The atmosphere was nice and colorful. You see all these corporate people in their fancy suits on their lunch break, lol!! which, in my opinion, is a unique experience on its own. So far, I’ve tried the lobster roll and the cheesesteak. The lobster roll was fire for sure! Can’t say the same for the cheesesteak it definitely needs a bit more spice. The peppers were mostly dominating the sandwich’s flavor, but it wasn’t bad at all. Just not the best. Still, I’d definitely go back for the lobster roll!

Google
Terrible food. Bland. Felt like easy bake. I should’ve known when I saw the salt and pepper and flavored ketchup that I was in the wrong shop. I’ve had incredible healthy sandwiches from other spots, but it had flavor. Just make a sandwich at home if you consider going here- It would probably be better. Service was great.

This was my first time trying East Hampton and I was very disappointed. I ordered the Lobster roll and while the bread was tasty the lobster was sorely lacking. Also, the portion size of baked potato salad was fit for a toddler. Due yourself a favor and order from Dock Local! Great food but most importantly portion sizes that don’t leave you hungry!

Google
Food quality is okay. But buyer beware. I ordered several sandwiches and wraps, but they all come with skimpy servings of protein. Sandwiches I’ve ordered have had chicken on one half and none on the other half. Same situation here with this wrap I ordered. 1st half had chicken, other half didnt have anything except lettuce onions and tomatoes. Not worth it, and they use entirely too much cheese.

The lobster roll was the star of the show. It was light, fresh, and packed with flavor. The roll itself was perfectly toasted and buttered, offering the ideal balance of texture to complement the delicate lobster. To pair with it, I tried the Cucumber Watermelon lemonade, and it was the perfect refreshing choice. It tasted freshly made and brought a vibrant, crisp flavor that balanced the richness of the lobster roll beautifully. The customer service was also top-notch – friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend East Hampton Sandwich Co. for a delicious and satisfying meal in Dallas!

Google
Located inside Hotel Crescent Court in Uptown Dallas, East Hampton Sandwich Co is a cozy little casual dining shop with good food and good service. They specialize, obviously, in sandwiches but they also have a good selection of sides, salads, and lobster rolls. It's not too pricey, the atmosphere is laid back, the sandwiches are well-prepared. It's the perfect place for a quick bite in between meetings, lunch break, etc...

Google
The Philly was nasty, and on top of that, it was undersized for the price they charge. $15 for a sandwich the size of a coke can is asinine. Wouldn't nearly be as vocal if the sandwich was halfway decent. First and only time ordering from here.

Google
I order from here quite often for meetings for my job, I've only ordered delivery in the past, and planned to do so today, as well. I needed to add something to a sandwich and there was no option to do so online, so I called the restaurant directly. I spoke to an employee there and completed my order, she also informed me that delivery was unavailable due to the restaurant handling a big catering event, ok, no problem, I told her I would pick up the order myself. When I arrived, the restaurant was not very busy, especially for it being lunch time, with the exception of the employees working on the catering order. I stood in the pick up line to pick up my order behind two other people. I waited for 5 minutes, and noticed no acknowledgement to the others standing in line or myself, despite there being about 12 workers behind the counter and at least 4 workers walking back and forth. I waited another 5 minutes before I asked the gentleman in front of me if he was there for a pick up order to make sure that I was standing in the right line. He assured me that he was also waiting for a pick up order. After seeing one of the workers pass by again I asked who was where I should pick up a pick up order from and he said, "Right there.", pointing to where I was standing and then I asked who I should ask for my order and he pointed the back counter and said, "One of them.", and he turned and went on about his business. The gentleman in front of me had to pretty much reach across the counter and look for his order because no one asked if he needed help. I finally just loudly asked, "Hi, where do I get a pickup order for Valerie.", and someone finally turned out to look at me, he looked for my order, asked if it was paid, I assured it was as I grabbed my bag and just left. I expressed the bad customer service to my employer and I doubt we will ever place any meeting orders again. Delivery I guess is good with the restaurant, because the customer service in person is not what I would call stellar.

Yelp
Great sandwiches and just what you're looking for when you need a yummy Sammy fix! Dogs are even welcome!

Yelp
Tucked away in the Crescent, East Hampton is the perfect lunch spot offering sandwiches, salads, and rolls. They definitely know what they're doing as I enjoyed my honey grilled chicken sandwich. Their chips are homemade which is pretty rare. I liked how they offered siracha lol. The vibes were very casual in a good way :)

Yelp
Terrible experience, would not come back, would not recommend. I ordered the fried chicken jack, as a wrap, with no tomato, with a side of house chips. I received: a fried chicken jack sandwich, with tomato, with fries. Did my best to pick off the tomato. Sandwich was not good. Fries were terrible. Do not come here.

Yelp
Service was quick and friendly. Food was fresh and of high quality. The ambiance was quiet and peaceful. Nice view of the sun.

Yelp
I ordered the Connecticut Lobster Roll and The Hash BEC. Of the two, the Hash BEC (bacon, egg, cheddar) was by far my favorite! The thing is massive and packed with bacon - so much so, I had to pick most of it off. I loved the hashbrown in the sandwich and also loved this breakfast option was available all day. The lobster roll wasn't the best, but still good. The bun itself was a little dry and not squishy enough. I do appreciate a sandwich shop (or anywhere for that matter) offering a lobster roll, so kudos to them for that.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch while working nearby and grabbed a Cuban sandwich. It was really good, little unique in the mojo sauce as cubans are always mustard but I liked it. It added like a little sweetness and spice to the cuban which had a delightfully light bread rather than being pressed. Definitely not a traditional cuban but it worked well and was actually super filling. Sweet potato fries as a side made for a heavy lunch but really in looking at the rest of the menu unless you're going for a salad it's a bit heavier than you might think for a lunch sandwich spot. I'd go back!

Yelp
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. Tldr: I ordered delivery from this location almost 4 weeks ago, was promised a refund due to the super late delivery, and I still have not seen the refund after calling them at least 5 times since the promise for a refund. After ordering from Uber Eats and not receiving my order (not sure what happened with the delivery person), I went to the East Hampton Sandwich's website to order directly from the business. Well, the delivery orders on the website are fulfilled by a service called SkipCart. I was given an estimate of 11:50am. My order sat ready to be picked up for half an hour, and I kept calling the location and no one would pick up and the call would drop, until I tried again for the 5th time and someone answered. I finally received my food at 12:30pm, 40 minutes later than the ETA, and the fried chicken and fries were very soggy. I realize that there is some amount of sogginess to be expected from delivery as opposed to eating the food there, but it would have been a different level had the food not sat there for half an hour waiting to be picked up. I called the restaurant about the issue, and I was promised a refund. That was on July 28. I have called back on 8/2, 8/16, 8/17, 8/19, and 8/20, and possibly on additional days but I do not remember, and they keep giving me the runaround and I've recently been told that the "Accounting department" is now involved in trying to address this issue. Last week, a gentleman I spoke to on the phone said that they absolutely have to take care of this for me that week, but it's the next week, and I still do not have a refund. I was not going to write a review when I was told I would receive a refund. It's one thing that I had a crappy experience. It's another that I was promised a refund and it's been damn near a month and I still don't have the refund.

Yelp
Shoutout to East Hampton for literally keeping their breakfast sandwich WARM even through having the first favor driver canceling on us!!! The sauce on it is rich and delicious. My coworker and I thoroughly enjoyed this DELICIOUS sandwich. The hash browns taste really crispy which is a nice touch.
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down the WORST East Hampton location!! Poor service, wrong items every single time. Check you bag before you leave if for some reason you are forced to eat here. It's either missing, replaced with something you didn't order or completely inedible.
google avatar

Yelp
Great flavorful sandwiches! I highly recommend. The interior is super charming as well. I had the Cesar wrap, it was light but filling. They have great specials too! Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
What?! They changed their to go salads and it's no longer worth taking out lunch. It's much smaller and the dressing is in a huge container that take up half of the salad container. I can't believe I waited 20m and paid $10 to get home on my rushed very late 130pm lunch and am so disappointed. As you can see, they didn't even bothwr to fill the smaller container. Come on. Lettuce is cheap, you really can't give the regular size salad anymore?! I come here for convenience but I'll just go next door to Tom Thumb and get much better ingredients for the same price and make my own. I have been getting take out for a while and I am so disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is good but I think the chicken in my Caesar salad was canned chicken. I'll still go back lol
google avatar

Doug D.

Yelp
This place doesn't take cash, seems kind of elitist to me, I had to get someone put it on debit card for me so this place wasn't getting a 5. I got the lobster grilled cheese and the Cubano pulled pork sandwich. They definitely didn't look like the pictures but they were amazing they came with chips I absolutely hated. The lobster grilled cheese was among the best things I've ever eaten and the Cubano was exactly what I was craving. 5 of us ate for $100 so it's very cheap. Really good lemonade too, I'd definitely go back.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
Good food but a rip off. $5 for this tiny cup of soup? I would be embarrassed to serve this portion to a guest. I would say my cup is half empty.

Fabiana G.

Yelp
I ordered the Uncle Paulie's sandwich. ‍ Order the fries for the side. Wasn't a fan of them. Very thin and unsalted
google avatar

Christina C.

Yelp
[The Place Itself] super cute aesthetic, very clean, quick and friendly service. [Food] we ordered two chicken sandwiches, both were good, nothing really wow'd me tho. My grilled chicken was a little dry and my boyfriend said his fries had too much seasoning. (And no we're not white, so yes it was too much seasoning) but it'd still come back to this place for the decent food and cute atmosphere. The froze's and wine selection was good too. [Logistics] decent amount of parking, order up front once you enter and then you're seated, waiting for your order with a number. [Advice] this place is good for when you're craving a sandwich but nothing too fancy. They did have lobster on the menu but I can't comment on what I didn't have.
google avatar

Andrew L.

Yelp
I love their little skinny fries. The fried chicken sandwiches can be a little thick, but the cheesesteak sandwich is great. The breakfast sandwiches are also really good as well. Solid uptown lunch choice, definitely my favorite sandwich shop in uptown (that's not a burger).
google avatar

Yelp
Ughh. I really used to love love love this place but it's gone downhill. They mess up my take out order literally every. Single. time. So annoying and I know so many people have this same problem with them. I really don't get how it's so hard to leave out cheese, like I'm literally asking them to do less... They post the most amazing pictures of their food on their Instagram and then when you go there it looks nothing like that. I also think the quality of their ingredients has changed for the worse. The last salad I had there was actually so disgusting. Also the chips used to be really good and now they are just bland. I'm so upset this place isn't good anymore it used to be great. I think they got too big for their britches. They started adding a lot to the menu and then took off the new good stuff. I don't know what's going on over there but they need to figure it out.
google avatar

Yelp
The food is amazing! The service is 5 star. Chris and Jared are amazing and are always welcoming. This place is definitely one of my top three lunch spots. Please try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Fantastic breakfast with the family! We were staying at Hotel Crescent Court and went out in search of breakfast. This place is sort of hidden in an office building across the courtyard from the hotel. The food was delicious and made me happy! They deconstructed the sandwiches for picky kids and everyone ate without complaint. Fluffy scrambled eggs, tasty bacon, great toast. Everything was fresh and warm. The portions are generous and prices great. We tried the South Hampton and The American and I would recommend both. You can eat breakfast for $5-6 person, which is amazing in this area. The restaurant is bright a welcoming. Spotless and clean since it just opened. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great addition to this area!

Yelp
Trying to find an actual breakfast sandwich in Dallas is one of the most difficult tasks I've experienced since moving here. I finally found one that sounded decent from the menu, and then realized that this place is really difficult to actually find. Let me tell you something about this joint. It should have a warning label outside that says ***WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH EAST HAMPTON IN ANY WAY*** because the name actually makes no sense. Maybe the owner went there on vacation once? Maybe they're trying to convey a certain feeling to the beachless people of Dallas, or act like Kim Kardashian has tried their sandwiches? Regardless of the blatant misrepresentation of the iconic New York vacation hotspot, this place was really just "meh" grade. The Montauk was really tiny, didn't have any flair to it, and had nothing to do with Montauk - just an ordinary sandwich. The bread was the only savior, as it was fresh and crispy and held together the basic insides of this Long Island wannabe decently well. I gotta say the coffee was pretty good though. I was a little upset that I paid $2 for such a small cup, but it was actually very strong. Also I had respect for my guy taking the orders, seemed like a cool dude who knows his way around a cash register. You guys should pay him more.

Yelp
Has a less than pleasurable experience seeing that I come there every day they should let the friendly faces run the counter I do not appreciate the attitude of the older manager being rude to the employees in front of customers you guys have almost completely lost my business just because of that one experience you guys do a Fantastic job 99% of the time when the friendly faces are running the counter not whoever the hell that was today. Hope you guys fix that will be back when that happens.

Jensen M.

Yelp
East Hampton charges a 6% fee for "Packaging" for takeout orders... & then bothers to tax you on the Packaging Fee. What?! & what did I get for my "packaging"? A plan brown paper school lunch bag. Nice
google avatar

Lauren T.

Yelp
It's here!! If you work in the Crescent or Uptown this will soon become your go to. First, they have breakfast burritos to go that are DELICIOUS. This place has been voted best sandwich around and this tastiness definitely trickles down to the breakfast burrito. I enjoyed the South Hampton - fried chicken, honey and egg burrito. Lunch is busy (as expected), but the staff is super friendly and they're moving very quickly behind the counter. Management was walking around seeking feedback and answering questions. They indicated online ordering would soon be available and you can also call ahead for pick up if you're in a hurry. They also have a refrigerated section of salads and main sandwiches for grab and go. For your not-so-light soup option, i definitely recommend the Shrimp + Corn Chowder. Served with little buttered bread. :)

Yadi T.

Yelp
I have not gone in person but I have had it delivered by Uber twice. Twice they forgot to send the ranch with my sweet potato fries. The food is delicious but you shouldn't forget the sides! 5 star food with 4 star service. I will still order from there. I love the food!
google avatar

Yelp
Just tried this place a couple of weeks ago through Favor. Love, love, love! The grilled chicken strips are so fab! The avocado dip, dreamy! The sandwiches so good! I'm so happy I discovered this place!

Yelp
I have been eating here about 1 a week for the last 2 months ish... close to my apartment. Labeled this spot my "cheat meal." This week the menu changed getting rid of some of my favorite sandwiches. In addition to that, this location frequently makes my sandwiches/sides incorrectly. I always order online and then realize the problems when I get him. Sometimes it's minor sometime major... always annoying. Today was an especially poor experience. My food was sitting out for 10 minutes before someone packed it up so I could take it and leave. Not sure where management was.. this time, I double checked order... 1 sandwich wrong again. They redid that sandwich while the other sandwich sat there and got cold. I live across the street from this crescent location. By the time I got home the fries were ice cold because they didn't switch them out. The originally correct sandwich was cold and soggy because it had been sitting out. The other chicken sandwich they corrected was undercooked on the inside... I ended up throwing it all out. Waste of time, waste of $30. Management today was on edge because a health inspector was in... they were 100% doing things differently vs normal. Example: Everyone wearing rubber gloves.. appeared like things weren't going well. This place has good product when they can make it correctly.... but I will 100% not be going back again. Burned too many time. Hope they put something next in this location soon! Prime location. And I Hope I don't get sick from undercooked chicken
google avatar

Yelp
Definitely one of the best lobster rolls in Dallas. We were staying across the street and ordered lunch. My husband and I split a lobster roll and prosciutto and pear salad while the kids split a kids chicken tenders. We also got a side of fries. Online ordering and pickup were easy. Its on the pricey side, but reasonable for the quality and serving sizes. We all had leftovers, everything was balanced, was fresh and had great flavor. Will definitely go back when I am near another one, so many things on the menu sound great and I am usually disappointed in sandwich/salad places.
google avatar

Justin T.

Yelp
Ever since East Hampton changed their bread, it hasn't been the same. Sandwiches used to come on fresh bread with a crunchy outside and a somewhat chewy inside, but they've now switched to a bread that is extremely soft, bright yellow, and eggy, which doesn't hold up to all the ingredients on their sandwiches and doesn't taste great either. Until the sesame and pretzel rolls return to the previous recipe/baker, East Hampton is a no-go for me.

Yelp
Working from my Firm's Dallas location, I was recommended to go to this place for lunch and was suggested to get the lobster roll. I went in and ordered my food. I waited as all people in front of me and behind me that ordered got their food and left. Finally I asked the woman taking the orders where my food was and she said that there must have been a lot of online orders that came in before mine. I told her that I have sat here and watched EVERYONE come in and leave that ordered after me and still I did not get my food. Finally she went to the manager and told him (he was at the window packing orders) and I STILL waited another 8 minutes. I just said I wanted my money back and out of nowhere, my lobster roll appeared. Besides the awful service, I felt a little disenfranchised as I was the only person of color in the place and this happened to me. Not saying that was the reason but it was a glaring omission. Worse still, the lobster roll was super small for the $18 +tax it cost for the sandwich. First and last time I will ever go to this place. UPDATE: I changed my score from 1 star to 3 stars because Mr. Freeman, VP of Operations reached out to me immediately to discuss the issues I had and helped to resolve them. I can admit that it was the first time someone like that reached out to me to solve the issue. I will officially give the company a second chance. Thank you Mr. Freeman.

Yelp
Clean food! Love the lemonade and Whoopie pie. Thank you guys for moving in my work building :)

Yelp
An accessible range of sandwiches in an airy setting. Polite and knowledgeable staff and good value for money.
google avatar

Gladys S.

Yelp
The food here is very good. I love love the lobster roll. I wish they had it with more lobster than roll, but that's just me. Staff is nice and helpful with suggestions. I've been here for breakfast and lunch. They do not disappoint. I recommend the breakfast tacos too if you happen to drop by in the A.M.

Yelp
This location takes a long time. Don't go here on lunch. Managers aren't friendly and don't acknowledge you. This location also only takes cards...no cash. Food is excellent though

Yelp
Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery one day before work. I got the chicken sandwich with pesto and cheese and some kinda red pepper sauce. The chicken was well seasoned. The sandwich was good but the bread was a bit soggy ( probably from the drive to my house) and the portion was pretty small. And I had to pull all much of the arugula or whatever greenage was on it because there was too much. But overall I liked the flavor. The chips I didn't think were that great. My boyfriend also got a chicken sandwich with other stuff. It had some kind of onion marmalade type thing on it. He thought it was good. I tried his and he tried mine and we didn't like each other's. Over all kinda pricey for small sandwiches.

Yelp
Things are going down hill here fast. I work in the building and used to like going here for the last year and a half. Typically, went three out of five days a week. Drawn there because the ingredients were fresh and the salads were tasty. Maybe it is the growing popularity, but service and the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. I've noticed the place is now packed at lunch with Favor and Ubereats types. This made wait times impossible. You could spend more than an hour in line which I cannot do. They took some steps to address this but the solution seems to be part of the problem. The quality of the food has gone way down and they have removed some of my favorite items. For example, I liked to get the kale salad. It had nice big leaves and was a good deal. It disappeared from the menu. I can only assume they removed it and other items because it took to long to make them. So I tried a few other salads. They were terrible. All are made with highly shredded leaves. Think Subway sandwich lettuce and you get the idea. Definitely not a salad experience but I suspect takes a lot less time to throw into a package. The dressings are now also so thick they refuse to leave the cup. Think pudding or spread and you get the idea. No longer going there.

Yelp
This review is for food received via GrubHub. We placed a large order for 10 people to be delivered at work. It was SO FAST! The food was ready way before the quoted time on the GrubHub website and the delivery guy was able to get it here right on our lunch break. They offer the entire menu on GrubHub it seems, so everyone could choose exactly what they wanted to try.. it had options for vegetarians as well as vegans. The food was fantastic, but I'm glad the company paid for it because HOLY MOLY this place is expensive. To be fair, I got a lobster roll, but $18 for a lobster roll is crazy. They luckily did not skimp on the lobster, though. There was plenty in the bun, and enough piled on top to get a few chunks to dip in the melted butter it came with. I ended up pouring that butter on my entire sandwich, and it was not a bad decision. I'd recommend everyone splurge at least once on the lobster roll and some skinny fries.

Yelp
Great sandwiches. Fries were cold. Cool vibe and music mix. Would try again. Have area to sit outside if you like.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to eat at The Crescent for lunch! Whitney and his staff are amazing!!
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
This place is definitely for white people strolling on a Sunday. If you're brown or Latina and you walk in there, be prepared to be stared at. They may wonder how you can afford a 20$ Lobster Roll on a Sunday morning. The answer is... because I have money to do so. Great food btw. Chips are blah. Tea is delicious. Lobster rolls are smaller than Cousin's Maine Lobster, but still good.
google avatar

Ryan D.

Yelp
I had a wonderful experience here! Popped in for a some coffee and a sandwich when it was freezing outside. Be warned they don't take cash but Whitney and Erica are fabulous! Must go

Audrey R.

Yelp
The sandwiches and wraps are delicious! I love that they have a ton of protein in them and they are not mostly lettuce. Everything is so fresh and if your in a hurry, ordering online is so easy!

Heather W.

Yelp
BRING BACK THE FRENCH FRIES PLEASE!!! I frequent a lot of different locations and it's just not the same without the French fries. I'm not the only one I have heard complain either and the "Homemade Chips" don't even hold a candle Blah You've lost my business to the shake shack twice now since you took them away On a separate note I have always received amazing service (Everyone is personable and fun) and love the Blackcurrant Iced Tea!

Anna G.

Yelp
Incredible sandwiches, friendly employees, cute and clean restaurant. A great lunch stop to grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Cara S.

Yelp
First time customer and I received great service, fantastic food, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend the Fried Chicken Jack.. you won't regret it

Jordan D.

Yelp
I still continue to frequent here at least 3 times a week however the photos have been my last several experiences with 25-30 min wait times. $3.95 for the tiny pesto pasta that was eaten in maybe 5 small bites and salads that are less than half full on numerous occasions that cost between $11-13.
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
Thank Whitney for the great recommendation!! Me and my wife enjoyed it very much!! We will be back very soon!!!

Josh K.

Yelp
They only had one worker in the kitchen and one taking orders. It took way longer than expected... wish we would've went somewhere else. We have always liked the food but we are not coming back to this location. 30 mins after we ordered there are still 4 tables ahead of us waiting. UPDATE: I revised my review after management reached out to us and made sure we knew that our review was taken seriously. Great customer service (and food is always great!)

Yelp
Today was the FIRST time a friend and I decided to try East Hampton Sandwich Co. on Oak Lawn Avenue. Have to say we probably will not be back. Sadly, it is NOT because of the food. Our Kale, Quinoa, and Avocado Salad were delicious. It was the deplorable customer service we received. Like I said, this was the FIRST time here. When our food arrived, I inquired, "We need silverware and napkins, please." The Server quipped, "All of that is over there by the beverage machine." Having Customer Service Excellence, the answer should have been, "Oh, all of the utensils and napkins are by the beverage machine, but allow me to get those for you." There are too many places in Dallas to get a salad with sweet and kind disposition-minded waitstaff. This was my FIRST and LAST visit.
