This is a grab and go prepared foods cafe that also makes coffee to order. Their baked goods and yogurt cup items I’ve tried are excellent. They print the simple, mostly organic ingredients on every single item and it seems like most things are prepared daily. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable of the products. And many of them commute daily from Annapolis to run the shop. I can’t believe we get to have this place it feels too good for us. Try the Buzz Bites (and buzz bites yogurt), the gluten free chocolate chip cookies, the gluten and dairy free coffee cake and the bonbon chocolate banana bread. Seriously amazing stuff made with love and simple, recognizable ingredients. I brought the coffee cake to my office and people couldn’t believe it was dairy and gluten free. They said it was some of the best coffee cake they’d ever had. Looking forward to try some of their savory dishes and pastries in the future. And they always have samples of their food out, so definitely check it out.

I have come here several times now and always leave happy. Positive vibes. Lately my go to has been the pumpkin granola. Please keep it around all year! I can eat half the bag in one serving, by itself its that good. Someone made me a delicious mocha latte yesterday too. I should probably branch out and try other things but for now im obsessed 😁

Highly recommend! I ordered their "The Sweet Choice" bakery box, along with a gluten-free/dairy-free coffee cake, for a company birthday celebration. It was a HUGE hit! Everyone loved it. The pieces came in bite-size portions, which allowed people to try multiple things. The apple cider brownies were especially a hit.

Sprouts in Bethesda has quickly become one of my favorite spots, both as a dietitian and as a mom. I absolutely love the concept—fresh, high-quality products, an incredible produce selection, and so many nutritious options that make healthy eating approachable and enjoyable for families. The layout is welcoming, and I appreciate how easy it is to find both everyday staples and unique, wholesome items that I can recommend to clients. The staff at Sprouts truly stand out. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, which makes the shopping experience even better. It’s refreshing to see a store where customer service feels genuine and warm. What makes Sprouts extra special for me is how much my kids enjoyed it too. From the bright, open atmosphere to the fun variety of foods, they were engaged the whole time (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case during grocery runs!). It made shopping feel less like a chore and more like an outing we could all enjoy together. Overall, Sprouts in Bethesda gets a glowing review from me. It’s a wonderful addition to the community, offering nutritious choices, excellent service, and a family-friendly environment that makes healthy living a little easier—and a lot more fun.

Opened today, full of nutritious foods, snacks with cappuccino, wraps, gazpacho, and plenty of outdoor tables.

I needed a quick and healthy dinner after work so I stopped in and picked up the Peruvian chicken and it was DELICIOUS. Finding a place that serves healthy, reasonably priced, and actually good food is hard to find around here. And the employee at the counter was really friendly! So happy this is here in Bethesda.

This place is fantastic. Great service, excellent coffee, fresh food with gluten free options. Take out with seating.

This is a great option having a spouse with celiac disease. I enjoy the food as well. So far my favorite item is the coffee cake. We will be returning.

Delicious and nutritious food and coffee. Staff were very welcoming. The store is very cozy and clean. Food is displayed with informative labels. I got a flat white which came out piping out. I had a stegadoodle protein cookie which was soft and the perfect balance of not being overly sweet. Looking forward to coming back and grabbing some quick nutritious bites!
