Say, I love the Michigan hospitality. They was fast,easy,and polite. Very helpful as well, No overnight parking but you are welcome to park on side street if comfortable. My truck battery die on me this morning before my 9am appointment. Due to park lights on and the truck wasn't running. I called them to let them know I'm here infront but waiting on love's to make the appointment and the nice lady on the line sent the ground keeper to me and in 5 minutes I was officially checking in. Tried to offer a inconvenience fee, but they politely turned it down. Good company and good employees at this particular location. 25 minutes later I'm good to go and I was off to my next appointment. Very amazed..

Unloaded in 1 hour, 4am appt. Great place to deliver to. No overnight parking onsite but there were trucks parked in the street. Make sure to exit I-75 at McNichols and go south on Oakland instead of exiting at the Davison Fwy (take exit 57 instead of 56B). If you exit at Davison, the right turn into the driveway off of Oakland Ave is too tight with a trailer. Easy left turn if you exit at McNichols, though.

Consistently fast unloading times, always between 25-35 minutes. First come, first serve as far as I know. Just don't arrive after 1 pm ish as they like to get done with work and head home just like us.

The best way to get here is from I75 exit 57 due to the angle of the entrance I'm sure what ever system you're using it will update to get you in here. Yes you do have access to a bathroom it's a portable John lol

We arrived at 9pm. They are closed at that time , but employee opened up the gate. We were safe inside. Unloading starts at 330 am. They are fast prompt and very professional

Arrived a day early, parked on the street. No, no parking signs and no one messed with me. There’s a number on gate to to call. Enter from the south. Fast unloading.
