Why You Should Visit Europe’s Most Underrated Capital in 2026 | Vogue

"A modern Polish tasting menu built on horseradish, beets, kohlrabi, mushrooms, and trout, presented in new and inventive dishes and highlighted by global influences like saffron, Roquefort, and truffle." - Teddy Minford

"Tucked away in a quiet city centre mews, this smart restaurant is the brainchild of an experienced chef and wine importer. This background shines through in an impressive wine list with over 1,500 choices, including a brilliant selection of burgundies and grower champagnes, plus plenty of biodynamic and organic options. The cooking is pared-back and vibrant, utilising ingredients from their own farm and local producers. The friendly team enhance the experience and the lunch menu is a steal." - Michelin Inspector

Just a great night! The food was incredible, the wine list simply amazing, and the staff were a joy! The tasting menu was balanced and well designed, with stunning dishes that join polish and Mediterranean cuisine in a unique way!

Better than several one star Michelin restaurants I’ve recently been to, I’d definitely recommend Dyletanci for anyone looking for a fine dining experience in Warsaw. The wine pairings went extremely well with the 7-course tasting menu and the service was excellent.

I organized an event for 12 people at the restaurant with a full tasting menu and wine pairing. The service was excellent, and both the food and wine were outstanding. I had tried the smaller menu before and was very impressed on both occasions. I highly recommend this place for a business meal or a family gathering if you’re looking to explore more sophisticated flavors.

We are from Madrid on holiday and was recommended this restaurant. Husband & I ordered the tasting menu and were NOT disappointed!! Each course was delicious with a few unexpected surprises! We opted to add on the wine pairing and each wine was perfectly paired. I have a food intolerance that they honored and customized. The staff was friendly & professional - 100% will recommend! Also enjoyed the music and vibe of the restaurant.

I had lovely experience this evening.Food was great and service was attentive but not overbearing. The ambiance was nice and the course menu was really well balanced. The wine menu is extensive. Aside from the food, these were few (personal preference) things I really enjoyed: 1. Food comes few minutes after. Sometimes course menus are exhausting spending over 3 hours but food came out quick, on time, before we got too full and tired. 2. Serve water! We ordered some drinks and still water. They kept my water glass full with tap/filtered water without asking. Nice service. 3. Not too sweet. I looooove that desserts ans pralines were not too sugary. Really a perfect ending. Few things that can be worked on: 1. Bread was slightly stale 2. Non-alcoholic drinks; non alcoholic population is growing! Can we have more options than apple juice?

Dyletanci in Warsaw is a sublime destination for lovers of fine, ingredient-focused cuisine and world-class wines. Each visit feels curated—from the understated, vibrant dishes crafted from local, often farm-sourced ingredients, to their outstanding wine collection, arguably the best in Poland. The ambiance—warmly sophisticated with a nod to Parisian charm—sets the stage, while the thoughtful service ensures a memorable evening. From innovative tasting menus to personalized wine pairings, every detail is elevated. A must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional culinary experience.

The servers are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attentive. My wife is 7 months pregnant and unprompted, the gentleman serving us was able to recommend a great non-alcoholic wine for her as well as ensure her scallops were cooked a bit more well-done for her safety. Also, I'm not necessarily a big wine person but he was able to recommend a fantastic glass of wine for each dish I ordered. This just goes to show you the fantastic level of service you'll encounter here. The food is amazing. I don't know what to tell you. You just have to experience it. It's surprising, exciting and yet comforting. It's like an interpretation of Polish Cuisine via the lens of New Nordic Cuisine. For example, the amuse-bouche was a beet puree that kicks you with a first bite filled with explosive beet flavor but on the second bite it mellows and you taste the creaminess and the more subtle flavors behind that initial taste. It only got better from there. You can see the photos I took but it would be a waste of time to try to make any recommendations. I really don't think you can go wrong with anything you order here. Just order whatever sounds interesting! It's pricey but you have to understand that you are going to have what I can only describe as a perfect restaurant experience.
