Wow, what a dinner we had. The best dolma and mixed olives ever. It was such a great personal experience being there. I was given a sample just to make sure. Best customer service. It makes a difference. I will be back, thank you again

Google
I visited my children in Henderson and visited this store. I found it to be full of excellent choices and variety of stuff. I bought a lot and my whole family enjoyed freshness of each piece. Olivie salad was so delicious! Prices are even cheaper than in Florida. Will visit them again.

Google
A fantastic little spot with all the European goodies your heart could desire! A well stocked deli counter lets you pick out your preferred food items from all around the globe, and friendly staff assist with anything you may need. If you're a fan of sausage grab a pound of Kabanosy. Their's is incredibly fresh and delicious!

I love this store! People are very nice! Produce is outstanding! Prices are almost the same as everywhere. I always get excellent quality. Thank you, guys for continuing making happy your community.

Google
Good place to get all the delicious food we used in Eastern Europe., many breads, marinated fish and veggies, lots of pastries. However, their new bread Borodino is not the same as the old Borodinsky Bread. Even I asked if it is the same. They said Yes, but was very disappointed, it was the simple dark bread ( good quality) but not as Borodinsky. Probably the most people don't care about this, but those who crave old style Borodinsky Bread , huge blow. It is my favorite bread since 1970's. Please, bring it back !! Russian chocolate candy are the Best! Unfortunately, the prices going up .

I bought steelhead fish and it was so fresh, lightly salted, and we finished it right away. Couldn’t stop eating. It’s so good. I want more! I also tried skumbria. Also, it was delicious! German fresh Bread I’m buying there all the time. My kids’ favorite. Fresh and real!

Google
Honestly it should be one star I just feel bad because this is the only one such market in the south east side of town; and likely the reason of their astronoi prices compared to same prices of other eastern/ Balkan/ middle eastern markets. What pissed me off the most tho is the bad Armenian bread, tasting like mold and there is no expiration date on the label! I kid you not it only says where they make it - locally somewhere in flamingo ave and no expirationdate ! For $5 I would like to taste fresh bread not brittle mold. Also I buy dry cured sausage there - lukanka - it was $15 last summer now it's $25?! What kind of price hike is that!? The rest of the similar stock markets like Jones deli or malincho have this for about $10-$13! All the rest of the products are like that- someone should inspect the place / or the owner has to go around see what the prices for same items in town are - individual serving pate- Jones deli -$1,60; in this market$3.76 to wellabovr $4; sliced meat ends and butts - Jones deli will run you about$3 in this market it's $14! Everything is well over ; olives $10 to $20 . Look at malincho or other middle eastern places . Filo dough even in USA markets it's about $3-$4; this market over $10. WHY?! it's the same product

We love this market! My wife is Russian, so we come here for all the ingredients to make her traditional Russian dishes. I stack up on sausages and meats here as well as sweets! They have good produce as well! Love that we have this market in the neighborhood. Stop by and support small business!

Yelp
Love this place but the prices marked on shelves are higher when it's rang up than what shows. They won't honor you the price that's on shelves. That's not customers fault, that is stores mistake. I was going to ask for refund but I drove far to get to this store. They need to do price inventory. They have ripped off a lot of customers who did not Ofcourse noticed.. Responding to Mike O. (Business owner)... I did ask the lady if she's going to honor the price and she keep saying no with her excuses. I am not the type to argue and I do love your store. There were people around so I did not wanna make it a big deal or make a scene that will make your store look bad. No I didn't want that... since I believe this is family owned!? I respected that but $5 was taken from me, not much but $5 can be gas fund in my car since I live far and I visits your store atleast 3-5times a year. It is ok. I just want others to be aware and I am glad you saw my review and I'm sure now you hopefully will now take the time to check your inventory and make a price tags that can't be moved around, which my case the price tags looks to be in the right place.. Upon seeing other reviews seems price tags sure is the problem at this store. Multiple over charges... they Really need to go through inventories. I will not come back to this store til I see improvements and i will share to my European friends that's did suggested this store to me.

Yelp
Update: After receiving a respond from the owner. Decided to give it another chance- and hope it was just another mistake. I don't need a refund, just a human integrity. Overall Eastern European market is a great store- with selection of items that you won't find anywhere else in Vegas. I wish them a lot of prosperity. And hope mistakes like that won't happen again. Previous review: Very unfortunate conclusion- after years of shopping at this store. Multiple times I saw inconsistency in the price tags. And even got charged for the items twice. I thought- it happens. Human error. I do like the store overall. They have good selection of items. However. When I came back today and looked at my receipt- and realized it's another "mistake". I had enough. Very disappointed. Bought 3 pounds of persimmons. Got charged for 6. When I got home- and looked at the receipt- realized the "mistake". Unfortunately this is not the first time. And when "mistakes" like that happen few times- you just realize that people being dishonest. Please whoever shop t- check receipts upon leaving the store. Very very disappointed...

Yelp
What a wonderful little market! A ton of fresh meats, veggies, and Eastern European items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had an item that my husband and I have been looking for forever, at half the price it is on Amazon. Will definitely be back

Yelp
Was craving pierogis really bad and the folks at Pierogi Village are on vacation so I found this spot. The store is in a reasonably sized plaza and easy to get to. Now for the market. It has SO MANY THINGS! Ice creams, candies, fresh salami, pickled veggie everything, and most importantly. My pierogis. They usually have home made pierogis (which is the best way to enjoy a pierogi) but I had to settle for frozen. And they were delicious. The Dadu little ice cream bars they also sell are fantastic. And the 1/4 Lb of Salami we got was great on pizza. Overall you're hard pressed to find a specialty eastern market like this offering an affordable price point with fresh goods. And I look forward to trying the homemade pierogis the next time we go back to the Eastern Market.

Yelp
We just moved here from the Chicago area where there's an abundance of Russian, Polish, Italian, German and every other ethnic deli store imaginable! Not here unfortunately! So in my desperation to find a store where I could find some of the same delicacies I love so much, I googled "ethnic groceries" and Eastern Market popped up and so I went that same day to check it out. When I walked in and saw the deli case, I knew immediately this was going to be my regular stop for cold cuts, homemade delicacies, and groceries you will not find anywhere else in this area. All sorts of salami, mortadella, polish sausages, kabanosy, hams... all brands I was familiar with from back home. (The store owner informed me that they import all the sausages, etc. from Chicago and New York.) This store has a large selection of European style lunch meats, cheeses, caviar, homemade salads, babaganoush, large selection of olives, ready to heat and serve cabbage rolls, Piroshki, Pierogi...just too much to list! They also have the most delicious European style breads and Armenian breads. Oh, and the Armenian coffee, better than Starbux and a lot less expensive. And a PLUS, all the employees are very friendly and helpful. This is a great store if you're looking for a European deli and store with a variety of Armenian, Russian, Polish, Greek and Eastern European groceries and luncheon meats/cheeses. Even if you've never tried anything other than the same ole' ham and turkey breast at your regular grocery store deli, be adventurous and give this place a try...you won't regret it. Everything I bought was fresh and DELISH!!! Yummmm!!! I can now be happy in this desert! :)

Yelp
Everything in the deli tastes just like my parents used to make. Everything is always really fresh and tons of options. It's my weekly go to for groceries.
google avatar

Yelp
Hard to find products at fair prices. Excellent breads, meats and other selections. At the very least - it's worth a visit.
google avatar

Yelp
great place! probably the largest selection of Russian and other Eastern European food. Their Deli is fantastic as well. everything tastes great and authentic. Always fresh, never an issue. We live in Summerlin but it's totally worth a quick 20-25 min drive for a treat. It's in a great area with convenient parking!

Yelp
Picked up a few things to make some Persian recipes. I included the receipt in case any one was interested in the prices. Also bought some herbs, Italian parsley, cilantro, mint, and dill. The cashier was nice and everyone wore masks in the store. Overall a good experience.

Yelp
I really love the food selection amd quality here. Service, however, has much to be desired. I walked up to the counter. I was the first person there. Before the clerk could even ask me, a pushy big man spike in Russian to serve an older man who also appeared from no where. Then, another clerk comes over, asks who was next, and the large man again speaks in Russian, proceeding to try every meat and cheese offered! Some time later, and a good test of my patience, it was my turn. Wait! Are you sure? I'm the last woman standing. If that wasn't bad enough, the same thing happened at the checkout line. I feel sorry for people like that. Next time I'll send a man to shop for me!!

Yelp
This is my go to store for my Eastern European and Middle Eastern grocery goods. They carry just the right amount of pantry staples and a good variety of treats and specialty items not found easily in Vegas. The store is clean and well organized. It's a family owned business and you can tell they take great pride in what they make and stock. I always see someone checking the quality of the fruits, produce, and items on the shelves. Also, the prices here are very reasonable. So you can get quite a bit of your grocery goodies for a good deal. My favorite items are in the deli section and refrigerators. First, the cabbage rolls with meat is tasty and not salty at all. The eggplant dish (imam biyaldi) is the most flavorful veggie dish I have tried by far. I think the eggplant and tomatoes are roasted and then layered with some tomato sauce. So simple, but the charred flavor and the layering of all the ingredients melting together is sublime. That's a simple dish done right and it's amazing. Great by itself or with some rice. The beef and chicken kotletes (cutlets) are moist and well seasoned. Warm up before eating! The herring salad (shuba) is well done. I've seen the process in making it and it's lengthy, so bless them for making it in house. The breads are made from scratch and you can taste the freshness. They rye bread with sunflower seeds has a crusty outside and a soft fluffy inside. Yaas to bread!! With some whipped butter...it's heaven. They also have a good selection of cheeses: cottage cheese, farmers cheese, sheep's milk cheese, and feta for sure. There are also deli meats and sausages. I am biased to the Doctor Skaya bologna for sandwiches. Don't forget the pickles! They have homemade pickles, Russian style pickles (which are peppery), persian pickles and your classic dill pickles. Next favorite items for me are the kefirs! Before it was a buzzword in the health world, fermented milk has been enjoyed in Eastern Europe. Lots of probiotics and easier to digest than regular milk. Try the ryazhenka. It's kefir but baked so it's not as tangy as yogurt. One glass of that and you are full! The pantry staples are pretty awesome. They have the Sadaf brand teas which are fantastic. I enjoy the green box one which is an earl grey tea. The burgundy box is early grey with a hint of cardamom. There is Turkish coffee in ground form and a small hand picked selection of whole bean coffees too. Did I mention they have candy by the bulk? Yes, my new found favorite Russian chocolates are found here. Be sure to check with row you are getting it from because it's priced differently in the rows. So make it easy on yourself and get one row with one price in one bag and row of the other price in a separate bag. My recommendation is the milk chocolate with water inside. It has a picture of little bears on it. Oh yeah, back to staples...they carry a lot of Sadaf dried good products. The canned dried herbs for gormeh Sabzi and dried lemons are here and that can be hard to find. The back has traditional Persian pastries. Rice cookies and baklava for example. Off to the side in the fridge are honey cakes and napoleons! Next time you have tea or coffee, are hosting or going over a friends house, grab one of these pastry and show them how fancy you are. No basic pastry for you anymore! Lastly, I want to make the point that a lot of these items I have only recently discovered and now love. It can seem like a lot to learn, but I went out of my comfort box, looked around, asked some questions, and bought a few things to try first. Everyone there is helpful and they know their products. Food can be enjoyed traditionally or it could be modified. Either way, you can discover something new and expand your food options. Or as I call it, your "Nom nom options". Come on by and give this place a try!

Yelp
Love this place , prices since you be right ... some little to high ... but overall is good ... salads tasty bread delicious!!!

Yelp
Eastern European / middle eastern market off eastern and windmill in Henderson. Small community market that has a lot of delicious ethnic foods. Most of the stuff is consistently the same. Some stuff varies based on what I assume is customer demand and availability from suppliers. Great deli section with a lot of different salami and various deli meats. I don't eat pork and their selection of beef salami is one of the best in town.
google avatar

Monica N.

Yelp
Just moved in the area and been looking for a European market, I saw this while driving and decided to stop and check it out. I loved the selection of fresh veggies & fruit, the deli selection and of course wines & beers. Great variety of European products and very friendly service! I'll go back there any chance I'll get!

Elena B.

Yelp
Yummy salads and bliny that ready to eat. Salami and sausage selection is great. Nice service.
google avatar

Niko M.

Yelp
I stopped off at this market on my way home and I was amazed when I came inside and saw all the fresh produce they have to offer. I ended up buying a whole cart of stuff I was very eager to try ,the gentleman working the deli was very attentive and informative he showed me the variety of cold cuts they have to offer. Plus the fresh bread they have smelled so great I ended up buying loafs of bread and they were still warm by the time I got home I will definitely return!!!
google avatar

Sanaz S.

Yelp
I visited the store for the first time today. I specifically was interested in Middle Eastern/Persian items. I found a plentiful selection of things I love, and brands I like to buy (sadaf,Ahmad tea, etc). I was happy to see they had frozen as well as canned Fava beans and okra, too. Prices were pretty reasonable. Since I live in Henderson this would be the closest market where I could purchase some of my favorite middle eastern goodies. The owner also informed me that the café portion will be open within the next month, looking forward to that and hoping they have some vegetarian or vegan options for me. Will return and see how that cafe comes along...
google avatar

Yelp
Love this store! Great food selection and wonderful store employees! Definitely recommend this place for russian and eastern européen food!
google avatar

Kate D.

Yelp
Amazing! They have an excellent selection of Eastern food, and I was able to find many items not typically available in grocery stores such as Smiths or Albertsons. I highly recommend this business!
google avatar

Larry K.

Yelp
I go here every Sunday. The homemade hummus and baba ghanoush are fresh and delicious. I cannot resist the halvah, it is so good! It is easy to get lost going up and down the aisles looking at all the ethnic foods. As good as the foods are here, what really makes the place outstanding are the owners. Friendly, welcoming, always ready to help. So lucky to have this place in the neighborhood!

Kristina S.

Yelp
Amazing place!! Love coming here for my grocery's! Everyone is always nice polite and helpful!

Natalie's Vegas T.

Yelp
Our family likes to shop here often. Service is great groceries are fresh. People are very helpful! Overall market is nice and cozy.
google avatar

Bogdana V.

Yelp
Ever since the pandemic started, employees have been without masks, as well as the clients. After the governor's mask mandate, they are wearing masks... on their chin. Twice now I politely asked them to properly wear their masks. The first time, they ignored me until we complained to the manager. The second time, the worker pulled her masks with a very unpleasant attitude. Customers also are served without issues despite having their noses above their masks and nobody asks them to comply to the actual requirement of correctly wearing a mask. Having it as chin accessory doesn't work.

Joe M.

Yelp
Very helpful staff and good selection! The caviar we got there for New Year's Eve was excellent!
google avatar

Julie U.

Yelp
After Jones Market burned down I started to look for a store that might have similar selection. I found this place on Google and today I finally stopped by. I was very pleasantly surprised. It's not a huge store but it has pretty much everything I was looking for. Great great variety of Eastern European foods and drinks. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'm very happy I found it after living in Vegas for over 10 years. In addition, girls behind the counter as well as cashier were very pleasant. Love that. Will be a regular!
google avatar

Clovis B.

Yelp
Just an update to my previous review... I just called to see if they had dried lime, and the gentleman that answered the phone went and checked for me, and they do! He was so friendly and just as last time, they have exactly what I need. I absolutely love this place and all the friendly people running it! Thank you for everything you do!
google avatar

Sioux K.

Yelp
Great little store. I'm US born and raised but with Eastern European grandparents so I don't necessarily know some of the more authentic items but I liked what I did get. Bought some of their homemade pierogies and took them with me to Phoenix for Christmas. We made a whole meal for extended family and everybody loved them. Also bought some Bulgarian wine. We had ourselves a nice little feast with the wine, pierogies, and challah bought elsewhere. Will be back.
google avatar

Laila B.

Yelp
Very disappointed with the customer service today. My father went in (like he does every week) and asked about pricing because he noticed prices were higher. A gentleman joked with him and said inflation. My dad laughed and moved on. At checkout he asked how much an item was because there was no price and that's when a lady came out, started yelling at him and threw his items in the bag and said he was no longer welcome to shop there. What kind of customer service is that? My family and I spend a lot of money at your store and don't worry we won't be back and will make sure all of our friends know how disrespected we felt today.
google avatar

Svetlana W.

Yelp
One of my favourite stores in whole Las Vegas and Henderson area ! Varieties of delicious dishes ( including Lora's hand made wonders) , friendly staff, amazing service and inexpensive prices ; all components that make our life wonderful and stress free! I alwafeel like home shopping around . Everything is clean and fresh. Thank you , Mike and Stepan , your Eastern Market store is the real jewel !

Yelp
HEADS UP: The number of fake reviews up giving five stars and choosing it as a favorite over Jones is laughable! Tempted to drop this down another star to balance them out, but that's petty. New Eastern European market/deli- located in Hender-tucky, inconvenient to me, but essentially it's a wannabe version of Jones market. Good selection of (overpriced) pickled items but overall selection doesn't compare: few baked goods, no ready-made dishes, and no fresh pickles. The hell kind of European market doesn't have pickles?! The deli counter has lots of salamis, hams, and sausages, decent cheese selection and some caviars. Last two rows of grocery section have a variety of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern ingredients. Produce was banged up, not the freshest. Limited fresh herbs available compared to other markets. This place is comparable to a gas station convenience store with European items, like Max Market, rather than a proper ethnic grocery. Pricing is higher than I typically pay for the same items elsewhere. The frozen pelmeni that I bought here were awful. Poor flavor, poor quality, seemed old. I will be retaining my patronage with Jones, as should anyone with any discernment of quality. Note: I'm turned off to return, both because of the obvious fake reviews AND because I was spammed by Jessie O suggesting I check it out. I thought it was nice of her before realizing she did this to everyone who reviewed Jones market. This is NOT how you attract and keep customers, it is very unprofessional.
google avatar

Bill K.

Yelp
This store has great people and great food !! Everything I purchased was delicious!! The Beet salad the Russian salad and cabbage rolls were to die for ! They even have Russian beer ! When you go you should try everything!! I live in Northwest Vegas but the trip down there was well worth the quality of there food !!
google avatar

Alek H.

Yelp
Love this place. They have great deli foods. Good Russian and Armenian dishes. Veggies. Frozen goods and candy. If you don't have time to cook, you can swing by and get dinner.

Tina B.

Yelp
The prices are way higher than in another European stores, but that will be fine if those rude owners (older lady and man- I figure they are owners because they were rude to staff too) have smiles on their faces, and if they learn how to treat consumers.... RUDENESS ON HIGHEST LEVEL! Every time they are in store!
google avatar

Ewa D.

Yelp
Great store for all of your European needs. And the prices are really good when comparing them to the competition around town.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
Food is very fresh, great prices, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, love coming here, red champagne grapes, Russian chocolate, hand made greeting cards, amazing meat selection, desserts are handmade fresh daily, I come here a couple days a week, highly recommend
google avatar

Anna K.

Yelp
I have been searching for my roots for months after moving in to Las Vegas. And i finally found this store, where i bought literally everything from it! Brings me back home and i love the selection and variety of it, good quality straight from my home countries i am a mixed kid so both sides of my family can shop here! Love it!

iris b.

Yelp
Amazing grocery store with the best deli, tons of cheeses, great homemade foods, and excellent desserts that are homemade. The vegetable/fruit selection is small, but always very fresh and seasonal. Love this store.
google avatar

Yanni T.

Yelp
If you are looking for good Eastern European food, this is your local hub. They have a large selection of products and a fresh grocery section. I usually go for the meat delicacy and Bulgarian feta cheese. I have gotten some amazing beer and top notch cold cuts. I highly recommend the jewish dry salami and any of the feta cheeses they offer. The have come salads and cooked food that is also extremely good. I recommend the tzatziki - yogurt with cucumber and the chicken meatballs. If you ever wonder what something tastes like just ask for a sample. The staff is super helpful and nice and will guide you.

Julia K.

Yelp
Absolutely would recommend this wonderful store! Everything is fresh and delicious! Friendly service, a great selection of authentic foods and best prices! Eastern market is on my weekly shopping route. The owners and the crew make you feel welcome, like at home! Thank you for everything!
google avatar

Nicole N.

Yelp
Went here for the first time today and it was awesome! Had to make myself leave before I spent too much money! I will definitely be back on a regular basis!

Krasimira P.

Yelp
I'm customer since the first week this store is open .I have great experience and I'm extremely happy with the variety of products and fresh veggies and fruits. Everyone of the employees is helpful and knowledgeable. The owner is very nice and he puts up with different difficult and spoiled customers .Everyone in this store is trying to do the best service in difficult time and fallow the sanitation and protection protocol during the Covid -19. I highly recommend this store and I send a lots of my clients there and everyone so far is happy . .Thank you Eastern market for the hard work and the great service!
google avatar

Amna Y.

Yelp
They are nice and the store is clean. But its expensive. I bought the persian cucumber and it went rotten in 2 days however when I explained that to the owner after 2 weeks from the last visit. They offered me the whole new bag of cucumbers for free. Overall is ok!
google avatar

V I.

Yelp
Eastern market is cleaner and more spacious than Jones market and in my opinion way better service is provided here. I buy my veggies ( tomatoes and Persian cucumbers ) , coffee , feta cheese and spices always from here. They have a great selection on olives, dry meat and even caviar (not the tarama, but the real thing) I'm very happy that they have decided to open the store on this side of town.
google avatar

Girl W.

Yelp
Very few middle eastern/ european markets around here. Its not a stored filled wall to wall, but what they do have is ok! Very nice selection of feta cheeses, olives and the deli. 1.09 pita bread. Very cute and yummy candy selection. Per pound , you can mix and match, really good chocolates! Produce is nice. Very fresh Persian cucumbers. Tahini! Dried beans and peas. Good looking honey. The cary Ghee butter great for cooking eggs! Wondering if they cary Keifer Byblos in the yogurt section, if so they have everything I look for!

Timea T.

Yelp
Great please . I love shopping in there .Everyone is so nice and helpful.I love the variety of Europe products and the fresh vegetables and fruits.Highly recommended.
google avatar

Roxana B.

Yelp
Nice product offerings, definitely liked the deli section and pastry selection. Found Romanian mititei, score! There's a variety of beer and wine, chocolate, baklava, and fresh groceries as well. The check out process was slow, only one cashier, long line. Also on the pricey side compared to other markets in town but the people were friendly, so it's worth it :)
google avatar

Elena L.

Yelp
I live up north so this store is super far for me. However whenever I'm in this side of town, I always stop by. The food is fresh and delicious, the store is clean and customer service is good. All my favorite foods are here.
google avatar

Boris S.

Yelp
As my reviews indicated I am Russian. So anytime there is a new place to review that sells Russian food I am there. I wasn't very impressed. No fresh Russian salads or pirogi or anything at all. Selections of meats and cheeses is good, but no pickles and saurkraut. Pelmeni was terrible. Never heard of this brand but terrible. Comparing this to Jones Market is like comparing a supermarket to the 7/11/. I was going to give this place 2 stars, but then Jessie O. wrote everyone who reviewed Jones Market a note about switching stores and so I am docking a star. This person is obviously connected to this place and that's a pretty classless thing in my book. I guess if you live across it's fine, otherwise I would drive a little further. This place is not even close to Max Market, which I would put behind Jones Market.
google avatar

Yulia V.

Yelp
Love this store, always has a great selection of packaged and freshly prepared Russian foods and the location in Henderson is convenient
