Earl of Sandwich replaces Ike’s at Fashion Show - Eater Vegas

"Before it even arrived, Fashion Show mall found a replacement for San Francisco-based chain Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, filling the void with another popular sandwich brand. The mall has removed Ike Shehadeh’s restaurant from its “coming soon” page and updated that the fifth local outpost for Earl of Sandwich is on the way." - Bradley Martin

I had a sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich had good flavor. The soup was just ok. The food was what you would expect from a fast food place. The service was not good. The lady who took orders was on her phone a lot( Wednesday at lunch time). She was not friendly or attentive to customers.

Devin Watts

Google
Based on the service we weren’t expecting much from the food. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 7pm. We got there at 6:23pm. They almost didn’t even come to the register, and when the lady did, she really wasn’t friendly. They did make our food fairly quickly, and it turned out pretty darn good. Just wish they weren’t so pissy about having to take an order more than 3 minutes before closing time.

Google
Food was mediocre at best. Had a sausage scramble. Wife had a ham and egg sandwich. I would probably rate it a 2/5 but two things got the extra star. The woman at the till was super friendly and the price point is very cheap when compared to many other Vegas options.

Larry Berg

Google
Great sandwiches. Service could be nicer. Cramped eating area. Beer available. New 6" and 12" selections.

Jason Bruno

Google
A solid hot sandwich at a reasonable price. I had the ham and Swiss. Nothing fancy, just a tasty sandwich, with quality ingredients, on fresh bread. The sandwich was made to order and served hot in a foil wrapping. Plenty of sandwich for one person. This location has Coke in glass bottles, which is a plus. I have been coming here for years and every sandwich I had was quality. This should be a favorite of people who like hot subs.

Google
Never been and thought or hoped it would be good. Plenty of options so maybe we choose poorly. Their signature roast beef was thin and the horseradish such was very mild and thin too. I like it was warmed but just seemed it was lacking. The spicy tuna wrap lots of lettuce, some tuna and not very spicy.

My husband wanted a pastrami and the full montagu sandwiches to go. I picked both up when I stopped at this shopping mall. The pastrami sandwich was one of their monthly specials, but he had the full montagu before and liked it. They prepared it fresh after I ordered it. He also decided on 1 of their chocolate chip cookies and a brownie cookie. Both were delicious. He said the full montagu tasted wonderful. The sandwich bread is very flavorful, and the dijionaise mustard sauce is really a nice condiment for the sandwich. Will definitely visit this sandwich shop again in the future.

Yelp
We were searching for a new lunch place during our Vegas show and someone recommended Earl of sandwich in Las Vegas. I gotta tell you; they were the most nicest people to deal with and Samantha was a pleasure. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, our whole crew really enjoyed their lunch. The bread was soft and fresh. Their cookies were amazing. They also offered delivery on our catering order, which we were very grateful for considering we didn't have a car. We are totally adding them to the list during our stay while in Vegas. We ordered the Turkey with Swiss. Also had the Ham with Cheddar. The Reuben pastrami was amazing and the chipotle chicken avocado was outstanding all super fresh and warm. Highly recommend !!!!

Yelp
I don't recommend - it's just disappointing overpriced food. So many better places tbh. The breakfast bowl was so bleak. Breakfast sandwiches are okay but very greasy.

Yelp
This Earl of Sandwich is located inside the Planet Hollywood Casino near the Sports Booking area on the 2nd floor. My review is based on the fact that the menu was coded with gluten free options. They had 2 gluten free soup options and three or more gluten free salads. There may have been more but that is what I noticed. I got the Earl's Cobb salad. It did have some sliced cold chicken on it, cranberries, Roma tomatoes, bacon, cucumber. It wasn't anything great or special but it was gluten free. Ordering was easy and the cost was ok even though it was located inside a casino. The inside was ok but nothing special.

Yelp
Great food and service. Always eat here frequently. Happy energetic employees that go beyond seeing that everything is right.

Yelp
Stopped here on the way out of the mall. Walking up to the register we were not greeted at all ( I don't mind, if "fast food" ) this guy looked like he was forced to work here and he couldn't be any more miserable. We ordered our food (which was not much) we asked for water cups. We just wanted water to go since we were leaving anyways. He hands us cups and charges us 21$. HE CHARGED US 6$ for 3 water from a soda machine. He didn't even warn us or mentioned "we don't have water cups, we have to charge for the regular drink. Is that okay?" Nothing, this guy said nothing. The service at this location is a joke and he himself if a joke and whoever trained him needs a brain to realize he's a joke. Lol communication 0/10

Yelp
Wanted a light mid afternoon meal while in Vegas. Was at the Fashion Show Mall and the e Mrs. and I decided to split a sandwich combo. We had the Full Montagu which was good. Also tried the lime and cracked pepper chips which were fine but could use a bit more lime. It was the first time we had seen this flavor. For the drink, I wanted the mango ice tea but it was pure water with no syrup. The Pepsi was fine. So food was fine but the space was dirty. The two employees did not seem to want to be there. Certainly not enough for anyone to pick up a rag, broom and dustpan to clear off a couple of tables and sweep up a couple of things. Would fully understand if it were busy, but there was one couple there, us and one couple who came after us. Main upside is the combo was $15 in total. A generous three star review.

Yelp
Came here for a late lunch/early dinner. This location seems sorely understaffed. The person who took our order was unpleasant. No greeting just stared at me until I ordered. It was quite uncomfortable. There are a few tables but they are crowded closely together and filthy. It took a while to get my sandwich as there were only 2 employees. One taking orders and one making sandwiches. The one taking orders then went to help make sandwiches but had to stop to take orders as it was getting busy. I got the Earl's club which us turkey, bacon, swiss, lettuce, roma tomato and sandwich sauce for $9.99 + tax. The sandwich was meh. I am not a fan of hot sandwiches which is my fault, but the toppings were not plentiful there was just a lot of bread. I don't for see myself eating at this chain again as the sandwich was not very good.

Yelp
One of my go to places in Las Vegas. The Italian is heavy, solid, and an explosion of flavor. Salami, capicola, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, Roma tomato, and Italian dressing. $9.99. My only issue is that seating can be a little challenging. There are tables but there are more people enjoying the Earl of Sandwich.

Yelp
This is the one located inside Fashion Mall. Really bad customer service here. Store closes at 7pm on Sunday. Got there 6:45pm, the girl at front said it's closed. I said it's not 7 yet, she said have to cleanup. That's not the right way to run a business. If worker can skimp on time to get off work, I wonder what they will skimp on your sandwich.

Yelp
This Earl of Sandwich location can be found at the Fashion Mall, right by Dillard's. After visiting the newly opened Hello Kitty Cafe (right across from the ABC store, under the escalators), we decided to grab a sandwich here. The employee who took our order yesterday told us that only sandwiches are available and no salads or soups. We said that was fine since we were planning on ordering a sandwich anyway. We ordered: Holiday Turkey, $9.49 prior to tax- Because all of the Earl of Sandwich locations had closed in Southern California, I was actually kind of excited to try this place. This holiday turkey sandwich was always my go to order because it is basically Thanksgiving dinner on a sub with turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing (there is also mayonnaise as well). But this sandwich was different from what I remember. The chicken was shredded instead of in chunks (but the employee packed in the chicken). Also I think there seemed to be less cranberry sauce but each bite was still delicious. But compared to what I have had in the past (years ago), this is definitely not the same sandwich (perhaps the chain has cut back due to the price of protein?). ---------------------------- (Total= $10.29 after) Because there was just the one employee who was running the whole place (after he took a few orders, he walked over to make sandwiches for all of those orders), we waited about 15 minutes for our order to be made. Honestly the wait time did not bother me but I think it may have been shorter if there were more employees working. This employee was friendly and definitely apologetic for the lack of food options available, in addition to thanking everyone for waiting. Overall, I think we had a positive experience but miss the old Earl of Sandwich experience I have had in the past.

Yelp
My first and last time here. The service was great. The Jerk Chicken was not. Spicy yes, but way too much sauce. I ate have and gave the other away. The Tater tots were a mushy mess. Not crispy at all.

Yelp
Earl of Sandwich is a solid sandwich place to go to if you want something quick, easy and straight forward. Service was great though because we accidentally picked up the wrong order, and the (I'm assuming) manager was very apologetic and accommodating with remaking our orders. I ordered the Italian ($9.49), which is my usual sandwich order across all the sandwich chains. It's not my favorite Italian (had more bread and cheese than meats), but it's satisfying enough for me, especially when I'm starving. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready, and the tables were pretty clean from what I've seen. The sandwiches aren't too big, but they were big enough to fill me up for the rest of the day. We don't have a lot of Earl of Sandwich locations nearby in SoCal, so whenever we happen to come across a location near us we tend to venture out to get some. We received great service here so this location actually stood out to me above the other ones I've been to.

Yelp
We've never tried Earl of Sandwich and figured we'd get the Holiday Turkey based on a recommendation from a friend. - Holiday Turkey on wheat - the sandwich was delicious! The wheat bread was fresh and nicely toasted, the turkey/stuffing/cranberry sauce/mayo was a flavor combination crafted to perfection - win! - Full Montagu on white bread - forgettable compared to the Holiday Turkey. Standard sandwich, nothing to write home about - Wings & Tots - Tater tots were crispy, and we got the wings with BBQ sauce. The wings were plump and juicy We ended up coming a second time and getting two more Holiday Turkeys, one on white bread and it wasn't as good. So word to the wise, get it with wheat!

Yelp
Haven't been here in a couple of years and i was glad to be back. Sandwiches were all solid, had the full montague, pretty good quality of means and was topped well. Friends got their chipotle chicken sandwich, also solid, good sauces to compliment the chicken. Cheddar broccoli soup also not bad, felt good to dip the sandwiches in them! The chicken noodle soup was alright, not the greatest, probably won't order that one. Good portions for what you're paying for, especially on the strip! Will be back again when we're around the area
google avatar

Hoang N.

Yelp
I've had earl's multiples time and haven't had a bad tasting experience. Great variety of options to choose from. The wing's however are surprisingly good. Moist and seasoned very well when I asked for them naked. Ordered the usual Full montegu and the seasonal apple Brie turkey. The Apple Brie was alright...not bad but prolly stick to their original menu items

Yelp
Grabbed a quick bite to eat after landing in Vegas and checking into our hotel. I didn't think having sandwiches as a quick meal would be disappointing but it was. The holiday Turkey, a roast beef sandwich and a cubano was ordered. All were just ok with not a lot of pizazz in flavor. The only sandwich that was tolerable was the the cubano because the pickles were tangy. It was such a boring and disappointing lunch that I don't have the motivation to finish this review.
google avatar

Reema N.

Yelp
Enjoyed a turkey sandwich and was impressed with the bread. Wished there was more sauce put into the sandwich that complimented the smoked turkey but maybe next time! The sandwiches are definitely filling - I was still full for several hours after!

Yelp
Date of visit: 10/21/21 I've long noticed this location (and another with a prime spot at the Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood) but never had an opportunity to give them a whirl until now. This spot, all the way at the end of Fashion Show just outside of Dillard's, is a relatively quiet spot to grab a bite, if that's something that interests you. I appreciated the wide variety of sandwiches (and soups, even!) that they had to offer, but definitely zeroed in on the hot sandwiches, because I just don't believe in paying for a cold sandwich. Not sure what it is about the application of heat that makes me willing to exchange my money for bread and meat, but it is what it is! The Hawaiian BBQ sandwich had everything that I wanted and nothing that I needed to have removed--an ideal combo for a particular eater such as myself with low trust in a custom order being executed properly. The sandwich was excellent, and I would certainly get it again in the future. All around a good meal, just wish the décor was a little nicer and the staff a little friendlier.

Yelp
One of the Worst customer service I've seen. Came to visit family and took a stop at the mall and of all the places to eat, we chose this one. The girl behind the counter took my order, but at first I couldn't tell because she was holding her phone out in front of her face the whole time and I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or someone on her phone, I think both. My son asked her for a cup for some water and she told him they don't give cups for water. First time I've ever been anywhere where they won't give a water cup. My brother in law had ordered a sandwich on wheat bread but got white. She told him well we already made it so I would have to throw it away and we're not going to do that. He wasn't going to start drama so ended up eating it. I sent my complaint in a week or so later on via their website because the way this girl behaved bothered me and I never heard back. This was at the very end of Dec. 2023. I used to like this place, when I've came across it but will never go back to this location or maybe not at all, especially seeing other reviews with the same customer service experience and they still haven't found someone else to replace her. So sad that the best you can do to run your front end that represents your business is this very rude person that doesn't care about how she is behaving. She could care less about her job or others and it shows, obviously no self respect to act this way. It is like putting a tween in charge with a bad attitude or an angry depressed toddler.

Yelp
This review has been edited. This Earl's is located in the Fashion Show mall. There is hand sanitizer available for customers to use. The cashiers are standing behind plexiglass. All staff members are all wearing masks. There is seating available for customers. They have a number of sandwiches and wraps to choose from--about half of them include chicken. All their sandwiches are good so it's sometimes hard to decide on which one to get. Ordered: -tuna melt (albacore tuna salad, swiss & mayonnaise) -italian (salami, capicola, ham, mortadella, mozzarella, roma tomato, italian seasoning & italian dressing) -hawaiian bbq (grilled chicken, ham, swiss, pineapple & bbq sauce) -holiday turkey (turkey, cornbread stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce & mayonnaise) -chipotle chicken avocado (grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar, avocado, lettuce & chipotle sauce) -tomato soup--I almost always get a tomato soup when I'm at an Earl's -chicken tortilla soup

Yelp
Worst customer service ever. I tried to eat there three times. The third time I actually was able to place an order and they completely screwed it up. My first visit I stood in an empty line for five minutes and not a single person asked if they could take my order. After five minutes, I walked away. The next try I went right up to the cash register and once again, I must have been invisible because I stood there and both cashiers completely ignored me. On the third day, I thought, let's give them one more chance. No one was in line, and I stood in front of the cash register. Finally, someone took my order. But of course they screwed it up. I asked for a Caesar's Wrap and they gave me a Cobb wrap that had all kinds of stuff that I can't eat like tomatoes, cranberries, and cucumbers. I took it back to let them know they gave me the wrong order and the lady behind the counter had a major attitude and made it my fault that they made the wrong order. That was it. I couldn't take such crappy customer service and surrendered the $12 I paid for an order I couldn't eat and she wasn't going to resolve. I will NEVER EVER EVER eat at this place again and I will be sure to let everyone know that they are not worth the time or effort to eat there. Earl of Sandwich, never again!

Yelp
Pit stop to stretch our legs on the way to Utah. There aren't that many Earl's location in So Cal, so whenever I can I would purposely made a stop to get their turkey holiday sandwich! It was not crowded on a early Saturday. We placed our order and it was ready in a few minutes. Since this location is a big open indoor mall, they do allow indoor eating in April 2021. We actually didn't eat it until dinner when we check into our hotel in Utah and it was still delicious!  We knew beforehand our hotel had a microwave to heat it back up. The sandwich is the perfect size portion for me and I have no problem finishing it. The turkey holiday is definitely my favorite sandwich at Earl's although they do have some stiff competition from the Bobbie sandwich at Capritotti's! I hope Earl will consider opening a location in Pasadena/SGV area so I can have it more often!

Yelp
Came in to visit 10/15/23 i want to say around 3pm, the lady at the back making sandwiches was an asshole. Already tipped $5 and she refused to make a correction on my sandwich just cause i realized i was never offered the option of bread so i asked if i can make an option to change and she said sorry i already made it. To top it off she gave me the wrong sandwich. Thats just laziness and shitty customer service at it's finest.

Yelp
Great place to grab a quick bite! The food never disappoints. The cashier/trainer Vicky does an exceptional job expressing appreciation for your business, and the Day time manager Shannon goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome.

Yelp
Pretty good sandwich and you basically get what you pay for but the service was a little slow (had to wait almost 30 minutes until the order was ready). Would come back for some cheaper and healthier eats near the Las Vegas streets.

Buffy G.

Yelp
We stopped here for a quick bite. I didn't think I would enjoy the sandwich so much, but both my we really satisfied by what we thought would be just a quick sandwich. I will definitely be going back for the outstanding tuna!!
google avatar

Yelp
A quick stop for lunch while walking the strip. I had the meatball sub and my wife the Cuban. Both were good for fast food sandwiches. Decent price. Would recommend.

Kim M.

Yelp
I appreciated the pleasant cashier Vicki. She was so nice. It was to so nice to have someone with a smile. Thank you Vicki for making my day with your smile.

Mich W.

Yelp
Went back a few weeks ago and wow this place has changed. Food is great, tuna always available, and the staff now is customer oriented and professional. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

Zen W.

Yelp
Chicken caesar wrap was yummy. Vicky at the register was friendly and was quick on the register. Will come back again.

Yelp
25 minute wait. Employees clowning around. Not professional. The Holiday Sandwich is way better at Planet Hollywood. This one tasted so salty .
google avatar

Yelp
Walked in at 130 PM. Tried to order a tuna melt. They dont have tuna. Friend ordered a meatball sub. They dont have mozzarella and they used cheddar instead. Friend also tried to order soup-per manager, soup isn't ready yet. Another guy tried to order a salad-manager said they dont have salad. Table next to us has been waiting 20 mins. After that party checked on their order, manager got frustrated and said "do you just want your money back?". It is now 1:47 and still don't have my order. The owner of this business needs to step in and whip this location into shape. I do not foresee this franchise location lasting. Been go many earl's before--never such bad service.
google avatar

Melanie K.

Yelp
My husband and I waited 35 minutes for just two sandwiches. The line was forming up because they were so behind orders and the supervisor said they couldn't take anymore orders. Three employee were just working on one sandwich! Which was ridiculous. So many people have waited for a long time for their orders too. We had ordered a tuna melt and Italian sandwich, wanted to order soups but there were no soups available. By the time we got our food, my tuna was cold and they had loaded too much tuna on it and became too messy to eat. First half of the sandwich was ok but the second half couldn't eat the rest. There was a few bacon and ham pieces in it. They had 4 employees working today and still waited too long for 2 sandwiches. We come here and there to this location and each time we came the service got worse. Sorry but we won't be coming back here again.

Yelp
The newest Vegas Earl of Sandwich just opened at the Fashion Show mall... The wide open seating area makes for some great people watching at the mall. The service was fast but no one seemed to be smiling. Maybe the Holiday rush got to the staff. I'm not mad at ya, I'm totally feeling your guys pain. lol Also, I had to wipe my table down with a napkin because it was covered with bread crumbs and sandwich parts from the previous guests. My first visit included the $7.99 "Pick a Pair" which includes your choice of a half size: soup, salad or sandwich. I went with the pair of a House Salad and the Original 1762. The half house salad was generous in size and very fresh. The half sized Original 1762 (roasted beef, cheddar & horseradish sauce) felt like a 1/3 vs 1/2 sized. The roasted beef and cheese were tasty which made for a good sandwich as I would expect from Earl's. However, the sandwich didn't have as much beef as I've experienced at other Earl's. I'm pretty sure they're going through new operational pains as the new kid on the block. From the few reviews before me, there seems to be an issue with dirty tables. However, the 1762 was savory and next time I'm going for a full size sandwich knowing what I know after this visit. Enjoy!

Heather B.

Yelp
Slow. 2 people working and 1 kept filling beverages instead of helping customers. Dirty? One worker went from sweeping the floor and filling beverages to making sandwiches without washing her hands or changing gloves! Scammy. The company offers a $5 off when signing up on app,but clerk said they don't accept that offer here. She did give us $4 off, though. But why can't they accept their own promo?

Yelp
This Earl of Sandwich doesn't quite meet our standards or the other standards of the many other locations we've been to. Here's why: S-L-O-W: I get it...we're getting out of this horrible issue that started in 2020. I know you may have less staff and all that. We saw 3 employees working and thought that maybe that's adequate. It's not like the place was crowded. You have one employee take the orders and there were 2 in the back to make them. Not so. They still move slowly like snails. Imagine you being a Fashion Show Mall employee on their lunch or dinner break. Ordering from this place will take time off your meal due to them being slow. Maybe it was an off day or maybe the staff was different. But they were slow as heck for a super simple order. Order was made less than par: -The sandwich was burnt...and why? It's not like they had other orders to make where they simply forgot to tend to the toasted bread. -On the Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza, the way it was made was wrong. You put the cheese before the pepperoni...not the other way around. Due to it being the opposite, the pepperoni was sliding off the pizza. When we looked at the pizza, the presentation is horrible and looked like it was just slapped together. -No croutons in the salad. Why? They weren't busy at all. They just looked lazy and do minimum. -No "regular" chips. Just these Vickie's BBQ, Lime & Cracked Pepper, Salt and Vinegar. Where the hell is just the regular potato chips? -No bottled water was available

Yelp
Honestly, one of the worst trips. The tables were dirty and they may have been understaffed. The Buffalo chicken wrap I got came with barely any chicken, Buffalo or blue cheese sauce, and no tomatoes. At least use the ingredients listed on your menu!
google avatar

Sasha A.

Yelp
A new business at the Fashion Show Mall. I've eaten there a few times. I have not been disappointed. I had a hot sandwich at the Summerlin Location. I was not happy with it. So far, I've only had the Wraps. The two wraps I've had here were great. Finding a clean table is a challenge. Last time I was there I actually had to get someone to clean my table for me. I would like to try the Salads and soups.

Yelp
10-23-2021 My go-to sandwich shop! Holiday Turkey 365 days of the year! So moist so tender so flavorful! I always grab a chocolate chip cookie for dessert! Love reading the writings on the walls...John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich, diligent in his gambling efforts created the first sammich ever, roast beef in between two slices of bread, this idea came about so he would be more efficient with the cards at hand. The artwork reminds me of three of the seven deadly sins: gluttony, greed, sloth! Amid the negative feedback came the positive feedback which was the invention of the sandwich! Glad to see more brick-and-mortar Earl of Sandwich, become more mainstream in the past few years! Prosperity to your franchise! I shall return!

Yelp
Really good food, fast food sandwiches in the mall! The pizza bread was delicious too.

Yelp
Since moving to Las Vegas in May I've been meaning to check out a local Earl of Sandwich. I was walking around the Fashion Show mall on Tuesday and right as I was about to order something from Johnny Rockets I noticed that there was an Earl of Sandwich a few shops a way so I popped in and ordered myself a Holiday Turkey sandwich and a half chocolate chip cookie/half brownie for some lunch (okay, I didn't need the dessert but I certainly wanted to try this thing). My total came to around $12.50 and even though the sandwich itself is definitely smaller then what you are going to get from the local Capriotti's or Port of Subs, it was a tasty little sub that did the job it needed to do. I liked each of the ingredients involved and was even a big fan of the toasted bread as well. The dessert was okay, as both the cookie side and the brownie side were solid and even though I probably wouldn't get this again on the side, it was fun to give it a go. Overall, Earl of Sandwich seems like a solid lunch spot and I would really enjoy returning to try the Hawaiian BBQ or the Chipotle Chicken Avocado. The gentleman working was helpful, the tables were spaced out, and the food was good, what else can you ask for?

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
Terrible! From the jump I knew I should've went to a different spot... Employee at the register ( wearing a hat and slides with socks ) was either having a bad day or simply doesn't have any type of customer service. I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado (without avocado highly allergic) Serval others also placed food orders after me. She made little to no conversation and made me feel unwelcome. The sandwich maker ( older lady) started on my sandwich which is what it seemed like. Another employee (light red shirt) enters from the back room to assist with making the sandwiches. 3 employee are now at the front discussing who knows what. 3 seconds later everyone disappears to the back room for 2-3 mins. Shortly after the employee (light red shirt) came chewing from the back room and continued to make our sandwiches. Not sure when she even washed her hands gloves were worn but no hands were washed. The other employee were nowhere to be seen. After 5mins or so she finished with my sandwich and a few others and I grabbed my order and walked away. I sat down near the apple store to eat my food, as I took my first bite the chicken was ice cold!!!!! I return to the counter and let them know they had to remake this. They looked at me crazy and I proceeded to tell them to touch the chicken. Sure enough they agreed to it being frozen. They remade my sandwich after 10 mins of waiting and once again. I received my food and for the second attempt I open my food to find no lettuce on my Sandwich and burnt bread!!!! This place is a joke don't come here unless you have time to waste.

Yelp
Would have loved to eat here. But, apparently they just close whenever they want. Kind of crappy that I walked from my hotel to get a sandwich and they weren't open.

Yelp
The adult grilled cheese was incredible. Thank you to the sandwich inventor of creating this masterpiece of a lunchtime meal!

Yelp
When in Las Vegas I love going to the Earl of Sandwich. The French dip was great as always. Service was fast and friendly. Reasonably priced

Yelp
Not sure when they stopped selling the Hawaiian sandwich here but I was really looking forward to getting one. So the reason for my 2 star review of this particular location is due to the fact they have a new sandwich being advertised called the Caribbean jerk sandwich. Once I saw they don't have the Hawaiian I decided to want the new Caribbean jerk. The cashier said unfortunately we don't have it programmed in our system yet for you to order. Our manager is still working on it and I apology. - My issues is, if you are advertising something new, please ensure it's available for the costumer. If not, remove the sign until it is. Simple.

Yelp
Very good and cool to see a British option because you don't see many. My friend and I both enjoyed our sandwiches.

Yelp
Dirty place to eat. Tables were filthy and employees just walked by without even trying to clean the place up. I ordered and paid for a sandwich but after looking at the filthy conditions I decided it best not to eat here. Just walked out, forfeited my money and figured I was better off. God knows what illness you might get by eating there.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday around 3 PM. Girl with the dyed red hair was literally vaping in the kitchen and flirting with the guy she was working with. Waited 30 mins for my salad. Made eye contact with her but she turned the other way. Then, when I got my salad, and asked for a fork, I was told they didn't have forks... for my salad . After giving him a puzzled look, the guy behind the counter decided to try a little harder and found and entire box of them. Their apology: a free terrible cookie. If you're thinking of going here, don't.
