"Eastside Social, Lower Greenville’s newest spot for sipping cocktails on a rooftop patio, has arrived. The rooftop bar has officially taken over the space at 1928 Greenville Avenue, formerly home to beloved Afghan restaurant Nora, according to CultureMap, and a downstairs restaurant is set to follow later this summer. Expect food like fried pickles and Nashville hot chicken wings, frozen cocktails, and snow cones spiked with tequila, vodka, or rum." - Amy McCarthy

Hopefully with time the kinks will get worked out. Drink and food selections are very limited. Frozen drink machine wasn't working last time we went so they were pushing another house specialty concoction that was pretty awful. Location of bar makes it hard to line up to order drinks when crowded because of other tables right in front of it. It also makes it hard to access the restrooms without knocking into people sitting at those tables. First time I went it was earlier on a Sunday and not crowded at all so the experience and service was much better. However, they were extremely overwhelmed on Saturday night. The younger crowd probably doesn't mind, but some of us "slightly older" folks with deeper pockets still like to enjoy a nice night out, but will go to HG or a little further up Greenville for our rooftops from now on.

Best chicken sandwich! Love the patio - good for cold or warm weather bc they have heaters/misters. Also next to Wah Wah Room which is fun for drinks after the roof top

Stopped by for a drink after dinner at HG. We were asked to leave after 30mins because my wife had a closed to go container from dinner. If you want to kick people out because they ate dinner somewhere else have a full menu.

Fantastic chicken Sando's! Crispy wings cooked to perfection! not too crispy, not to soggy just right! Amazíng atmosphere there is a lot of attention to detail and just an immersive experience overall.

Loved it .... First time there ..... Loved the view from the rooftop, I enjoyed the License Plates above the bar. Very nice & friendly Bartenders, I'll be back soon.

This bar really encapsulated me as a person. Great beers. The stairs to the top could be less. But worth it once you get to paradise.

Drinks are bad, place is alright. I have tried 2 cocktails and both of em has bad taste and they are not making em fresh, didn’t like it.

Went to the soft opening. Great food & relatively less expensive makes for a real nice addition to Lower Greenville
