Chef and owner Krystal Harris launched Early Bird Vegan after the success of her food truck Trash Panda. This completely vegan kitchen offers both grab-and-go pre-made options and a made-to-order menu featuring an array of vegan breakfast sandwiches, bowls, and pastries. Harris’s goal with Early Bird Vegan was to create a healthy and convenient option for her local black community and the greater South Phoenix neighborhood.
