"If you’re visiting a friend at the Shore, save yourself the case of hard seltzer that you’re just going to drink yourself and bring them a box of pastries from E. Holland Sundries. The fruit-filled hand pies and croissants are the best in the state, and the lemon bars, cookies, and brownies are also fantastic. Definitely make sure you’re grabbing ample fresh-baked pretzel knots with their homemade beer cheese, too. You know, for a balance of sweet and savory. " - Michael Sinatra

"It’s Saturday morning and you’ve successfully navigated the parkway traffic. Your blocks from a friend’s beach house and realize you’ve brought nothing to your hosts to properly thank them for putting you up for the night. Problem solved. Go to E. Holland Sundries and have them fill a box with whatever pastries they’ve made that morning. The fruit-filled hand pies are among the best I’ve ever had and the lemon bars are fantastic, as are the cookies and brownies. Definitely make sure you’re grabbing ample fresh-baked pretzel knots with their homemade beer cheese too. You know, to balance all that sweet with a little savory. As for the croissants, they only make them on Thursdays and you can bet on them selling out." - Michael Sinatra

Google
Really high quality bakery right near the beach. Stopped by and sampled a few of their pastries based on the staffs recommendation; all were delicious. Baked to perfection and very fresh. The s’mores cookie was our favorite!

Delicious cookies and some of the best pretzels I've ever had. There is so much to choose from. The owners are super sweet(just like their pastries :) and are passionate about baking and therefore produce excellent products. Definitely worth a visit 😊

So so so good! I came for the PieGirl pop-up and left with a stunning box of E. Holland treats too! I was recommended the corn cookie which was our favorite! Also got the smores bar, a gorgeous brioche tart, and one of their famous pretzels and it was all incredible! I got a slice of PieGirl's black bottomed coconut custard pie which was insanely good!!!!! The inside is absolutely adorable here too and everyone was so sweet. Everyone should go go go!!!!

So so good! Do yourself a favor and make a trip (or multiple) to E. Holland Sundries in Bradley Beach. You will not be disappointed. During my month at the shore I went numerous times. They use fresh, seasonal ingredients in their delicious pastries/desserts and you really can't go wrong no matter what you choose. Although I highly recommend the scones, cookies, hand pies and croissants. OMG and the gluten free brownie is divine! But get their early because they sell out of the fan favorites early and you will be so sad if you miss out. I'm obsessed!

Got a birthday cake which was really good. Thin frosting, marshmallow fluff and raspberries between the layers, topped with raspberries and a hint of lavender (and a lot of love) baked in. We also had some vegan chocolate chip cookies, a large snickerdoodle and a brownie - all of which we'll go back for.

These days high quality croissants are nearly impossible to find- it’s an art. Run don’t walk to E Holland sundries. You won’t be disappointed by the TLC that goes into all their baked goods. The sea salt and pretzel-PRC croissants are insanely tasty, get there early so you don’t miss out.

Love this amazing bakery! The people are so friendly and helpful and everything I have tried so far is delicious. Two drawbacks: really hard to pick just a few things, and not eating my favorite treat (salted caramel brownie) before I get home!

Google
TLDR: Really really good. Stopped in for breakfast and did not disappoint. Croissants and breakfast pastries for fantastic. Muffins were great and not overly sweet. Super nice people as well. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Go. Trust me. Eat it all. If you see it. Get it. The mushroom goat cheese tart is superb. The cookies are absolute heaven - especially the brown butter coconut and the "Everything" cookie is delicious. The salted caramel brownie convinced me the owner is a kitchen witch and there's absolute magic sprinkle sprinkled in her baking. 10/10 highly recommend E. Holland Sundries. PS- don't forget to pick up some homemade Dog Treats for your pup.

Yelp
Wow wow wow! This is the best bakery in the area hands down. Everything is fresh and flavorful. The brownie is de-ca-dent, the chocolate chip cookie is nuts, they even have a pork roll egg and cheese pretzel thingy that is amazing. Homemade pop tarts and scones too if they are your thing!

Yelp
Such a friendly lady and super cute baked goods! We went for the pretzel bites, but they had just ran out, so I guess we'll try them next time. We got the berry galette, which I definitely think I should've taken home and put in toaster oven and eaten with ice cream. It was good, but I can imagine it being even better warm. The cinnamon morning bun was a little crispier than I thought it would be given it was made with croissant dough but still yummy. I hope to come again!

Yelp
I stopped in after passing many times and bought a variety of cookies, croissants, pretzels, savory tartlets, vegan and gluten-free selections for my company that was coming by that afternoon.Everyone raved as we sampled everything. The ingredients are fresh and super flavorful. My personal favorite was the tomato ,basil and goat cheese tartlet. TO DIE FOR! Need I sat more..... don't let the name of this place keep you from stopping in to treat yourself.......this bakery is a hidden gem!

Yelp
Little gem of a bakery. Cinnamon rolls to die for! Cute atmosphere and great spread of baked goods.

Yelp
We ordered platters of cookies and pastries for a small family wedding and they were delicious! We all enjoyed these homemade treats and would definitely recommend!

Morgan S.

Yelp
Hands down the best brownie I have ever eaten. So good we chanced it even with a nut allergy.
