I love Dyckman Bar and Kitchen❤️ We are at their new location and it’s bigger and better than it was prior! Crystal was our server and she was amazing! Food was good and fresh! We love her so much and we would like to shout out the manager Electro who made sure we had everything we needed! Dj was litt and you will have an amazing time here! 10/10

Honestly, the host who sat my friend and me was amazing. He found us a seat at the bar right away and was very welcoming. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the bartender never acknowledged us. We waited patiently for over 15 minutes and weren’t greeted, offered water, or even told “I’ll be right with you.” It was disappointing, especially since it was our first time visiting. First impressions mean a lot, and this experience unfortunately didn’t reflect the level of professionalism I expected when trying to enjoy a nice night out. Because of this, I don’t see myself returning.

Crystal was amazing during our brunch at Dyckman Bar & Kitchen! She was attentive, friendly, and had such a great vibe that made the whole experience even better. Service was smooth, she checked on us often, and made sure everything was perfect. Brunch was a win thanks to Crystal—definitely hope to have her again!

i recently went to dyckman bar for happy hour n ordered a few appetizers MOJITOS & margaritas n the drinks n food was delicious. my server Priscilla made us feel very comfortable & was very attentive, we definitely will be back thx for the great service

I went there on a Wednesday Great experience! Their Afterwork is on point! Great music, vibes, drinks and food! The owner was nice and the DJ "Ominaya" is beast! The bartenders and nice and fast! Def would recommend it and come back!

One of my fav happy hours place to come to. Good service from the moment you walk in the door. Evelyn (I believe that's her name , it was loud lol) was so polite and checked on my sister and I several times. Food is always good. Margaritas on POINT. Would recommend FOR SURE !

This place is a definite place just to kill time with drinks. Nothing really spectacular. Food is so-so & typical. Service from staff is excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

Would give this place 3.5 stars if possible. What to like? Great location directly outside "A" train with neighboring bars & restaurants on the same block. Professional & cordial Security/Bouncer at the door does a good & nonevasive job ensuring patrons don't come in with weapons. Dj on hand playing Hip Hop, R&B. Reggae & Reggaeton music on quality sound system. Polite, attractive & friendly female bartenders with nicely mixed drinks. Average crowd age between 21 - 35 years old out to have a good time drinking & dancing w/ peers. Cons: A bot small & lacking dance floor area. Wait can be long for drinks when crowded. Their protocol is a bit disorganized at the bar & lack of drink menu is evident they can do better at providing a higher quality of service.

Great hangout spot in hip area of Inwood surrounded by terrace restaurants and bars. Same ownership and concept as the Bronx public, which I also like very much! They play great music, have a clean and eclectic environment, and great drinks and specials! Currently they do not have a kitchen but I look forward to getting back and seeing what they will offer!

I was a fan of Dyckman Bar and Kitchen. After every visit, I began liking this place less and less. Being that they are on the main street, where you have bar after bar, they need to make a business call and hire more charismatic and responsible employees. Everytime I come here, I get different prices; they are not consistent. One day I am told that the margarita pitchers are on the happy hour menu and then I am told that they are not because they "require too much time and the ingredients..." BUT when I went with my boyfriend, miraculously, the pitcher was on the happy hour menu? Then, you have employees/cooks who are there at whatever time they want. I was craving tacos and when we were ready to order, we were told that the cook was running a few minutes late. Over thirty minutes later and still no cook... the young lady went to speak to the "manager," who was clearly just an employee. No resolution, and no apology. -- Do not lie about who is in management, because then that poor action can lead to negative reviews. Skip the DB sampler; it is just your typical fried bites, with everything tasting the same. The pitcher was good and strong. The individual drinks, on the other hand, were extremely weak; I do not think they even had alcohol in them.

Nice Little spot next to other known spots like mamaushi, mamajuana, papasito, Bartenders were really nice!!! I actually taste the alcohol.. hookah was good. Music was lit... nice for meeting someone and not have to deal with congestion, clean just nice fresh night

This place is actually so bad... I would never come back here ever again. Like ever. The service is horrible. Food is mediocre. Who the hell gives a pitcher of sangria with 70% ice in it?? My friends and I were like what the hell.. we came all the way from brooklyn too on a trip today. The servers also don't know how to communicate. So incompetent. Smh.

I was a huge fan of Dyckman bar but after my last visit on Sunday. I'm never going back. I was excited to see that they were open and had "Happy Hour". I ordered two drinks from that menu. When I received my bill. They Charged me $15 per drink plus a 20% gratuity. First of all that's definitely not happy hour prices at all. They are ripping off all their clients. Save your money and go to the bar next door.

Came here for my bday by far one of the worse places smh they had no bday specials servers had attitudes didn't really care about anyones special day and didn't even tell us there weren't frozen drinks after she had already rang it up we had to wait almost 4 hours for the manager because she couldn't take it off the bill we ended up just taking the drinks after the wait for them not to even do anything to us it was basically mango nectar and lemonade the server was stuck on stupid like she didn't know anything or wanna do her job but sit on her phone and smoke free hookah only good person was the hookah guy that's why we continued to pay him for the hookah refills it was nothing else good but the food manager seen we was upset didn't bother to budge and say here's a free drink or dinner on the house nothing to satisfy our visit there my first and last time sorry ‍

Came to the bar to order a drink and ordered some empanadas.. the drinks were good but waited 25 mins for two empanadas... that were subpar .. probably won't come back for food ..

I stopped by for happy hour with a few co workers and i can honestly say the hospitality, the workers and the food is amazing! I had Sam as my hostess and she was so kind, attentive, and helpful when it came to picking out drinks and food. I would definitely recommend dyckman bar to anyone and i will definitely be coming back!

Usually come here for happy hour to get margaritas at a great price. Service and drinks are always great. Was there last night and as always they made sure I was well attended, Keep up the great service.

Def a nice chill bar to pop into with your friends. Came here for an after brunch move with my friends on a Saturday night, music is good and drinks are normal prices for NYC night life. The bar offers hookah also and a lot nice mix of drinks. It's definitely a causal bar, jeans and shirt vibe but a good spot to grab drinks and have some fun!

Came here for football Sunday recently to watch the games. The place opens at 2; however, the staff dodnt show until around 6. When we arid she's there was no cook or DJ/music. As this was frustrating, the bartender was very accommodating and made sure she could do whatever she can to ensure we stayed and had a good time. A She put on the game and made our margaritas with love. Once the ownerr arrived, DJ and cook the place turned into a full blown party. The specials were good too $5 margaritas .50 cent wings. Despite the slow start I'll still give it 4 stars..

Great place to go and have a good time they have a kitchen with great food and they HOOKAH !!! NOW and it's worth the money to it lasted for a while will back soon !!!

While the drink specials are an attraction, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I was enjoying a night out with girlfriends and my wallet was stolen on Friday. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager to see if someone turned something in for over 48 hours, even going to the bar to try to speak to someone in person. I have tried multiple avenues (Instagram, Facebook, literally anything), and still have not heard back from anyone there. I am never going back here and advise others to do the same.

I am new to the area and wanted to explore for some food and drinks. I stopped by Dyckman bar and kitchen for happy hour and let me just say this will be my new spot!! My drinks were AMAZING and my bartenders Brandy and Samantha were awesome! Thank you girls for my great experience and drinks!!!

A group of 3 of us walked in on a Sunday evening & immediately sat by a table that was available. We waited a few minutes until a waitress came to our table to take our order. I had about 3 years without visiting this establishment since they re-did it & a few things have changed from the layout/ decor, they now offer hookah & a different food menu. We ordered 3 rounds of mojitos during there happy hour which was until 8pm plus a jar after happy hour ended although we were changed for an extra round of drinks that we didn't consume although it was only $15 it's still not cool to pay for something you didn't consume we decided not to approach "Cat" I believe was the waitress name because the place was a little crowded & we had to go home plus it was only $15. A friend & I decided to split a grilled chicken breast sandwich with fries which was actually good however, my friend became sick & I felt my stomach was a little funny. In general, the music was great the DJ was playing a lot of old school hiphop hits & the drinks are good just make sure you check your bill.

So this is my second time coming here between the bartender not checking on her patrons but on her phone. the issue I have is the lack of food seasoning on the wings I had were horrible, no type of effort food prep I had the DB sampler that was fried extremely to hard but hey what can you expect? Then when I asked for some type of accommodation the Manager led with the Unfortunately to start the conversation which means she had no intention of accommodating the error in the food she is serving.
