Eat Or Heat

The people there are absolutely wonderful and they help a lot. Only problem is, they gave me opened nappies - they told me they have to half them for some reason - which is not very good, since they are sanitary items (just like pads). I have found an enormous amount of hair in one the packs of nappies. Just wanted to say this for future reference. But otherwise a massive thank you for their hard work.

Thanks for responding to my email from them. I had money problem, my Universal Credit has been reduce because earning from my work. I wrote in the form for refarral and went to Citizen Advice. I received text message from "Eat or Heat" Food bank free foods, the staff are lovely and compassionate.

Provide a good foodbanks service to the community. A real shame that places like these are necessary. Was happy to donate food collected from one street in E17.

If we didn't have places like this to get help because universal credit don't help you when your got know job I'm grateful i can get food to eat weekly from eat or heat thank you

The charity does wonderful work in collaboration with lots of people in order to assist those people in our borough who have a need for the service they provide.

Very little amount of food...in e17 area...they don't talk much and did not give essentials thinks for family and child...they have to ask 1st at list what to need?people go there with reference but they always busy to keeping donations. Just give some can of fruit and little rice...Disappointed much more.

Great service may take 45 minutes to hour for your food to arrive but that shows how popular the site is. Enjoy.

It helps those in need of food because they have a low income
