I came today to attempt to sale my ring the staff was really nice and friendly the atmosphere was nice I liked they were playing K Love ❤️ However I have a ring purchased in 2021 I still have the box it came in from Reeds Jewelers in the mall paid $2,238 and some change I still have the receipt inside the Reeds card they provide when you purchase from them I have the original gift bag and the box and Earls offered offered me $300 for it now not bashing but idk if that’s normal from a pawn shop because this was the 1st pawn shop I went to and had it appraised but I just don’t think it’s the place to bring jewelry if you want a DECENT quote

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from this business and have been well satisfied with all my purchases. I was treated cordially and professionally by the staff including the manager. Have had absolutely no problems with anything. I will always do business with them in the future.

This is only my 2nd transaction from Earl's and Ms. Rhonda had exactly what I wanted & at a very fair price. I appreciated her being a straight shooter & her CAN DO attitude. She is always pleasant & knows her stuff. Now to start on my Christmas list...

At this point Earl's Pawn & Jewelry, Inc needs a new SUPERVISOR that knows how to speak to their customers. My husband didn’t have any problems out the other employees the supervisor herself is so rude. My husband asks me to call before the closed I only called twice once on last Wednesday May 1st and this Wednesday May 8. She answered the phone rude I couldn’t get a word out while trying to explain why I was calling. We called on the days she asked us to and even though I didn’t make the layaway my husband did. I asked her for the corporate office number or someone other than her to speak to and she told me “I’m the supervisor and I can guarantee you that he isn’t going to want to talk to you.” She also said we was harassing her employees and stressing them, but she told him to call the last time I called the lady that was rude sounded just like the SUPERVISOR. She also stated that she made a deal with my husband. My husband does not know what deal she would have made with him other than her telling him to call her the time she tells him to call, and she clams to not be there. My husband is spending money there we are the problem. She is playing victim and it not right. Me and my husband never ever been in no situation ever. She also wrote yesterday under my review and told a WHOLEE different story so yes, I and rewriting my TRUTH. As far as the other employees they are so sweet but me and my family will not be doing business with that place again.

I purchased jewelry from Earls pawn shop new and used . I was so very happy with everything. I was promised a date everything would be in and was called with an early arrival date . Great place to shop

Each time we have gone into the shop, a young man named Donovan has waited on us. I dont usually go on here but i felt the need to tell everyone about him. He is the politest young person ive had the pleasure of being waited on by. He is curteous and friendly , and seems to really enjoy his job. It is because of him that we are repeat customers.

awesome service, very fair prices and awesome jewelry & gun selection. They also have a 9 month layaway for any thing over 500 that's hard to beat! will most definitely be doing business with them again.

Man, a few months ago, my review would've been five stars and very kind, however, last week I came in with a nice product and the gentleman who I had not met in the past when I visited this store. He was something else the cut is on him I'm talking this dude offer me about 15% of what my brand new product which I just never used and actually inherited but the cash, was worth can't believe it not only was he super disrespectful, and completely dismissive of me, what he offered was quite ridiculous so all I had to say about my experience with this situation is it's super unfortunate now before the other Joe to help me out was amazing. He was an older white guy raised the matter, but this most recent visit was a gentleman that was probably the same age but he happen to be a black fella that doesn't matter here or there but maybe they can use that information to train on some attitude adjustment lessons, because look up pawnshop has a sole purpose is there as an alternative for the public to do business in the hopes of giving the customer close to, or at the very least a reasonable price and which the pawnshop itself can make a little bit of money, and the customer can get some cash that they obviously are in desperate need of at the moment or maybe not desperate but or willing to do business at the moment it's no reason to offend somebody by offering them so little and being dismissive of the facts and information they give about the product that the first amount of the counter, obviously seems to not be able to grasp or find in his research quote" of the product on the Internet. You don't look up the product on eBay and see what it's being sold for and based it off that you look it up at the local retail stores because if it's unopened and brand new you need to base your number off what the three retailers in the area or selling it for taking an average price from there you on eBay that's absurd because first all that eBay and can be totally bogus. It could be a scam you didn't do enough to do your research so they could be lowball on the price and be trying to scam somebody into doing something other than business. Now that's unlikely but the point is just going off the number you see on eBay is ridiculous. Also whenever you're looking at the wrong product model number, when in fact what I had was a different model which was more expensive. He refused to understand that and couldn't read the box. Obviously, I mean he could read the box, but he just refused to be wrong about it. Anyways, I was very polite and understanding and calm and I just politely declined and left but I just think I need to say some of this because man we're all goes around. We gotta help each other out be good to each other. Somebody comes into your business, especially with what y'all do not treat them like dog shit and like they're somebody who you think you can get something over on because then factual calls, the customer in this case me to never visit you again and I'm sure that y'all can't really afford to have at least one out of four customers not come back shit you wouldn't want one customer to not be able to come back. I guarantee it if the owners able to see this message, maybe they can take some of the information sit through it and educate this gentleman on how to behave with customers and how to do business appropriately as per the contract. We have each other and society can act like animals shit right now. System fail, so keep it real. Do a little better try harder no hard feelings here. I'm sure I'll give you another chance.
