East Fork makes the best pasties I’ve ever had! We had the Habanero, the Vindaloo, and had to try the Original. We were blown away by not just the taste, but the creativity of the flavors and how beautiful they were. I also have to add that the owner was SO nice and had a little down time to come out and talk with us for a while and get to know each other a bit. He is an incredibly kind person with an amazing story. We will make it a point to stop here and support this amazing family and their perfect pasties every time we are in the area. The whole experience felt magical.

Not exaggerating when I say this is the best pasty I’ve had. They had regular, veggie, and curry pasties when we stopped by. We were told they don’t have condiments because the pasties are made to not need them, and they were so right. The crust on the pasties is soft and buttery, but they still hold up very well. You can tell the veggies in them are fresh too. I also really enjoyed the outdoor seating setup. It’s super cute and comfy. 10/10 experience.

These pasties are amazingly delicious - no ketchup or gravy needed. If they were open every day of our visit we would be there!

*So good ya don’t need ketchup* Fantastic pasties. I was introduced to them because they donated a large amount of pasties for a fundraiser ❤️ They have to be the best pasties I’ve ever had. The crust is amazing, and they don’t skimp on the meat 😂 I’m super happy to support them!

The Best Pasties in the UP! When you’re in the Calumet, Michigan area I highly recommend you checkout East Fork Pasty Company. Their pasties sell out fast and they’re only open a few days a week I highly recommend preordering them. You won’t be disappointed.

Followed them here all the way from the PNW haha. But I’m all honesty they have become my family and I favorite pasty. The jalapeño pasty is to die for and each pasty is seasoned so well where most places don’t do much with their meat. If you’re looking for a bit more spice they sometimes have a habanero pasty that’s absolutely bangin, perfect level of heat while have a whole lot of flavor not muted from the spice. Nicest owners ever and it’s nice being able pay $10 flat and get a pasty fresh on the spot. Could go on all day bragging about east fork. They are the real deal

First visit & very pleased, I had the regular pasty, great flaky pastry, delicious parsnip, carrots and rutabaga - pork and beef very good, I would give highest rating.

I think we hit the pasty jackpot. When we arrived, the traditional pasties were sold out. This turned out to be a most fortunate turn of events. Would we like to try a new recipe? Sweet potato, butternut squash, ham, potato, cranberries and other tasty ingredients made for a perfectly balanced savory, lightly smoky and sweet festival for the tastebuds. And the crust was perfect: buttery, tender, flaky but not dry. I do hope I find this offering on the menu when I return to Calumet!
