a high end gift for a friend or co worker. Stop in and check it out

Great cookies! Just wish they would put out a notice when the cookies are fresh! It's more than just a gas station, it's like a mini store where you can buy a gift in a pinch.

My mom told me we were going to cookie spot in St. George. When we pulled up to a gas station I was like hmmmm I was not expecting a gas station. Well these cookies were so good. Got a chocolate chip and a brownie and gobbled it right up. Soft. Chewy. And soooo good! Will come back for sure!

Dutchman's may look like nothing on the outside, but its GREAT on the inside. Filled with trinkets and treats, your stop for everything you need. Lots of cute things to buy as a gift for someone or a treat for yourself. Now, lets talk about the sweets. Their cookies are life changing. I'm serious! If you've ever been to Swig and thought, man these cookies are great, well that's because they're from Dutchman's. So many different flavors are offered at Dutchman's: lemon, snickerdoodle, chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter, original sugar, etc. YUMMMM!!!

The best cookies in St George hands down. Great to get to go for gifts or events. Get them fresh though sometimes they sit out.

Actually best cookies I've ever had. The peanut butter with chocolate frosting is an absolute must if you're a peanut butter and chocolate lover like me.

Ordered a hard-to-find Christmas gift at the very last minute. The package arrived amazingly fast with a fresh-baked cookie included! Paid just regular postage, not some exorbitant overnight charge. Seems like old-fashionned, personal customer service.

Is it a gas station? Is it a convenience store? Is it a bakery or a boutique? The answer is YES...it's all of the above. Dutchman's has been a staple in Santa Clara for as long as I can remember. It's a gas-station from the outside, but so much more when you walk in the doors. Yes, they are famous for the cookies. Yes, they are good. But you'll also find trinkets and souvenirs, crafty items and lunch. Really, it's a one-stop-shop for all things you never knew you needed. While you're there, go ahead and get some fuel and a soda. After all, isn't that what you do at a gas station?

What a lovely experience! I placed an order for two Maileg mouse outfits as a Christmas present for my daughter and received so much more. Package arrived quickly and the packaging was gorgeous - beautiful tissue paper wrap inside, a delicious cookie and some Christmas extras for our mice - tiny knit santa hat and a miniature Christmas book. Who does that? I squealed! I can't imagine how wonderful the store must be in person. Thank you so much, Dutchman's Market!

Dutchman's Market was great and exactly as advertised. The cookies are fabulous and comes in lots of flavors.

This place is the OG frosted cookie place AND a hole in the wall joint. Things don't get better than that. Utah for some reason cannot get enough of waiting in a line of cars to get a giant cup of dirty sodas at 9 AM so they started including cookies in the mix. Apparently one of the popular soda slop troughs *cough* Sodalicous *cough* took the idea from swig or stole the recipe, I don't know and don't really care because I can go and get the original perfect 20+ year cookie at this gas station. You can't go wrong with any of the options here. The peanut butter is awesome, the strawberry is tasty and makes me think of summer, the oatmeal chocolate chip was lacking in flavor but it was soft and feels good. Stop here and leave happy.

It's probably not worth repeating since every other review seems to state it, but this is the place for the real "Swig cookie". At one point they supplied to the soda shop but we've been grabbing cookies here before Swig was even a twinkle in the eye. Now, if you were to do a blind taste test between the Dutchman's pink sugar cookie and the knock off that Swig is peddling, you wouldn't hesitate to ditch the Swig and drive out of your way for the original. They also have a cute little boutique-like shop inside. Don't be fooled by the gas station-quicky mart exterior.

Remember when Swig was the new hot place to hit up? We couldn't get enough of their pink cookies. Then remember when they spread to lots of locations and the magic seemed to fade a little bit? For me the magic was lost when the edges of the pink cookies lost their jaggedy edges and became smooth. Well we can't have the magic of Zach and Kelly back on "Saved by the Bell" but you can turn back time and get the magic of the old Swig cookies at Dutchman's. The unsubstantiated rumors I have heard is this is the place that used to supply them to Swig. Those jaggedy edges are back and the texture is just right. At first glance this is just a gas station, but the cookies are in there. They even do the whole "dirty" drink there, named "muddy." You mix your own which is just fine with me. Definitely out of the way, but preferred over Swig.

I love treats. So much. The Oh Henry bars and the PB cookies are the best. So dang good. I've been here three times and this time the original sugar and the coconut cookies were not up to par. Sad. But the rest was delicious. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in town.

The cashier was incredibly rude during checkout. They were condescending and impatient after I had some trouble trying to input my loyalty ID in the credit card terminal. Apparently the "mobile" button is not where you put in your mobile number. I'll just go elsewhere if I'm going to be treated like I'm stupid when making an understandable and honest mistake.

Super fun gas station, cookie shop, gift shop. There are lots of great things to see. Loved the cookies(especially the prices). This place is loads of fun.

This is a must stop if you're in St. George or even just driving through! Most important reason why: the COOKIES. Probably some of the best cookies I've ever had! Get the sugar cookie and the fudge chocolate one. I mean you can't go wrong with any of them, but those two are my favorites. They also have a soda fountain with tons of flavors to add in. On top of the yummy treats and classic gas station items, there is a cute little section with perfect gift items such as volcano candles, jewelry, home items, etc. like the boutique style stuff. This place is adorable and worth the stop!

Fun place that you wouldn't expect to find in a gas station! Great souvenirs and gifts that aren't junky and a bit different from what's in other stores. And the cookies...THE COOKIES!!! Yes, the sugar cookie with pink icing is fantastic, but don't stop just there. Loved the snickerdoodles and this chocolate cookie that is dusted in powder sugar. If you have to skip a meal to afford the calories, it is well worth it

I love their cookies so much! This place is supposedly the OG of the pink frosted sugar cookie. I've tried all of their flavors and they are all fantastic. The coconut and chocolate frosted peanut butter are two of my favorites.

The BEST sugar cookies I have ever had! While on a trip to Saint George my husband I got at least 4 cookies everyday. Our favorites are the coconut, pink sugar, fresh strawberry and the chocolate peanut butter. They are chilled which makes them even better. They are soft and perfectly sweet. Amazing amazing amazing!!!

The pb cookie was great, the coconut cookie was good. The rest were just okay in my opinion. My daughter loved the pb cookie topped with chocolate frosting.

Stopped here to get gas and WOW! What a pleasant surprise to walk in to a gas station/cute bakery/gift store. CLEAN bathrooms! And delicious cookies.... I also received a punch card (buy 10/get 1 free cookie) and so will be stopping by again next time we are in Southern Utah!

I love sugar cookies and really wanted to try these after hearing rave reviews. The frosting is great and the cookie is great, it's just much too thick and a bit dry and crumbly. I wanted to love them, but I just don't. The peanut butter chocolate was our favorite, followed by the classic pink sugar cookie.

Why leave your "dirty" soda up to someone else to pour when you can mix your own at Dutchmans' killer soda fountain right around the corner from the cabinet full of delicious homemade cookies. Better prices. Better quality. All around better feels. It's worth the extra mile or two!

I have to give this place 5 stars!! The birth place of the "swig" cookie. Fun to go right to the source. They make all of the baked goods in this place and man alive all those baked good we tried were so yummy. the pink sugar cookie was the best I've had. It was cooked perfect. The chocolate brownie was SO GOOD - MERCY! The scoobie was so good too. I wish I could try them all. Goals! I will for sure go back!! So many choices!

It seems like just a hometown gas station, but when you step inside you fee like your at your friends house in a way! Obviously you have to try their ORIGINAL pink cookies. They made the recipe over 20 years ago and this is where the "pink cookie" we now see at all the drink stops came from. Not only can you get the delicious pink cookie the way it was supposed to taste, but they are brownies are the best I've ever tasted! They also have O'Henry bars, chocolate made cookies, coconut sugar cookies, chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, and peanut butter with chocolate frosting. You just can't leave without getting an assorted box! Their food is also amazing! They have a new cook from Argentina and he makes the most delicious empanadas you can find in town! There's caprese, beef, chicken, ham and cheese. Try all four! Their sandwiches are delicious and homemade income on a delicious stew about a barn. They also have bread and ham fry their own chicken breast. Everything is fresh and delicious. Oh and stop in for next to soda drinks. They have a drive-through now!

We can't help but stop at Dutchman's when we're on that side of town. Such delicious cookies... yum! I just really miss Javier and his empanadas. That was the best ever.

Better than swig! Dutchman's, the original sugar cookie! The peanut butter chocolate cookie is amazing as well. I had the checker make me a dirty Dr.Pepper and she definitely knew her stuff. This place is awesome!

Best treats in all of Utah! Clean, friendly, cute little shop inside. You can't go to St. George without stopping at Dutchman's.

We walked in for the cookies (exceptional), but happily entered into the cutest store I've ever seen! The owner, Lisa, welcomed us with a smile and instantly felt like a friend. We walked out with delicious cookies and treasures untold. If you are even close to this location, it's a must stop. You will not be disappointed.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We are from Salt Lake area and had an order for 7 dozen sugar cookies. We were told that if we came anytime after noon they'd be ready. We got there at 4:50. No one knew anything about the order. When we got there they said they had shorted us, so they had to pull cookies from the counter. It took them a half an hour to get things together. We were headed home with 2 small children, and it was very disorganized!!!!!

Their pink frosting sugar cookies are amazing. Better than any Swig or Sodalicious you'll ever have, plus they have other treats that are amazing too! I recently tried their toasted coconut sugar cookie and seriously thought I had died and gone to heaven. I try to visit this place every time I'm in town now and eat my weight in their cookies. Sooo good.

Best fountain sodas in southern Utah. They have the perfect amount of carbonation and syrup. Love that they have styrofoam cups, that way you don't have to deal with a sweating drink. Your ice also doesn't melt as quick. They have a great baked goods. The signature pink sugar cookies. I think they are as good as Swigs. They also have a 5 cent discount for fuel if you pay cash. The gas station attendants are super friendly and always recognize the regulars.
