America’s longest continuous open-air market, established in 1752, still thrives on the riverfront with producer-only standards and big Saturday crowds. Recent features document record attendance and national recognition. The Easton Farmer's Market is really something to see! There is a very long section of street in Scott Park allocated to vendors of all kinds from bakery to meat to fresh produce and many other types of businesses as well. Walking through the area is fun seeing all of the different wares. Easton Farmers Market is located in Scott Park where the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers meet. There is also live music performed at the pavilion.

Favorite farmers market!! Along the river so pretty views, tons of vendors & options :) a true community staple! Great way to spend some time on a Saturday. Parking can be tough so come patient.

Beautiful Day, wonderful vendors. This is a must do on a early Saturday. Oldest in the country farmers market. Only thing is get there early parking is limited and fills up by 10am. Live music as well. Many folks bring their dogs for me I don't always feel safe. There were atleast 3 times were dogs were trying to get each other. Just be aware.

I read online about this market and how historic and how it had been voted as one of the best in the country but was shocked at how underwhelming it actually was. While it has a nice setting by a park on the water, it was amazingly small. It was very quaint and nice with fresh produce I was just expected so much more from the hype online.

Google
Fabulous market with so many wonderful products. I will take pictures next time I go! This is my favorite market in the area. My favorites are Phillips Farms, Raspberry Ridge, Mia & Maddie Bakery! If you go closer to brunch, I can recommend the crab cake sandwich and fabulous fries 🍟. There is wonderful hard cider, and even harder liqueurs that I have yet to try! The music 🎶 was great yesterday. I am sure I am forgetting someone, but you get the idea, it's a wonderful way to start your weekend!

Google
Local vendors selling goods: farmed edibles, mushrooms from regular variety to lion's mane, coffee, meats, desserts, and more. I'm seeking and reviewing the best local businesses for Localverse (from Bethlehem, PA). Now adding Easton Farmer's Market to the list!

Google
This review is for the Easton Garlic Fest that is held here every year. If you like garlic, then you will LOVE this event! More than 90 different vendors selling and sampling all kinds of garlicy foods and drinks...from garlic fries, to garlic beer...you are sure to find something you like! Great for the entire family, and also a dog-friendly event. Truly a great experience!

Google
There are many great vendors of all Great quality, all locally-made or harvested. Fruits vegetables honey wine flowers food vendors and more. Stop by the Farmers Market info table. Even if you don't buy anything it is a great time to spend with a community and talk with people. Music is good. It is not huge, but you could easily spend an hour or two there.

Yelp
This is a staple of visiting my family who lives in the area. The market itself is great, it's not exceptional, but they have a good selection of local items and a good mix of food trucks and other items that aren't from farms there as well. There is a great selection of bread, cheese, and honey here. The people watching is amazing. I shouldn't say that but the people watching is amazing. Go for the cheese stay for the humans. There are great local shops nearby too, so don't miss that.

Yelp
Love this farmer's market setup. A beautiful fall day spent at the farmer's market supporting farms and local business is the way to go! With several farm options with organic as well you can't go wrong. There's also a couple coffee/tea shops here, a couple warm food options to purchase from, and more. It's located by the beautiful bridge and waterfront which is great to relax by after supporting the local small business here.

Yelp
Really well organized market! They have a nice variety of stands and lots of produce options. Come early when they open to get your pick on what you want before things run out - also to avoid the summer heat! That would be my one complaint- there's not a lot of shade options or water stands. It was very hot when I went and I felt that a lot of the shady spots were occupied by other people. They should have more shady tents and water stands set up (or at least more tents/stands that offer water with a sign that says "water sold here").

Yelp
This is what urban farmers markets aspire to be. I just wish I lived closer. We had some flakey baked goods, shopped for fresh fruit, tasted some small batch spirits (!), listed to some good music, and my college daughter had a killer breakfast sandwich. We left wanting more. Would definitely recommend making it a habit.

Yelp
I enjoy the vendors and their wares. The crowds and flow of people was pleasant during Covid. People meandering and not paying attention to vendors signs annoys me. The lack of parking now and traffics leaving isn't the best. Hopefully some things will change.

Yelp
Although a bit pricey this is a great farmers market. I stopped here today with a good friend of mine and we picked up all the ingredients for a quick cheese board/ brunch to pick on while sitting in the park. Sourdough bread, sheep feta, strawberries that were out of this world and some heirloom tomatoes and basil that just exploded with flavor. I highly recommend the market if you are in the neighborhood...and don't forget dessert from Pie and Tart we snagged a blueberry lemon ricotta that did not disappoint!

Yelp
Great spot for local produce, meats, and dairy. Have made going here on Saturday mornings and new tradition to get fresh fruit and veggies for the week.

Yelp
PRO: lots of quality vendors, reasonable prices, better prices and quality than any supermarket, higher quality than most farm markets, small space is efficiently used CON: Easton still has parking meters TIP: bring quarters, or use the parking lot

Yelp
Great little community farmers market in the cuticle of downtown Easton. It's nice to see so many families out and about on a Saturday morning. They offer a variety of vendors from those making food to those selling produce, meat, honey and baked goods. I found that most of the stands were a bit on the pricey side. Back home I visit the farmers market every weekend and I am accustomed to prices being lower than the grocery store, that was not the case here. However, I am still a supporter of buying local and supporting our local farms and small businesses. I'd say if you haven't been, Easton farmers market is worth the trip.

Yelp
If you're looking to satisfy your local organic produce and kombucha needs, this is the place to go! There are 2 organic farms that are consistently found here. Always fresh and have a great selection. For someone who purchases organic, I am aware of the higher priced produce for the healthier grown, environmentally friendly farming practices. To me this is worth the extra costs. The pricing is comparable to what you would find at wegmans and wholefoods but a whole lot fresher and it's always important to support the local economy! Food for thought: Investing in your health now is less expensive than dumping money into medications and pharmaceuticals later. There is also an awesome local organic kombucha business can be found distributing free samples. Bottles are a bit pricey but it's worth it! The flavors like basil mint, herbal, and mixed berry flavors are amazing.

Yelp
I can't believe no one has reviewed the Easton Farmer's Market yet! It's the longest running outdoor farmers market in the US!! :) Well, I'm honored to get things started . . . . While visiting Easton, PA we decided to check out the Easton Farmer's Market for their Strawberry Festival at the beginning of June and have been back each weekend since! The vendors don't change much, but what they have to offer does. We use the market to pick up fresh produce for the week and we have yet to be disappointed. Be on the lookout for hummus as there are a lot of places to choose from on this front. Also, be prepared for free samples! The Easton Farmer's Market does a good job utilizing all of the circle with two rings of vendors and then some additional vendors by the Crayola Factory. They also have demonstrations and activities for kids on the few grassy areas there. I honestly don't know how they fit it all in. While it may be crowded at times, customer traffic has a good flow so you won't be stuck in one place for very long. Remember this is a farmer's market, not a super saver grocery store. Expect prices to be higher than what you would pay at the store but for the quality to be MUCH higher! To me, the Easton Farmer's Market is the perfect place to start off a Saturday morning and set up a week of good eats. Also, the whole town seems to come out to play! PS - also, don't eat breakfast before you go! You can buy a HUGE pastry at one of the pastry shops.

Yelp
We had planned to go to the beach but our friend's daughter was sick so we pushed it for a day and decided to meet my parents and cousin out at this farmer's market, on the spur of the moment. I didn't really expect much but it was something to do. I have to say that overall, I was impressed. There were more stands than I expected, and the selection across the board was quite solid. I got Turkish coffee at the Syrian stand - amazing. We got some pastries & breads at one of the bakeries which was very good. The selection was great, especially for a farmer's market. The 2 things we had were great and the sample hummus was fantastic. Negative - only 1 cheese stand and all the samples were really dry. Disappointed in this but you can't win them all. Some of the jams & marmalades we sampled were fantastic. There were lots of stands that looked good but we did not try for lack of stomach space. We got some fresh stuff. The corn was very good, peaches were great, plum tomaties were decent, blackberries were awesome. In all, everything we bought was very good, and not too too expensive like some outdoor markets can be. I know it's not going to be the case that one might travel to the Easton area but if you're here it's well worth the time to go check it out. Parking in the deck behind Crayloa for $3 I think. Then maybe go check out the park by the river and enjoy the day like we did. In all, really a nice surprise and if you want to go and spend 4 hours people watching, you could certainly get that done here.

Yelp
First of all, I can't tell you how cool the inside market appears. Clean, super cool. The vendors warm and friendly. So far so good. You can see the love and effort. Now the bad part. Overpriced and I mean OVERPRICED produce. I get that. Supporting local farmers. I'm in. ( I will never understand why local is so much more expensive, but hey who am I to argue with a farmer, I'll pay it). Cheese shop, great for people who do dairy. Unfortunatly a lot of us don't, but again, it seems awesome for those who love cheese.. Wine, nothing to say here, wine works, lol. So far so good. Now, however if you want to shop for food, you need to go to your local grocery store still. We were thinking it would be more prepared foods, that I can run in and grab for dinner. On this sad note, this market is merely a food court and not a good one at that. I mean do people still eat crepes??? If you are looking for fair type food sure, but who in the world eats crepes everyday. Wait, lol. My friends loves crepes and the line was so long and honestly the crepes were so average and again overpriced. Yawn. Same with the BBQ guy. WORST brisket I have ever had. Literally, tough and expensive. NEVER doing that again. That's basically it. Waste of a beautiful space and idea. There is NO reason to go here when you can get the same things, less expensive at any supermarket. Super sad. Easton Market you need to think what the customer wants, not just who wants to be in your market. Won't be back, and unfortunately, none of my neighbors go anymore as well. I was the last hold out. I did ask to for a manager, to give feedback and they said and I quote "oh he has off today and tomorrow". WAIT, this guy is off the the two days out of 4 they are open. Hmmm, seems weird. Oh well. no one to give feedback to so here it is. :) I do hope they make changes, because I will go back, but not until the whole food court thing goes away. Maybe that is the business model and that's okay, but just a fair warning it is more of a local hang out then a store :(.

Yelp
Set in the heart of downtown Easton, this farmers market has a little bit of everything. Overall the weekly Easton Farmers Market occurs on Saturdays in the center of Easton's traffic circle. There are two rings of vendors featuring everything from fresh produce, cheeses, breads, and even local salsas. There are a wealth of options if you wanted to stop by and enjoy breakfast or shop for the week / weekend. On any given Saturday there are 15-25 different vendors. The options are diverse and the crowds are usually fairly thick. The market itself is not huge and parking in downtown Easton can be pricy (metered/deck) but the Easton Farmers Market is definitely a great place to spend a Saturday morning in spring, summer, or fall. Also, check the markets website since they often have special events happening throughout the year.

Yelp
Not a bad market. Decent variety of items, tightly packed into Centre Square. My son had to wait 45 minutes for a simple, over- priced crepe. Not worth the 50 minutes it took for us to drive here.

Yelp
Saturday has more vendors then Wednesday. Come early. Gets very very busy. Great finds.

Yelp
Farm fresh produce directly from the grower, in a lovely historic downtown location. The market also has food and beverage options. There is always live music and a kids craft tent. You could easily spend an hour or more at this lively market. Lots of interesting events too: Kid's Farm Day, Strawberry Fest, 260th Birthday Celebration in 2013, Zucchini 500 Race Day, Tomato Fest, Art for the Market Auction, Chile Pepper Festival, Easton Garlic Fest, Apple Day, Scarecrow Festival, Sunny's Birthday Party, Bacon Fest (NEW!), Thanksgiving at the market. Check their website for the next event. www.eastonfarmersmarket.com

Yelp
Just went for the first time last week, and it was great. Little bit of live music, great locally roasted coffee, local vendors with a little bit of everything, and the town to walk around afterwards. It is a little cramped, but, worth the hassle of parking, and crossing from wherever towards the circle. Enjoy!

Yelp
Reading all the reviews many are true and I understand why they say it. For me it was not a real farmers market. Why do I say this. All was organic, cage free, and expensive types of food. My thought of a farm market would be large and with large amounts of bulk food being sold. This is not the case. The city does a great job isolating the traffic in the area to provide the market. You will park about a block away. Will I go back? Probably not. Would rather go to grocery store where there is larger quantities and lower price

Yelp
This is a great farmers market to go to, whether you are travelling or visiting here, or if you live here (like me). If you want to have breakfast, you can either eat there (they have good pastries), or go to the nearby Quadrant resterant. All in all, this is an exellant farmers market to go to.

Yelp
The indoor market is such a great find. A reason to go back to Easton. I'm hungry just thinking about it. :-)

Yelp
