"Time To Tiki At Torpedo Room Eat Street Social’s new bar-within-a-bar, the Torpedo Room, serves artisanal tiki cocktails with tasteful kitsch and Midwest flair. Flavors like sweet corn cream (instead of coconut cream) and apple cider (instead of pineapple and orange juice) are termed “ Minnesota exotic” for their twist on the classic Painkiller. There are 45 rums to be turned into cocktails and topped with an umbrella or finished with fire, as well as an alcoholic sno cone menu for some added fun."
Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys in Minneapolis and St. Paul - Eater Twin Cities
"Add a bottomless mimosa ($12) to weekend brunch. Menu options include unexpected twists on brunch standards, like banana bread French toast, a bacon avocado omelette, and a BLT gussied up with sharp cheddar and a fried egg." - Stacy Brooks
Had a great time on the patio and was glad to see that they were still open.
We had great service and the food was very good. When the temps cooled down, the owners brought out heaters (even made sure my pregnant wife was warm by placing it on her side of the table!)
If you have never been here before, street parking can be tricky, but drop your crew off at the door and park a block away. Then sit down and enjoy some really good food and some great drinks.

Love the option to grab your own flatware, coffee and water. You seat yourself open menu then order and pay for food first. I'm loving this idea even more. My youngest ordered Lobster and Egg which was amazing. Comes with a good portion of Lobster in the egg between a croissant and greens on the side. The Vegan boy ordered the Brunch Burger with impossible option. Being vegan it's going to have dairy and meat options removed. A real chef would understand to make an option of items to go with an impossible burger option. I had the chicken fried steak served with gravy served on chicken fried steak with jalapeno grits underneath and egg on the side. It was filling, but bland. The gravy was missing something to give it a little punch. Over all the atmosphere is cool, hip, and great looking wait staff. I will comeback and try there BBQ soon.

Lovely little place on the near south side, surrounded by a ton of coffee and tea shoppes. Visited here with a few colleagues, and everyone's dinner was delicious. The grits were pretty spot on. The pulled pork was tasty. I had the steak fries, and it was cooked to order.
The bartender made me a superlative Sidecar - which is something rare nowadays. The sangria was great, as well. Pretty much can't go wrong here.

Fun place to be with a bunch of events seemingly every day. Wednesday is trivia, so get in on that! Food was great, definitely no complaints. The Poutine was wild, the burgers are great, and even the mocktails are worth a shot. Do note it can get a little busy so service may take longer, but the TV's playing random movies may help keep you occupied.

Great atmosphere, nicely appointed, felt more like a classy bar / steakhouse vibe than a bbq joint. But don’t let that fool you because the food was amazing! We had the bbq platter for 2 and I can say this was some of the best bbq I’ve had in my life. The meet was tender, Smokey, and juicy. I was shocked at how well the cooked the pork chop - those tend to dry out but not here. This chef is a pit master. Beyond that we had cheesy broccoli and collard greens - they both were also divine. Each was so uniquely flavorful in their own right yet they complemented the bbq perfectly. The only let down during this experience was the fact that that were out of many drinks and the beer selection was also rather disappointing. I understand that ownership is changing hands mid March so hopefully that doesn’t impact the amazing bbq. I also wasn’t excited about ordering from the bar, but the service was great.

Great brunch location. It has a vintage modern feel; this extends even to the menus and the outfits for the servers . The patio area is airy and perfect for a group of friends meet up. The food is well done ; a variety of options on the menu as well.

Some of the best food I've ever had in the twin cities. Absolutely loved the burger - so unique in every way possible from the jam-like thing to the fluffy bun, to the amazing quality beef. Cooked medium to perfection, and such a thick patty too! We got the orange dream and raspberry house made sodas, both delicious. The raspberry is more tart and the orange is more creamy and sweet, like a milkshake. And can't forget about the incredible poutine. The combination of the fries, cheese curds and duck gravy was phenomenal! I already can't wait to come back.

Amazing! Great food great service! Their dry wings are fire! That BLT egg sandwich was to die for! The combination of the buttery yet soft crunchiness of the bread...just yumm. I'll go back!
