East Side Pizza

Omg the meatballs are some of the best I ever had. Such an awesome place in PTown. Everyone is so nice especially Aron who took care of us. Super friendly and made sure we were all happy. Excellent customer service. Love IT

First time here. Clean and calming, warm and inviting environment. Came during Christmas season and the place was decorated with stockings and Christmas music playing. We ordered a dozen garlic knots - the marinara dipping sauce and the knots were outstanding (had raw garlic cloves and lots of parsley, cooked perfectly with a crispy outside and doughy inside). We ordered the lasagna and the shrimp scampi, plenty of cheese with the lasagna (wow!!) and more raw garlic cloves and robust, decadent flavor with the shrimp scampi. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and I dipped the garlic knots in the sauce of the scampi - chef’s kiss! Skipped on dessert this time, but was told by the pleasant waiter (Chris B) that they do have some seasonal desserts in rotation, can call ahead and ask. The chocolate cake is apparently really popular! Definitely coming back, new fave.

Lady who helped us did a good job just looked like she hated it. Food was well prepared but just not up to expectations. Lasagna was weird, have never seen lasagna like that. More of a meat in noodle dish.

My only teal gripe is the mobile app and website. Our address doesn't show up - so have to drive or call in order. Inside doesn't really have seating. Relatively fast service - though they couldn't get my card to work for some reason so I had to pay with cash.

I seldom do 5 star reviews. Just look through them, and you will see, but here's one of few. East Side Pizza is a favorite of the locals. They have a great selection of Italian food from subs and pizza to pasta and seafood. The appetizers are always good, as are the salads, and the garlic knots are out of this world! The bacon cheese fries are also and is a huge portion. Two could fill up on one order. The portions are generous, and the food is always prepared to perfection. We always bring half of it home. The service is always fast, friendly, and accurate, and the prices are reasonable. It's not hard to understand why this is a local favorite.

Chicken wings were dry and were not seasoned. The lasagna was ok but could have used some extra ricotta cheese and seasoning. The salad was great. Everything else was great. The waitresses delivered excellent customer service and the atmosphere was great. Thank you!

Service was fantastic! Our waitress was awesome! Food was pretty good. I was disappointed in the lobster Ravioli. Sauce was overpowering and the portion was small considering how much I paid for it. Overall, great experience, but will definitely order something else next time.

I'll start with the positives... The food is good overall and the deserts are amazing. Also the customer service is great, I genuinely really like the staff and enjoy talking with them. Any time I've had an issue they've gone out of their way to fix it. --- There's a couple problems though. -- 1) This is the 3rd weekend in a row I've opted to order from another restaurant because they didn't answer the phone despite calling nearly 10 times. -- 2) The pizza is often undercooked even when I ask specifically for it to be well done the cheese is barely melted. -- 3) The past 3 times I've ordered a salad to go they forgot the dressing which is just a basic thing. If it wasn't for those things I would rate it potentially 5 stars however I can't overlook these issues.
