Earth Plant Based Cuisine

Stopped by here during lunch to try a new place. I found friendly staff, clean restaurant, just a beautiful little place to eat and relax. So why 4 stars? Ok, part of this is my fault. Found a new place to eat but didn't realize it was a plant based cuisine, 100% vegan. Totally fine, but nothing on their menu said that, so I didn't realize it before eating. I grabbed a chimichanga, good size for the price. It could have use a little more seasoning, but more importantly, it hardly had any "chicken." The burrito was roughly 98% rice. I ate half there, took the rest home, and took a picture of the inside. I don't mind vegan food, but the menu should be a little more clear that it's a vegan place. Also, maybe use more "meat" in your food.

When I went vegetarian, I knew I would be giving up most of my favorite Mexican foods. Goodbye tacos! Earth proved me absolutely wrong. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to come here for my birthday and oh my goodness- it did not disappoint. The flavors were on point, service was delicious, and the restaurant is cute. Parking is ample. The food was seriously to die for- it was 100% worth our drive. He has celiac and GF items were clearly labeled which was also a plus. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place.

100% vegan. Always love when that happens. One of the best chocolate shakes ever. Their bbq seitan sandwich is so friggen delicious. And they are right next to goji for vegan pastries!! Indoor and outdoor seating. The street is full of bright murals and decorated trees. Will be back every time were in Phoenix.

I love Earth! They have a $10 Meal that they bring around every once in a while & it’s soooo good. It’s a vegan chicken sandwich w onion rings, fries, & a drink. But honestly ALL their food is amazing. Love the fish tacos, quesabirria, & chilaquiles. Such a pretty place to work & there’s a lot of parking!!

Earth was a good experience up until the end when some of the staff dismissed us and our leftovers ended up being thrown away. We found that this was due to an accident and they ended up replacing them, which was so nice of them. The vibe from the staff, especially the management, was not the best as my friend complemented them on their amazing food--especially since this was his third time there in two days. Their food is seasoned so well that it is difficult to believe that everything in the menu is vegan. I am not vegan, but I enjoy eating more plant based, so I was excited to try Earth. Minus one star for the staff. You can get good food anywhere so for the way we were treated warrants this. But, the fact that they replaced it was kind. I will be back for more of the flautas!! Love that it comes with toppings and options for their salsa--that was the only thing missing in my Togo box that they told me would be there!

Fantastic menu to choose from! All food is vegan! Restaurant has casual and calm atmosphere. Staff are so kind and welcoming. There’s tons of cute shops around too. There’s a cafe attached if you’d like a coffee pick me up.

The atmosphere and food was amazing, the customer service was so great they explained the menu to us and recommended great menu items and the melon juice refresher was one of the best drinks I've had at a restaurant in so long. The corn tortillas were made fresh with love. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Neiva thank you for being an absolute sweetheart in making the experience full of genuine smile and warmth

Vegan delights! Tasty foods, wings are perfection! Fun street corn. And crispy flautas. And even vegan jerky too! Very much enjoyed by me and my omnivorous spouse!

We've been going here since they opened and I can't believe I've never left a review. All of their food is so delicious, but their chilaquiles are my favorite. We also never forget to grab a peanut butter and chocolate shake. The staff is always so kind. I love the vibes in this restaurant and I'm sad that I won't be living close by anymore. If you get a chance to come here, do it. Their prices are reasonable and the food is yummy.

When it's 120 degrees and you want something you cool you down like ice cream but don't want the lactose, do stop by Earth to try their milkshake! It's so creamy! I also tried the Boss Nachos and found them to be tasty and the portion was just enough. I also tried the Coconut Honeydew drink and would definitely order that again as it was SO refreshing! The place would be somewhere i could come have a quick lunch and be able to work as there were plenty of tables. They displayed wifi on their door but did not try it.

Okay, I get it, vegan restaurants are exciting for vegans. They are rare and the ability to eat everything on the menu is a real treat. However, we have to hold them to the same standards as regular restaurants. That said, my hopes may have been set too high by other helpful yet excited fellow Yelpers. We drove 45 minutes to try this restaurant. I was hungry. I may have asked too many questions at the counter or perhaps it was my admission to being a pescatarian, but I started to feel a bit less welcome while ordering. My sweetheart went with the bbq sandwich. I opted for the potato flautas. We waited a short time in the small attractive space located in a deserted looking strip mall. There is indoor or outdoor seating and a cute coffee spot attached. It was not crowded. Both of our meals were nicely presented at our table on metal trays and looked tasty. The sandwich was flavorful with saucy seitan on a slightly dry ciabatta roll. The fries added on were unexceptional. The flautas were pretty good, crispy but not dry, fried but not greasy, warm but topped with lots of lettuce. But, they were a bit boring and unsatisfying. I kept wanting to steal a bite of my hubby's bbq to add some pizzazz to my meal. It might be okay to share, but 3 of the same were too much of an okay thing. We did not try the highly touted milk shakes after learning they were flavored with syrups. All in all, a good little spot with a lot going for it, but don't set your expectations too high.

Hands down the best vegan milkshake in the valley. Nothing else needs to be said, go try their milkshakes if you are vegan, have a dairy allergy or lactose intolerant.

I was there again recently and it was another delicious experience. Earth really has it down when it comes to flavor and texture. The gal taking my order was super friendly and fun to talk to. The restaurant is meticulously clean. Super impressed all the way around!

I can't believe I've never reviewed Earth. When I'm in this area I like to stop here for some delicious vegan food, their flautas de papa are so good. The interior is very inviting, you want to bring a friend or a book to spend the afternoon here. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. Lots of yummy things on the menu, including amazing desserts. Come on Taco Tuesday for street tacos. Chorizo fries, burritos, sopes, wings, nachos. They have a kids menu and milkshakes!! Something for everyone.

I came to Earth once when I first moved to AZ & I wasn't impressed. Since I've been living in the Valley for a few months now & everyone raves about this place I decided to give them another try. Boss nachos - tortilla chips, beans, soy chorizo, cheesy sauce, pico de gallo & avocado salsa. Breakfast burrito - soy chorizo, potatoes, tofu scramble, beans, & cheese. Everything was much better this time. I'm glad I gave them another try. If I'm ever in the area I would try some other things off of the menu.

I wish I would've gotten a photo of my food before I started eating it the chimichanga is my absolute FAV thing on the menu. I tried their empanada and also really loved it. The sweetest ending to this meal had to be the strawberry shortcake milkshake that I had. I was a bit apprehensive about the milkshake, but glad I chose to get it cause omg

What a delightful space!! When you walk in, you just know you will enjoy your time here, even before you get to the food. The service is super friendly and the guy working that day was very knowledgeable about their menu inside and out. We ordered chips & salsa, Quesabirria and tacos. Oh, and horchata! Since I gave up me so early in life, I didn't have the opportunity to expand my palate to cultures outside of mine. Taco Bell doesn't count. Fast forward to decades later, I learned of Birria tacos and had been so curious about them. Short of making them myself, I wouldn't have a chance to try them... until my visit here!! WOW!!!! You need these! I don't care what else you're ordering but these absolutely need to be on your order! The texture of the cheese, the umami of the broth... all the flavors... It was an experience worth the wait! My friend who brought me here isn't vegan and was blown away by his tacos. He couldn't believe it was vegan and said he'd come here just because it's great food. It's safe to say I'll be coming here again on my next trip to Phoenix!

EXCELLENT selection of unique, plant-based food! Today I tried 4 tacos as part of their taco Tuesday special (buy 3 get the 4th taco free)! I got the shrimp, fish, asada, and carnitas. All were delicious and beautifully presented, served with house green salsa and lime wedges! The girl at the register was so helpful with picking out options for my first visit. This spot is right next to Gogi Berry Cafe so I was able to sit down here and eat my tacos and get my matcha latte through their connecting doors. Bonus, parking is easy in the lot which is always important to me. I will totally come back and want to try more menu items like burritos, chorizo fries, etc.

I don't know how I have failed to come update my review so far, but here we are. Changing my review to a solid 5 stars for the wings alone. Over the years they perfected their menu, and have now priced their wings/portions substantially better than first opening. I no longer live in the area but will make the trip just to get these wings. My favorite, hands down, in Arizona.

What a fun place to visit, the ambience is very chill and laid-back. The staff is very friendly, and there are a lot of people that brought their families and dates and businesses. We got the barbecue sandwich. It was most delicious along with the blueberry lavender and chocolate chip waffle ice cream we were so full afterwards it was a perfect portions. We sat right by the outdoor patio next to the window and had a view of the patio and outdoors such a cute and pleasant experience will definitely be back.

Earth Plant Based Cuisine is one of the top vegan restaurants in Phoenix. Their food is delicious with high quality ingredients. I just tried the Chilaquiles (GF) on their brunch menu and was definitely one of the best things I've ever had. Their Flautas de Papa are also amazing, which is my usual go-to with a side of Mexican rice. Amazing restaurant with great people and vibes. Goji Berry next store is also a fantastic vegan spot and both have great GF vegan options! Highly recommended!!

Vegan Mexican food. I tried the "Fish" Tacos ($11) and omg I don't know what they put in those tacos but they wete incredible. Crispy, "fishy", delightful. A bit slow to come out but it was busy and they were closing so it was likely understaffed. Order at counter and self seat.

I tried the "Carnitas" tacos which were marinated mushrooms in a thick handmade tortilla. These came with an avocado crema, onion and cilantro and were overflowing with filling. The mushrooms were very tender and had a nice umami flavor. Service was quick.

I loved the food! I can't believe it was all vegan. It was so flavorful. Ambiance is cozy and chill. Room outside and inside.

Finally got to come back after a long time (years). Brought my friends and we all enjoyed ourselves the food and the atmosphere and the helpful and friendly staff. Food was good of course just as we remembered it. Still need to have one of those icrecream churro things

This restaurant came highly recommended. The service was great but The only thing better then the environment is the food. We ordered a borrito, mac and cheese and some great chilaquiles. Its pretty hard to believe its vegan, especially when it beats the original. definitely would return when i come and visit AZ again. Oh and the pictures dont give it justice.

Oh Earth - can you please come to Louisville? It's easy to make vegan food, but really hard to do it well, and Earth does this spectacularly. Upon perusing the menu we had several questions which were answered knowledgeably and patiently. Time from order placement to arrival was speedy, the food arrived nice and hot, and everything was prepared perfectly, including several custom requests for various items to be delivered on the side. This is what we tried: -Big Cali Burrito: beans, rice, FRIES, chicken, melty cheese, grilled veggies wrapped in a truly BIG tortilla. I enjoyed half for dinner, and the other half the next morning for breakfast. -Chimichanga: rice, beans, and chicken, fried in a flour tortilla and topped with many things including pico and avocado salsa. The quality, service, and flavors are truly on another level, and the pricing is reasonable, especially for excellent vegan food. I mean - just eat here. Often.

Earth Planet Based Cuisine has a great easy going ambiance. The music wasn't too loud. Great place for solo or regular date. The staff were so friendly and helpful with the menu. The food was flavorful. I forgot I was eating vegan food. I especially liked the crazy shrimp taco. And the hot sauces were amazing!! I'm coming back for sure.

Really enjoyed their flautas and chicken wings. Being that it's plant-based I believe they used a sugarcane for the bone and it was delicious to chew on.

First time here and had to return a 2nd time within the same week to try something else...and I brought a friend. As a vegetarian I am so excited to have a place dedicated to vegetarians (and vegans) like me! First trip I tried the papa de flautist and the 2nd time I had the chicken chimichanga- both were yummy! My friend, who is not a vegetarian, tried the chicken flautias and she really liked them. Located in downtown Phoenix, cute little place. We will definitely return and we definitely recommend!

Got off the burrito train, for once. Got the Al Pastor tacos and their Sope, which were new to me since the last time! Zee tacos protein was their seitan seasoned and cooked with the smokey chipotle adobada sauce. Topped with fresh onion, cilantro and avo salsa verde, all contained by a delicious corn tortilla and a pineapple as the cherry on top for all 3. The Sopes base was a fluffy corn fried canvass, smothered with refried beans mas seitan carne asada with a blanket of avocado crema salsa with the crunchiest lettuce, cotija cheeze and the crema! Per usual the Food came out hot to trot, staff was most excellent like Bill and Ted, and the patio is where it's at! Well full disclosure I split a bean and cheeze burrito because my tum tum told me to and my elasticity again needed to be challenged!

The best vegan restaurant I've ever eaten at, and I've been vegan for 19 years!! Blown away by the flavors and the menu choices. Most delicious meal ever...planning another trip to Phoenix, so we can go again!

Ok for the price. Ice cream wasn't available (again) and I'm just not of fan of overhearing workers be bothered by customers. The wings are great, so are the shakes when they have them, but the customer service is hit or miss depending on who's taking care that day. Sitting outside is lovely and for the most part it's a cool spot to visit.

Earth plant-based cuisine is no longer of the original owner although food was very good young lady at the register very pleasant but I noticed one of the ladies that came from the back a bit rude not pleasant if you were of African American descent she did not make sure to ask how was your food but if you were of Caucasian descent she made sure she double check to see how your food was

I do love Earth! Located in the cutest food plaza on Grand Ave. and shared with Goji, amazing vegan desserts. Service also friendly & quick. Very casual, order at the counter, they bring your food, self serve water, utensils. My favorite item on the menu is the wings! Everyone loves the (vegan) wings. I've only seen this type of vegan wing at one other place.. they're delicious. I recently tried the vegan fried fish and fried shrimp tacos, and they were amazing. I can't wait to go back to eat them again. I hope they stay on the menu.

Cute space. Food was good. All the vegan things we come to know~ real silverware, reusable cups, cloth napkins, large water jugs with fruit floating, the kitch of it all. The vegan ice cream was good, not great. Asked for a dipped cone for my compadre, they were out? That should be unacceptable when you have one in the case for example. Can't say if I would go back. You can trust me, I was in the business ;D

Solid vegan food, friendly staff and nice environment. I came from Miami and we have NO vegan options for Mexican food except for the amazing El Nopalito family owned pop up at YG farmers market. This is a great spot, would eat here again.

Took a friend who is vegan here for her birthday. I had never been (I am not vegan), so I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the food was. The staff were super friendly and it was a very relaxing setting. Decently priced menu and many other options that I'm looking forward to trying.

I got a shrimp taco and the quesabirria tacos with the carne asada. The quesabirria tacos were out of this world delicious. I was trying to figure out how I could come back before my trip was over, just to get them again. The shrimp taco was sadly terrible, and the only reason I gave them 4 stars. The shrimp was chewy and enough to sour my stomach. BUT I would definitely go back to hit those quesabirria tacos again. Never seen them vegan anywhere before.

I personally tend to stay away from a plant based restaurants being gluten and soy free. We had some vegan clients working with my husband. Everything was closed near them on a early Saturday morning. I checked Yelped for delicious vegan food in the area. Earth Plant Based Cuisine popped up. The photos looked scrumptious, so I headed out. Calling ahead I got a voice recording, however they literally called me right back! They have a Oreo Monster drink. Wcoukdldn't get it to go, but their other milkshakes and drinks aren't an issue. You can order online ahead. Being my first visit, I waited until I arrived. They have street parking along with a parking lot. I picked up a bunch of burritos with chorizo, potatoes, tofu scramble, and beans. I was so excited to see the menu offering gluten and soy free items upon request as well! I didn't have time to choose and seemed like those items were available later in the day. My husband loved his burrito. He isn't vegan, but fell in love with vegan burritos while trying to avoid fat and grizzle when out and about for lunches. He messaged me later to get the address of the place as the clients in front out of town wanted the address to go back for a more later in the day. Excellent customer service, thoughtful menu, and delicious food.

This restaurant is very cute with plenty of seating, including for groups. As you probably know and looking out for me and you that this place is completely vegan. They have a lot of great options for food such as tacos, nachos, and Elote. they also have sweet treats! I came with a few friends, and they ordered the nachos, tacos, and elote. They also have gluten-free options. I ordered the cookies and cream milkshake. Disclaimer: I am not a vegan. I did not like the milkshake at all, and it taste like it did not have any flavor to me. It just taste like coldness with cookie crumbles. My friend who is vegan, tried the cookies and cream milkshake and she liked it. But this is my review, not her, and I would not recommend it. Other than that the place is very cute and there is a coffee shop in another room adjacent to this place. They have pastries and sweet treats (all vegan, some gluten free) there, too. The staff is very friendly though!

The food was amazing my first time there it's not a crowded place. It's very nice on the inside very spacious and open. I will most definitely be going back again. The customer service was good they were friendly

buffalo wings & al pastor tacos were really tasty! flavorful brunch. quick service. easy parking lot to navigate! highly recommend :) hipster / healthy environment so it was welcoming for us californians!

This is still one of my favorite places in the city, and it is a place that I bring out of town guests. The tacos always rock my world, and it's forever hard to decide which kind of taco to get. For the Super Bowl, we got a special platter of 25 wings for $50 with four different flavors. They were INCREDIBLE. They use my favorite kind of wings, which are the soy with little sugarcane "bones" in them. The sauces were all good, but I think my favorite was lemon pepper, whereas my husband loved the buffalo. I think buffalo is on the menu year round, and they are absolutely worth it.

I liked fish and carnitas tacos the most. I was impressed with how it tasted. Fish taco especially was very tasty. (It was warm spicy) I would order more of fish tacos. The woman was very helpful with my questions. They also offer soy free options. I would recommend people to check this restaurant out. They also have bakery and drinks next door to enjoy.

Cute 2 restaurants in one! Scrumptious food for a variety of tastes. The staff is sweet and will accommodate any requests for substitutions. Never disappointed in a meal at this place

My wife had the Chimichanga which was incredible and I had the nachos which were also great. Finished up our meal with their dairy free milkshakes which we're so GOOD ! Their service was friendly and fast. If you're looking for great tasting plant based vegan options this is the place to go to !

I really need to make my way here more often. There's so much for a vegan to try! On my first visit, I had a bean burrito from the brunch menu. It was amazingly good! My husband had the vegan chicken flautas and thought they were tasty, but needed more sauce. On this visit, I got the boss nachos, and was floored by how great they were! They got wet and gooiey quickly, but I grabbed some extra chips from the salsa bar to scoop up all the goodness. I also grabbed the twinky-like chocolate covered cake treat to-go. It had vegan cream and I think strawberry jam inside. Delicious! Service was perfect - friendly, prompt and helpful. Parking is super-easy, and I'm looking forward to sitting on the patio if and when it every cools off here!

Amazing! I first off want to say the wings were delicious! Like some of the best vegan wings I've ever had in the country ! I had the three taco plate (didn't get a picture but I was being too fast and greedy) but they were amazing. I don't remember all of the names because I took the waitress's recommendation but I do know one was the shrimp taco and that one was my fav. It was loaded with tacos. My friend had the bbq seitan and loved it. First time he had it. Now back to the wings. I had the 6 pc buffalo wings. They were so juicy. I feel like the sugar cane stick had something to do with the flavor also. Service was also great. Everything looked so good on the menu that I was undecided on what to get but the waitress helped me out and she had great taste. Definitely give this place a try if you are in Phoenix. You wont be disappointed.

The food here is very delicious! Neither my husband and I are plant-based, but I avoid dairy and gluten so plant-based restaurants tend to be a good option. Typically I do not like "alternatives" to meat, but I feel like you couldn't even tell. The nachos are amazing and you should definitely order them! The service here was slow. We waited probably almost an hour for our food. Multiple people kept asking where their food was. I get that a lot of places are short staffed so we were trying to be understanding of this. Also, it was disappointing because after a certain time you can't order the monster shake and I was 1 minute after the timeframe and they would not let me order. The person at the cash register knew we wanted to order one because initially we ordered it when we ordered our food, but then decided to wait until after our food to order it. She should have mentioned to us that they stop serving this 30 minutes prior to closing so that I would have known to order before then. Overall the food is really good, the service needs some help.
