Easy Street Pizza

We are absolutely amazed! This place put together a spectacular home alone themed holiday experience. The activity sheet was even fun for adults. Mariana and her staff was absolutely fantastic. I thought she was the owner with how well she handled the packed place of people. She even found a minute to take our picture! We drove all the way from Milwaukee to come and did not know we needed reservations but they still found us a table. Talk about great service. Thanks everyone

Tried to eat here twice tonight. Came in around 630 was added to the list of people waiting for a table. I was told it wouldn't be until after 8pm that one would be ready. I said that's fine I'll take care of some errands and come back. I got a call 15 minutes later telling me a table was ready. I wasn't able to get back immediately as I was running an errand. I said I will be back at 8 as planned and the host said no problem. When I arrived at 8 the host told me he already tried calling me when a table was ready and we would still have to wait. While sitting in my car outside I see group after group arriving and being seated. My question is do you have a preference for type of client or do you have a hard time taking names down and calling them when their table is ready? I sat outside for 30 minutes and never got a call to say my table is ready but people continued to walk in and out. I'm really disappointed because the food looks great and the they seemed to do a great job with the Home Alone pop up. Idk if I will try going again but I wish I had gotten a chance to eat after all that time waiting my kids couldn't wait any longer

The staff was so friendly and attentive here. The Best customer service and the pizza is soo delicious. Also the mac and cheese was my absolute favorite.

This place is great. I feel like people are sleeping on the tavern style thin crust here. In my top 10 for sure. Get the cup pepperoni if you're into it. Crispy crust, leftovers taste great. Consistent quality. I get extra thin well done. The extra thin is still thick enough to hold up

We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, burger, popcorn chicken & pizza. Burger was phenomenal. Chicken sandwich was good. The pizza was generously topped with toppings and the thickness perfect but something was off. The popcorn chicken i wouldnt get again. The sauce you couldnt eat unless you want to eat melted plastic? & the fry size was probably a “portion” but really stingy. Overall okay. Would i die to go back? No. Would i be open to it? Sure.

This past Sunday, we hosted a luncheon for our daughters baptism. Everything was super. Coordinating with Shannon was super easy. Brian the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had our own bartender and server, which was such a pleasant surprise! My family and friends were so impressed with the food. I highly recommend stopping in for dinner, a drink, or hosting a party here!

Stopped by to check out the Home Alone pop up and they were booked with reservations. However our server Alex was able to squeeze us in. The service was beyond impressive and the pizza was delicious. The decor was amazing as well.

Update 7/19/24: Had to come back on a lesser busier day, everything was prefect, food- piping hot food & pizza ! and got served within minutes, Service was spot on this time! _________________________________ Let me begin by saying I love Easy Street. But this was my 1st time at this location. Now granted, it was a very busy night because they were broadcasting Copa América soccer semifinal game Columbia vs Urugay, but that's no excuse for the lackluster service. My server was Ashley and she was the only one taking orders , serving customers with the help of ALL the other staff, but still! I felt bad for her because she was overwhelmed. Anyhow we were sat down and got water and drinks right away, after that it was almost 45 minutes before our order was taken, so we ordered everything at once. That's where everything went down hill. So a group of 3 walked in and ordered for take out, were told 20-25 minutes, time went by, They walked in and picked up their just ordered pizza & Then 2 minutes later my pizza comes out, LUKE WARM! I guess take out, not even a phone ordered pizza had / has priority over sitting , waiting customers and then it was not hot fresh out of the oven, it had been sitting for a while, and then a few minutes later all the appetizers we ordered came out - 24 wings, tater tots and mac and cheese..... NOT EVEN HOT . Told server this was unaccetable and to take it back, it's been over an hour now only to get warm food, all of it. Sad because their food is good but on a busy day, it should be all hands on deck, and that wasn't the case here, it was all a FAIL Needless to say, we had the 1st bites only to keep getting dissapointed with how warm to cold the food was. It was a bad day for this location, so sad because we were hungry to the point that our hunger was gone from being upset and upset that the food wasn't even fresh or hot. I'll give it to Easy street , they made it right, but we never got to eat. So if you're looking for great pizza , wings, salads, burgers and appetizers, oh ya drinks too, this is a great place, but luckily,it wasn't my 1st time at Easy street, just the 1st time at this location, and last. I'll continue to go patronize their other 2 locations

Aesthetically, pleasing! What stuck out to me the most was how fresh and hot the food was . I feel like some restaurants let things sit there until all food is ready and at least one dish comes cold. I will be going to eat here again. They did charge me twice but I could look past it due to quality and service .

I saw this pizza place on one of my social media platforms. Around the Holiday Season they turn this place into A Home Alone Theme Pop Up. Better known as Little Nero's. The decor was impressive and well decorated with Home Alone decor. Several Tv's that were playing the Home Alone Movie and sports. This place was packed jammed pack. The waiting time was up to an hour just to be seated. I placed my order to go. The young man at the door taking the reservations was nice and attentive. He gave me a chair to seat while I waited on my pizza. The other young lady offered me complimentary pop. Even though I wasn't able to get a table to dine inside. I'm happy that I was able to come and experience the atmosphere. I was surprised that the pizza was actually delicious.

They did not have their act together at ALL regarding their Christmas popup. We got on the waiting list and were told it would be two hours. Came back and were told it would still be another 45 minutes! Noooope. Other places I have been for this sort of thing have slots where you have to be in and out in a certain amount of time to keep the line moving. They need to do something similar because a nearly 3 hour wait is crazy.

Home Alone theme is so fun! Pizza is great and fun vibe. Wonderful service and friendly crowd. They could use a few more options in the menu - something to stand out. Looking forward to seeing more in 2026!

My wife is lactose-intolerant and when I did a search for lactose-free pizza, the first result was Easy Street! We hadn't ordered from this place since it was Perry's but this was worth a try. And it was terrific! My only caution is that their on-line ordering app gives an approximate delivery time and it was WAYYY off. So our pizza came 30 minutes sooner than we expected. A minor bug. Overall it's a great pizza, and we went back again, too!

We went with a group of people for the home alone pop up and my first time there . We had rsvp at 5 We got seated at 530 which I get it they where busy they put us by bar and the drunk people kept hitting our chairs all night. The food was good but it is too small in there. I was uncomfortable and the drunk people keep screaming all through out our dinner. Our drinks we got was with no refill we didnt get refill on water I dont think I be back.....

My wife and I recently tried Easy Street (the Portage Park location on Central) after reading that they can make pizza with dairy free cheese. I have become lactose intolerant as I have become older, and I really miss good pizza. We had a large pizza with the lactose free cheese, regular sausage and green peppers. It was really very good. My wife, who is Italian and kind of a cheese snob (love you, sweetie! ) thought that the cheese was good and enjoyed the taste and texture. Yay, I can have pizza again! We have since returned twice since our first visit.

Visited here on a Thursday, trivia started 7pm, hey chance to win free gift cards why not? Nice day out, sliding windows were open, nice spring breeze!!!! Pizza was fine, garlic keeping them vampires away!!! Goose island drafts for $5, can't complain...

Great place to watch a college football game especially if you are an Iowa Hawkeye fan. Many choices for different types of pizza. Excellent service.

Ok my people this place was good a bit pricy for pizza but good. So I wanted to say a TAHNK YOU very much to who ever let us sit down to eat today because they had a private party of friends and family so it was closed to the public which we didn't know upon arrival. So I said ok can we order to go they said yes then when I was about to order they said we can actually sit you I was like oh ok that's very nice of them. They didn't have to do that but for that I'm very great full for sure. Great costumer service clean place good atmosphere and of course the home alone theme was great. I would eat here again for sure in the near future and I do recommend it to who ever wants to try it.

Just an updated review! I have no idea why I gave this place 4 stars, it's the best pizza we have in this area and we continuously visit on a weekly basis. Service is always top notch, outdoor seating is available and this place is always bustling with people which tells itself. We ordered the July pizza of the month - Chicago hotdog and surprisingly it was actually fire!! No red sauce and it definitely tastes like a Chicago hotdog. Not sure if it would be good warmed up as leftovers but we didn't have any left over from dinner anyhow. Always recommend! Never disappointed with Easy Street!

So have not been to this location basically since they opened. It's a decent spot in park ridge near Cumberland away from the downtown Park Ridge. I would say the pizza is so so and had no flavor - maybe needed more sauce or because they had a private party in the restaurant - who knows The server was good and the staff was nice and attentive. The Buffalo wings are breaded so if your used to non breaded wings just know. The Cesar salad is huge and good. We had the popcorn chicken and that was decent. Overall was ok but there are better pizza places in the neighborhood - this place was good for the ambiance- Also note that when you get your check there is a credit card charge automatically on the bill- it's before tax so they actually tax you on the credit card service charge as well . It says in bottom of the check that if you pay by cash or wish the fee to be removed ask the server - just FYI

We started with the loaded taco style tator tots and they were very good . We also ordered a cheese and sausage pizza . Pizza was very good Place is decorated for Christmas and had the Home Alone vibe . We sat at the bar as the place was filling up. Bar tender did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly.

This awesome little pizza place did a Home Alone themed pop up event for Christmas and it was really cool! Yesterday was my birthday so we took our pizzas to go but the atmosphere was super fun and the decorations were great!!! They made it pretty effortless to order and pick up and everyone we encountered was super nice and very accommodating especially for his busy as they were. They're very versatile offering thin crust pan and deep dish pizza . I chose the pan style pizza which was delicious. My only real complaint was that my pizza was pretty burned on the edges and the bottom which is the only reason they did not get five stars. If you're looking for a good Hidden Gem in the pizza world of Chicago and the surrounding area definitely don't hesitate to give these guys a try!

This place has been on my radar for a while. It's always super crowded (didn't mean the food is good) and they partner with my kid's school to do fundraisers. I finally went there last night. And... I'm good. No need to go again. I just don't get it. Who cares if they do a Home Alone themed motif during the holidays? If you live in Park Ridge and you like this place, good for you. Anyone living beyond a mile from it, save yourself the gas and go somewhere else.

Easy street is your neighborhood pizza restaurant. The game is on. The food is surprisingly good. Service is quick and friendly. There is a pretty good beer list. We were there without kids, but it's also a good place to bring your family. Come enjoy your Park Ridge Cheers!

First ever post on Yelp but absolutely had to share this. Ordered cheese curds, received fried balls of air. Maybe the worst attempt at the simplest order of food I've ever seen.

Ordered takeout - pizza and 2 order of fries.... $4 for fries and received this! What? Really!? and they both looked like this. I think they counted each fry per order. I'm not paying $4 for this.

Easy Street Pizza has a variety of items. I decided to get a build your own pizza with non-dairy cheese. I was pleasantly surprised they had vegan options from cheese to toppings. I chose a 12 inch pizza with mushrooms, vegan sausage, vegan pepperoni, vegan cheese and spinach. The pizza was good and pretty big for just one person. Next time I would would choose either sausage or pepperoni. Personally it was too much for me. I prefer to taste more the veggies on my pizza. I'll definitely be coming back because I saw they had vegan breakfast items available too! Parking: Plenty of street parking in front of the restaurant.

This place was the old Perry's that was here for years. The way they redid the restaurant makes it look more modern and spacious, especially with open doors/windows in the front. Server was awesome - it wasn't very busy the night we came so she was extremely attentive and kept checking in. I got the bbq wings and fries and I think my favorite part was honestly the fries. They had a bunch of flavor and were perfectly crispy. While I enjoyed the flavor of the wings, I wasn't really fond of the texture. It's almost like they were overly fried and didn't have a ton of meat on them so it was just crunchy. I also didn't like the ranch sauce; to me it tasted like bleu cheese so I had my friend taste it and she also felt like it had a hint of bleu cheese to it. I asked for a second cup just to see and that one tasted similar so I didn't really touch it. The server says the ranch is homemade so kudos on that but just wasn't giving ranch flavor. Dessert was bomb! Got the cookie skillet and it was delicious - the picture doesn't really show cookie with all the whipped cream they put on there lol!

Been there several times and liked it. They have an upcharge for credit cards, so I use cash. They round up every time when providing change. Didn't make a deal out of it, but then heard a group of people in an Edison Park bar having a conversation about this very thing, and saying they were never going back because of it. Same thing happened again, and so I approached the bartender in the Oriole's jersey to calmly and discreetly tip him off. He responded, "sometimes we round up, and sometimes we round down." Then he went to his till and grabbed a dollar, put it on the bar and said, "I would rather give you a dollar than be lectured." Wow! I thought I was doing him a favor, but clearly not the case. While it wasn't even a complaint nor my intention, I guess I will take my 'lecture circuit' (and my wallet) to other local establishments.

We went to Easy Street for a great pizza. We have been regulars there for years. They know us when we walk in. However, this experience was a nightmare. The restaurant was taken over by a bunch of kids and some parents. The screaming and yelling was so bad we couldn't hear each other talk. Servers apologized to us for the noise. This place was utter chaos with management doing nothing. There were kids walking around everywhere. Several girls made a pyramid with wait staff cheering them on. Then they fell to the floor. This was our go to place to bring family and friends. Not anymore.

Ordered the beer nuggets $9 (Perry's appetizer they kept "on the menu).....taste the same but super sad, not even HALF the size of Perry's nuggets and the order itself was super small. Charge more and make them bigger - they'll be infinitely better. Only ordered our salad to "be good"! Chopped salad ($13) was small, like a lunch size serving. We added grilled chicken ($4) and it had some spicy seasoning on it - why? It's a chopped salad with grilled chicken. No where in Chicagoland do you get spicy seasoned grilled chicken with a chopped salad! (I'll stick with Sonny's Express chopped - it's huge!) Total bill $30.01 included a credit card processing fee of 3.99% (ask for it to be removed, they say on the bill they'll remove it). Not sure I'll order from here again.

Tried the thin crust pizza here and thought it was alright. The meats didn't do much in terms of flavor to stand out, though the amount of toppings was fairly generous. The crust wasn't really greasy, but it really didn't have much flavor and was a little overdone in parts. The cheese amount was pretty generous and sauce was a pretty standard and indistinct. The 18 inch did a pretty good job of feeding about a half dozen people though.

Get in here before Philly cheese steak is no longer pizza of the month. It's rich, creamy, covered in beef with that crunch from the crispy crust. Pie cut for the win.

Great late night pizza place. We ordered on a Friday night and was delivered within an expected time frame. Good solid pizza. Nothing special but tasted good. We got the pepperoni and sausage thin crust pizza. Would recommend if you're in the area.

Great food and beverages and the service is outstanding. Plenty of tv's to watch your favorites sports.

Ordered a large pizza with topping and I have to say I was very disappointed. I've ordered from here multiple times and have been happy, but this last time it was very disappointing. First the crust was super thin.. like paper thin. The sauce also changed and tasted like cheap tomato sauce. There was also very little cheese on there. On top of all that, it was overcooked and burnt on one side. Clearly there's been changes in both the ingredients as well as the prep. Not a fan.

My son school got us going with their meals and pizza my son love the popcorn chicken excellent and dine in are great very relaxing and fun. Family oriented too.

How does an Italian pizza restaurant not have an Italian sub on there menu. Bartender had no clue. He got my to go order. When I asked after an hour worst menu eno cluE bartender. Place is a mess w It's friends being servers and. Nobody cares. 10 tvs. All on open f1 racing. Satiate 7. Wtf

Had to come check out the Home Alone decorations since my boys have gotten into Home Alone this year. Was surprised that the food was excellent. Pizza and chicken sandwiches were very good.

Reliable, affordable pizza in a cute atmosphere! We've been driving by Easy Street since we moved to town and were glad we popped in. I will say it's not the VERY best pizza I've had in the area, but we were pleased and loved the popcorn chicken (and it's adorable presentation). Staff was wonderful. Beer list was pretty average. We'll be back!

Been coming here since they opened this location we are BIG fans of the pizza. Do want to point out tonight and our experience. We had ordered online picked it up and got home and realized our pizza was wrong and had mushrooms on it I called and immediately they were very nice about it said they would happily make me a new one and deliver it or I could pick it up. I opted to pick it up - wasn't far for me and mistakes happen. When I picked up the new pizza they once again were super nice about it and doubled checked the pizza was correct with me before I walked out the door. Mistakes happen trust me I get it, but how a restaurant handles that really shows and was happy to see they handled it gracefully! Thank you again for the help and will continue to be one of our go to Pizza places!

Good ambiance. Typical football style pizza. The best pizza is still Jimmy's Pizza Cafe by lincoln square.

Beer nuggets brought me back to the old days. Pizza was pretty good not great. Will give it another chance soon.

I loved Perry's, but Easy Street has breathed new life into this storefront restaurant and I'm not looking back. Along with Triple Scoop'd, South Park is becoming a revitalized area for dining. But let's get back to Easy Street. The smallish menu is not a problem, because there are so many good choices. The namesake pizza is delightful. The pizza roll appetizers are tasty. The salads are large and fresh. The chicken finger poppers are a surprising highlight. There's good beer on tap and the fried cauliflower wrap (yeah you read that correctly) is simply out of this world. Just trust me. I never thought I would be regularly ordering a wrap from a pizza place when pizza is one of my main food groups, but here we are. Also, the fries are a new entry in the Park Ridge fries wars among all the new eateries. So good. Order an extra side of fries for the table when you get pizza. Finally, the owners seem awesome. They gave me the wrong dressing on my takeout salad order, so I called and came back to get a replacement with no problem. When I got home, I found they had included a $15 gift certificate in my bag. That's the sign of a place that cares about keeping its customers happy. I wish they had more space, since the dining room is a little cramped and loud, but I wouldn't trade it for having this place in the neighborhood.

Tried pizza on a Saturday night. The location was fairly crowded. Pizza: Sausage, mushroom, garlic, well done Pros: pizza came as ordered cooked to specification. Cons: pizza was on the pricey side for what was delivered. Overall nothing that stands out. Cheese - Ok, very standard Sauce - uninspired, nothing about the sauce stands out Crust - Prepared Chicago tavern style thin crust, taste is ok Toppings - Proportional Conclusion: A pretty average experience. I wouldn't go back again.

We've tried takeout from Easy Street twice now. We're not going back. The first time, we tried their deep-dish. Mostly bread, not a lot of flavor... We thought, "well maybe they're more of a thin-crust place". Tried the thin-crust last night. Nope... In general, the pizza was tasteless. I've never had to put salt on a pizza before, it was that flavorless. The sauce had no flavor (and we got extra sauce), the toppings (sausage, bacon, garlic, onion) had no flavor, the cracker crust had no flavor. On top of that, the pizza looked like it was assembled by an ex-burger joint employee - all the toppings were clumped together in just a couple of places. Also had a Cesar salad... Pretty mediocre too. Seemed like the chopped romaine was out of a box - edges of pieces were starting to turn brown. Dressing was good though. The old Perry's was pretty good. Great deep-dish. Easy Street isn't a good replacement.

My family and I have now been to all 3 Easy Street locations. We LOVE the thin crust pizza, French fries, cheese curds, draft beer selection, and the Mac and cheese. Man- the thin crust pizza here is crispy, perfectly seasoned, fresh ingredients- perfection. This new location doesn't disappoint. We loved our server as well! We'll be back!!!!!

Great pizza and great atmosphere! Went with the Hawaiian specialty pizza and it was fantastic. Service fast and friendly. Great vibe with a ton of TVs, will return for some football soon. Great addition to the neighborhood.

You know, it's not a bad place if you like your pizza crust thicker than other types of pizza. Seating is limited. When we were there there, customers were standing by the door waiting for a seat probably because Maine South football team was in the playoffs. Otherwise, It's OK. Kind of reminds me of maybe, A 1950s type diner for some reason. Why don't you go when you decide for yourself?

Just ordered take out tonight and we're very happy with our meals! Had the thin crust in the past too and enjoyed it. Tonight the kids split a cheeseburger, it was quite large! I do wish they had a kids menu though. We also had the chopped chicken salad which was huge too! And the breaded chicken sandwich with a pretzel bun was really good! Paid extra for the side of Mac and cheese and it was worth it, nice sized side and so I didn't mind paying for it. So, good quality and nice quantity. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Ambiance is cute, however, the cheese they use on the pizza smells and tastes like stinky feet. Service was great. Pricy for a pepperoni pizza and and app.

Upon walking in, staff was very friendly and accommodating, keeping us updated on the wait times. Pizzas were good, but the Mac n cheese was liquid-y. I'd skip that next time. Had their Christmas theme up, so cute!
