Earls Kitchen + Bar - Review - South Miami - Miami - The Infatuation

"Move over New York transplants, the Canadians are coming. Sort of. Earls joins Mimi’s in our small Canadian transplant scene. They serve a global menu that includes Korean wings, sushi, and tacos, all on the same menu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Mariana Trabanino

I’ve been to Earls in Boston and Chicago and always had pleasant experience. It’s not the cheapest place to dine but the service is great. Miami World Center is the newest addition and I got to go to the lavish grand opening. The space is amazing and the food they served that night was delicious. As expected, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I tried their cocktails and the buffets spread including some lobster tails. This is definitely a good addition to downtown Miami considering the uber expensive development but not will be able to splurge here cause the menu is the pricey side. Does the food justify the price you’ll pay? Is this place considered fancy or casual? I’m still on the fence on what Earls target demographics. I guess you’ll just have to try and judge for yourself but I’m a fan cause the service it’s pretty much consistent to the ones out of Florida. Another note, if you don’t want to pay for parking and live nearby, then take the Metro Mover or otherwise pay the 25 bucks at the lot.

Fortunate enough to catch happy hour here at Earls while in Miami. Hands down the best deal is the $35 pre-fixe menu where you get to pick from several items for appetizer, main course and dessert. 🙌🏾 I started off with the Korean ribs which were super tender and fall off the bone with a sweet, spicy sauce. The only thing that would have made them better was if they were served warmer. Next up was the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich. It was OK. Not spicy if you're a true spice lover, and it was a rub rather than a sauce on the fried chicken thighs...meh. Last was the cheesecake for dessert. My partner had the crispy rice salmon roll and Cobb salad 🥗 which was gigantic and delicious that she seemed to enjoy. Definitely tasted average but still tasty. Overall, a good tasty meal for the money, especially during happy hour. When you add in that there's also a 1/2 off cocktails menu at the same time, it was definitely worth the visit.

Google
Overall very good. A little loud. Hard to hear. Sea bass was delicious. So were the fires. Oysters were so so. Just a weak batch. Cobb salad was good. But it a a Cobb salad. Cheese cake was good. Heavy. We liked the drinks. Definitely come back.

Google
The food was absolutely amazing. The drinks were good and strong. The steak absolutely tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The service was swift and very accommodating. Kayla was our server and she was amazing. Bar manager Louie Hall was very professional and made sure we received the best service. Definitely recommend. It's a vibe.

Google
We had an incredible experience at Earls, and it was all thanks to our amazing server, Gigi. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely appreciated. Her energy was on point — warm, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation she gave was spot on, from drinks to dessert. She managed the table like a pro, always checking in without hovering, and her vibe made the night feel extra special. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of charisma and care to the table. If you’re dining at Earls, ask for Gigi — she’ll elevate your whole experience. We’ll definitely be back because of her. 🙌

Honestly from the very first interaction with the hostesses the hospitality was amazing. So welcoming! The hostess recommended some dishes that she personally loved and we tried one! Our server was absolutely a gem! She was willing to converse and had such an amazing personality! Her name was Marianna. The food and drinks were excellent. We would come again!

Google
Earls is starting to become a favorite spot of mine. I took my mother in law out for Father’s Day (single mom’s vibe) along with my wife and brother in law. We had the best time and I'm finding a hard time saying anything negative. Everyone actually said happy Father’s Day to our mom and made it real special and funny. She even received a gift card and 2 free desserts. Our hostess Danielle was amazing and funny, she was super attentive and there wasn’t anything that we needed that she couldn’t handle. 5 star service and we will be back asking for her so thanks Danielle again. Great place, definitely the vibe!!

Google
Such a welcome addition to the area! Perfect atmosphere, a menu with variety, great service, and reasonable prices. Brunch happy hour is a game-changer! Highly recommend the steak and sushi combo. And a big shoutout to our server, Alyssa, who was so attentive and accommodating.

Yelp
The smaller happy hour plates were delicious, particularly the steak frites. Drinks were delicious as well. We received complimentary chips and salsa that was also very yummy. A bit expensive but the experience was very nice and great new location in the Miami Worldcenter.

Yelp
Decent food and very good customer service. Sleek and modern ambiance. Our server was super nice and accommodating and the host was very friendly. We split a burger, truffle fries, and a Caesar salad. Good burger and fries, enjoyed the fries' texture. Could have gone without the salad, which was presented beautifully but missing something flavor wise. Looks like they have some good happy hour and brunch specials, would def return to check those out

Yelp
I've come here for Friday happy hour and went yesterday, Saturday, for my birthday. Never disappointed. Ambiance is trendy and welcoming. Music is great ! Mix of current and nostalgic. Note: I'm a millennial. It's louder in the evening but not too loud. Staff is attentive ! Favorite drinks include passion fruit margarita , guava margarita and coconut mango cooler with a shot of tequila in it . Recommend Crispy Birria Tacos, Sticky Korean Ribs, and Charred Corn /Avocado Dip. Sushi is also good . Parking garage next door. Rate depends on day and time. Weekday is cheap. Saturday has flat rate of $30 but make sure to do validation with hostess before paying .

Yelp
Stopped by Earl's Downtown after a couple drinks at CitizenM's rooftop bar, and it turned out to be a great choice. Our waitress, Shante, was awesome -- super friendly, energetic, and gave solid recommendations. We started with the charred corn and avocado dip (her suggestion), and it was a hit. Flavorful and fresh. She also spoke highly of the margaritas, so I tried the Passion Chili Margarita and my wife went with the Guava Margarita -- both were very good and what the evening called for. For entrees, my wife ordered the steak + sushi with salmon and really enjoyed it. I originally went with the truffle tortellini and steak, but wasn't a fan -- the sauce was watered down, and I couldn't taste the truffle or lemon ricotta at all. But here's the part that deserves a shoutout -- Shante noticed I wasn't loving it and went out of her way to bring me the steak + sushi with wagyu instead. And wow, that dish was . Perfect balance of flavors. All in all, great service and a solid spot to unwind. Would definitely come back -- and next time, I'm skipping the tortellini and going straight for that wagyu!

Yelp
I purchased the salmon. It was dry, overcooked, and way too salty. Almost not edible. I got salad with it instead of high carbohydrate rice which never came until our whole meal had been eaten. The broccolini that came with the salmon was too undercooked hard as a rock. I like it aldente but not raw. The fries arrived not crispy or hot.

Yelp
Always a good time at Earls. They have multiple happy hour times and we good advantage of the late one this time starting at 10pm. There was a wait at that time so plan accordingly. Also, I believe they had a DJ on Saturday night it was a vibe.
google avatar

Jay W.

Yelp
Came here after the fireworks on July 4th and I'm not sure if there is party time USA loud music every Friday or if it's just for the holiday lol. I remembered there was a late happy hour from 10-closing and my friends and I were feeling a little hungry. I got the petite steak and frites. It was 4oz and turned out to be just the right amount of food. I didn't want to eat too much so late. The fries were great as well with the right amount of crunch/crisp. My other friends ordered the crispy chicken and fish tacos. One said she'd get the chicken again but the other said she wouldn't get the fish tacos again. The first taco she got was cold and had to send it back.

Yelp
Stopped by Earl's at the Downtown Miami Worldcenter for happy hour and an early dinner, and it was so worth it! The ambiance is stunning with beautiful decor and a super chill yet upscale vibe. They had a DJ spinning great music which really added to the experience. Our server was a doll. She gave us complementary chips and dip. I ordered the truffle tortellini with grilled shrimp and my friend had the steak and sushi meal. I also had an espresso martini which hit the spot. Everything was absolutely delicious. The grilled shrimp in the pasta was so good. The pasta was creamy but not too rich and perfectly cooked. I think the tortellini could have had a bit more flavor but was great with the shrimp. I'll definitely be back. Perfect place to kick off the evening!

Yelp
A couple of friends and I stopped by the new Earl's this last Saturday for a long weekend dinner. I was familiar with their original South Florida spot in Dadeland Mall and was looking forward, since this spot at Miami Worldcenter is much closer to me. Natalie was our group's server, and she was top notch! She was attentive and pretty much on point with her recommendations and we didn't feel rushed. As it were, she was even able to get our nightcap happy hour cocktails brought to our table instead of having to go to the bar. Aesthetically, the space is classy with dim lights, wood paneling and an open kitchen. My mojito (but you knew that already) was smoothly mixed and garnished with fresh mint. The blend was good enough that I was able to down more than, for research purposes :) The espresso martini nightcap(s) I enjoyed were strong as well. The only minor oopsie was with the mango jello shot I tried. Between the tajin powder and the fact that it was practically a slice of jello & not in a cup was just something I wouldn't order again. Natalie was helpful even in having it removed from our tab. As far as food, our group enjoyed a full three course meal. We started with the truffle fries (aromatic without overdoing it) which I enjoyed with both the aioli as well as their smokey sweet BBQ sauce. I even tried the avocado in the "Charreed Corn & Avocado Dip". The remix with chipotle mayo and corn chips made the texture of the avocado likeable. For the mains, my eyes were on the Blackened chicken. Prepared rotisserie style on a bed of roasted potatoes and warm potato salad & kale oil, this was was a large amount of juicy chicken and a subtle amount of heat. Even the potatoes were well flavored! I also sampled my friend's steak and pasta dish. Their basque-styled creme brulee cheesecake was perfect for our group of 4. It had the right amount of "fluff", wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and nicely garnished with creme and berries. It made for a yummy closing. I look forward to stopping by again!

Yelp
I've already visited this brand new Earls location in Downtown Miami at least 5x since they opened a few weeks ago....I can go to any of the surrounding hot spots for something new but I still choose Earls! Located in the heart of the amazing Miami World Center, Earls is right across the Miami Heat arena. The ultimate spot for pre game and post game. My most recent visit was for a party of 10 which I was able to reserve independently on Opentable (most restaurants force you to call with this large of a party). Someone representing Earls sent me a message ensuring they knew how to celebrate us and if we needed specific accommodations. I'm not sure what other restaurant writes a handwritten note and offers VIP treatment to regulars in Miami but Earls sure knows how. I've even taken advantage of their bottle service in true Miami fashion, they know how to get the party started. This location is also walking distance from Bayfront park. At 10pm their happy hour starts up again and with their in house DJ, vibes are even higher after hours. Their gorgeous space is open and vast both inside and outside. Earls is South Florida's new hot spot in both Broward and Miami for good reason.

Yelp
So excited about this new spot that just opened in Downtown Miami--we definitely needed a place like this! Earl's is a solid five stars for me because you can just tell it's going to be consistently good. And how do I know? It's all in the details. The ambiance is warm and modern--everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated the mix of real and well-done faux greenery throughout the space, which adds a nice natural touch without feeling overdone. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us with smiles, and I loved that their attire was polished and professional without being too flashy. I came for brunch and ordered the chicken and waffles--absolutely delicious! The menu looks promising, and I can't wait to come back to try more dishes. There's also a sleek bar area that looks perfect for happy hour or casual drinks any time of day. I can already see this becoming my go-to spot to meet up with friends, neighbors, or even clients. Great vibes, great food, and great service--what more could you ask for?

Yelp
Checked out the new location in the Downtown Miami Worldcenter and wow very impressive! The service was on point here and the food was amazing! Came for brunch and just like any other Earl's location, you can't go wrong with most of the items here. Drinks, fish tacos, eggs and breakfast potatoes, everything is amazing, and it is a very nice spot. The venue is spacious, comfortable, and there's seating available outside and several tables inside. There's a reason why people keep coming back for more and it's because Earls in my opinion is consistent.

Yelp
What an AMAZING pre-opening experience at Earls in downtown Miami! This new location is right in the heart of the city. The decor is beautiful, modern and stylish. The atmosphere last night was upbeat, cheerful, and so welcoming. From the bartenders to the waitstaff, every single team member was friendly and attentive. My friends and I felt the good vibes all around! I definitely recommend checking this place out. I can't wait to come back soon!

Yelp
Still working out some kinks at this location. The restaurant itself is stunning and offers a beautiful patio to enjoy sunny days. The (happy hour) food was okay and came quickly, but missed the mark in flavor. The service here needs work. I know this is a new restaurant, so I will come back and update after another visit. The server had to walk back to the table 3 separate times to confirm our order (1 shot + 1 cocktail + 1 app each). And then made an unsavory remark at the end of the meal. Great happy hour deals!
google avatar

Vicky C.

Yelp
Nice ambiance at the bar and HH drinks were tasty but I thought my martini could've been colder. The food itself was okay. I thought the crispy rice could've been crispier and the spicy chicken skewers could've been spicier. The dumplings were probably my favorite. They also gave free chips and salsa which was a nice surprise. I think they're a new restaurant so they may be still figuring things out a bit. I'll def come back and give it another try when I'm in the area.

Yelp
Earls has always been a favorite restaurant to go to for me. I'm glad I have a closer location as I use to go to the dadeland mall location. The customer service is exceptional here. I walked in was greeted by the hostess and what seemed to be the supervisors. The waitress we had check up on us periodically. She was excellent and had a great attitude. The environment was perfect for a dinner with friends. The decor was chic and modern. The food was great! I went for the pasta tortellini with steak. It was incredible! The lychee cocktail drink was my favorite. Earls was a great choice to meet with my fiends and just have a great time together.

Yelp
Unexpected gem of service. When we got here, we were frustrated that it took 15 minutes to be seated with an empty restaurant. The hostess was very kind nonetheless and all the employees had a great attitude. The service was a little novice but endearing. The avocado dip on happy hour was definitely worth it. Unexpectedly, the zero-proof picante margarita was better than the classic marg. Accidentally, the manager blessed us with a hand written anniversary card. What a surprise. Outdoors had a bunch of flies and mosquitoes but worth putting up with.
google avatar

Jose G.

Yelp
I know it's a chain, but this is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami. This new location is miles better than the Dadeland one, which is saying a lot because they're both great. The decor is cool yet cozy; it's the kind of spot I'd want to spend hours at. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, though my favorites are the corn and avocado dip and the cajun grilled chicken. The staff is unbeatable; everyone is on top of their game, friendly, and helpful.

Yelp
We are stopping at our favorite places before we move to Scottsdale and Earls downtown Miami hits the spot. We love the happy hour here. Tonight we ordered the Steak Frites, Baja Fish Taco, Avocado and Corn Dip, and the Crispy rice. Our server was kind enough to bring us complimentary chips and salsa. The servers are always making sure our drinks and waters are filled and attentive to all of our needs. We love the patio for happy hour nights and even in the Miami heat it is bearable with their fans on outside making it perfect. Thank you again Earls. Wouldn't mind if you decided to open a restaurant in Arizona! ;) We would continue to be regulars!
google avatar

Jordan M.

Yelp
My first experience for lunch at Earls was a great one! The ambiance and vibe of the patio was amazing and the food was delicious! The southwest chicken salad was huge. Our server was extremely helpful and charismatic, definitely would want to come back and try their brunch happy hour, which is open until noon!
google avatar

Yelp
I was so impressed by Earls! Came here for lunch with my friends and sat outside. Nice ambiance inside and out- lots of plants and the area around the World Center is very modern and cool. Our server Lorenzo was so friendly and attentive to our every need. The food and drinks came out quick and my poke bowl was so fresh and delicious. The menu was diverse with a little bit of anything you're in the mood for. Good portions too. Will for sure be returning- want to try their happy hour!
google avatar

Yelp
I like this spot more and more -- service was top notch with this visit, Brie, really took care of us during pre-happy hour times, but then immediately offered to change us tables once HH began so we can partake on all the yummy deals. This time around, I tried their Garden (vegan) burger w a side Ceasar salad..it was really good! My Mom had the steak and fries and she loved it! Drinks were yummy and everything came out quick! Love the ambiance and the excellent service!
google avatar

Sunny O.

Yelp
Slow service, 6 people behind the bar and it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Guava crush cocktail tasted diluted, no garnish and then found the garnish on the bottom of the glass when I was finished drinking it. Ordered the steak frites which I didn't eat because they were super dry and the Nashville skewers which came with honey mustard which is lazy. How do you justify serving honey mustard in a fancy restaurant but not ranch? Food took 35 minutes to get to me and it all seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. All in all pretty disappointed as I was really looking forward to this being my happy hour spot since I live in the area. Beautiful restaurant, but I've had better food and drinks at dive bars.
google avatar

Cristin R.

Yelp
I tried Earl's for the first time this afternoon for lunch. Despite living in Miami my entire life, I have never been to the Dadeland location and I guess I was missing out. The downtown location is big, bright, and beautiful with high ceilings, great comfortable seating and a big central bar with TVs. It's also extremely well staffed with managers checking up on you and excellent servers, like Cassy who ensured our dining experience was extra special. My coworker had a burger and loved it. I had the Cobb Salad and added shrimp. The salad was hearty and filling and I added shrimp for an extra fee. The shrimp were a large portion of 4 large perfectly cooked shrimp. The salad was very fresh and delicious; however it was a bit pricey. I had the salad and water and paid $40. That being said, our meal was very enjoyable and we will both be back.

Yelp
the sticky korean ribs are just amazing. it never disappoints! overall earl's makes good quality food and the ambiance is great.
google avatar

Olivia S.

Yelp
Was invited to the soft opening by an acquaintance and had the greatest time. The drinks were so yummy their passionfruit martini which I feel has grapefruit in it as well is a must have. Their appetizers were delicious and on point. Also the perfect size for sharing. We tried the crispy tuna rice, which was cooked to perfection. Nothing worse than a hard rice that puts you at risk of losing a tooth. The Korean sticky barbecue ribs have a kick to them and falling off the bone. I will have them again when I return. I think it's a great spot to catch dinner on a date night or as a family.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is honestly one of my favorite spots for any kind of outing. Whether it's a chill dinner or a quick happy hour, I've never had to wait long for a table which is a huge plus. If you're aiming for a seat at the bar, that's another story because it's always packed. I usually come for happy hour because the deals are always hitting, but just a heads up it only applies to one side of the restaurant, not the main dining area. Wish I had known that earlier. Now let's talk food. The sticky ribs are unreal. Chicken skewers are super flavorful. The crispy rice is always fresh and on point and the steak frites are straight-up bussin. And that crème brûlée cheesecake is absolutely to die for. Saturdays are such a vibe too because they've got a live DJ and last weekend he was playing all my jams. I tried the spicy pasta and it was alright not something I'd order again but it wasn't bad either. Service is consistently good the lighting is dim and cozy and the whole atmosphere just makes it easy to relax and enjoy. Definitely a go-to spot that never disappoints!!!!!

Yelp
New spot that recently opened up and is BEAUTIFUL! I love love the way it's decorated and the vibe! We sat at the bar and had great and attentive service. They have a late night happy hour including some delicious food. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone to check out this cute new location!
google avatar

Hailey M.

Yelp
This was such a beautiful dinner spot to celebrate a graduation! The ambiance was stunning and made it such an enjoyable time. The appetizers, such as the dumplings listed in the picture were so yummy and filled with tons flavor! The pasta was very yummy and the burrata on top mixed in was very very good! Would definitely come back to experience the great vibes with great food too!

Yelp
Earls finally made it to Miami downtown. I had come here for a friends and family event, and the food and service were excellent. Today 4/27/2025, I attended the official grand opening for brunch, and the ambiance and food were just as impressive. The service was fantastic! During the friends and family night, our waiter was Philip, who was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. For brunch, our waitress was Sara, and she was equally amazing. Bravo to the entire staff they were all welcoming and attentive. Earls will become my new lunch, brunch, dinner and happy hour spot. Welcome to the neighborhood!
google avatar

Simon J.

Yelp
How is it possible that we needed to wait at the door when the place is almost empty. And watch out if you ask for extra ounces on your steak, they will give you an more expensive cut of meat (undisclosed) and charge you more than double. The place is beautiful, but resorting to those profit strategies is not. Waiters are also beautiful but not trained properly.
google avatar

Tyler H.

Yelp
We were forgotten about by the seating staff at the door as several walk ins of the same size party were sat. After we were finally sat our server was rude the entire time, taking our napkins while ordering desert. When desert came we only received half after doing verbally and physically showing we were ordering two of our desert. Throughout the meal our water was not refilled until the end and we did not have a pitcher. We went twice and this was the 2nd time. First time was amazing and the server was fantastic. Don't take it out on guest when a party is sat in your section and it wasn't your rotation. Will not recommend nor return.
google avatar

Deneb A.

Yelp
Great food and excellent service. Best dirty martinis and the ambiance is perfect. Will be coming back for marianna and christina!

Yelp
I would like to start by just saying that the food was excellent Not to mention my server, Paula.M did an amazing job, I felt like I never needed anything because she was constantly checking on the table making the dining experience worthwhile, not to mention I can see that the kitchen was extremely busy but yet all of the food came out perfectly and on time I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the downtown area, and I am definitely coming back again with my family.

Chris A.

Yelp
This place is full on amateur hour. Service is terrible. We had to ask multiple times for water. Our meals arrived and we sat without silverware for 10 minutes. The calamari was on par with long john silvers. Fishy and terrible. Ordered drinks and they never showed up. The margarita when it showed up tasted like water. Then the bill comes. Multiple obscure additional charges such as an admin charge was pretty strange. If you have good taste in food, enjoy cocktails that are made by real bartenders and appreciate proper service then stay far away from this place. Oh and the bathroom was an absolute pigsty. Paper towels thrown all over. Empty glasses on the counter. It was like this when we arrived and like this when we left 90'minutes later.
google avatar

Shane W.

Yelp
I came in as a walk in and was sat down at the bar for a couple drinks and I had christina. The drinks were so good she listened to what I liked and didn't like about some drinks. After I got sat at a table mariana got me started off with sticky Korean ribs, absolutely divine. For a main, the deluxe burger was nice tasted fresh and juicy. Lastly for dessert the key lime pie was sooo good. I'll definitely be coming back with more friends. I think it's so cool there's a set of twins. What a wonderful addition to the restaurant floor and bar.

Yelp
earls @ downtown miami worldcenter is a great new spot. i went for dinner and had the crispy rice sushi and the crystal margarita - both were incredible. the food was flavorful & the drinks were on point. the design is beautiful without feeling too over the top, and the atmosphere starts out chill but gets livelier as the night goes on. definitely feels like a new go to dinner spot for me. i'll be back for sure.
google avatar

Rohaan K.

Yelp
The moment you see the tulum inspired lamps and hear the afro house music you know you're in store for absolute garbage. Food is horrible, somehow the service is even worse. Its your typical miami restaurant trying to be a jack of all trades and fails at every single one. Go here if you choose your meals based on the presence of grass walls and neon signs
google avatar

Jimmy Y.

Yelp
Food is amazing and service is a complete joke. Every employee is a 23 year old kid. Takes about 30-40 minutes to get a drink at the bar. I have been here 5 times it is the same case every time. Group next to me said the same thing ordered drinks, got nothing and left after 30 minutes. SO MUCH WASTED POTENTIAL HERE IT IS INSANE. IF I WAS THE OWNER/MANAGER I WOULD FLIP THE F OUT.

Joe M.

Yelp
Great vibe, cocktails and food (a little bit of everything). And even better service! Very good Happy Hour menu.
google avatar

Yesenia N.

Yelp
As I walked in I was welcomed to such an earthy welcoming ambiance, sat in the booth with a such amazing soul Maria. I asked her what she recommended me most to drink and she recommended me a wonderful spicy margarita and a seafood tower to accompany with and I couldn't be any more pleased!! Food was amazing and fresh! The service Maria gave outstanding and recommended me yummy platters!! Will come again!

Margie R.

Yelp
Had reservations, but we still had to wait & a comfortable place to wait was not available. But once seated-wow. Great service, all employees are attentive & helpful. All the food was very tasty & creative. The outdoor dining space is beautiful (the plants spectacular) and the seating was comfortable. If you prefer a more vibrant atmosphere the indoor dining space was very lively. Returning to enjoy happy hour at either the early or late seating is the next plan-very fun.

Eloisa A.

Yelp
Oh my, I love this place. The food, ambiance and music is great. Highly recommend it and also their happy hour. Enjoy!

Raul Jesus C.

Yelp
My family and I went there today and we were not happy with the food. To be clear, our server was sweet and tried her best. Moreover, I am willing to acknowledge that it's a new restaurant at this location, so I'm willing to be generous...that's why I gave 2 stars, not 1. It took a while for us to be given water after we were seated. Next, the entree arrived BEFORE the appetizer. That means we were eating our main course before the appetizer hit the table. Finally, ALL the foot was cold. To be specific, the entrees were cold, and after we started eating, a cold appetizer arrived. For your information, cold calamari tastes like rubber and absolutely sucks. We ordered chicken sandwiches and they were COLD. Cold fried chicken is not great. Again, the server tried to be kind and gave us an extra order of free fries, even after one of my plates was served incorrect...she did her best to manage a kitchen that was not prepared to open. We ordered two Steak Frits with steak and fries ONLY. One came out perfect, the other had sides we did not want. Today was their first Saturday lunch, they dropped the ball with our table. We paid a lot of money for terrible food (over $230 for not much food). They even charged a 2% administrative fee...which is UNACCEPTABLE and down right THEFT. Be weary at this Earl's location. They need to work out some details. Dadeland is pretty good, go there for now.
