Earls Kitchen + Bar - Review - South Miami - Miami - The Infatuation

"Move over New York transplants, the Canadians are coming. Sort of. Earls joins Mimi’s in our small Canadian transplant scene. They serve a global menu that includes Korean wings, sushi, and tacos, all on the same menu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Mariana Trabanino

First time at Earls Kitchen + Bar and my experience was amazing from the moment I walked in. I'm big on giving precise details so this is a long post fyi (lol). The atmosphere is extremely immaculate, and the music selection is chill yet upbeat perfect vibes. I was a little bummed that I couldn’t grab a seat at the bar for happy hour, but as I was walking away, the host who greeted me asked if I was leaving so soon. I explained there were no bar seats available, and she let me know I could still enjoy happy hour at a table. That moment alone sold me not many places offer that option. To top it off, my server Zadkiel was super handsome, professional, and attentive. I work in the industry myself, so I’m always patient and understanding, and he definitely picked up on that. Even so, every time he checked on his other tables, he made sure to check in with me as well, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back to try an entrée and dessert. Keep up the good work thank you again Zadkiel 💯

Came here for brunch and also dinner both were very good. There are a lot of different options on the menu, so it is a safe choice for groups with different tastes. Eggs Benedict comes with absolutely delicious potatoes. Another highlight for me was the dumplings. New addition to the menu rice pot was really tasty, flavorful and quite filling while also healthy as it had a lot of veggies. Service is good, they take time to explain the menu and provide good suggestions. And all of that for a very reasonable price, which is a pleasant feature in Miami. I will for sure come back.

Google
Alegra was an amazing waitress — super friendly and gave great food and drink recommendations! Earl’s Kitchen has such good vibes — stylish, welcoming, and perfect for any group. The menu has something for everyone, from comfort food to creative cocktails. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Google
Delightful Dinner for the new year! Located in a very cute and walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed a cozy corner table for 2 along the windows. The staff were very friendly and top notch. Ambiance, vibe and music were elevated but fun. We enjoyed the shrimp and pork dumplings to start. For the main course the steak and sushi combo was a winner. Along with the Cajun chicken plate. Both were so flavorful and mouthwatering. Definitely recommend it all! Cocktails were also spot on - Don Julio Margarita was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Note: if you’re not into loud music this may not be enjoyable. House music was playing louder than some may like. Outside may be a better option if you’re sensitive to loud 🎶

From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely exceptional! Zadkiel is the man! The entire team was kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating — every interaction felt sincere and thoughtful. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. His suggestive selling and spot-on recommendations showed he truly understood the assignment. The food? Out of this world. Every flavor hit perfectly — you can tell each dish was crafted with care and passion. The prices are fair, but what truly sets Earl’s apart is the top-tier service and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people create such an unforgettable experience. Earl’s Kitchen & Bar has definitely earned a loyal customer in us! All 9 steps of service were hit right on target. Totally coming back and asking for Zadkiel!! Thank you for totally taking care of us and making sure every step of this experience meant to you as much as it meant to us 🫶

Google
I was genuinely surprised how good both the BBQ back ribs and the Bigger Better Burger were. The fries were crisp and properly seasoned, which is rare and important. Prices are on the high side, but that is the story everywhere now. Service was decent. The interiors look great, and it is a solid spot to hang out with friends, especially with late hours. The only real disappointment was the flat, lifeless Coke Zero. Hopefully that was a one-off. I will come back.

Google
What a nice place to spent the evening with family and friends. Our food was good, we really enjoy the French fries with truffle 😋 Our server Brie was wonderful, very profesional and fun. Drinks are very good and our dessert too. We had such a great pleasant evening. Remember in Miami 18% service fee is included. If you want to add and extra tip you can do it. Make sure to read well the bill.

A great place to wind down. Beautiful surroundings. Sat at the bar and enjoyed happy hour - margarita and corn guacamole with chips. My server was very friendly. Louie was an excellent bar attendant - thank you

Yelp
Great for when you're with your kids but still want to have an elevated experience in a cute setting. I kind of forgot where I was until I walked into outside - that's always a good thing! We came here after the museum (which I 100% recommended) so we were hungry. Ordered burgers they did not disappoint!

Yelp
So, have a bit of mixed feelings about this spot. Perhaps I'd heard too many positive things so my expectations were a bit higher. Earls is located in a relatively new area, it's safe, walkable and has other shops and restaurants nearby. The inside had a great design. In fact, it was a game day and people were enjoying their food and drinks while cheering their team. It was full and felt good. However, I did feel the music was a little too loud and intense. Maybe other people would like that, but it wasn't for me. My rating reflects mostly the food. It wasn't amazing and it wasn't awful. I enjoyed the oysters and it had a good yuzu sauce. The dumplings had a good flavor but felt a little too sauced and not the healthiest. The guac was meh. And I didn't love the fish taco... not even sure how it felt so bland. Sooo maybe I'd come back on an invite, but probably wouldn't pitch this as a first choice. Prices seemed expensive if you're ordering the main standard menu vs happy hour. For me, I didn't feel the food earned the cost, but I suppose there are other elements at play in (location, ambiance, variety, screens). Our sever was nice and efficient.

Yelp
Wow what a step up from the Earls experience I knew in Kendall over the years! This one had more upscale decor, had a more cosmopolitan vibe and classier atmosphere, as compared to its casual counterpart. As one person in our group remarked, "We actually have to dress up at this Earls!" Good service and the same classic fare, with the great late night happy hour deals. Was a great place to hang out with friends!

Yelp
I dined in for an early lunch during brunch time on a Sunday. It was right next door to the Citizen M Hotel (under 2 minute walk), so convenient for me after checking out. I was impressed by the atmosphere and decor. There was a pretty Christmas tree with ribbons, wreaths, lights and soft music playing. The hostesses were friendly. One took my phone number and was able to get me seated within minutes without a reservation. She also let me place my luggage out the way so I could dine in comfortably. The hostess that sat me helped me with solidifying my meal recommendation of crispy birria tacos with her raving review, and had great things to say about the ahi tuna and salmon sushi also. I was sat inside in the back near the window nearest the patio seating. There was a larger party next to me and we shared the same server. She was very attentive to me. There was an awkward moment where a lady from the larger party came into the corner of my table (moving a chair) to get a photo of her friends from that angle and it caught me off guard as I was in the middle of placing my order. I was impressed with the variety in the drink menu, inclusive of mocktails, even though I opted for water. My server was polite and brought over plenty of water. I decided to try the crispy birria tacos and they were flavorful! My first impression was that it was a small plate of food, but honestly, it was perfect portion. I recommend if you like tacos. The ladies restroom was clean also. Overall, the price point is great for this area and the service was good overall.

Yelp
We went here with a large group for a happy hour birthday celebration. The Macys Parking lot parking was free and if you park on the second floor it mades it so easy to walk to this place because it is located on the second floor in a very busy mall. This place is casual and wide open with comfortable seating with big windows looking outside and they also include outdoor seating. We had great service. Our waitress name was Amanda and she was friendly and quick to serve us and to accommodate us with individual checks. She always filled our waters and kept checking on us for any orders. Happy hour didn't have a lot of choices, but what they had came out quick and tasted fresh and was good and prices were ok. This was a great enjoyable night out with friends. They even provide us a small cake with a candle for my friends that were celebrating their birthdays. This place has very comfortable seating and a great relaxing atmosphere. The noise levels were perfect for conversations and I would enjoy coming again.

Yelp
I went to Earls the other day for happy hour and had a fantastic time! First I must say that staff and service is exceptional here from when you walk in to the hosts table. Everyone is happy to be there and assist you and that's so refreshing! We sat at what I would consider a bar booth and our server, McKenzie, was exceptional. She was so nice and warming. The restaurant was very lively and we had a great time during happy hour, which I will say they have a lot of great specials. We decided to do the prosecco punch, which was definitely enough for three people. And then we just ordered brunch and got some bites, which were the ribs and corn dip. Both very yummy. I will def be back for more drinks and to have more substantial food. Loved my experience!
google avatar

Yelp
Exceptional service, delicious bites & refreshing cocktails! I had such a wonderful time here during their happy hour. Which you can sit at a booth vs the bar only to enjoy a nice time w/your group (or date)! Our server McKenzie was a delight! She was bright, happy, bubbly & very welcoming. Exactly what you expect when you decide to do HH on a busy weekday! We ordered the Prosecco Punch Tower & it was the best option for our party. We managed to get at least 2 full cocktails each & during HH it is half off! The sticky ribs & avocado corn dip were a nice touch. While this is the 3rd Earls I've been too they are all very consistent across the board regarding service! Happy to have one in every corner of South Florida to explore!

Yelp
The ambience is top notch! Loved it. Great for a couple's date night or group get-together. The music is good, can be a bit loud. The server was friendly and very helpful. Food: the Sticky Korean Ribs are a must-try; we thoroughly enjoy them. They're so good, you probably won't knife and fork it. However we felt our entrees were underwhelming; we expected more. We had the Tortellini Pasta dish and the chicken entree. The drinks and appetizer made up for it.

Yelp
probably the worse service in all of miami. you'll sit at the bar for 20 minutes and not even get greeted and somehow it takes them 20 more minutes to make you a margarita that tastes prebatched.

Yelp
As a born and raised Miamian it is incredible to see the vibes and life that Miami World center has breathed into downtown. To see this area that has needed restaurants, bars, shops and things to do for literal decades it is super great to have spots like Earl's here. I have been to this location several times as I do think it is one of my new favorite spots to go for happy hour. The bar is huge, and the happy hour specials include food and drink. They also have late night happy hour from 10 pm to close. This used to be every day, but recently they took the late night happy hour off on Friday and Saturday but it remains Sunday - Thursday. I am using this review as a plea to bring it back on the weekend, because what a dream! The food here is what you've come to expect from the Earl's in Dadeland - it is consistent with a menu that offers something for everyone at a decent price. Some of my fave menu items are: +crispy rice +sushi press +chicken tenders - honestly these are some of the best tendies I've had +Deluxe burger - they will split it in two for you if you're sharing, and ordering that and a sushi roll is the perfect vibe to share with a friend +Cobb salad I really feel that you can find something to satisfy your cravings no matter what they may be on this menu. If you're going to pass by for happy hour the bar gets slammed so be prepared for that. I went this weekend after a concert and they had a DJ and the vibes were immaculate. Service at the bar can be hectic when it's busy but it is always friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating.

Yelp
Sadly my last visit was a miss for me. Went for happy hour and got the ribs and salmon crispy rice. The ribs came out cold and barely any meat on them. The crispy rice was fine but found myself tired of chewing at the end of it. It's probably just a me thing The service was good as usual but the food itself didn't hit this time.
google avatar

Verina B.

Yelp
Nothing here wowed me but I think they do everything well. I'll say the service was great. Our waitress was very kind. Patient and took care of her group very well. I had the steak and sushi dish, which was a great value. I had the tuna crispy rice as my choice of sushi which I thought was really good and the steak was flavorful, although it was slightly overcooked The restaurant itself was sleek. Modern didn't have much character, but it was good

Yelp
Vacation loading! First stop Earl's! Came here around 4 on a Sunday and found bar seating. It was also Happy Hour and Miami Spice. A win win! Service was good. Attentive. Food came out in a decent time. The ambiance is super cute. Food was good as well. Tasty . The Nashville hot wasnt hot at all. It was fine though. The espresso Martini was good.

Yelp
I love the Miami world center. This is what downtown Miami needed. On this night out we were going to see Elevation workshop concert at the Kaseya. Before the concert we decided to go have drinks and food here. We parked in the parking garage and it was a short walk to the restaurant. The place is pretty big with outside patio and inside dining areas. It was really busy and thank goodness we had reservations. The staff were friendly and our waitress was attentive. My favorite dish was the spicy Calabrian pasta. I liked the fresh burrata to cut up over the pasta. Yummy! The calamari was good and lightly battered. We had a good experience and they do validate parking to save a few dollars. You will just need to ask the hostess for the at. Ode to scan.

Yelp
Decent food and very good customer service. Sleek and modern ambiance. Our server was super nice and accommodating and the host was very friendly. We split a burger, truffle fries, and a Caesar salad. Good burger and fries, enjoyed the fries' texture. Could have gone without the salad, which was presented beautifully but missing something flavor wise. Looks like they have some good happy hour and brunch specials, would def return to check those out

Yelp
Service was exceptional. Our waitress, Alayna, suggested items from the menu that were both delicious and safe for my wife to eat with all of her food allergies. Everything tasted great and we plan to come back again and will definitely request the same server!

Yelp
Stopped by Earl's at the Downtown Miami Worldcenter for happy hour and an early dinner, and it was so worth it! The ambiance is stunning with beautiful decor and a super chill yet upscale vibe. They had a DJ spinning great music which really added to the experience. Our server was a doll. She gave us complementary chips and dip. I ordered the truffle tortellini with grilled shrimp and my friend had the steak and sushi meal. I also had an espresso martini which hit the spot. Everything was absolutely delicious. The grilled shrimp in the pasta was so good. The pasta was creamy but not too rich and perfectly cooked. I think the tortellini could have had a bit more flavor but was great with the shrimp. I'll definitely be back. Perfect place to kick off the evening!

Yelp
Bartender: wade & Lorenzo Time : HAPPY HOUR I LOVE. Their happy hour food ! The portion sizes do not disappoint. I wanted to personally write this review after numerous times be the service was absolutely phenomenal. My bf and I sat at the bar and we throughly enjoyed the service that both bartenders provided. They were so attentive and provided great suggestions. We went on a Sunday and it was busy but it didn't feel chaotic ! Love love love ! Will be back !

Yelp
Normally I have a decent time At earls... but today.. from the first 30 seconds the experience was trash.. the 3 bartenders chatted for about 10 mins before Turing around and asking if we're ready to order .. drinks came out.. did not taste good.. returned one.. the remake was bad too.. had to ask for the check three times then noticed she charged me for the returned drink because it was higher cost then the one I kept.. and after I paid no thank you or come again... prob cause I didn't tip.. I tip for good service.. not expected gratuity.. went across the sidewalk to spend more money at another restaurant..

Yelp
A couple of friends and I stopped by the new Earl's this last Saturday for a long weekend dinner. I was familiar with their original South Florida spot in Dadeland Mall and was looking forward, since this spot at Miami Worldcenter is much closer to me. Natalie was our group's server, and she was top notch! She was attentive and pretty much on point with her recommendations and we didn't feel rushed. As it were, she was even able to get our nightcap happy hour cocktails brought to our table instead of having to go to the bar. Aesthetically, the space is classy with dim lights, wood paneling and an open kitchen. My mojito (but you knew that already) was smoothly mixed and garnished with fresh mint. The blend was good enough that I was able to down more than, for research purposes :) The espresso martini nightcap(s) I enjoyed were strong as well. The only minor oopsie was with the mango jello shot I tried. Between the tajin powder and the fact that it was practically a slice of jello & not in a cup was just something I wouldn't order again. Natalie was helpful even in having it removed from our tab. As far as food, our group enjoyed a full three course meal. We started with the truffle fries (aromatic without overdoing it) which I enjoyed with both the aioli as well as their smokey sweet BBQ sauce. I even tried the avocado in the "Charreed Corn & Avocado Dip". The remix with chipotle mayo and corn chips made the texture of the avocado likeable. For the mains, my eyes were on the Blackened chicken. Prepared rotisserie style on a bed of roasted potatoes and warm potato salad & kale oil, this was was a large amount of juicy chicken and a subtle amount of heat. Even the potatoes were well flavored! I also sampled my friend's steak and pasta dish. Their basque-styled creme brulee cheesecake was perfect for our group of 4. It had the right amount of "fluff", wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and nicely garnished with creme and berries. It made for a yummy closing. I look forward to stopping by again!

Yelp
I've already visited this brand new Earls location in Downtown Miami at least 5x since they opened a few weeks ago....I can go to any of the surrounding hot spots for something new but I still choose Earls! Located in the heart of the amazing Miami World Center, Earls is right across the Miami Heat arena. The ultimate spot for pre game and post game. My most recent visit was for a party of 10 which I was able to reserve independently on Opentable (most restaurants force you to call with this large of a party). Someone representing Earls sent me a message ensuring they knew how to celebrate us and if we needed specific accommodations. I'm not sure what other restaurant writes a handwritten note and offers VIP treatment to regulars in Miami but Earls sure knows how. I've even taken advantage of their bottle service in true Miami fashion, they know how to get the party started. This location is also walking distance from Bayfront park. At 10pm their happy hour starts up again and with their in house DJ, vibes are even higher after hours. Their gorgeous space is open and vast both inside and outside. Earls is South Florida's new hot spot in both Broward and Miami for good reason.

Yelp
What an AMAZING pre-opening experience at Earls in downtown Miami! This new location is right in the heart of the city. The decor is beautiful, modern and stylish. The atmosphere last night was upbeat, cheerful, and so welcoming. From the bartenders to the waitstaff, every single team member was friendly and attentive. My friends and I felt the good vibes all around! I definitely recommend checking this place out. I can't wait to come back soon!

Yelp
We had such a great experience at Earls Kitchen and Bar from the moment we arrived. The hostess was pleasant and welcoming, and our party of six was seated together outside right away. Our server, Chanté, was absolutely fantastic. She had a huge smile the entire time, handled our group perfectly, and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Her energy truly elevated the whole meal. I can't say enough good things about her service. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly across the board, and everyone in our group was very happy. We're already planning to come back and bring more friends. The only small criticism is that several wines listed on the menu weren't available. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend -- especially if you're lucky enough to have Chanté as your server.

Yelp
Still working out some kinks at this location. The restaurant itself is stunning and offers a beautiful patio to enjoy sunny days. The (happy hour) food was okay and came quickly, but missed the mark in flavor. The service here needs work. I know this is a new restaurant, so I will come back and update after another visit. The server had to walk back to the table 3 separate times to confirm our order (1 shot + 1 cocktail + 1 app each). And then made an unsavory remark at the end of the meal. Great happy hour deals!
google avatar

Rob F.

Yelp
Always a good time at Earls. They have multiple happy hour times and we good advantage of the late one this time starting at 10pm. There was a wait at that time so plan accordingly. Also, I believe they had a DJ on Saturday night it was a vibe.
google avatar

Cookie S.

Yelp
We sat at the bar since there was a waiting for a table. Total of 6 bartenders 3 of them goofing off. We sat at the bar for 7 minutes and not a single person came up to even offer us water. Terrible. Not only were there 6 bartenders but also a manager walking around who clearly didn't notice there were guest being unattended. Would not come back or recommend this establishment.

Yelp
Had a great time here for brunch with friends. The food was great. Vibes were bomb. Service was better. Our server was so much fun and very personable. I even joked (he knew it was a joke) it was my birthday and he bought me a candle out with my dessert. Lol. The spice menu being on the weekend is always a plus for me. The corn and avocado dip is delicious. As was the chicken sandwich. And omg the toffee pudding cake was delish! The only complaint we had was there were several patrons with large dogs in the dining as well as bar area. Very off putting for us. I'm not opposed to animals, just not large dogs around my food in an indoor space. Otherwise, I love it here.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in for brunch on a Sunday. The restaurant is large with large wrap around booths, tables, and a center bar with TVs and they had a DJ. The server was prompt to take our order and we ordered salads and steak and eggs. The steak was prepared as expected and friends reported it was flavorful. The salad was a large portion but perfect mix of all the fixings. We stayed for quite some time and enjoyed the music. Our server was friendly and attentive

Yelp
Checked out the new location in the Downtown Miami Worldcenter and wow very impressive! The service was on point here and the food was amazing! Came for brunch and just like any other Earl's location, you can't go wrong with most of the items here. Drinks, fish tacos, eggs and breakfast potatoes, everything is amazing, and it is a very nice spot. The venue is spacious, comfortable, and there's seating available outside and several tables inside. There's a reason why people keep coming back for more and it's because Earls in my opinion is consistent.
google avatar

Martha C.

Yelp
First time here was for a Friday long lunch, and the experience was great. We opted for inside since there was rain pending and the temperature still a bit hot. For appetizer we split the guacamole (charred corn and avocado dip) and it was fantastic with both chips and veggies for dipping. I had the miso glazed sea bass which was a substantial cut and so tasty. My friend's Calabrian pasta was also raved about. Service was excellent and knowledgeable.
google avatar

Yelp
Earls has always been a favorite restaurant to go to for me. I'm glad I have a closer location as I use to go to the dadeland mall location. The customer service is exceptional here. I walked in was greeted by the hostess and what seemed to be the supervisors. The waitress we had check up on us periodically. She was excellent and had a great attitude. The environment was perfect for a dinner with friends. The decor was chic and modern. The food was great! I went for the pasta tortellini with steak. It was incredible! The lychee cocktail drink was my favorite. Earls was a great choice to meet with my fiends and just have a great time together.
google avatar

Vicky C.

Yelp
Nice ambiance at the bar and HH drinks were tasty but I thought my martini could've been colder. The food itself was okay. I thought the crispy rice could've been crispier and the spicy chicken skewers could've been spicier. The dumplings were probably my favorite. They also gave free chips and salsa which was a nice surprise. I think they're a new restaurant so they may be still figuring things out a bit. I'll def come back and give it another try when I'm in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm not sure how Earls does it, but they've figured out the secret to consistently attract patrons to their restaurants, and keep them coming back. Nearly every time we've come to one their Miami or Ft. Lauderdale area locations, even late in the evening, they've been full - often when other eateries in the immediate area aren't. Earls' Dadeland location, which we're long-time fans of, has been around for about 11 years and continues to be popular, while a handful of other restaurants in that same "dining pavilion" have come and gone. One Tuesday night we arrived here to their relatively new downtown Miami location just before 11p.m., and even that late, nearly every table, booth and barstool in the front section was full and they were still seating people 10 minutes before their stated midnight closing time, but again, nearly everything for blocks around this place was lifeless and dead. I'm not sure how they do it, but the results are impressive. Each Earls location in South Florida is a bit unique in their design, color scheme and layout. This one in Miami Worldcenter has a large bar with many more screens for watching sports and other programming vs. their Dadeland location, and overall with the darker wood and dimmer lighting, it just feels "sexier". Also, while the music is loud enough to enhance the atmosphere and create a vibe, patrons can still hear each other talk without having to raise their voices as is the case at some other restaurants. Their late night happy hour offers a very good value with specials on drinks and many of their dishes, and we appreciate the fact that this place is within easy walking distance from the Kaseya Center - perfect for a bite after a game or concert while all the traffic clears out. My only critical comments of this location, after we've visited here I think 3 times now, are that: 1) The staff, at least at the bar where we've always sat, could be more attentive. On our first visit we were ignored for several minutes after we sat down, and we had to grab our own menu off the bar that was left by a past patron and it was dripping wet, but functional. On that night, once we got the attention of the staff (and they saw from our food and drink orders that we were planning to spend $$), service was much better from then onward. During other visits, we've needed to wait longer than we should've to get basics like cutlery once our food was delivered, or to order a drink once ours had been empty for some time. They often seem tied to their cell phone screens, and on one occasion all 3 staff behind the bar were standing in a huddle, looking at one of their phones while I and another patron were both trying to get their attention. 2) Parking. The first few times we came, we were able to snag streeside "Pay by Phone" parking which was fine, but the last time we visited, we had to park in the garage at Worldcenter. We were here for a bit more than an hour, and though Earls did give us a QR code to scan to defray some of the cost, that "parking validation" only gave us $3 off the total parking charge of $16 and change. Seems a bit excessive when we were only here long enough to enjoy dinner.

Yelp
Earl's was a stop during a Saturday happy hour crawl with friends. I had never been before and was super impressed! We had a pretty sizeable group (over 10 people) and Chante (so sorry if mispelled!) did an amazing job with service, very friendly and helpful with the menu. We were all amazed how quickly things came out - especially since we ordered cocktails! I particularly especially likes the dumplings, they were served in a delicious peanut sauce.

Yelp
So excited about this new spot that just opened in Downtown Miami--we definitely needed a place like this! Earl's is a solid five stars for me because you can just tell it's going to be consistently good. And how do I know? It's all in the details. The ambiance is warm and modern--everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated the mix of real and well-done faux greenery throughout the space, which adds a nice natural touch without feeling overdone. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us with smiles, and I loved that their attire was polished and professional without being too flashy. I came for brunch and ordered the chicken and waffles--absolutely delicious! The menu looks promising, and I can't wait to come back to try more dishes. There's also a sleek bar area that looks perfect for happy hour or casual drinks any time of day. I can already see this becoming my go-to spot to meet up with friends, neighbors, or even clients. Great vibes, great food, and great service--what more could you ask for?

Yelp
Stopped by Earl's Downtown after a couple drinks at CitizenM's rooftop bar, and it turned out to be a great choice. Our waitress, Shante, was awesome -- super friendly, energetic, and gave solid recommendations. We started with the charred corn and avocado dip (her suggestion), and it was a hit. Flavorful and fresh. She also spoke highly of the margaritas, so I tried the Passion Chili Margarita and my wife went with the Guava Margarita -- both were very good and what the evening called for. For entrees, my wife ordered the steak + sushi with salmon and really enjoyed it. I originally went with the truffle tortellini and steak, but wasn't a fan -- the sauce was watered down, and I couldn't taste the truffle or lemon ricotta at all. But here's the part that deserves a shoutout -- Shante noticed I wasn't loving it and went out of her way to bring me the steak + sushi with wagyu instead. And wow, that dish was . Perfect balance of flavors. All in all, great service and a solid spot to unwind. Would definitely come back -- and next time, I'm skipping the tortellini and going straight for that wagyu!

Yelp
Came here yesterday for a surprise birthday dinner for my best friend. We had reservations for 10 of us to sit on the rooftop balcony and the weather was amazing. The food and staff were good, but one of my friends ordered the steak frites, and wasn't good at all, she basically just ate the fries, which was the same experience I had with the same item at the Dadeland location. First, they forgot to put the order in for her food. Second, when it finally came out, the steak was completely raw, even though she ordered it medium well. On top of that, she didn't get an apology for it. If I were them, I would've compensated the entire entree. Other than that, it went well. When I arrived, I asked the hostess to let the party in as thy came in since the birthday girl was going to be the last to show up and it was a surprise. That part was a success.

Yelp
Boyfriend Just ordered take out and he said no cheese but of course there was cheese in my salad. Won't be back thanks for the saddest salad ever with stinky cheese...

Yelp
I've come here for Friday happy hour and went yesterday, Saturday, for my birthday. Never disappointed. Ambiance is trendy and welcoming. Music is great ! Mix of current and nostalgic. Note: I'm a millennial. It's louder in the evening but not too loud. Staff is attentive ! Favorite drinks include passion fruit margarita , guava margarita and coconut mango cooler with a shot of tequila in it . Recommend Crispy Birria Tacos, Sticky Korean Ribs, and Charred Corn /Avocado Dip. Sushi is also good . Parking garage next door. Rate depends on day and time. Weekday is cheap. Saturday has flat rate of $30 but make sure to do validation with hostess before paying .

Yelp
I was so impressed by Earls! Came here for lunch with my friends and sat outside. Nice ambiance inside and out- lots of plants and the area around the World Center is very modern and cool. Our server Lorenzo was so friendly and attentive to our every need. The food and drinks came out quick and my poke bowl was so fresh and delicious. The menu was diverse with a little bit of anything you're in the mood for. Good portions too. Will for sure be returning- want to try their happy hour!

Yelp
I like this spot more and more -- service was top notch with this visit, Brie, really took care of us during pre-happy hour times, but then immediately offered to change us tables once HH began so we can partake on all the yummy deals. This time around, I tried their Garden (vegan) burger w a side Ceasar salad..it was really good! My Mom had the steak and fries and she loved it! Drinks were yummy and everything came out quick! Love the ambiance and the excellent service!

Yelp
I tried Earl's for the first time this afternoon for lunch. Despite living in Miami my entire life, I have never been to the Dadeland location and I guess I was missing out. The downtown location is big, bright, and beautiful with high ceilings, great comfortable seating and a big central bar with TVs. It's also extremely well staffed with managers checking up on you and excellent servers, like Cassy who ensured our dining experience was extra special. My coworker had a burger and loved it. I had the Cobb Salad and added shrimp. The salad was hearty and filling and I added shrimp for an extra fee. The shrimp were a large portion of 4 large perfectly cooked shrimp. The salad was very fresh and delicious; however it was a bit pricey. I had the salad and water and paid $40. That being said, our meal was very enjoyable and we will both be back.

Yelp
I stopped into Earl's for happy hour, expecting small-plates dinner vibe, felt similar to Joey's or Moxie's -- lots of TVs, and bar-forward atmosphere. Getting in was easy since I walked -- no wait and no parking stress. If you're driving, keep in mind that downtown parking is never simple, though the shopping center does have a lot. The atmosphere is casual and lively. Noise level was average -- you can chat without shouting, but it's not exactly a quiet dinner spot. Definitely works best for drinks or social happy-hour gatherings. I tried the (4 oz) steak frites @ $14 and Baja fish tacos @ $5 each . Both were decent -- not bad, but nothing memorable. More on the "average" side flavor-wise, but it fit the casual vibe. Service was friendly and efficient, and food came out quickly. Overall, Earl's is a solid choice if you're looking for happy hour bites, a buzzy social atmosphere, and TVs all around. For a more elevated dining experience, I'd look elsewhere, but for casual drinks and snacks, it works. I'd go back!

Yelp
The food and ambiance were really great. The service however wasn't spectacular. The server couldn't have been anymore less enthusiastic about having a table and he barely said more than a few words to us from greeting to check delivery.

Yelp
I purchased the salmon. It was dry, overcooked, and way too salty. Almost not edible. I got salad with it instead of high carbohydrate rice which never came until our whole meal had been eaten. The broccolini that came with the salmon was too undercooked hard as a rock. I like it aldente but not raw. The fries arrived not crispy or hot.

Yelp
Unexpected gem of service. When we got here, we were frustrated that it took 15 minutes to be seated with an empty restaurant. The hostess was very kind nonetheless and all the employees had a great attitude. The service was a little novice but endearing. The avocado dip on happy hour was definitely worth it. Unexpectedly, the zero-proof picante margarita was better than the classic marg. Accidentally, the manager blessed us with a hand written anniversary card. What a surprise. Outdoors had a bunch of flies and mosquitoes but worth putting up with.
