Tacoma’s restored 1907 firehouse serves E9’s award‑winning beers and standout tavern‑style pan pizzas. Celebrated by local critics for its crispy, chewy pies and historic setting tied to the city’s first craft brewery.

The place is comfortable, has a patio and terrace, and I loved it for summer days. The waitresses were friendly, and the food came out quickly. The bathrooms are clean, which is important to me. The house burger is delicious. Overall, the food is good. I would return.

I took my sister and my niece to this restaurant and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the whole experience! I ordered the fish tacos and they were the bomb! You literally got so much food you couldn't eat it all. We took a lot of it home for later on. This restaurant was established in 1907 and still has the original brick inside and most of what the firefighters used back then is on display for everyone to see. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top notch! I'll be going back again!

This is somebody I know favorite pizza spot so I had to try it out. I tried The Carolina (pictured) which clearly I knew there would be spice & it definitely did not lack spice!! I really enjoyed the crispiness on the sides of the pizza & it's sizeable in my opinion. Service was okay. This is def a busy spot! Don't come here expecting to have a quiet dinner. It's a hopping, bustling spot with loud fun for all types including kids.

We have been frequenting E9 for years. The burgers, fries, sandwiches and chicken wings have always been fantastic. The food is a bit heavy, but super tasty. On our recent visit Tacoma Fire Engine 9 (E9) was responding to a call across the street from their old home.

Amazing food! Staff were super friendly with our dogs. Will definitely come back when coming through town.

Yesterday after PT my husband and I decided to grab a meal before heading home. E9 sounded interesting so we drove there. I grew up in the north end of Tacoma and have easily been up and down 6th Ave a few thousand times in my life. I had NO idea that one block north of 6th Ave was a 1909 historic firehouse which is where the restaurant and bar are located. The original firehouse doors are still there. It is decorated with equipment used to fight fires back in the day. The original pole is still there along with a ladder, hose, hose reel, nozzles, fire call box, and pictures. Being a horse person, owning a horse ranch in Roy and knowing horses would have pulled the fire wagon, I was intrigued that the horse stall front were still there along with the horse’s names mounted above their stalls. Wouldn’t you know there was a Rowdy, which was the only horse name matching one of my horses! There were pictures of the actual horses from the firehouse hanging on the wall. They also grace the cans from the brewery that used to be housed in the firehouse. The brewery has a separate location in downtown Tacoma. The manager was kind enough to take the time to give me a brief history which I found fascinating. Onto the meal. There was an extensive menu with lunch specials in addition to what was on the menu. My husband was going to have the mushroom Philly until he realized it had no meat so he ordered the pulled pork cheeseburger sliders with Tater tots instead. It had good flavor and he liked it but the heat from the jalapeños was a bit more than he preferred. It did not slow him down or stop him from enjoying his meal. My meal was amazing!!! I was vacillating between 3 different options but settled, in a good way for the Maple Dijon Fries Chicken Sandwich with Tater Tots and Firehouse dipping sauce, from one of several fry choices. Our food was made to order and quickly served. The chicken had excellent flavor and was tender and juicy and the real thing, not a frozen piece of mystery meat. We both had coffee. It was flavorful and not your typical bland restaurant coffee. Our server was friendly, attentive and took great care of us. As we are in Tacoma often, we will definitely be back!!

I normally don’t post negative reviews unless my experience was bad, so unfortunately I am posting this one, because I feel there is some issues that need to be addressed. So first off this restaurant is amazing, I’ve come here so much because the food and atmosphere is absolutely amazing, however we came in yesterday 08/10/25 places wasn’t that busy and waiting forever just to get noticed or served at least some water. Once the waitress noticed us she came and took are order, no issues, food came, and again was amazing, however both of our waters and my kiddos soda were empty, my glass of beer was empty and the waitress walked passed our table multiple times without even acknowledging that maybe we might need at lease another refill of water? I mean not that difficult. So we waited forever until she finally noticed us and I told her we needed another round of drinks to include another beer, again water was refilled but no beer, wasn’t until we were both finished with our meals my need came, chilled but not cold cause it probably was sitting there waiting to be delivered in the warm restaurant. So I payed and of course I did not tip, and here’s why, if you want a tip? Then apply common sense and work for it, don’t expect it to be handed out, if your customer service sucks than I will not tip you period!. I will not be coming back to this place for awhile, the manager needs to be aware that his customer service at this place absolutely sucks.

Google
Waitress was very kind- but the experience was really disappointing. My husbands glass had chunks of paper or something in it- had to ask her to replace the glass. Then fries came out with cheese on them after requesting them without. Waited about 15 minutes for replacement garlic fries that barely has any garlic and weren’t cooked well. Bummer.

Yelp
Great dive bar with a solid happy hour menu. They've got some cheap drinks options for those that need to give their wallets a bit of a break. Sandwiches and pizzas were pretty good - I was fairly pleasantly surprised by the food and would go back again. Service was quick, fast, helpful. Cool vibe with firefighter themes and decor.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere, some outdoor seating, fantastic old saloon area. Food was really good, beer was cold and service was friendly. I would bring friends here with no hesitation.

Yelp
We have visited this place a few times for drinks and food, thought its time for me to leave a review! Service - stays on top of the orders and food is never late. Always arrives at a reasonable time. Ambiance - loud like a tavern. Music is loud but not loud enough to where you cant hear your company. No rowdy people here when I have visited, just people having fun at the bar. They have a jukebox by the bar so you can put in any songs you want to play, but of course there is a cost. If no songs are requested, they will just have their regular music playlist going which has a variety of all the country and pop hits. Bar tends to be busier than the tables up front. Weekends youre more likely to get a table spot than a bar spot. Food & drinks - about $15 - $18 on food entrees. You get a free option of fries or tots. However the sauce is $0.50. Best happy hour day imo is Monday because they have $3 off wine, 20oz beer, and cocktails. They do have happy hour every weekday, different deals, but sadly dont remember them all. Food is just okay. Not the best but they have prerty good beer. Tots were just crumbled all over the place. Well... some stayed in tact, but most werent. Since its a beer place, their cocktails werent so good. Overall, I recommend this place for just a place to hang out and have some beer.

Yelp
Our time at this place started great. Crystal was a great server. But after she left, our new server for completely ignored us. We asked the bartender to ask our server to come over, and she did. The server looked at our table and went to another direction. After being completely ignored for another 15 minutes we left the restaurant. We won't be back and you all should avoid it too.

Yelp
We loved coming here! I came with family to celebrate my father-in-laws' birthday back in April. All of the food was sooooo good. Our server was very friendly and the prices were fair for the very large portions. Only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because it seemed they were understaffed because the service was pretty darn slow. Our waitress had a lot of tables.

Yelp
I really love this place! So much to look at and such rich history! The food is great and they have Happy Hour during the week. I love their soup n salad meal. They have shuffleboard and many seating options. Check it out!

Yelp
What a neat place! I honestly wasn't quite sure what the inside would be like but it was very well decorated. They have repurposed some of the old firehouse fixtures and it is very open. There are also plenty of seating options from outside to the bar, and two in between. The menu is pretty standard American food but they do a good job! I got the chicken sandwich with fries. My parents had salads and our other party had the sliders. Everyone seemed to like theirs a lot, I know I did! I got the Buffalo sauce on the side in case it was too spicy but it was perfect! I can't wait to take my husband and sit on the patio!

Yelp
Found this place by accident on a saturday night, it was decently packed but not surprising for a Saturday evening. We were able to seat ourselves right away at the bar but I doubt the wait would have been long for a table too unless you're a 6+ party. The atmosphere of the restaurant is such a vibe! I love the low lighting and the whole firehouse aesthetic, the bar was a decent size as well with a generous amount of tap to choose from. Now as far as food goes, judging from the reviews, this is a place for pizza and pizza only it seems which is exactly what we got. We ordered the Salami Vodka Sauce pizza which was one of their specials that night and BOY were we blown away. It has been a while since i've been this impressed by a pizza (and I eat A LOT of pizza). I definitely judged it by it's cover too bc she was thickkk and i'm not usually the biggest fan of thicker pizza but I would honestly choose this pizza over a ny style pizza some days. Definitely will be back to try some other things off the menu!

Yelp
What a wonderful world - more like what a wonderful pub! The service here was phenomenal, and the staff were quite accommodating to our large party of twenty something German students. I ordered a dragonfruit lemonade and a Tavern deluxe burger, and also partook in some pretzel appetizers. All of it was delightful, cannot recommend it enough. Lively ambiance, and they do trivia! 10/10, very pleasant.

Yelp
I have been coming to this place since the90's and the quality always fluctuates. I went back recently to have the Pumper Truck pizza once again. This used to be my favorite, and would still be good if the cook would take the time to flatten the dough properly but half this pie was inedible due to not being cooked all the way through. A HIGE disappointment for a small $30 pizza. Will be a while before I go back if ever.

Yelp
A group of 4 of us came in at 6:30pm and were given water and menu's. About 20 minutes later we had to flag the waitress down(as she continued to walk past us)to get our drink orders in. Our drinks came pretty quick. Again after 40 minutes from arriving, we had to flag her down to get our food ordered in. We finally got our food after 30 more minutes (no problem). The restaurant was busy when we first got there, and eventually cleared out when we got our food. At no point was the waitress courteous, welcoming or did she ever voluntarily check with us to ask if we needed anything. The food was great, but because of her, we won't be returning anytime soon. She never bothered to explain her inattentiveness or busyness. It to bad for such a popular restaurant that she chooses to represent it that way. Food was great, service, not so.

Yelp
Food was good. We were a big group and there was only one server, but she handled it pretty well. Ambiance as expected, no frills, clean, roomy.

Yelp
Love the history. Sat at the bar. Asked about other breweries and a server lady got passive got passive aggressive before complaining to another server about the question In front of me. Do better. The bartender Will was great, side note, but frumpy glasses lady was disappointing. Do better.

Yelp
We love the burgers here at E9. They're so juicy and flavor filled. Service is eh sometimes, but nothing specific or notable. Just a little bit of longer wait times to leave or get refills. I did ask the bartender this last visit if she knew how to make a French 75 and then get something that easily tasted like half gin, half lemon juice and a splash of champagne. It was INCREDIBLY sour. I would have just preferred a "no, but I'll try" than the confidence that I got. I would have picked something else. Still 5/5 stars because the food is amazing and staff is always very friendly.

Yelp
Been there before- great place for lunch with friends. Eclectic atmosphere. Split a pizza and it was a surprise! Kinda Detroit style, square. We got the meat and it was loaded. The crust was thick but very light, crispy and excellent flavor. We are pizza connoisseurs and this rates right up there with some of the best. Another party had their yakisoba special. It looked awesome and she seemed to enjoy it. Of course the beer selection was pretty good and served cold and refreshing. Excellent choice with our pie! Kudos to them! Service was good although there was only one server for a while but she did an excellent job!

Yelp
I stumbled on this place by accident. It was pretty glad I did. This place is a whole vibe. The history here is really really cool and I love places exactly like this. The the service was phenomenal the gentleman gave us the history of the building and was fast with our orders however the food is where it fell apart for me. So let me start by saying the fries were some of the best fries I've ever had in my whole life, adding garlic to them is a great option. But the burger.... In giant letters I saw smashburger and I thought oh heck yeah. There is no way that a place like this could screw up a burger. What I got was in no way a smashburger. I think It was a frozen patty, perfectly round, exactly the thickness of a whopper patty. I'm not saying that it wasn't good, however I was disappointed that it was not a smashburger. Don't advertise smash if you're going to give me a pre-frozen patty. I will absolutely be back to try something else but for now, 3 stars.

Yelp
I visited on January 1st , I have been going to this place since I went to university of puget sound . Always a great time until now. The game was on , and the jukebox was loud. We had a party of 3 watching the rose bowl. The first server was fantastic and told us the cool drinks and everything . Shift change and an older lady completely ignored us . We asked for food and drinks multiple times only to be rebuffed . I first thought they were understaffed but by an hour into wanting your food, I saw a managerial type just tend bar and acting like maintainece was more important then 3 customers wanting food and drink . We were at the bar and this should be the heart of the restaurant service. Horrible service and horrible management by will . I won't be going again . I do have influence and will be spreading the word Jeff

Yelp
This place is loud and busy. The Cobb salad I had was drowning in dressing. Ask for it in the side. A lot of chicken and blue cheese crumbles that were good just way too much dressing. The pastrami sandwich was ok, very little sauerkraut but a lot of meat. It was still full of flavor. The best part of the meal were the fries! They are amazing; hot, crispy and salty - delicious! I ordered a vodka soda and I'm not sure of the issue but it tasted like fish. I think the soda machine was off or something. Probably will not be back, not with so many great places around.

Yelp
The atmosphere, food and service all a fantastic experience. Our server was attentive, efficient and polite. The food was delicious! Highly recommend the beignets:) My only negative and reason for one less star, their house made lemonade tasted as if zero sugar was added and was extremely puckering.

Yelp
We decided to get burgers for takeout and take it over to Liz cidery on sixth Avenue! We had gotten the beyond burger as well as the beyond sandwich. Both were delicious! I loved the truly that were in the beyond burger sandwich. We did find a tad bit pricey however, it is good and clean food. They were able to get the food ready within 15 minutes, which was awesome! When we have gone there previously, it is a fun place to sit indoors as well as they have a nice outdoor seating area when the weather is nice! Have a good selection of beverages and food is delicious. Would definitely recommend if you want to go there for a quick bite, or have a casual hangout session.

Yelp
Not sure how this place manages to still have 3.5 Stars.... It's best days appear to be way behind them. This place use to be amazing food, drinks and service was decent. We gave them two chances recently and both were pretty terrible. The smell from the bar ice wells that they must never clean is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever been in. The staff seemed to careless about helping people, the bar tender seemed annoyed to have to do anything service related. And overall the place is disgusting. We use to love this place but we are done trying... good luck...

Yelp
Stopped here because we were looking for a dog-friendly restaurant and they allow dogs on the patio. The service isn't the fastest, but everyone was super nice and answered any questions we had. The food was great! I had a special (blackened chicken tacos with an Asian slaw), my husband had the sausage and peppers pizza, my dad had the Cuban sandwich and my mom had the sliders with the fig onion jam. The only thing that wasn't just ok was the chicken tenders my niece got. They had a lot of breading. Good beer selection too. I had a milk stout, my mom the coffee stout and my husband the strawberry hard cider. They were all really good.

Yelp
Solid food with a fun environment - I went here with my family and a friend. I wanted to find a unique place that the adults would enjoy but that had good food for kids as well. Based on that criteria, it was a huge hit. All of the adults got different meals and all really liked them plus the kids were quite pleased with their pizzas. They even made an accommodation for my daughter who loves olives on her pizza. I would gladly go back.

Yelp
Went to E9 on New years day and it was fantastic, as always. All the staff are always very attentive. Can't recommend E9 enough. It's a great place to go to eat and drink. Friendly, casual, great food, great bar. It's got a whole lot of history, really was a firehouse back in the day and is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Yelp
Still standby this review. First thing a waitress say is we are short staffed and out of some items on the menu. Not the best way to be greeted. I loved the beer samples they had on the menu but they no longer have it. Not sure why they took it off the menu. It was a great way to check out their beers. Anyway, I'm not going to recommend this place no more. Gave two stars since waitress was very attentive even being short staffed. Otherwise would have given 1.

Yelp
Super long wait times for subpar food. Two stars for super cute! Awesome ambience. It ends there. I would say run don't walk! We came in at 12:55 pm and left at 3:10pm. When we arrived they said seat yourself anywhere. By 1:10 they were quoting a 1.5 hr wait time and that's when we all knew it would be a long haul. We watched 4 other families walk out. The table next to us paid for their drinks and after only a few sips left because they had waited 22 minutes for the drinks and they had an elderly parent in a wheelchair and he needed to eat. They decided going to taco time made more sense. The waitress did not even apologize. We, however, had nowhere to be. After 45 minutes and no appetizers we called the waitress over and said "Hey, we are good on time...nowhere to be, just concerned that all of our food is going to come at the same time." She explained that it would not be an issue. Our appetizers came. We ordered the steak bites, we got 3. THREE pieces of meat for $16. The hummus and warm pita was hummus and cold, soggy pita. Fine. Inflation and the tail end of a pandemic. First world problems. We were still chill. It's all good Then a waitress who was not ours came with the rest of our food, I explained we just didn't want all the food at the same time. She was so RUDE and defensive. Explained the kitchen was sooo busy and doing their best. I said, we know! All good...we just were hoping to not have all our food at once...she got right in my Face and repeated "The kitchen is busy and doing their best." I was so taken a back...we get it! Like the most understanding customers EVER! We just couldn't fit it all on the table...she shoved it on, threw her hands up and walked back to the bar and spent 5 minutes complaining about us to the bartender, who I think might have been the owner. The bartender actually brought us ketchup later on. I'm still confused why ordering appetizers 30 minutes before mains...and having a busy kitchen would mean the food all Comes at once? Ok. Fine. Next we needed silverware/napkins, ketchup and water. 2 requests for each...15 more minutes. The pizza was now cold...and was the only thing worth eating. We took the pizza to go, left the rest. Salad was a good idea but would definitely get dressing on the side. We love blue cheese but it was a swimming pool of dressing and just overpowered the food, such a waste. One and done for us. You can't have subpar food and rude servers. Good food can make up for bad service and visa versa but both coupled with long kitchen wait times don't work. Also as a server, when you bring the bill and none of the food has been eaten, excellent time to ask for feedback...instead she asked us our plans for the day...what a miss.

Yelp
Great pizza and nice selection of both beer and whiskey. Nice history of the building as a real firehouse. As a retired fire fighter, it was great seeing all the collected items.

Yelp
We love a review update, not even ten days later. LOL Be sure to read my previous review for all the fun stuff about E9's history, if you didn't know about it already. TLDR; super cool building listed in the National Historic Registry, and is firehouse/firefighter themed! Strongly recommend the Dear God IPA, yet again. Note that it's dangerous, at a little over 8%! My update has to do with finally getting to try the food! At places like this, I normally stay pretty safe with a salad or a burger - something I know is going to be good. However, I couldn't stop coming back to the Katsu Cod Tacos, so I decided to give those a try. And damn, I'm glad I did. Spiced Japanese panko coated fried Cod, cilantro lime slaw, pico de gallo in a flour tortilla, topped with a cilantro lime crème. I mean, are you drooling or are you drooling?! The cod was perfectly crispy and the cilantro lime crème added the perfect finishing touch. So good. I'm so glad I went out of my comfort zone and gave them a try - I think I'd actually end up having to get them again when we come back! A forever fan E9 has in me!

Yelp
We've been coming here for 20 years & were surprised that it was so empty on a Saturday night, but now we know why. $13 for 6 small cauliflower bites?! Seriously? I mean, it's cauliflower. Apathetic service, high prices, and seriously shrunken portions made for a meal that we will not soon be returning for. The ambiance is the same as always. ‍

Yelp
The firepole sliders are one of my favorite foods (I get them with the Beyond patty).

Yelp
Some of the best onion rings I've ever had in my life. That's saying something because I absolutely love onion rings and I've tried them at a million different places. All of the food I've had here is amazing and the servers are always super friendly. Cool atmosphere, too. The old firehouse vibes are really interesting.

Patrick T.

Yelp
Tasty ladder pizza. Usually do not order thick crust pizza but this E9 firehouse is especially good. Buttery crust is a treat

Yelp
Parking is a mess. Seating yourself is a nightmare, and greater on game days. A zoo of unprofessional and rude staff here.

Yelp
Ambiance is cool...but! We called in advance to make a reservation because we had a large party. We were told they did not accept reservations. When we arrived there were tables marked as reserved for another party. They charged an extra amount of automatic gratuity even though it was not posted anywhere for anyone to see. The service was not great enough to warrant this. I ordered the Greek Lasagna which was horrible. I sent the initial plate back...it was swimming in a pool of grease and some of the pasta was hard. Almost like they were serving me week old leftovers. I wouldn't even consider it lasagna since the pasta clearly wasn't lasagna. They remade it...it was better, but just not a great dish altogether. The salad that came with it wasn't bad...but tell me why there was a layer of cheese sprinkled on the plate underneath the bed of lettuce, while there was already a layer of cheese on top? As another Yelper had stated--the "house-made" dressing is BLAND...the one I had tasted like oil. Waitress described it as a creamy Italian, but it did not resemble creamy anything. I stirred it in it's cup before applying to my salad and it was like pouring on oil with clumps of cheese at the bottom of the cup. I even asked the manager for pepper to try to dress it up a little when he came to tap me on the shoulder to apologize for the lasagna and tell me they were going to remake it. I really wanted to say for them to just take it back and not charge me for it, but I was hungry. There are so many places to eat and gather in Tacoma, let alone Pierce County--this place just really misses the mark. I would say you're better off sticking to a burger if you're going to come here. The tap list is not even impressive. Less than mediocre for sure.

Yelp
This place used to be much better 4-5 years ago. I don't know what happened. The servers look unhappy and don't seem to care much about service. Orders come back wrong the last few times we've visited. The burger trays have now shrunk along with portions. The fries while still decent, have less batter. The "honey mustard" now has strong amounts of horseradish, and when asked about it, the server simply didn't care we didn't expect or like it, and it's not revealed on the menu. On a previous occasion, the "crustini" that comes with the French onion soup was left out, and the soup arrived lukewarm. Sadly, we won't be back.

Yelp
Hungry for a cocktail and some lunch we ventured into E9 firehouse. We were a little cautious at first because it wasn't as packed as some of the other places off 6th ave (don't worry, it filled up while we were there) but we took a seat at the bar and met our waitress, who was great. Perfect actually, friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. We started with our usual: Tito's and soda, with lime. And we were very pleased with her pour....and trust me, we're judgy of how our drinks are poured. Feeling adventurous we shared the bacon wrapped water chestnuts and omg - so good!! The soy glaze was perfect, making them salty and crispy all at one. I highly recommend! We both had the tavern deluxe burgers with tots and fry sauce. Truly, a great burger. Candied bacon, a great sauce, well done patty and fresh tomatoes. The tots were nice and crispy and their fry sauce was very yummy. I've been to many places around 6th ave and this is forever on my hit list. Try them - you won't be sorry!

Yelp
Fantastic beer and good. We were able to sit outside when we visited. The beer was delicious and the pizza was fantastic.

Yelp
Every time I visit from NYC I come here, and it never disappoints! It's the only place I've found a really good buffalo chicken sandwich--it used to be on the menu, but if you ask them to toss the fried chicken sandwich in buffalo sauce it's so good. Nice selection of brews, and some excellent cocktails (had the lavender old fashioned today and it was incredible). Atmosphere is great, the building has a lot of history and character, and the staff are all very nice and provide great service. Will keep coming back every time!

For calling themselves a gastropub, I was not fully impressed and was underwhelmed. We came in on a Saturday a little before 9 PM. Our number one complaint was the service. It was seat yourself, which then we were not helped or greeted for 10 minutes. I had to walk to the front of the house to ask for a menu, and then it was another few minutes before we were attended to. They apologized for the wait as they were short staffed. Meanwhile, we saw two other tables come in after us, and were immediately given menus and waters. One table that came in after us had their drinks and appetizers before we ordered. I'm normally pretty understanding when places are short staffed, but when you're inconsistent with your service and also standing behind the bar chatting with the bartender, it definitely raises an eyebrow. I ordered a pumpkin pie mule and my fiancé ordered a peach Long Island iced tea. My drink was decent but did not taste like pumpkin at all - his drink was tasty. For food, I had the grilled cheese, he had the beer cheese mushroom burger, and we shared potato skins. To be quite honest, it was hands down the saddest grilled cheese I've ever had. It was essentially warm French bread with some melted cheese. The seasonal jam to dip it in was a good touch, but overall really disappointing - see pic below (note that's just half of it since I had eaten one half before taking the photo). My fiancé's burger wasn't bad, just underseasoned. The potato skins were easily the star of the show and super tasty, but it was $10 to get 4 small potato skins and seemed overpriced. The garlic fries as a side I will say were good too. We had high hopes for this place but left a little disappointed with the food and service. TBD on if we would give this place another try in the future.

Yelp
Not sure why this place only has 3.7 stars. Stopped here for a drink and a sandwich a couple months ago and had the best Cuban sandwich of my life (sorry Paseo). Prices were reasonable and service was solid.

Yelp
I've been to this place a handful of times and it's worst every time. I come back thinking the last time was a fluke but it is not. The food was mediocre to ehhh and service was nice when we were finally served. Most of the time we were there, we get seated and then don't even get water until 20-25 min later and it's not like they are busy every time we came. The ambiance is fine, it's not too loud and it is spacious. Wouldn't recommend the pasta or the burgers sadly... I honestly can't remember what was good there and we have tried most of the menu.

Yelp
Food was great! From the cauliflower bites to the Cobb Salad and pepperoni pizza, everything was wonderful. Prices are pretty reasonable.

Yelp
I figured it had been too long since a review for such a classic and great eatery. Beloved by locals, you are immersed into a remarkable old brick building/fire engine house. There is a lot of outdoor dinning and a sports bar. Prices are reasonable and drinks are creative. Outstanding service by people who really enjoy their job. I ordered the fish and chips and ole' marge.to drink Awesome!

Yelp
Service was friendly but very slow. Thai chicken salad way too spicy drowning in dressing that was spicy but not value added. Spicy chicken pasta also too spicy but not flavorful. Onion burger good. Fries great. Overall......would not go back. Could be so much more. I think they get by because they are the only restaurant still open later in the evening near UPS.

Yelp
We had such a great experience here ! We walked in since it was such a beautiful day . We picked sitting outside on the the nostalgic outdoor tables . With shading from the giant tree . We were greeted instantly by a kind server , she took our order which we got the fried shrimp for an appetizer. Which was crispy and fried well Beverage : cider and a Pepsi Entree : LARGE patty melt ! With a side salad which the presentation was spot on! Everything looked great and the salad was super fresh. No wilted bites , tomatoes fresh it was wonderful . Patty melt, cheesy with grilled onions and sourdough bun My husband had a black and blue burger which he got a double patty and wow it looked great ! And he also had a side salad . We were loving every bite ! Food was 5/5 Atmosphere: clean and tidy and welcoming Service was quick and efficient Con: our appetizer came out with our food

Yelp
This was our first visit to this cool dive barish vibe restaurant. It's in an old firehouse so they have carried the theme in. We came in sat ourselves and within a couple minutes we had a friendly server at the table. Ordered the Queso and beers to start and it was delicious. They have a good tap list with some sour beer options if your in to that, I and and the Triple B was on point. We had a smash burger a regular and spicy chicken Sando, and the Ladder pizza. All of it was really good. I grew up in Oklahoma where the original smash burger started and this one of the best ones I've had since I left. Overall I would recommend this place and will come Back next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
I went there March 7, with my Mom. We had a long drive to Seattle and back and decided to treat ourselves. We have gone there in the past and have always LOVED the food there. I used to recommend this place if you're looking for a great burger. I don't recommend this place anymore. I ordered the Onion Ring Burger and my mom ordered the beer battered fish. When you order a Onion Ring Burger, you visualize big onion rings... right? I took one bite, and it was horrible. I took the bun off the top to look at my burger... the patty didn't fit the bun; the bun itself was burnt black on the edges; the onion rings, did not even count as onion rings. They were the size of half dollar coins, three tiny onion rings; with that one bite, I didn't get any of the bacon. It was all piled up on one side and they were so hard, and looked like left overs from the day before. After I took the one bite, I asked for the bill, paid it and left. The bill was $57.90. And we just everything on the table. My moms Beer Battered Fish, was greasy. I am so disappointed with the food and for the loss of what I considered, the best burger in town. The beer was good, but I won't ever go back. The service was great and I love the ambiance. I wish I would have taken a picture of my burger...
