East Coast Wings + Grill

The food was what you would expect from a typical wing joint. Multitudes of flavors and heat levels for those who are adventurous and daring. The service staff were on point and attentive. My only complaint was that the table I was sitting at was extremely sticky and tacky. This was a big disappointment for me. Not even my food plates could slide easily across the table as I literally had to pick them up and move them aside. The restaurant was not very busy when I went during the middle of the day for lunch.

I ordered a 30 piece wings, lemon pepper and something. The size of the wings were fine, no seasoning, no flavor...very disappointed and hungry!! I added plenty of seasoning at home, but not the same...it was on Nat'l Wing day.

We enjoy eating at this restaurant and our food was good, however, the chairs are so very uncomfortable. I am a larger woman, but not plus size, and we had to move to a booth due to the chairs hurting my thighs.

The food here was really good. The fries were really good and everything came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were great also. (The salad was HUGE) The sauce verity is pretty awesome and I love the fact you can adjust your heat levels. Our server, Alexandria, was amazing. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area.

Me + my sister dined here this past weekend. It was nice. I had the 5 pc boneless wings and tater tots. It was good. I had the margarita & it was a little too strong for me. Our waiter Ken was really generous and kind. We enjoyed his service. Nice restaurant.

This has to be a joke, right??? Ordered Chicken quesadillas via Door Dash. I did not uncheck or remove anything from the quesadillas. BUT I received dry chicken wrapped in greasy tortilla...no cheese or anything else that by definition resembled a quesadilla. I look at their receipt and see that everything besides chicken was unchecked/removed. NOT done on my end and NOT how the order is in the Door Dash app (which I discussed with them). ECG could have at least had the dasher call and confirm. BUYER BEWARE!!

Today 9/30/25 was the worst service I experienced. I am a regular customer cause I work at Walmart and I always order the same thing when I do go in there. My burger had the extra mayo but my onions wasn't right sent it back then they refixed it and tried to be funny without putting the mayo on my food and giving me mayo packages. Then when I was talking with the waitress she tried to get loud with me about the onions being grilled till I told her to walk away from me. My coworker also stated her wings didn't have any heat to them and she ordered mild. This was the worst experience I have experience since coming into this establishment. Hope on my next visit they get it together

I got the mac and cheese burger hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I can’t even make that up so good!! Also got the bourbon honey mustard wings!! They were amazing. Service was also good he was attendent and made sure everything was how we liked it and

Great service!!! Wings are good and the corn is my favorite!!! Great drinks. Great bar. I'll definitely be back. It's pretty laid back and kid friendly. They have a brunch menu as well. Great location. So many flavors to choose from and their nachos looked delicious. I'll get those next time!

We can all agree that the best place for watching football is from the couch at a friend's house. This place is a close second. It's an excellent neighborhood sports / wing bar. Some may find the service slow however I value character over speed on a busy Sunday morning. The salad pictured lasted a quarter of the game and had just the right spicy glaze, tender juicy chicken and crispy veggies. Thanks to manger Jeffrey for extending an invitation to a great place.

It has an extensive beer selection and an elevated sound atmosphere, but for a good reason: it's meant to be a sports bar with lots of TVs and the ability to see games. Upon arrival, the waitress was polite and quick to attend to us. The chicken was good and full of flavor.. I should have asked for it to be a little crispier, but that's on me. There are SO many flavors!! We had 4 different ones at the table and they were all great. Even the fries were good, very crispy and fresh.

Visited this establishment after church on a Sunday. Mallori was our server and she was AMAZING!!! Rey tentative and super polite server who was constantly checking on her. Her service was OUTSTANDING! My family split the 25 boneless wings and fries with several sauce choices. The fan favorite was the bacon ranch flavor, but they liked all of them. I had the fiesta burger and it was the BOMB! I highly recommend that you give it a try. The burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly and the toppings put it over the top! I would definitely recommend you give this small bar type restaurant with plenty of seating and TVs a chance if you are ever in the area.

Food: good for the price! Best naked wings around. Did not care for the Gochujang sauce. They happy hour worth trying!! Service: if ordering to go please check your items before leaving. The buffalo chicken dip is top tier! That's a must have every time we go. The wings are pretty good as well. We usually get the grand cayman wings. The bar has great alcoholic beverages as well. Waitresses & waiters are usually friendly.

First of all- I can't say enough good things about Alea. She is a bartender with EXCELLENT service. Her drinks are fantastic and her personality makes the whole experience. The food is real good too. Get with it, and go see Alea!

We ordered wings and the street corn ribs. Food was great and our server was very busy but did a great job taking care of us. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back.

This is a neighborhood type sports bar. Pretty decent selection of libations with some signature drinks. The bartender, Justin, was friendly and engaging as soon as we sat down. I had kamakasi wings, a medium heat sauce that was actually fingerlicking good! The wings were delicious, not greasy, very juicy, and cooked just right. The wife had a Buffalo chicken wrap that was delicious. Again, the chicken was moist, tender, light, and refreshing. This was our first visit and I think we found our hangout joint! Good job guys!!!

My husband was in wing heaven. Everywhere we go he tries their wings. We had Grand Cayman, Jamaican jerk wet, and garlic Parm dry rub. These wings rank right up there with the best we've ever had. They were moist and the sauces were so flavorful. We want to go back and try them all!

Sat at the bar this afternoon for a few drinks while watching football. The second I sat down and settled in I immediately got a strong odor of sour wet dirty rags after sitting there for a few minutes I noticed I was sitting near the dishwasher that was behind the bar and immediately figured out the smell was coming from that dishwasher drain I can only imagine the amount of fruit fly larva that was below if I was smelling it sitting at the bar. I walked into the men's room and same thing I could smell raw sewage most likely backing up in the drains that were in the bathroom. I went back out finished my drink and paid my tab and left. I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like. Management and ownership need to take a deep dive into the cleaning habits of this facility it's NASRY.

Worse food and service I've experienced to date. The waitress (the one who had a broken hand) didn't even listen to my order she just brought whatever. Nasty attitude matched the wings. They had absolutely no seasoning or flavor. I couldn't even doctor them when I got home and the tater tots were overcooked. Also, no refills on soda or water just awful all the way around. Honestly I won't be back

Pretty generous portions and relatively affordable prices. I ordered the 5 pc. chicken tenders and those suckers were massive! I had the dry seasoning on them; I think ranch flavor. Seasoning was good but light. I'd go with the wet flavors next time. Good atmosphere for a Grizzlies game or any sporting event. I'd definitely go again!

My boyfriend and I love this place, it is definitely our go to. The wings are the best from any place I've had. We come here at least once a week.

The wings are always tasty. I like the various flavors. The wait to be seated was less than 5 minutes. We ordered and our selections were brought to the table quickly.

Used to be good. Fast service good drinks. The last 5-6 times we have been there early afternoon not even busy the bartenders are more interested in there phones and talking between themselves that making sure there customers are happy will be finding a different place to go.

Services here were...not so great! Our waitress Meg wasn't in the best mood! I ordered a caronaritta with no sugar/salt around the rim and when i got it, it had it around the rim. I ordered the chicken philly! It was pretty good but the fries weren't that hot. Overall, the services were ok. My caronaritta didn't even come together!!!

Wings were okay. Right amount of crunch.. meat wasn't too soggy. I ordered hot ( my spice tolerance is a little higher) so it wasn't spicy at all. The sauce was more watery than I like.. I enjoy a thicker sauce. Overall would order again.

We ordered Bang Bang and Jalapeño wings they were horrible. The wings were not cooked hard as requested. The server seemed to be distracted or annoyed by us while taking our order...he didn't even ask if we enjoyed our food and was barely refilling our drinks. As a first time visitor of Memphis, I was disappointed in this establishment. It was a waste of $55!! I would not recommend this place!

I've been coming here for years and it has always been one of my go to spots to eat, but this place has gone way down hill ever since Jackson left as manager. Half the menu is always out of stock, half the draft beers are out of stock, the new bartenders barely acknowledge me, and the food is consistently ice cold. It's a shame because this place used to be amazing! But it seems the new manager is in over his head. It's sad to see but I likely will not be back anytime soon.

Great place to hang out to watch your favorite team. All kinds of beer. Burgers and Wings are fabulous. Cheese fries are a great starter. Good for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend

The workers were very friendly ! But the food was absolutely terrible ! The wings were bland,tasted unseasoned, sauces didn't taste they way they were stated. The Buffalo Mac and cheese was horrible. Noodles were over cooked, not enough cheese and was extremely bland! Makes Wingstop look like a 5 star Resturant ! Never again !

The wings here taste like they are baked then they put sauce on them. I guess you have to ask them to fry them hard. I did curbside and nobody answered the phone, so I had to get out of the car with my small child. The fries were cold. Wont be back!

Always a joy coming in here. Love it so much we are now regulars! Love all the bartenders - Jen, Jimmy Teddy, Evan, Megan, Hooper, Lindsey, Kirsten, Shelby and Conner! And if D is managing the kitchen....it's always gonna be perfect! Things to try- ECW chicken salad (get it fried!) chicken and avocado flat bread (ask for warm honey...yep just plan honey). Drizzle on it! Perfect! Chicken wrap (get it fried) and wings are wonderful...lots of choices so study the menu for a few!

Wings are awful. No spice, no flavor. Just a bland taste with a watery type sauce in the basket. Not much of any sauce on the wing. I don't care if you have 50+ flavors... if it's not on the wing it doesn't matter.

I love wings. There are hundreds of wing places in this city, and most are not that great, so it takes something special to compete in this industry. Does East Coast have it? I think they do have a niche and are a step above the norm. Fried wings are not my thing. They are best smoked or grilled. Or even a combination. Deep fryers dry wings out by steam escaping. These however were not over cooked and therefore not too dry. Also my preference is whole wings and these were wingettes or party wings. All in all though, pretty good. Their claim to fame is so many choices on sauce flavor, and being able to select the amount of heat with any flavor. This gives probably thousands of choices. Sometimes it's a bad thing to have too many choices and I struggled with the menu trying to find a simple buffalo flavor, but they do have one. Most of the time when I order wings, I ask for them as hot as they can possibly get, and I'm usually disappointed. The hot ones here are rated "insanity" and that's what I got. The waitress warned me about them. I'd love to say that I can eat 5 wings in 5 minutes, but it's just not possible. Those suckers are hot! The first one wasn't too bad but I had to eat some mac & cheese before eating the second wing and then I couldn't eat any more. Two is my limit! Keep in mind that only equals one whole wing. They are hot! I would recommend getting 5 or so for a party to see if the tough guys can eat one!

I really used to like this place, good boneless wings and waffle fries. Ordered it to go tonight and the boneless wings were disgusting. The texture inside is almost like poor quality ground chicken unlike when I usually get it. Thinking it was heavily over cooked. Waffle fries were burnt. Ruined my dinner.

Came here Friday night. Got a table pretty fast for how busy they were but it took forever to even see a server and he maybe came to check on us 3 times. 2 of which he seemed to be rushing us to finish. All of our food was cold. It took forever to get to us as well so I will just assume it was sitting back there for a while. My friend ordered the hottest heat index and her wings weren't even spicy. Even our fries were cold. We also ordered a few drinks and I have never had worse drinks before. This place used to be a favorite of mine I dont knoew what has happened to it now.

Ordered the 12 piece wing, mild. Got home and there's no sauces whatsoever on the wings. And there's no seasoning. Very disappointed but i wasn't driving all the way back up there

I admit that I still don't understand the Chicken Wing craze, though it's been in vogue for a few years. When I was growing up, whoever was late to the Dinner Table got the Wings ~ i.e. Leftover parts after the good meaty pieces were taken. A couple of times a year I try them again to see if my taste has changed. Not yet. This was 1 of the few times I didn't scan the Reviews prior to my visit. But my errand list @ Lowe's had taken a lot of time, & ECW was right there as I pulled out of the parking lot. Thought I would save some time ~ bad idea. I placed a Takeout order:: 10-piece Buffalo Mix ($10.98 bone-in & boneless) ~ Jamaican Jerk flavor. I specified Mild, but they were definitely Medium Hot. Skin was limp & fatty, inedible. Meat inside had no flavor. Ate part of 5 & threw the rest away. Also tried the Fish & Chips ($12.99) & the fish was different from the type I'm used to. They were so-so. There was no Malt Vinegar in the sack, only Catsup packets. So 2 Dinners with no Drinks totaled $26 ~ certainly not cheap. Think I'll wait a couple of years before ordering Wings again. Maybe the fad will be over by then.

Finally came back for wing since 3 years back cause of bad service... thanks goodness everything has changed. Service gotten better and the food taste much better. Wing come with so many flavor and the restaurant is clean. Pretty good

This place had its bright spots and its poorly executed spots of course . Things I noticed are the following : - not much of a welcome coming in . I almost had to get the waitress' attention to get anything from her. - the food was sub par, however I will say for my dish, they gave a good amount to eat . Overall, would I come back ? Maybe not if a Buffalo Wild Wings or something more reputable is in the area .

I cannot give Zero Stars because that is not an option. I took my family here at 7:45 pm on a Tuesday night. We were seated and after 10 minutes we had not seen anyone to take our drink order/food order. Another party of 4 people came in and were immediately greater by their server. No manager was present to talk to. I do not plan on ever returning. Sad Service. Not busy at all.

Hostess wasn't friendly but waitress was. I went with my family and all of our food was good. No one complained. I'm not sure how long it was from ordering til we got our food but didn't seem like a long time.

I would not recommend this restaurant- horrible service and the manager has no clue. If I could rate below a one I would. Eat at your own risk.

We stopped in for the first time on a Wednesday night and we were so impressed! We sat in the bar area which had a nice crowd and a great vibe. The bartenders were friendly and fast. My wife got the wings which were amazing and I got a wrap which I would definitely order again! The manager made a point to visit with all the tables and closed the deal! We will definitely be back!

I've tried. I gave it the old college effort. I tried because the TVs are awesome and it's closer than my Skybox. I have NEVER had a meal here that came out right. Not one. I get to eat what they decide that they want to feed me. Every. Single. Time. I'm still waiting on Texas toast. My beer sat empty for almost 10 minutes. My "weenie" chicken wings (I hate the hot stuff) came out buffalo style plus the seasoning I ordered on one. On the other? They chose. Reordered? My boneless wings came back with bones. And that was just THIS trip. Yep, I'm done trying. Sigh. I wanted it to be good. Atmosphere? A. Service? C-D. Manager/owner jumps in to help a lot, so I'd give him a solid B+. His people just lack. Still could be a great joint.

Spicy skillet dip very good. Waitress Gabby was probably the Friendliest Efficient as they come as she was Also helping at the bar! Smart and Funny opinions on the Food "If I could I would Marry that dish" ... and ... "that one would be my Mistress" ... I've come here several times & the Mac-n-cheese burger never disappoints! I love it. It's flavorful and juicy & the fries are also seasoned well. I've had their wings and their delicious as well. Margs are good too. This restaurant has a typical bar & grill atmosphere, sporting channels are provided on a few flat screen TVs and our bartender/waiter/waitresses have always been welcoming and accommodating.

I ordered the the chili and the buffalajita bowl and my wife got one of their burgers. Best food I have had in a while. I will definitely come back next time I am out this way!
