My wife and I own a local business and eat here often when we are in town. We have great food every single time. Sandwiches are awesome. The staff is phenomenal. We have sadly seen on more than one occasion the manager is often rude or disrespectful to the employees so much so that ive gotten visibly frustrated. Aside from that the service atmosphere and food are phenominal.

East Hampton Sandwich Co was really good. I ordered the Fried Chicken Jack and the Green Goddess, and both sandwiches were good. The potato salad was also surprisingly great. And shoutout to Sandra for her amazing customer service she was genuinely helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Such a cute sandwich shop with great food. We loved the cheesesteak and the Italian. The black and white cookies are incredible…you must try them! They also have great hamburgers, salads, and fresh flavored lemonades. Oh, and the sweet potato fries are also incredible

Our lunch was unfortunately ruined today by the background noise of the most rude and disrespectful manager berating his incredibly kind and pleasant staff. I have never been so jaw-dropped by the lack of self-awareness by a MANAGER. I can’t imagine saying the things this gentleman said in private let alone in the middle of a dinning room full of patrons. This guy absolutely needs to go before I recommend anyone step inside these four walls.

Super fresh and filling! True Hamptons atmosphere from the decor, colors and menu! The sea salt fries were amazing. We ordered a country club wrap and the green goddess. Can’t wait to go back! Super fresh ingredients and great staff.

Not crazy to eat in here anymore! We went with friend ate at this place, I like it so much. I came back the 2nd time and the sandwich was cold. The manager corrected the food he told me this sandwich is a cold sandwich if you like he will make it hot. So he did. I was very happy. We came back again and order the hot sandwich. Guess what happened??? The bread was cold. I told the guy he wasn’t a manager he told me that he can make it hot. He came back, the bread was burned. It was literally black. He told me it wasn’t burn. I wasn’t happy. He told me give it back to him and he will make a new one but he wasn’t happy. He was rude and slammed the sandwich to the tray and really angry toasted to the garbage can. It was unpleasant to paying a lunch with that situation. In inside the sandwich they put the greens vegetables. I noticed that people were not looking in the middle what they put in it. My sandwich has an old veggie in it. So grossed. I said I want to talk to the manager, but he didn’t come to me and he was pretending that I wasn’t there. Although he knows I was sitting and waiting for him but he doesn’t want to have an eye contact with me. I realized that the guy who the one was helping me was telling me about what’s going on. So he doesn’t want to deal with it and just ignored me as a repeating customer. So sad. I won’t come back!
