Yelp
Sensibly priced local source of all the basics that form the backbone of your veggie and flower gardens.
This family run operation is staffed by cheerful folks who seem to really love growing, and treat you more like a good neighbor than a customer. Their prices, selection of basic veggies, and quality are consistently worth the trip.
You're not going to find a lot of exotic heirloom varieties here (I haven't been there yet this year, maybe they'll surprise me!), but what they do carry covers the basics.
The big new green house they built down Rt 13 from their original location has plenty of parking and is easy to find. I miss the leisurely strolls I used to take touring through all the old greenhouses at the original location. Everything is under one roof now, which makes for a more efficient in-and-out experience than their old setup, so it's a trade-off.
Leaving the parking lot can be little awkward because you can't turn left. No biggie, I'm always so excited about spring, and getting my garden going, that I'm too happy to fret about such a minor inconvenience as I head home to put all my new goodies in the ground!
