Our auditors recently conducted an independent review of Eat Fantastic.
The experience began positively, with plenty of parking available and wheelchair-accessible entrances. The outside of the restaurant was clean and inviting, setting a welcoming first impression. The health score (Grade A) was clearly posted, which reflects a strong commitment to food safety.
Upon entering, we were greeted right away. Ordering at the front made the process smooth and convenient, especially since it allows for an easy exit after dining. The staff worked well together and were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
Food service was impressively quick, with meals arriving in under 10 minutes. We also observed that the chefs wore gloves while preparing food, which reinforced good hygiene practices.
There were a few areas that could be improved. Employees were not wearing visible name tags, which made it harder to identify staff. Additionally, the restrooms were in poor condition at the time of inspection, though we did note that a worker appeared to be preparing to clean them.
Overall, Eat Fantastic showed many strengths in customer service, cleanliness in dining areas, and efficiency in food delivery. We look forward to conducting another random follow-up audit to get a fuller picture and provide a more balanced long-term performance score.
