3.2.24 Tiny area but huge flavors. What a fun place to visit and the Kombucha is amazing. You can try samples and then purchase cans or growlers. I liked the guava and elderberry ginger best. This place is dog friendly and adjacent to it is Spacecat brewery.

Tricky to find but loved it once we got there! The guy at the bar was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had the flight and tried a few delicious kambuchas, and the guava was hands-down, our favorite! Absolutely recommend it if you are in the area.

Very friendly and welcoming. They offer a variety of core and seasonal flavors. The kombucha here is very approachable, focusing more on flavor and less on overpowering sourness. Stop by, have a flight and take a growler or keg home with you.

Just met one of their owners (?) selling at Stew Leonards. Nice guy, and I bought a couple cans. I just cracked one and am loving it (blueberry ginger). Just the right amount of bite, delicious flavors, and I'm sure it's gonna be good for my health. Will buy more!

We found out about this local business at a farmers market in New Canaan, Saturdays. When I tasted the Kombucha, I was so shocked that it actually tasted really good. I say that only because I tried other brands and nothing was as good as this one. Kombucha is a great for gut health. We liked it so much that we went to there to do a tour. Really appreciate the time they took to show us around and offered us samples to try. I love learning about how things are produced so that was pretty cool. They have some tasty seasonal flavors like cherry, hibiscus, and peach rose (all three are my favorites so far). We plan to visit every Saturday to fill up our growler and try new flavors. I got to meet the owner while he was doing a tasting at Stew Leonard's in Brookfield. I'm a kombucha fan because of its amazing flavor and health benefits. That said, I'm pretty picky about what I drink. I find most kombucha lands in two different camps: too weak or too strong/sour. It takes a lot of work to get that balance right between the two, but East Coast Kombucha NAILS it! I tasted their guava on tap, which was on the lighter side and the ginger which is utter perfection. I bought several cans to take home, and I'm happy to say it tastes just as good as on tap! This small business made it through the pandemic and is doing so much right. Be sure to support local so they can keep going!

This place is great! Found it on accident while going to spacecat. It is a brewery but still pretty cozy. The kombucha is good, and much more approachable than some of the typical vinegar forward brews. Staff is super friendly.

Located in a landmark building ECKC brings on fresh tasting kombucha, fresh from the tap, offering 6 magnificent flavors-original, blueberry ginger, pineapple, hibiscus, elderberry ginger and a seasonal apple spice. The place is beautifully laid out with trendy furnishings, offering both comfort with an air of quaintness while being both modern and hip. The tables and chairs offer seating for walk-ins and cozy couches offer even greater comfort for folks eager to surf their laptops. The staff is exceptionally doting and one of the two passionate owners is on site, happy to give tours of this healthy probiotic concoction and its entire process. Kombucha has been a trend for a few years but you haven't experienced a taste or smoothness such as this as it comes fresh out of a keg as opposed to a store bought bottle which could be sitting in a refrigerator for weeks and continuing its fermentation process, rendering a rather bitter vinegary taste....but I promise you, you won't get that here! It's light, refreshing and tasty, offering endless healthy benefits...from helping with digestion by promoting growth of healthy gut with flora which keeps a healthy PH level...to helping establishing a clearer mind and detoxifying your liver as well as supplying glucosamine to joints!! You can purchase a fresh little palette of 4 glasses of a mixture of flavors or you can get fresh bottles filled from 16 ounces to keg sizes. The staff is absolutely charming and just so accommodating from offering you healthy samples and willing to answer any questions. They are only open to the public for tap service and tours on Saturdays from 10-4. If you are looking to heal naturally from gastric issues, heartburn/acid reflux or just want a natural way to get probiotics, take a Saturday ride to SONO - you will not only educate yourself on this old ancient remedy but you will be truly surprised! No more synergy for me, I'm going fresh and weekly!

A tasty healthy drink that my kids have been enjoying for years. A great array of flavors, including one of our favorites - Hibiscus. In addition to finding East Coast Kombucha at your local store, they have an awesome tasting room in SoNo that is open Friday and Saturday and on-line, they will deliver right to your door up and down the East Coast. This is the best Kombucha I have had, period! Its not close and worth the wait to have it shipped to me. Really enjoyed the Blackberry, Grapefruit Hops and Blueberry Ginger, the flavors are amazing and crisp. All of them are very refreshing. If you have sampled store bought kombucha, do yourself a favor, make a point to get here and see what kombucha can be. I only wish I were close to the tap room.
