I actually enjoyed the kimchi here. Yes, it's a bit far out from the strip and accessibility isn't really great, but liked the food in general.

Google
Friendly service and solid portions. The flavors are authentic and locals and traveler's alike call upon this spot when they are in need of some tasty goods. I thought the spice was a little weak but all and all it's a great stop for simple Korean fair

Great cure for any hangover, soup is high quality and they have great kimchi. The owners are super nice as well 😃

My dad used to bring me here about once a week for sul-a-tang and said that it was THE best. Just for a little context, I am Korean-American and my dad was 1st generation Korean. If my dad said that it was THE best, his words had a lot of carry having being raised on Korean food from South Korea to trying K-food in LA to LV. Coming back here with my wife just opened up a floodgate of memories for me from my past. My recommendation is to order #2 the mix sul-a-tang. ALL of them are tasteful and delicious, but if you want to try something a little different that has a mix of "this and that", #2. It was my dad's favorite, and it's pretty much all I order now when I go to sul-a-tang houses. The Kimchi in both radish and cabbage form is by far what makes E Jo so unique from the rest of the Korean restaurants. It's all homemade (fairly typical of most Korean restaurants, unless it's a chain and kimchi is bought in large quantities), made with love, given special attention, and all the right amount of seasoning to bring you the most succulent Kimchi you have ever had (writing this review has got my mouth watering over the Kimchi). Finally, the service is still great. The waitresses speak English and their menu is also in both Korean and English. The Sul-a-tangs at E Jo will leave you with a very happy tastebud and you will want to come back for more. Oh and sul-a-tangs are not their only specialities, they have lots of other dishes as well, just as good. My Hispanic wife, who has also tried Sul-a-tangs in various places ha said that this by far THE best she's had.

Any traveller's, please do not come to this place to eat. I am visiting Las Vegas with my family this week and my son wants to come here due to good reviews. Guess what? Starting with waiting outside for 30 min to be seated and then I am still waiting for 1 hrs after seating. The server said just wait outside. This just brought kimchi side dishes 15 min ago, still no food. There is only 1 server working right now. It is terrible. Even though I complained, no apology nothing. It is also very hot here The AC is not working.

Google
Koreans go there for the cold noodles. We had our "chitlings" filled with so much food. The server was so friendly. Always enjoy eating at this place.

Google

Google
It is not good service. Even busy, pls remove the garbage in front of yr restaurant. Owner is too unkind. Maybe now a days make a good money. Besides meat is too much less qnty than before. Do yr best when y hv many customers. Or y wl fail!

Yelp
ULTIMATE KOREAN SOUL FOOD. The taste of Korea. Taste of my ancestors foods. This that soup that'll heal our toxic Korean souls. Would also be a 5 joint in ktown LA. We love coming back here and my review here remains the same but I swear the consistency of quality umami gomtang makes it seem all that tastier. Their kimchi and ggakdugi is still brilliant as well. Same kind attentive service by the owner. She even served us the new rice as she said the new pot of rice would taste better! She's just another real auntie to me forreal which is so rare. That neighborhood auntie vibe is so rare these days

Yelp
My parents moved out to Henderson a couple years ago and they are always looking for a good Korean place. (Used to live in LA) So when they found this place and tried it they were super excited. They said it was prob one of the better locations and the staff at the time they said was great. I visited them and we decided to go have lunch on a weekday. We got there around 11ish and there was only one other family there eating. We got seated and our group was 5 adults and two kids. We ordered the ejo soup, beef brisket soup, two ox tail soups and a mixed soup. All of the broth was good and was pretty decent for Vegas. The kimchi was good too. All of the family enjoyed it. I took off a star because the lady that was working that day was not the friendliest. Even at one point when we asked for some extra soup, due to my daughters mainly mixing the soup with rice, she said that's extra. We knew it was extra(we saw it on the menu) and we were willing to pay for it, but she said in korean, "oh that's extra but I will just give it to you anyways." It was the tone and how she kind of assumed that we wouldn't want it if we had to pay for it. My mom was unhappy after this. Another star because the neighborhood isn't the best area, so you feel a little uneasy when you get out of the parking lot. It was during the day and obviously we were in a group so it wasn't a big deal. But the food was good and kimchi was good too. Kimchi being good is very important!

Yelp
Best spot in LV for that special Korean HANGOVER soup!! Also very good was the Brisket Gomtang soup!! Key for any Korean soup spots is the kimchi and kimchi radish.....Outstanding!! Oxtail soup was delicious too and great lunch specials Monday thru Thursday! Highly recommended with parking in rear!!

Yelp
Every time I come to Vegas from LA, I make sure to stop by this place. The woman working here is always incredibly kind and welcoming. The kimchi is so flavorful, and the beef bone soup (gomtang) has such a rich, deep broth -- truly comforting. My 7-year-old son even finished an entire bowl of kalguksu by himself! This spot feels like a little taste of home. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Korean comfort food.

Yelp
They open at 8 AM and it is instantly jammed packed. Very popular and wonderful traditional soup based Korean food. They come out biking in the stone bowels. Careful not to burn your tongue. The gkakdoogi is crunchy spicy and just amazing. Kimchi is also fantastic with perfect balance of spice and seasoning.

Yelp
Great traditional Korean dishes and service was excellent. The soups we had felt like we were back in Korea

Yelp
Korean restaurants in Vegas and here and there. They're good, but not quite ktown LA level of good. With that being said, E-Jo does a nice job at comfort food. I opted for a hangover soup with brisket and sponge and phew, it could probably cure hangovers if I had any. It had good flavor and the side dishes were pretty decent. So would I eat here again if I still lived in Vegas? Every now and then yeah, it does a solid job of satiating that Korean food craving. Parking is located in a sorta sketchy lot behind the restaurant, but you should *mostly* be safe.

Yelp
One of our favorite spots in Vegas for a hangover cure. Located on the North side of Vegas. The restaurant is clean and staff friendly and attentive. Haven't been here for ages so, we tried various soups::: Ox tail soup::: Awesome!! Dumpling and rice cake soup::: Fantastic! Tripe, tendon, and beef brisket soup::: that was perfect for me after partying on the strip for a few days. I tripe and tendon. Cabbage soup with beef::: that was delicious. Filled with dry cabbage in a thick broth along with some beef. Pan Chan::: Kimchi here is legit! Overall, their broth is thick and you can tell it's been simmering. If you're looking for Good quality Korean soup. This is the spot.

Yelp
Vegas in January gets really cold. So today for lunch, I went and tried this Korean soup place at E-Jo Korean Restaurant. This part of town can be sketchy for some. If you can find parking in the back, do so. Otherwise, your car might get broken into. It looks closed from the outside, but once inside, lot's of Koreans are enjoying lunch. The waitress greeted me and showed me to my table. I pointed to #10 on the menu: Hangover Cabbage Soup w/ Beef Brisket. After ordering, she came back with a glass of water. 10 minutes later, a series of side bowls arrived: kimchi, rice, green onions, etc. Another 10 minutes later, the main entree arrived...except for the utensils. I had to ask for the spoon, chopsticks and napkins. I first tried the broth: very good and spicy. Then I had the brisket with cabbage and rice: very good, too. The kimchi and radish weren't chopped into smaller portions, so difficult to eat with chopsticks. Although tasty and comforting overall, I wish there were more slices of brisket in the soup.

Yelp
Their homemade kimchi is delicious, the beef bone soup is a must-try, and the short ribs are tender, juicy, and very tasty! The place is quiet and cozy. I always want to visit whenever I travel here.

Yelp
Me and my man used to loooveee this place so much , esp their kimchi that comes with the brisket soup. I even recommended this place to my cousins / friends etc because it was that good. But recently went here and we were so disappointed. The soup was good but the kimchi( which makes the soup even better) was nootttt the same :( it didnt taste like los angeles koreatown kimchi like it used to! I hope it was just that week . Because we wna come bak and hopefully theyll have the bomb kimchi they used to have

Yelp
I've been here twice now and each time I am reminded of how much I love this place! Definitely a must whenever I'm in Vegas. It's located a bit away from the strip but so worth the drive. There's plenty of parking. Inside the restaurant, you are always greeted by the sweetest workers. Food: Big fan of their sul lung tang and their hangover soup. I'm pretty picky when it comes to soups but both of these hit just right. I honestly think their hangover soups is probably one of the best hangover soups I've tried in a really long time. Would highly recommend!!

Yelp
Can't pass this place when I am in Las Vegas. As expected, it was good. Always get the same menu over and over and can't go wrong with it. It was my first time visit today 12/15/2022 in four years. Thursday in the late morning, only one table was being served. As I stepped in, four more tables were filled. But the service was never slow and the wait was not at all long to get the food on the table. Price has gone up since four years ago, but everywhere else is too. I think it was more like $13.99 for the salkogi before but now it's $18.99. I am glad it's still under $20.

Yelp
Cute hole-in-the wall Korean restaurant. The owner/staff were sweet and attentive. Everyone ordered the hangover stew (haha can you guess why?), and it was delicious. Exactly what we needed after a long night!

Yelp
Best traditional soup place! Definitely will come back and recommend to people visiting Las Vegas.

Yelp
Wrapped up a weeklong stay in Vegas with some homemade Korean food. Ordered galbi (short ribs) and ggori gom tang (ox tail soup). I liked how they brought out two kinds of kimchi in separate containers so that you place on a kimchi plate along with scissors to cut them in smaller pieces. The galbi had a nice marinade and for the price, there was a mountain of beef. The ggori gom tang was everything I needed to end my trip in Vegas filled with chaos, debauchery, and sin. The bone broth was hearty and soothed my soul the minute I had a sip. Throw in a few mini spoons of salt and add the radish kimchi juice in to add some razzle dazzle to the dish. There was an ample amount of oxtails in the soup. All in all, we were full and satisfied. Parking lot is available in the back.

Yelp
Came here on lunch for Saturday and the place was empty other than our party. So service was quick. The soups are presented bland so you can add the flavoring yourself (bean paste, salt). A little disappointed there is no banchan other than kimchi and radishes, but overall still a good experience and would give it another chance.

Yelp
The first time we came here because I didn't want pho (been here twice now). After getting the hangover soup, I knew this place would a new addition to the Vegas food rotation. Hangover soup with brisket (note: the sponge is blood). I love this because it's just veggies and thin brisket. Easy to eat and digest! Beef tongue soup is delicious as well. The tongue is sliced thinly and so tender. Their cabbage kimchi is good too. Put it in the empty bowl they give you and cut them up with the scissors.

Yelp
29/100-2022 This location is at the east side of the strip, the side that seems to be slower. Lots of businesses are empty but kept clean. There is a big sign that says to not to keep anything of value in the car, especially noticeable from outside. Plenty of parking in the back and just walk around to the front. I ordered the house specialty beef brisket soup but they do offer many others. One thing I noticed was the price. Actually, I was prepared for the price shock before coming here when I noticed butchers selling beef bones at very high price. Bowl of soup for $19.99 was quite surprising but I was able to swallow it no problem. LOL. Actually, it was prepared very well and I know how much of time one needs to spend trying to make good quality soup. Anyhow, food was good as expected and side dishes were excellent. Definitely a place for repeat business when I m at this side of town.

Yelp
I visited here with a friend on April 8th. We came for a temporary 2 nights trip for a BTS concert. A friend told me E Jo has an amazing Korean soups so we decided to go here. It was quiet when we arrived after 10. I eat Korean food often at home, but a friend really wanted this so why not. We ordered #1 Beef Brisket soup( $19.99) and #2 mixed beef soup ( $24.99). I was super excited about the amount of Kimchi, radish and the peppers. Staff gave us a plenty of side dishes they were big. The peppers weren't spicy according to what staff told me. They were crispy and juicy. Somehow our soups were so bland. We added salt and pepper for 4 times at least it was still watery. I wonder if their soups are very watery to begin with. Other than that, service was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. She even answered if walking from the Vegas trip to the stadium is doable. We took Uber to get there since it'll be very inconvenient for us by walking. I'm also thankful she suggested a cafe in Vegas for some coffee fix. Although our food tasted okay the service was fantastic.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while, as it is the only spot in vegas that sells this type of broth soup. The restaurant was clean and service was great. Don't know what's going on with the prices but it seems Korean soup places have almost doubled in their pricing so I was thrown off big time checking out the menu. The hubs even asked if this was for two. No, dude. It's inflation I guess? Oxtail soup- $24.99. 3 stars. It was clean and good taste. Spicy cabbage hang over soup- $20.99. 3.5 stars. I liked this one over the oxtail soup since it has a richer flavor. Meat was nice and tender as well. I prefer my kimchi and radish kimchi sour and here it was fresh made. It's a preference thang. Lots of Koreans eating inside so you know it's authentic. If you've never had Korean oxtail soup and like a more flavorful broth, stick with the hangover soup. It was in a sketch area with a sus looking parking lot where there were some clothes sprawled out all over the ground by the garbage can.

Yelp
Quick summary: No frills Korean spot for delicious seolleongtang. Definitely a locals spot with pleasant service. Me and my friend came for some comfort food and ordered the #2 seolleongtang with all the meats. Before the meal came, we were brought a big bowl of radish kimchi, cabbage kimchi, some cut peppers, lots of green onions, rice, and a few sauces to dip our meats into. We both thought noodle soup was delicious! Great flavor with a nice quantity and variety of meats. We left very full and satisfied. The interior isn't anything particularly special, but it's homey and definitely feels like a nice spot by locals, for locals. The ladies working there were so sweet and gave us pointers on how to use the sauces.

Yelp
A hole in the wall place and very pleasantly surprised! Their Homemade Kimchi was out of this world! Wish I could bring back some to the Bay Area. Would recommend both the Spicy Cabbage Hang Over Soup & the Seolleongtang!
google avatar

Jojo Z.

Yelp
It is a small restaurant, but they have variety soups, and they're all test delicious

Yelp
Beef brisket soup is great and the kimchi is solid. Kimchi is fresh where you cut it prior to eating. Service is very friendly and would def come again

Yelp
I would give negative 100 if I could. We have been coming here for years - every time we visit Vegas. This week, we had a family reunion and went TWICE... The food is fine and side dishes are always yummy, but there is one petite lady with too much eye makeup who is ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB - THEN LEAVE because you SHOULD NOT treat your customers the way you did - TWICE to us. Which leads us to believe- that is your personality- we even made excuses for you that maybe you were having a bad day since it was super busy and we even waited an hour for tables - but, nope! Second time we went - same attitude. She even yanked a bowl of rice out of my hands. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - we pay for good food, but definitely good service as well.

Yelp
At the end of every Vegas trip I visit here instead of the church to repent for my sins and wash away all of my pain as I'm literally having a near death experience by the brutal hangover that makes me contemplate life LOL This is like the only place you can get the good Korean soup so if you aren't really feeling the pho, come here. They ONLY specializes in Gomtang (and no other variety of dishes) which is higher tier version of Sullungtang (I believe the difference is the type of bone/part of the meat they use to make the broth). You must season it yourself with salt, pepper, and optional red paste. Gradually add more salt until it suits your taste. The ladies are always very friendly and they work very fast. If you go during weekend lunch time early afternoon there might be a short wait as every darn Koreans and other Asians flock here to cure their hangover. Call first to check the wait time before hand. You can also order delivery if you don't feel like leaving your suite

J P.

Yelp
This is definitely my go to restaurant every time I visit Vegas. Without a doubt the best meals I had from my last trip were here. The best Korean soup I ever had is from here. Expect a little waiting time but it'll be worth it. Great service and delicious and original Korean dishes.
google avatar

Chee K.

Yelp
Very unassuming place. If you saw on the outside, you would think how can they be good. But you enter the restaurant at 9am and it's packed, so people must know. They have limited menu but this is good because what they do they do it well. I had the hangover soup, it's a korean fermented soy bean with cabbage, bean sprouts and some thin sliced beef. They'll give you green onions, raw pepper to eat with soy bean dip and kimchi, cut with scissors and kkadugi (spicy radish). It was all very good. The waiters and staff were fast, efficient but also lovely and warm. I know it's unassuming but this place is really good and looks like a local know.

Yelp
One of the best authentic Gomtang I had in the states. The owner lady is so sweet and attentive. It came with a lot of rice, noodle, and broth that I could finish in 2 meals. I was craving something authentic Korean after my surgery, and this was the exact thing I was craving! Honestly, it is rare to find such great Korean restaurant in Vegas. Definitely worth it.

Yelp
I hate to be like this but... they are short staffed and they don't serve your food in an orderly fashion. Came in, and four tables after us got sat and got their food before any of us. We all ordered the same thing... "sullung tang" that's 12 bowls of the same soup. Anyway, the server didn't apologize nor did she make it right. Also they had broken window from their business that day and was open and operating under the BBB you can't do that. Anyway!!! Rude and disrespectful but the Yelp review is to say, the soup was bland. The kimchi and radish kimchi was good though.

Yelp
Food was ok. My parents along with my brothers family dined there. Their bill was under 100$. My mom gave them 20$ tip and the waitress demanded another 5$ Who demands more money for tip?????
google avatar

Hana L.

Yelp
This restaurant is overrated. My first time dining here on Wednesday, 11/23/2022 at 5PM. 3 adults 1 child ordered combination suyuk, side soup, and beef brisket soup. Suyuk is served with 2 bowls of rice but rice & side soup was never served until we finished dining. Suyuk plate had a few pieces of each meat which is not tender, smelly, oxtail too tough. Server started giving us an attitude. She wanted to explain how she is right and we are wrong about whatever didn't get served in the dinner. We ended up not tipping the server. . ? . .
google avatar

Daniel C.

Yelp
Every time I'm in LV, I come here before I leave. It's tradition. Why? Because they have some of the best damn kimchi in 49 states! Cali has the other. I always get the beef brisket soup and honestly, it is just as an accompanyment to their kimchi. They have cabbage kimchi and the radish kimchi. Both of which are so damn good, we always finish it both. To the aunties that make it, y'all are doing the Lord's work for real. Do yourself a favor and skip the Pho for beef bone broth and you will thank me, They have a parking lot in the back, but there is plenty of street parking close by. Until next time...RAAAAAAAAIIIDERRRRRSSSSSSS!!!!!

Yelp
It's a good restaurant! It's a very traditionally Korean place that tries to perfect a couple dishes. Particularly the sul lung tang that's made from bones and cartilage boiled over a really long time. From the atmosphere, we loved seeing the items in Korean both on the wall and in the menu. We felt like we were transported to another place. It's not too busy, most of the visitors seem to be Korean, which speaks to its authenticity. For first timers (we were), it might be a bit difficult to figure out how to eat it (it was). We looked up how to eat it on google so I might not be the best person to tell you how to eat it but I'll try. You'll be given an empty flat vessel along with raw green chilies, jars of cabbage and radish kimchi, as well as a pair of scissors and tongs. What we've noticed the other visitors do is cut up the pieces of radish, cabbage kimchi, green onions, and chilies into the empty vessel and mix everything up. And now you have a delicious side dish. As for the sul lung tang, at first sip it might be bland but after seasoning it with plenty of salt, it becomes a soul warming soup. The meats you can dip into a salty sauce given to you for extra flavor. I also put plenty of green onions into the hot soup. In between sips of soup and bits of pickled kimchi, it's quite an amazing meal.

Yelp
Husband was craving Korean soup. Found this place because of Yelp. Hole in the wall. Plenty of parking because it's not part oof a plaza or anything. All by itself, almost missed it when driving. Husband ordered brisket and tendon soup. And I got the dumpling and rice cake soup. Also ordered bbq short rib plate. Good price on soups. Overpriced for short rib. I liked my soup but my husband did not like this style because you have season your own soup. They have fancy sea salt for you to season yourself. And pepper too. I ended up adding too much salt to mine. They do give you a lot is side accompaniments. Big portion kimchi. Rice and peppers and spice paste. Wish I could have enjoyed it but I'm not Korean and it was stuff that I'm not used to eating.
google avatar

Esther C.

Yelp
They specialize in oxtail soup, my favorite dish in the whole world! They also have lots of other Korean staples and classic dishes, and I enjoyed it very much! We ordered the: Sulungtang- Loaded with tender meat and very flavorful broth. It also comes with thin rice noodles to eat together. The portion size is large and comes in the classic stone pot. Pro tip: Eat half of it with the normal broth, then when you're halfway done, add the kimchi juice and add the rice to give it a twist :) Hangover Stew- Loaded as well with napa cappage, veggies, meat, and a very rich soybean base. Perfect to add rice and eat like a loaded stew. The only downfall is that it's really pricey in my opinion but I think it's cause they use quality ingredients. I would def recommend to those looking for a good korean restaraunt that has all the classics :)

Yelp
My friend and i happened to be recommended to go to this specific restaurant for their well known soup and we are not from here, we're from Hawaii. We called to see what time they will be closed, so we rushed there before it's closing time which is a one and thirty minute before closing time. Upon coming in there, there was no customers whatsoever. And as we sat down the owner/lady freaked out and started yelling when she saw my friend's service dog. So she kicked us out, there was no problem going to any restaurant with the service dog., some reason she had a problem. So as we're waiting for our Uber outside. She came outside from the back door and started saying "I have customers now, I can feed you". No thanks. And asked if we had have a cab ride or any sort of ride. Long story short I guess she had called someone to ask about the situation, now she had to makeup. But too late we went to Garden Korea which is across the street way better ! And they were so nice about everything.

Yelp
It's like coming home! My mother is Korean and made the most amazing dishes with an eye for beautiful presentations and amazing flavors. Today I was back in Seoul. Reviewing the menu, this is not a single dollar sign pricing menu but it was still a good value. I had the Duc Soup. It's comfort food. Savory soup with duc, mondu, eggs, slivers of carrots and geehm. Came with sliced green onions to add. Side dishes were two types of kimchee, Chinese cabbage and moo kimchee (turnip). Both were fresh. The food server cut the kimchee into bite sized portions. There were two kinds of gochujong provided to dip the peppers. This was very good. The service was prompt and polite. I love the care they gave. I would bring my family here. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.

Yelp
After a late night out in Vegas, I wanted nothing more than a nice hot bowl of Korean oxtail soup to cure my hangover. I hopped onto Yelp and found E-Jo and quickly made the drive over from the strip. It was only a 10 minute ride from the strip and they have their own private parking lot. Upon arrival, I noticed they were pretty busy and it was a true authentic Korean restaurant. They serve only kimchi and radish kimchi for their banchan options and their kimchi was delicious...I ended up finishing the entire pot. I ordered the oxtail soup and my friend ordered their hangover soup. This soup was EXACTLY what we needed. I could feel myself slowly coming back to life and even though it was over 100 degrees outside, the hot soup hit the spot. While eating, I noticed a homeless man come inside with an empty cup and the waitress went outside and filled it for him with iced water. It seemed like this was a regular occurrence and she recognized him and it just gave me the warm fuzzy feelings. Restaurants could easily shoo him away, but she provided him with water on a hot day and just showed compassion towards him. After we finished up our food, we were fueled up and ready to take on the day. Will definitely be back for my hangover cravings!

Yelp
I have been continuing to search for some of the solid Korean eats in the vegas area so I can be reminded of the motherland. As part of this, I was searching for oxtail soup (that hopefully avoids the loaded MSG) and after a morning at the driving range and a quick yelps search, this place popped up on the list. I was first confused as the address takes it far away from the hustle and bustle of Chinatown but found myself in the adventurous mood so decided to check it out. This place is literally stuck in its own world and at the corner of a lot. The area seems a bit run down but don't let that deter you. There is parking behind the restaurant and the windows are tinted so you cant see in. The place itself is pretty simple and has 12 tables (ish?). The menu is straight forward as they lay out soups, boiled meats, meat entrees, and noodles. They have radish kimchi that they provide along with the dipping sauces for the soups. After a few visits here I have tried a few of the soups (beef brisket soup, beef knee bone soup) and have also had the bibim naengmyun here. The service is no frills here and they take your order and roll out the food in the cart. The food here is solid. Definitely on the better side in vegas no doubt but still doesn't surpass my favorite in LA KTown. In any case, the soups here are solid and yes you do put in salt to "season" it to your liking which seems pretty normal to me. The food also didnt seem "MSG" heavy as I havent gotten any of those side effects after a few rounds of eating here. The prices here are also very reasonable so I always end up leaving stuffed and content. Im happy to have found this place and have been adventurous to try this spot off the main area. Definitely worth trying out and recommend to folks looking for this type of food

Yelp
Been back several times and it's definitely not the same anymore. Oxtail Soup didn't taste as good as before and all banchan (side dishes) like kimchi weren't as good. Not sure what happened here. It used to be our favorite traditional Korean restaurant in Vegas. Very sad.

Yelp
This is a Korean restaurant for Korean people by Korean people. People who work here are Korean, customers are also Korean. Granted, the folks at one table near us was of Chinese heritage, but you get my drift. It's a specialty soup joint with fairly limited menu, but my LV host ALWAYS brings us here when we ask for Korean. So, I've been here pre COVID and post COVID and the experience has been consistent (except for higher prices due to inflation). Food is good. The broth is not he best but it is above average. Mr. Had the spicy pork, which I wouldnt normally recommend at a restaurant that specializes in SOUP, but he realy liked it. Not too spicy. They keep the banchan simple with just 2 kimchis: one radish and one regular. I thought the regulat cabbage kimchi tasted a little sweet for some reason and neither were spicy. We also had the super tradition Jenn made with beans and it was pan fried to perfection. Crispy other outside and sort inside. I wouldn't recommend this as a take out order and should be experienced right off the pan. Service is good enough. Will probably be back.

Yelp
We found this place on yelp. We need some soup for breakfast. The service here was very good. We ordered two different soups and they were both really good. I love that they serve fresh peppers. The way they serve their kimchi was also very smart. There was a lot of food for breakfast. We look forward to coming back here soon.

Yelp
It has been long time more than 22 years at same location and same taste. Very deep juicy bone beef soup especially tail bone soup of beef. There is LA kalbi ( i came from LA) combo menu - really delicious LA kabli than LA. My husband ( he is white) loves it . He kept saying Vegas LA kalbi is much delicious than LA - like BCD LA kalbi combo with tofu soup becuase it is thinner than LA ( 90 style LA it was thin) so more marinated so much delicious. Thanks for everyone working at Ejo rest.

Yelp
Beware! If you have a baby with stroller, do not even try to go there. We just went there on 12/28/22 at 3pm. We have a two baby and just got into the restaurant with stroller and the waitress was telling us that they are busy, so they can't take the stroller inside the restaurant. We were really embarrassed. They have more than half of seat was available. It wasn't even busy. I don't know it was owner's decision or waitress decision but it is really Fxxced up business. Hey you guys are doing business in Las Vegas ,usa. I never go to this restaurant ever

Yelp
So this unassuming little restaurant may have a plain appearance but so not be fooled. It has very good Korean cuisine inside and in fact some of the dishes are actually really interesting to see such as the hangover soup :) That being said we had the beef brisket soup, spicy soup, spiced pork, bulgolgi and spare ribs. The food was delicious and very well flavored. None were off in any way and it hit the spot even in 108 degree heat outside (yes we sat in the air conditioned interior). I had the Terra beer to top off the meal which had excellent light flavors that complimented the meal. They have a private parking lot so that makes for an easy solve in terms of parking! So if you are in the area stop by this establishment deserves a visit!

Yelp
If you're in search for a Korean hangover spot in Vegas, definitely give this place a go! They specialize in bone broth soup, with your meat of choice. You can choose variety of option from brisket, tendon, oxtail, honey comb tripe, or all of them in if you prefer. They also have little spicer Korean hangover cabbage soup! It sounds a little weird in English translation, but any Korean will tell you this soup is They also have boiled meat option, which is essentially the variety of meat I listed above that they use to make the broth, served in a big platter. We (4 people) ordered few soups with one order of oxtail & tendon (boiled meat) and def helped my midday hangover .
