Our new favorite! We stopped in for oysters and came back for dinner the next night. We loved the clean, modern ambiance and chill vibe. Every dish wast delightful & delicious. Great selection of oysters, the heirloom tomatoes & stone fruit was so flavorful, the tuna & peaches came with a perfect little punch of spice, rum cake & profiterole were divine! Excellent service, impressive chefs and the jovial teamwork really made it an experience. We’ll be back for our anniversary next year! Thanks for an awesome time!

My husband and I ate here on our last night during a recent trip to Chattanooga. We went with the chef’s choice tasting menu. Easily one of the best meals we have ever had! Service was great! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great experience dining here. The food is excellent and very well priced. There a lot of different flavors to explore through their dishes. They also have half off oysters during happy hour. They have a large variety which were all delicious. The tasting menu was a very great way to sample a lot of the items. It was very filled. They also have an excellent tea menu as well as coffee. I personally found their mock tails to be egregiously overpriced. It's about $8 for what seemed to be about 4 oz. I would not recommend the mock tails.

We had the chefs choice with the wine pairing. When I tell you it was worth every penny … I’m still thinking about it. So good!Great vibe, lovely people and awesome food & drinks. The espresso martini was top notch with dessert. Highly recommend.

We stopped for oysters during "Oyster Hour" from 4-5 and it was great! We sat on the patio, saw a few carriages go by which was adorable and had a drink (they have an extensive drink list as well) the vibe is very chic but casual. It was a great place to grab a snack on the way to a show!

This is the third year in a row we’ve come here for my dad’s birthday, and when I say we dream about it all year long, I’m not exaggerating. Every. Single. Time. It’s consistently incredible—delicious, flavorful, an absolute party for the taste buds! Last night was no exception. Our waitress, Heather, was fantastic—so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made our experience even better. We’ll be counting down the days until next year!

Great experience with fun and delicious food. We shared all of our plates and it was a fun dinner for everyone. Management was totally engaging and all of the servers were very accommodating and helpful.

By far one of my favorite restaurants ever! Always get the chefs choice menu with the wine pairing, it’s a great way to taste many items on the menu! James our server was awesome and the whole staff is amazing!

This is a dining experience you don't want to miss. First, the entire staff is incredible and friendly. Russell our server was very knowledgeable and made fantastic recommendations. Everything was coursed out in perfect timing. We had a group of 10 and we had an outstanding time. Every dietary need was met and each person loved their individual meals. Oysters were great. Pasta dishes were very tasty. Strawberry rhubarb shortcake dessert was my favorite. Somebody got up and a staff member immediately came and folded their napkin. This place just has it nailed down! Never waste an opportunity to create a memory around a table at a restaurant that's not easy bistro!!

Would you plzzz have your bread baked in loaf's and sold!? That SHIT WAS WILDLY GOOD. NEVER BEEN MORE ADDICTED to a bread. Pretty decent spot in general, good ambiance, the dining area is classy and clean, the service was beyond good, and kind. The food was pretty good. Except for one thing The fish/ seafood, had a fishy taste to it. Like most definitely not Fresh or was not handled correctly, the octopus and the shrimp, it can definitely be better. Great wine selection, i did get Cabernet Sauvignon and was served in a Bordeaux glass! but im a snoopy wine ass. Also one more thing, bathrooms NEED ATTENTION! reminded me New Orleans dive bars. that was def disappointing. But aside from that pretty decent experience for a small town.

Fantastic! Food, atmosphere, and service were all incredible. We came to celebrate my birthday, and had a lovely time. Our server, Jordan, was a knowledgeable and attentive host for the evening. Steaks were cooked to perfection and drinks were beautifully made. We look forward to the next time we can plan a date night here.

Wife and I stopped in to cool off and have a small appetizer. Atmosphere was excellent as were the oysters. Definitely would go back.

We were visiting Chattanooga and Easy Bistro was recommended to us by someone we met at a local breakfast spot. We decided to take a chance and I am so glad we did. They have a broad selection of amazing cocktails, a fantastic wine list, phenomenal food, wonderful environment and terrific service. I had roasted oysters and my wife, Gnocchi with Morel mushrooms. Both dishes were delicious. If you are visiting Chattanooga go ahead and make your reservations. We will be vacationing in Chattanooga in July and are planning to visit again.

This was such a gem of a restaurant. We actually tried to get reservations at other places last minute and it was all booked so we (luckily) landed on Easy Bistro and it was probably one of the best meals I've had in a very very long time. Everything was so flavorful and we practically licked each plate clean. I forgot the name of our server but she was such a doll and added to the positive experience. We loved the whole mood of the restaurant--very nicely decorated and really enjoyed seeing all the staff wearing Hawaiian shirts. This place was great for our date night but definitely would recommend for special occasions! We will definitely dine here again when we're in town.

2023 review update... An absolute jewel in the Chattanooga restaurant scene. Perfect for so many options. Large room for events, good for groups with large table. Excellent outside scene when weather permits. Cozy tables making one of the best date night feels in town. Raw bar area for customers too. My home is the bar bar. Fantastic bartenders like Rylan, Allie, Garth, Manu & Joe. Always feel at home here. That's on them. Tremendous people. Knowledgeable about the cast bar offerings and always spot on with wine pairings. It's the place to be. Tonight was an inventive tartare dish that included peanuts, figs & crispy okra strands. Fabulous. Paired it with lovely champagne. Learned tartare & bubbles from Michelin sommelier. Great call. The food is always exquisite. The atmosphere lively. You feel like you are somewhere special. The people put it over the top. Can't say enough good things of people like Rylan, Allie, Garth, Manu & Joe. Manager Miles is always on the front foot as well. Just a fantastic option.

Great atmosphere with special guest chefs and amazing oysters. Ham with strawberries was raved about. Lots of people there for the great experience!

Food and staff is always A+. Their attention to the customer is like no other restaurant around. They care about the food they put out and the customer. Place can be on the loud side but not obnoxious. Don't go for a quiet romantic dinner. Sit at the oyster bar and enjoy yourself.

Every time we are in the area we go to Easy Bistro for their delicious raw oysters and drinks. The service is always excellent and it has a cool vibe.

Easy Bistro was recommended by a coworker when I asked where I should consider for Mother's Day. We truly had a really nice experience. We sat outside as it was very pleasant. The patio area was quaint. Our server Dakota was a sweetheart and an attentive server. Her and the team did a great job. The food was good some dishes great and others ok. Beet salad, tuna, pesto pasta and the bread were top notch. The strawberry shortcake desert was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Let's start with.... I made reservations for 4 on Google which was pretty cool. What I didn't know is the locations had changed. This wasn't my first experience with Easy Bistro. The first time I went for brunch when it was down next to the Mellow Mushroom, and at that time I had a Bloody Mary that was untouched. The owner was tending the bar that day and I was impressed. Well this time I was surprised that the new location was simply beautiful. One of the first things I noticed was the open kitchen and bar. The next thing I noticed was the huge picture the Genesis painted. That's so dope. I of course ordered the Bloody Mary that they make the mix in house. Delicious. And the home fries and A la Carbonara. OMG! Mind blowing. I'll be back. Even if it's just for the Bloody Mary's...

I cannot say enough about this place. It was a last minute recommendation from our bar tender, Leslie, at Hutton and Smith. Man did she hit the nail on the head. The atmosphere was clean and basic bistro. Our server Katya, was so helpful and kind. My husband and I both got the chef's choice. If you plan to do this, come hungry. There is so much food. Every single thing was mouth watering delicious. The bar has a fantastic selection and boy do they know how to make a drink. My favorite part was Katya's recommendation of digestif with dessert. A white port I will remember. To top it off she gave a recommendation for a night cap. I love local businesses supporting other local businesses.

Really enjoyed my experience here! Our server was nice. Ambiance was pretty quiet, easy to have great conversation. Since I was with a larger group, we ordered several things. I highly recommend the bread service. It was delicious! I also enjoyed sharing the whole fish (this is the only fish dish to order). The pasta was good as well. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Easy, breezy, lemon squeezy. As I strolled through the delightful downtown of Chattanooga for two days, I kept asking folks I met what their favorite restaurant. "Easy Bistro" was uttered, whispered and shouted over and over. At the end of day two, I got to experience it for myself. The results are in... Service: subtle. Oysters: bangin' Maccheroni carbanara: slaps Overall experience: cartwheel into a handstand.

The food is always impeccable at Easy Bistro. Wonderful staff with a friendly attitude at all times. The restaurant is beautiful, airy, and bright - which makes it very inviting once you walk through the door. If you're ever looking for a fantastic meal with a great experience in Chattanooga, definitely make Easy Bistro #1 on your list!

OMG, this place is off the hook. I came in on a Sunday evening on January 1st, and they had awesome BoGO special on oysters. Then I tried their pasta for dinner, and a Manhattan to go with. Everything was on point. Highly recommend!

Second time here did not disappoint. It's end of September and I got a flight of oysters. So good. So well cared for. The service from stepping in the door to placing the order to just checking on me was awesome. It's a beautiful location. Noise level was excellent. We could talk without yelling. I highly recommend a stop a this well oiled machine of food love

This review is really not fair because my meal was of uncooked food. I didn't try any of their cooked food. I ordered the caviar and oyster and both were so delicious. I can not wait to get back to this restaurant for the exact same meal.

The best dining experience I had came from this restaurant while living in Chatt. One of the stand out dishes was a rock shrimp pasta topped with a smoked trout row, and a delicate beurre blanc sauce. The best seafood experience I had in Chatt came from here as well. The oyster menu and descriptions were spot on. Their whiskey library is a treasure. They had High West's Midwinter's Night Dram available and it did not disappoint. Wonderful service, and the perfect place to celebrate any special occasion.

Was in town visiting and My SIL took me here for our "Fancy Date night dinner", while we left all the kids with my brother! Super cute trendy little place, we started out at the bar and the Atmosphere here is GREAT, Friendly, Lots of whiskeys and bourbons and I felt soo out of place ordering Vodka, but hey, Im not a Whiskey girl! Drinks were good!! Bartenders were fun!! Ordered some oysters and my SIL didnt like them (Until I forced her to try one - She was making he try Foie Gras, so I told her she had to try some) and guess what?! She loved them so we ordered more and more!! Moved to our table, it was a super cute little one in the window where we got to people watch, and this also started the ordering of the entire menu - I swear we ate everything on the menu. Ok, so Foie gras, it wasnt something that made me say "OMG I NEED THAT EVERY DAY", but it wasnt bad, I didnt expect to like it at all, It was good - the bread it came on, OMG that was INSANE! The steak was one of the best I'd had, We got truffles on EVERYTHING we ordered, The pasta we shared was literally one of the best pastas I had ever had also! I drool when thinking of that sauce.. Mushrooms on the side were over seasoned and not my fave, but the Brussels salad was good, the fries were good. The Shrimp Cocktail was also really good for being JUST shrimp cocktail! Im from New England and we have great Oysters and all shellfish and I really didnt expect it to be soo great in Tennessee, but it was!!! Service was seriously the best around, Food was great, Drinks were great, I cant wait to come back to visit because this will be the first spot we go for Girl's night! Ooh and on the receipt when I got home I noticed they named us the "Truffle Girls" we literally ordered them on everything we ate!!! It was cute, so thats what I need to be known as here!

We had dinner here on a Monday night. For the first time, we got a seat in the front area of the restaurant, and it was much more inviting and lively than the back room. Good service. Server made solid recommendations. We had the salad special and octopus. The salad was small but very tasty. Our entrees were the tagliatelle and the gramigna. (The first two things we ordered, they were out of.) While both were very tasty, they were extremely over-salted. That was a shame because the pasta was well prepared. Dessert was cream puffs and strawberries and cream. Both were small but very good. Also, there were good values on the wine list to be had.

We had a lovely experience and our waitress was a delight and very tentative. I only wish I could remember her name, she is expecting a baby soon so perhaps you can help thank her from us? :) We will be back, Thank you

Food was creative and fun here. Roasted octopus and risotto was cooked perfectly and delicious. We also had the pork tenderloin and coulotte steak that was as fairly good, just under-seasoned and just didn't compare with other dishes. Not many options for dessert so we just went with stand by cream puffs. Drinks were really good here. Service was friendly and responsive for a Friday night and the atmosphere was energetic here. Overall great dinner here!

We didn't go for dinner because we had a late lunch. We were looking for good cocktails and small plates. New had such a great experience we will be sure to come hungry next time. If you have a discerning pallet and don't mind spending more for premium quality. This place is for you. We had the cheese board, cauliflower soup and baby beets. All were a lovely experience prepared with care by an expert chef One highlight was the blue cheese that has been made the same way for centuries. I usually leave the blue cheese for my wife because I find it pungent to enjoy. Not this time. It had amazingly flavor and was smooth and not overpowering. But wait. Let's talk cocktails. To be honest, not much of a cocktail fan. They are almost always too sweet for me. I go for my wife. I described my taste profile to our artist bar tender. He serves me up the perfect Manhattanish drink. I almost never order a drink twice. Much less a 20 dollar drink But I was all in for the Bensonhurst. Soooooo good. Congrats my friend. Not bad for a squid. Well done sir. My wife was a huge fan of the blazing arrow.

Dirty, Ryland, Martini-man was a great find when visiting one evening for a company Christmas Party and dining on our own after. He's a great bartender and offers friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service. The food is fantastic as well! However, even if you just go for the "dirty" make sure you ask for the Ryland-Dirty!!!

There are many great places to eat while in Chattanooga but Easy Bistro rises to the top of the list. I have been here several times now while in town and it never disappoints. On my most recent visit we started with the oysters which were fresh, clean, and delicious! We also had the whole fish which I have had both times we've visited. The fish changes depending on what is available (currently its red snapper). This skin was crispy, cooked just right and the flavor was spot on. Lastly, we had the Fusilli pasta with crab and rock shrimp which was creamy and delicious. My favorite thing about this place is they use fresh and local ingredients which keeps their menu changing so it never gets old! Definitely recommend for great atmosphere, cocktails, and food!

When you visit Chattanooga you must eat here. Exquisitely prepared food and outstanding service. Mandie H was wonderful helping us with choosing the best drinks and food, as well as tips for enjoying music in the surrounding neighborhood. Fresh, delicious and artistic, we appreciate the care and detail put into each course.

Service was good if a bit slow, but since I went with a large party I understood. I was very underwhelmed by the food. It could have been the family style servings that made the food seem small and not filling or the choices of the organizer. Most if not all of the food was raw or rare. Now I love tuna tartare, but that bloody steak was too much. The flavor wasn't even on point. Several of the pregnant ladies in attendance couldn't even eat bc so much of the food was so rare. There was a gristle to the fat that was a huge turn off. The fish was well prepared, if a bit unseasoned. I didn't like the other appetizers either. While I am sure other food choices must be great, it was packed, I didn't like barely any of my meal. I probably won't go back.

I've been to easy many times over the last few years but last night was maybe the best! We did the chef's tasting menu and Christian was our server. He was incredible and was so knowledgeable & friendly every step of the way. I definitely recommend the tasting menu crafted by the chef - you get so much bang for your buck & there truly wasn't a single thing we were served that wasn't absolutely delicious! The sausage pasta was my favorite but everything was absolutely killer. Can't recommend enough!

Hands down my FAVORITE restaurant in Chattanooga! Highly recommend reservations. I love that their menu is seasonal. You get to try new delicacies each time. They are well known for their oysters and small plates (appetizers and salads) that are perfect for sharing. Their pasta is just about as good as any you'd find at a classic Italian place. I wish they had better dessert options. It is quite easy to find street parking if you drive around a bit, there are many pay to park options nearby if its a friday/ saturday evening. The waiters are usually very courteous and great with recommendations on food/drink options. Its a beautiful restaurant, great for a date night/ birthday/ celebratory/ work dinner/ girl's night.

An absolute gem! This wonderful dining establishment has settled into their West Village location wonderfully and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff knowledgeable and welcoming, and the selections, delectable. We decided to grab an assortment of desserts and a couple drinks to properly close out the work day. The Cremè Caramel, Mille-feuille, & Profiteroles were delightful. We also ordered a beer and mocktail. Their Fauxjito is absolutely addictive and a must try.

Easy is amazing! I came here for my anniversary dinner and we had a lovely experience. The food is so fresh and I love how the menu changes frequently, leaves so many options to try to repeat visitors!

We visited Chattanooga from Pittsburgh, PA and the dining options did not disappoint, with Easy Bistro coming in a notch above the rest. The service was the most personal and attentive that I can recall having anywhere. Thanks to Christian, our server, and the GM for an amazing experience and a fabulous ending to our long weekend in Chattanooga. The chilled zucchini soup was the surprise of the many dishes we tried- so fantastic. Order the Clint Eastwood cocktail and thank me later.

5 stars all the way. The service, the atmosphere, the FOOD omg the food... all absolutely incredible. It's a MUST if you're in Chattanooga!!!

Probably the best meal I have had in Chattanooga. Service at the bar was warm, attentive, and helpful with an informed suggestion or wine pairing. The roasted oysters and fresh pasta were stunners. The cocktails looked amazing, but I was not able to try them this visit. Will be back for certain.

Birthday visit to Easy Bistro was lovely!!! They had a card for me and the table and complimentary champagne. We had the duck and mushrooms and chocolate plate for dessert which was delightful! Will definitely be back to try out the other yummy tapas, drinks and desserts.

My sister and I decided to check this spot out in Black Friday. We were over the thanksgiving meal that we had Thursday and again for lunch on Friday! This restaurant is located on the corner of W. 8tb street and Chestnut. It is in the West Village and close proximity to Westin Chattanooga and umbrella Alley. We walked in without reservations around 5:30pm. The hostess initially indicated that we may have an hour wait. However, she was able to seat us at the raw bar directly in front of the open kitchen. More specifically in front of the wood burning stove This was a pretty awesome seat. We were able to interact with sou chef Tyler. He was very friendly and discussed several of the items he was preparing. He also gave us recommendations from the menu. Emily was our server. She was sweet, but appeared to be overwhelmed. I am not sure if she was the only wait staff that night but she was helping a large majority of the tables. We started the night off with a few drinks. My sister had the Black Magic Girl and I ordered the sophisticated lady which is noted under the drinking not drinking section! I love the fact that they have mock tails on the menu! Both drinks were pretty awesome I did try the Black Magic Girl and oh my- the jalapeño in the recipe reigns and I loved it! I decided to order a few items from the shareable section and a side dish. My ordered consisted of the pickled hens eggs, half Maine lobster and broccoli and cauliflower. My sister ordered the strozzapreti, which is the lamb pasta. Of the items I ordered the broccoli and cauliflower was my favorite then the lobster and my least favorite was the hens eggs. I did try my sisters pasta without getting any of the lamb. Her pasta was out of this world delicious! I wish they would make a vegetarian or seafood pasta! Overall the food was good. I will say that I am not certain that the price correlates to the quality of the food. I spent nearly $50 bucks. I can't say that I would be eager to return at that price point. However, it was a favorable experience and I am glad that we went.

This restaurant is amazing!! We had to eat at the bar due to limited seating but we had a wonderful experience. The bartender was extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. We had the octopus and tuna appetizer and the black truffle risotto. All were delicious. I will definitely go back so that I can try more of their amazing dishes.

Randomly reserved a table online for this place not knowing what to expect; we have been road tripping from Chicago to Tampa. I cannot express how happy we are to have picked such an amazing spot. The oysters are insane. I recommend the ones from Jacks Point or Murder Point. They are so tasteful, I cannot express that enough. Everything was phenomenal. Shelby, our server, phenomenal. I can't believe everything was as great as it was. This place is a must eat.

This was a surprisingly great and authentic experience. The foods was unbelievable. Our server Jordan exponentially added to the experience.

This place has a lot going for it; great service, a fantastic bourbon selection, great prices, and elevated fare. Everything that we had was great, but the pasta with truffles was surprisingly good. The foie gras, porchetta di testa, and octopus paella were fantastic too!

The food, atmosphere, service was excellent. Our bartender Ryland not only was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and friendly but he made the best dirty martini unlike any I have ever had. Highly recommended, especially if you like dirty martinis and you are lucky enough to have Ryland make one for you.

At first I was a little thrown off because we had to 20 minutes even though we had a restaurant but the food and service more than made up for it. We started with mussels and the octopus. I highly recommend the octopus. It was super tender and had these bits of charred olive that were incredible. Next up was the whole fish and Babette steak. To accompany the main dishes we got mushrooms and steak fries. I'll start with the sides. First, I'm not a fan of steak fries. At most places they are not done right. They are mushy and just way too potatoey (that is a word). These steak fries were crisp and full of flavor. Reminded me of the homemade hand cut French fries my mother used to make. They are served alongside a beef tallow mayo. The mayo is good and I dont like mayo. The mushrooms were very good and a nice accompaniment to the steak. The Bavette steak was amazing. Tender, flavorful and the au poivre sauce was on point! On to the roasted fish. It was pure perfection. It was a whole fish (snapper) with a lemon stuffed in the cavity and lemon rind and rosemary stuffed into the slices crevices. The fish was crispy and had a nice salt crust! I got the bigger fish which is 1.5-2lbs. It's a nice size fish. It was enough for me and enough to trade for steak from my husband. I definitely recommend this place and when I come back to Chattanooga I will come back!

We come here every time we're in Chattanooga, and every time they never cease to amaze. From the attentive and friendly staff, to the fabulous food and cocktails. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's not the cheap run of the mill fair we have come to expect from a lot of restaurants. We've come here for over two years, and we will continue to do so... until our daughter graduates from college, then we'll just have to make special trips. I would drive six hours just for the frois gras.

Amazing! Best meal and service while in Chattanooga. The food is creative. Menu is the right size. Plenty if options but still small enough to ensure quality fresh ingredients. Great wine list. Loved the oyster selection. Also the octopus and foie gras were delicious. We shared everything at our table so we could try it all. The truffle macaroni is perfect. Chicken and whole snapper. Really perfect. We loved everything we ordered and ate it all!

We loved the location and parking was free on a Sunday evening. Atmosphere was very nice, food was great and service was good. We had the pasta and steak with fries. Only thing we noticed and were not happy about was one of the workers was picking off food from several plates. Before the food is brought to you, there is a guy behind the bar who gives the food to the waiters, and he's the one grabbing food from several ppls plates and eating it right before its served. Not sure if that's normal for some ppl but he seemed to be using the same chop sticks to eat from each plate.
