Got a chocolate croissant that was decent but quite overpriced. Pastry was slightly dry and stale as well. Would have appreciated if it was warmed.

Tasty spicy cookie, Bengal spice? And chocolate pastry which kind of tasted like a chocolate filled long-john shaped babka.

Fantastic Bread and Pastries, But Seems to be In Decline I used to love their pretzels, but they have mysteriously disappeared from the menu. Today I went to buy some bread and asked for salted butter on the side. No salted butter. I asked if there was anything to put on the bread and the employee looked at me like I was crazy (because who would want anything ON bread, right?) and said no. At this point whether it is possible to buy something I want here and whether the employee will be pleasant or a jerk seems very hit or miss. I may still go, but only as a last resort or just to pick up a loaf of bread to take home.

My wife and I visited for the first and last time on Dec 30th at 5PM. The guy working the counter was very short with us when inquiring if they served pretzels. We had been looking forward to trying out Easy Tiger for years, and happened to find the right time. After mumbling something about not having pretzels he just walked off and left us at the register (with no explanation, no question "would you like something else?", or any normal human response). I will spend my money elsewhere.

The coffee here is really tasty, affordable, too. Corn beef was excellent, just what I needed! The staff was very attentive and helped me out with all of my questions. Definitely coming back!!

Horrible Service with a slice of arrogance for no apparent reason. Never going back!
