"Tucked away in a quiet city centre mews, this smart restaurant is the brainchild of an experienced chef and wine importer. This background shines through in an impressive wine list with over 1,500 choices, including a brilliant selection of burgundies and grower champagnes, plus plenty of biodynamic and organic options. The cooking is pared-back and vibrant, utilising ingredients from their own farm and local producers. The friendly team enhance the experience and the lunch menu is a steal." - Michelin Inspector

We are from Madrid on holiday and was recommended this restaurant. Husband & I ordered the tasting menu and were NOT disappointed!! Each course was delicious with a few unexpected surprises! We opted to add on the wine pairing and each wine was perfectly paired. I have a food intolerance that they honored and customized. The staff was friendly & professional - 100% will recommend! Also enjoyed the music and vibe of the restaurant.

Celebrated a birthday here and we had the tasting menu with the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu and thought everything was excellent. The flavours were very good across all the courses and everything was consistently top quality. I suppose there isn't as much pomp when compared to a Michelin starred restaurant like Nuta nearby, but to be honest, we enjoyed it just as much (if not more). I didn't go with the wine pairing, instead asked the sommelier to pair 3 glasses with the courses. His selections were good and paired well with the dishes. Service was great throughout the evening. Would highly recommend this place and I'm surprised they weren't fully booked on a Saturday, we'll likely be back for another special event.

This is hands down one of the most impressive dining experiences I’ve seen in Warsaw. Get ready for me to sing their praises. To start off, the interior of the restaurant is beautiful - a great mix of elegance that still feels welcoming and warm. The seating feels private and allows for good conversation. We were greeted upon arrival and our coats put away, which I always appreciate. As we sat down, the staff immediately noticed that I am 8 months pregnant and offered a wonderful non alcoholic sparkling wine to start our dinner with (honestly the best non alcoholic wine I’ve ever had, it’s like a sparkling tea). They served our drinks privately in front of us, decanted and chilled as per our liking. This was already an impressive demonstration. The service overall was very attentive and polite, the staff asked whether we had any allergies and proactively offered to cook my scallops a bit more for food safety in pregnancy reasons. All our dishes were served in parallel by two waiters which is rare to see in Warsaw but shows true value for etiquette. The food was basically to die for - the scallops made me question whether I’m eating a buttery cloud or actual food. Also worth to note that the bread&butter, as well as the amuse-bouche, were a very pleasant surprise. Absolutely delicious. I felt very taken care of while dining - my water glass was never empty, my food was excellent and the staff made sure to show they really care and are really there to help. Overall a great experience, will definitely be back, and highly recommend for a romantic date night or girls night with a friend. Astounding.

The servers are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attentive. My wife is 7 months pregnant and unprompted, the gentleman serving us was able to recommend a great non-alcoholic wine for her as well as ensure her scallops were cooked a bit more well-done for her safety. Also, I'm not necessarily a big wine person but he was able to recommend a fantastic glass of wine for each dish I ordered. This just goes to show you the fantastic level of service you'll encounter here. The food is amazing. I don't know what to tell you. You just have to experience it. It's surprising, exciting and yet comforting. It's like an interpretation of Polish Cuisine via the lens of New Nordic Cuisine. For example, the amuse-bouche was a beet puree that kicks you with a first bite filled with explosive beet flavor but on the second bite it mellows and you taste the creaminess and the more subtle flavors behind that initial taste. It only got better from there. You can see the photos I took but it would be a waste of time to try to make any recommendations. I really don't think you can go wrong with anything you order here. Just order whatever sounds interesting! It's pricey but you have to understand that you are going to have what I can only describe as a perfect restaurant experience.

Overall 8/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Service 10/10 Wine 10/10 A unique experience. Very pleasant atmosphere, and the service was exceptional. The wine was absolutely delicious. Overall, the food was excellent but some dishes felt like they were missing something. Although must mention that the simple bread and butter could have been served as a main. So delicious and nostalgic. Starter: Halibut, ikra (roe), umami - 10/10. Such a unique combination of flavors. Highly recommended. Oysters - 7/10. Fresh, high quality but felt like the addition of cucumbers was unnecessary. Better keep it as simple with oysters. Main: Risotto, smardze (morels), trybula - 8/10. The morels were a highlight. Perfect chewy texture, which tasted like meat. However, I felt like it was lacking something. I would have loved to add some black pepper and maybe even truffles. Dessert: Rabarbar (rhubarb), truskawki (strawberries), twarożek (cottage cheese) - 6/10. Fresh, not too sweet, a great palette cleanser. However, nothing special. Cheese selection - 10/10. Perfection on a plate. Every single cheese was top. Great portion size.

Very nice staff, not too crowded, love the non alcoholic pairing tea. Food was good but a bit too creamy for me
